The staffs are very energetic and pleasant.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM, feeling tired, but the friendly receptionist arranged for us to check in early. During our 3-day stay, all the employees treated us well and respectfully.

Find SOGO, exit the building, and walk back into the hotel that way - for most navigable option.

Pro-tips, it's difficult trying to find the tunnel that connects the hotel to the mall. Your best shot is to just find Sogo, exit the mall, and walk back to the entrance of the hotel.

Had the pleasure of staying at FourPoints Tunjungan Plaza, during my business trip. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to navigate to my meetings. The staff were exceptionally friendly!!

Friendly staff, clean and closed to the shopping centre and restaurants. What I don't like about this property, the lobby is not in the first/ground floor. You need to go to different floor to reach the lobby from entrance floor.

Nice pretty new hotel in the central of the city Mall Tunjungan Plaza, very convenient for strolling around the 6 malls. Travel with family with a child, liked the overall hotel ambience, nice pool special for kids, although not like a waterpark but its very safe. Staff are all very attentive, service is good. Room wise, I had a nice big bed so we can sleep conveniently with our child, and big and soft pillows too. Big yes for location and bed quality.

It surpassed my expectation. Every staff was all very friendly and helpful. Kudos to whoever trained the staff! This four star hotel deserves a five star review. Breakfast super nice with mixture of western n eastern menu. Delicious n authentic tastes for room service menu as well. Good value for the money too. Changed room because of the smoking smell n they changed it right away with no hassle. Got the top floor n corner. Very nice view from the room. We stayed in premium type room. It was spacious n comfy. Bathroom had a bathtub. We stayed for four days. Best staycation. Thank you FP!

Usually I am satisfied with this Hotel but this stay I am disappointed, I am requesting non smoking room but they said it's full and give me smoking room. I checked into the room and find a used head shower hanging in the bathroom

Good location very nice room and very nice staff.....since I'm on business trip and my schedule quite tight. I have no time for swimming.....will be back again for my next business or leisure trip.

Likes: modern, reasonable fitness centre, central location, good dinner buffet. Dislikes: pool a bit claustrophobic, persistent smell of sewage.

Hotel Shower Towel

Overall was good except that the shower towel were old and need to be replaced new else this will bring down the overall reputation of the hotel.

Although this is a 5 star hotel, but they don't seem to have any local tours. And also the staff there does not seem to understand some very simple terms like "local tours" or "night market"

The breakfast is nice. But the staff at front office need some improvement in serving a customer who was just landed and didn't sleep the whole night and hope to check in earlier than the normal schedule. Not because of no room but the staff is not flexible enough. As after my organiser went and negotiate, then i can move in earlier.. what is this kind of service?

It was my best experience.All the staffs are friendly and helpful.They are so dedicated and committed with their work.The surrounding place and the room were very clean.The foods were delicious. The shopping malls are so near.You just need to walk to the next entrance.So convenient to get transport to go to airport.

Topnotch hospitality

Great hospitality. Every staff greets you politely. Breakfast buffet is great, with wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Great spread of sambal, yoghurt, pastries. Location is strategic, next to probably the largest mall in surabaya. Room is squeaky clean. Quaint 24-hr gym with a great view and the essentials including free weights and treadmills. Will definitely come back again when I’m in surabaya

It's easy to be driven to the other Sheraton so please ensure driver brings you to the correct one. Despite the temptation to ugrade my advice is don't as the regular rooms are superb. Sorry, there's no soaking tub. Great shopping and eateries next door. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful.

We always try to stay in four points by sheraton wherever we go because we know the standard of comfort . On our recent visit , we checked in late around 6 in the evening n it took the reception quite some time to arrange for our 5 rooms which annoyed our leader.

Bad aircon, lowesr is 25.5 degree, till now my body still fever like sleep at sauna

Amazing stay though I didn’t get to enjoy the facilities. Next to hotel is Tunjungan Plaza mall but no direct access which would have been great if there is. Too bad there is no bathtub in deluxe room and the people staying next room were too noisy in early morning until change of room is needed

We stayed on our way out of Bali due to volcanic activity. It was awesome! The free breakfast was the best we have seen ever - really! We also ate dinner at the hotel - reasonable (12$usd) - again the best buffet style food - amazing. The hotel is in a complex with a huge mall - great shopping & dining! We had time to kill and went to see a movie too! The hotel is about an hour from the airport...plan for the extra time.

Overall happy except concierge

Wonderful & comfortable stays after 15hours journey from Bali (detour to return from Surabaya as Depansar airport closed), have been happy with the efficient staffs, clean & comfortable room and excellent location (next to a big shopping mall)... but terrible experience on day we check out as concierge forget to book our airport transfer (of which we book 2 days ago upon checked in, reminded the night before check out, and at time of check out reception told me car waiting at concierge area - obviously reception & comcierge weren't communicate, align & reconfirn)..we waited another 25min to get airport transfer & nearly miss our flight.. what an 'eventful' trip 😥

We got trapped in Bali by the volcano and the only way out was by 17-hour overland bus to Surabaya. We arrived at the 4 Points Sheraton exhausted after no sleep on the bus and the staff were amazing. Even though the check-in time was mid-afternoon, knowing we had been up all night, they allowed us to check into our room as soon as one was available. The desk staff and manager treated us like royalty and our 24 hours in Surabaya made up for all the stress of trying to get out of Bali. The hotel is part of a large mall which is huge, modern and unbelievable - great restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was amazing - many choices and high quality food. We LOVED our stay at this hotel and wish we could get back to Surabaya again to stay here again. We couldn't have had a better stay!

It’s located in the middle of the city with great personal and service. The place is ideal of a business trip or exploring the city. Food, gym and service is great I would stay every time again.

The hotel is in central area amide a number of malls. We were very fortunate and grateful to be upgraded to very large and comfortable rooms. Entry to the lobby on the fifth floor is via a drop off area at ground level.Breakfasts were good with varied food offerings. Check out was easy and efficient.

front office checked me into a smoking room without informing me and I had booked a non-smoking room. It reflected very badly on such a brand name hotel with 4 star ratings. I am very disappointed. everything else was ok for a standard 4 star hotel

I stayed from 4-9th Dec. During 5 nights stay at this hotel I did not find any problem at all. Excess to shopping mall is very easy. Nothing to be complained. Free breakfast should be provided in the near future even in the shopping mall we can find any kind of food, because the mall just open at 10.00am. We will stay at this hotel again. Thank you.
