The staff was incredible!! The room however was sub par. The bed was like sleeping on ply wood with deflated flat pillows. My body still hurts from this. The front elevator which was closest to my room was hardly functional and the room refrigerator barely worked.

micro charge you to death

It is becoming absurd that hotels charge the amount they do and every single thing is an add on charge. breakfast? ok cool, its a separate restaurant in the hotel, whatever. but parking? why am i spending 36 bucks for 3 days to park when im already paying 700+ dollars to stay there. if there are multiple/additional cards, thats more understandable. but a single car? thats nickeling and diming.

NO HOT WATER!!

Room faced a super busy freeway. Worst of all, there was NO hot water during our entire stay, so obviously no showering.

The sink was clogged and slow to drain. The hotel served its purpose. The north side elevator was not stoppi g on the floors and needed to be closed.

My overall stay was not what I expected. This hotel is outdated and The room that I was given 429 smelt like mildew and the carpet was wet from the bathroom so they switched my room to 409 and still no better. The room smelt like mildew and the shower was not working properly. The restaurant inside the hotel was not the best and over priced. And if you have a car be prepared to pay $10 per night. I was originally booked to stay for 4 nights but ended my stay a day early because I did not like the hotel and was ready to leave. I would not recommend this hotel it’s better options in the surrounding area. I will not be returning!!!

The people were kind and knowledgeable checking us in. We had a nice relaxing stay after a diverted plane flight would stay there again.

Overall we had a good time. There were some small inconveniences like the fact they seemed a bit understaffed for the holidays. I had wait in a long line just to buy a water bottle in the lobby, which ultimately changed my mind and then tried 3 sold out vending machines before i gave up. Also the elevators are a little glitchy and would randomly stop.

Someone beside us (we were room 432) decided to “light something up” which had a very chemically burning smell. We needed to move rooms a floor up and across the hotel to 516. It was midnight that we needed to move so it was annoying. Other than that it was very nice.

The elevators were not operating properly causing long delays to move about especially from the 8th floor

My room was soooo cold . I called down to tell them the hear wasn’t working they sent a guy up who went into the vent to turn a valve. He said something u have to do that . I waited 5 hours and it was still cold. Refrigerator went out and all out breakfast went bad.

Experienced a very pleasant stay and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Stay at Four Points Sheraton Tampa

Stay was just okay. Room was inexplicably cold even after the heater was supposedly turned on. Rooms need to be renovated or updated to modern day standards and conditions. Front desk service was adequate but sometimes seemed oblivious to the conditions that would paying guests endure. Overall I would not book here again nor recommend.

Property just a bit too old and humid and moldy. Won’t be going here in the future.

I stayed one night. Felt safe. The shuttle was prompt the next morning and got me to the airport smoothly and quickly.

The room was great but it was cold and we turned it up and it was still cold. And the hot water was warm.

Quick check in, friendly staff. Clean room. Adorable lobby area, lots of plants and even a Christmas tree for the holidays. Ill definitely stay here again. Great location.

It was a good place to stay for the game. Not too far from the stadium. The shuttle service and shuttle drivers were great. One of the issues we had was the waiter/bartender in the restaurant was working by himself. So it was hard to get food and drinks at a reasonable time. There are some areas of the hotel that need to be fixed or upgraded. Our bathroom had no vent fan. So every time we took a shower the ceiling was moist. And the handle for the hot water in the bathroom sink was not positioned correctly. The gym is a bit small and also needed to be fixed. Other than that it was a great location for the stadium or the mall.

Home away from home

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff was welcoming and made us feel like family. It felt like home away from home. Transportation drivers were friendly and efficient. Hotel was Clean. Restaurant staff was great too. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Not the usual Sheraton I’m used to staying in

We selected the property due to its convenient location near Raymond James Stadium. Additionally, the hotel offered transportation services to the game, enhancing our overall experience.

Room and front desk issues

5 pm and the room was still not available for an hour. I made it known that I had two separate reservations and wished for them to be connected so that I could stay in the same room. After waiting for the room, I was told that I would not have to check out and back in again. I went out Saturday and returned to a phone call that I needed to check in again since it was apparently not adjusted in the system and had "upset housekeeping: somehow. I went down and checked in again, but this is terrible.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. Easy check in and room is very nice. Had a hard time sleeping due to noise outside from traffic. Also, the shower water took awhile to get hot but was hot. The beds and pillows were a bit too soft for my liking but to each their own. Overall, hotel was great and would stay again

Staff was friendly but room was very noisy due to I275. Parking was not great and you had to walk all the way around the building late at night to get into the building.

I will say the beds were comfortable which did make the stay good. However the sink was clogged and fixed the next day. Then we noticed could hear the water draining behind wall. Water seeping under sink from up out of the floor and the carpet outside the bathroom began to become more and more damp. I believe they did know there was a bigger plumbing issue other than a clogged sink but never informed us. No mold but I'm sure this will be next

Wonderful stay, nice clean room with all the suute amenities. Beautiful and peacful water features in lobby with plenty of relaxing areas to sip beaverages, visit or read. Pool was nice and had a deep end! Front desk were pleasant and madeguests feel welcomed

Great for Cruise Travelers

We arrived very late due to an airplane delay. The beds were great. We took a bus from the hotel to the port for a cruise, it was very convenient.

This is my second time staying at the property, staff is always friendly and check in always quick and easy. I really enjoy this property, just minutes from the airport and lots of stuff to do around the area.

This hotel is about 6 minutes away from airport not far Downtown tampa . The staff very friendly. The hotel inside very clean and quiet. My room was clean and spacious.I will be coming back soon .

Our room was nice and the staff was very kind and helpful. Disappointed in no outdoor pool on property, but understand other’s draw to indoor pool. Prices for the restaurant were very high for the quality of food, service however was excellent.

The hotel was close to several amenities.

Wish they had an actual breakfast like a lot of other hotels, since we had our kiddos with us. So we had to run out for food often. But the hotel suite itself was super kid friendly and clean. It was so cozy and quiet, and my kids had the best time.

This Four Points doesn't really have a lot of positive going on. The Good part was the bed was comfy and the room is huge. Now the other parts....You get a 1 bedroom suite so it holds a family, but only get 2 bath towels for some reason. Took over 5 minutes to get hot water...The pool is indoors and really dark...There is a beautiful atrium area with nothing in it (no seating or tables for socializing)..no restaurants, stores or even a gas station around the hotel (Charley's Steak House doesn't count!). Overall, we would definitely stay somewhere else next time. There are 20 hotels within 2 miles that are way more convenient and have more to offer....and some cost less.

They gave us a room where someone else was staying. As a single woman who is traveling I find this error to be a huge safety issue. And the front desk clerk did not show any concern for the inconvenience. Also, tv didn’t work. This place needs an upgrade

The inside is GORGEOUS its almost like an indoor jungle. Staff was very nice and it is a very clean place. However, the front doors are always open, making it almost as hot inside the building as it was outside. This also allowed many mosquitoes/gnats inside as you check into your room. I was bitten many times by mosquitoes while standing at the desk. The A/C in the room is amazing and works extremely well. Again very clean space! Only real complaints was that the water pressure in the shower was not good at all. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night by other guests slamming doors. I believe this was because the doors to the rooms are very hard to close and open. Included breakfast wouldve been nice and the website does not tell you it is $10 for parking at the hotel. Overally a nice stay and a very clean and friendly space but just some small issues

I have no complaints. The property was wonderful. The indoor pool water temperature was very cold though. It wasn’t just us, it was the general consensus of other patrons too. We will return.

We stayed here the night before our cruise departure and it did not disappoint. It was clean, affordable and a convenient location. A plus was the complimentary airport shuttle. Suite was also large enough for our family of 5. Great hotel.

Beautiful hotel, close to the interstate. Suite was very spacious, clean and the A/C was very good! No free breakfast, prices were ridiculous! Thankfully there was a Waffle House 2 minutes away and it was delicious! Hurricane Debbie came causing very wet carpets near any exits and windows. Water dripping from parts of the ceiling. Overall, fantastic price for such a nice hotel

Nice hotel it has everything you need. I love the indoor pool for myself and my daughter. But it really should be heated. There is not a skylight so the water is freezing cold. In the month of July in Florida it’s nice to not have to be in 100 degree weather outside at the pool. However, the water is probably around 68 degrees. All in all we have stayed here 3-4 times and we will be back. But please heat the pool!

One night concert stay

Stayed to go too Morgan Wallen concert. Only complaint we had was not working properly and we had to move it to another outlet. Needed more half and half. Also lights in bathroom not conducive for putting on makeup. Both my 20 yo granddaughter and I had problems with that. Everything else was perfect
