Wonderful location. Foyer led straight into the mall. Gym facilities and pool were nice and breakfast buffet was exceptional. Only downside no kids crèche (there was one for the connecting hotel but required fees).

I am writing to commend the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Randy from the front office assisted me in purchasing my train ticket to Bandung when my app was not working. His calm demeanor and friendly attitude were greatly appreciated, and I want to give kudos to the concierge team for their outstanding service. Additionally, the restaurant staff provided an amazing breakfast experience, remembering my usual order and preparing my latte without me having to ask. The level of personalized service was truly impressive. Overall, my stay at your hotel was wonderful. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness, along with the excellent facilities, made for a memorable experience. I will definitely choose your hotel again when I return to Surabaya, as I usually stay around Tunjungan Plaza. Thank you for maintaining such high standards. Kudos to the entire management and team.

Lovely place to stay

Wonderful place, though price went up significantly at the facility, last year I stayed at Westin, this year I had to stay at the four points, just kidding, the two hotels are built in the same building and all had exits directly to the shopping mall. Four points is a bit less expensive. Fabulous surroundings with great choice of everything.

Service is excellent. Being upgraded to bigger room. The only issue is the area is very noisy. We also can hear banging from the top floor which I believe is a dismantling of event equipment. Other than that service is excellent and great location.

Thank you for upgrading me to a spacious room. The included welcome drink and cake was also delicious. Slight downside is that I can hear noises from hallway quite clearly. Not sure if walls/door needs more soundproofing. Overall fantastic stay.

The location was perfect for my business meetings and an easy ride from the airport. From the front desk to everyone we engaged with at the hotel, they were so friendly and made us genuinely feel welcomed. The accommodations and food were incredible. Being attached to the shopping center/mall also gave us a chance to browse with ease of walking. Great experience!!

Near to shopping mall.

First and foremost this hotel is located in a very convenient location for access to shops and restaurants in the connecting Pakuwan Mall (Indonesia's largest mall). I travelled with a family with two small children and it was overall very convenient to get groceries, take the kids to the playground, or go out for dinner / lunch. The hotel itself has a modern and clean feel (at time of writing) and the room are well designed, spacious, with large windows with a great view. But I'm giving this hotel a high rating especially because of the positive attitude the staff had towards customer service. I feel like the staff were given autonomy to be their most friendly and helpful they could be. Want to say thanks in particular to Jennifer (Reception), Arnold, Habib, Bima, Ikhlas, Amir and Diah at the restaurant at breakfast time, (actually everyone was very helpful and professional, but we interacted with these the most). The food at the breakfast was really good as well with so many options. So all I would say is, keep doing what you are doing, and please don't let the hotel fall into disrepair or give up on the positive staff working culture.

Customer service exceeded expectations at every level. The room was very comfortable and clean. Our housekeeping services were very attentive to our needs and did an excellent job. Every member of the breakfast buffet team did a fine job including Chef Hidayat who went out of his way to speak to us and inquire as to our needs. We loved our stay at Sheraton 4 Points, Pakuwon Mall!

1st time staying at the Four Points Pakuwon, felt like a new hotel (which i think it was) and staff are all very friendly and attentive. The Junior suite room was nice and I really recommend it because it has more area for my 1 year old daughter to play around and the bed is spacious for all 3 of us together. Tried the pool and its suitable for kids, but i would say its too windy at the time. Maybe they need to provide an FB service at the pool to serve hot drinks and meal. Breakfast was nice with options of various traditional Indonesian food which is tasty (close to the authentic downtown taste). Overall stay is very good.

Near toll road (around 10mins) from the hotel. It was a good stay, however we only stay overnight hence had no chance to explore the facilities. Connect to the mall therefore easy access for various foods.

Excellent Stay

We brought friends with us and visited family who live in Surabaya as well. The stay at 4 Points Sheraton exceeded our expectations in every way. All staff were very gracious in their care of us. We will happily recommend this hotel and hope to return.

The location is great and the hotel is brand new! However, the bathroom is rather small. In the shower area, there isn't much space to put our own shampoo etc.

Conveniently attached to the mall with plenty of options for foods and shops. Breakfast selections were awesome, it a mix of local Indonesian and western dishes. Staff did a great job making the room is sparklingly clean, bathroom is a little tight than I am used to.

좋은 시설, 만족스러운 조식

출장으로 자카르타에서 4박 후, 수라바야로 이동하여 1박 일정이었는데 저녁 9시반 호텔에 도착하여 잠시 일하고 잠만 자야하는 시간 밖에 없어서 너무 안타까웠습니다. 작년에 똑같이 1박 일정으로 와봤었던 호텔이었는데 여태 출장을 다니며 숙박해 본 예산 10만원대 호텔 수십 곳 중에 조식이 최고 수준이라고 생각됩니다. 룸도 업그레이드 되어 다리를 쭉 뻗을 수 있는 욕조에서 무상 제공된 배쓰밤을 사용해 피로를 풀기 좋았습니다.

部屋も綺麗で設備も新しかったです。 チェックイン時にダブルブッキングがあった様ですが、アップグレードしてもらえて逆にラッキーでした。
