Very nice hotel with many shopping and dinning options nearby. Convenient to get to downtown and surrounding areas.

Great location for all common needs. Always come back when visiting

The maid who cleans the room is rude and noisy. The lobby staff is rude, too. Doesn't it look like a star hotel. Very horrible

Dirty Toilet

Great service. But the toilet is dirty, can easily see the stain. The bath tub and shower curtain look old and dirty. Convenient for food and public transportation.

The location was convenient. Staff service was very good. However, the facility was rather old, the carpet was dirty, the room smells.

Hotel is very clean and staffs are courteous. The cleaning lady insist on cleaning my room even when I told her there was no need. Hotel is located at a convenient location. Eating and shopping cannot be easier. Will definitely come back to this hotel when needed.

Location is really fantastic. Close to a train line and lots of shopping and restaurants just downstairs. Room wise it’s pretty good and staff are all friendly if you can speak mandarin.

Location is good because it is in the shopping centre. The size of the room is a bit small and shower in bath tub is not my favourite. The hotel is very clean and offered many service.

Four point is a western chain, but feels more like a local hotel. It's conveniently located at the residential part of Shanghai. Subway line#1 is right in front of the hotel, and you are only 2 stops away from the train station and 5 stops away from downtown. The hotel is right in the middle of large shopping area (Daning Business Plaza), with many restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, and a large grocery store. The hotel it self is okay in term of decor and service, but the location is definitely a plus.

Excellent and helpful staff members

We arrived at the hotel around 7 am in the morning (over night flight to SH). Was just going to leave our luggages at the concierge till 2pm check-in. The front desk staff is so helpful. Without any trouble we are allowed to check in earlier to our booked room. Also the room service is so wonderful.

Highly Recommend

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is in a good location. Close to the metro stations and the Bund. Staff were very helpful.

Good for business stay

The hotel is average for the price level in Shanghai. Rooms are a little worn and cleanliness is acceptable standard for China. The bed is comfortable and bed sheets clean. Although many hotels are non-smoking now, it is very common that hotel rooms have the smell of stale cigarette smoke. I did not request for change of rooms, because it was not so bad. Sometimes this is not something we can avoid in China. The hotel is located in a residential area, attached to a shopping mall with decent local and some international dining options. The front of the hotel faces a shopping area with blocks of 3 storeyed buildings with shops and restaurants too. Very convenient for business travellers to catch a meal after work but no drinking venues. The entire area is very family orientated. I did not check the distance of the hotel from CBD. It was quite near to our Shanghai office.

Lack of follow up

Staff failed to follow up items left in the room at the end of the stay. Despite several calls they never phoned to give a response to the enquirer . Very disappointing.

Second time staying for business. There is lots to do in surrounding area.

Not good experience. Staff was not helpful and there is no free wifi.

Price is a bit high as compare to others, and the internet access is limited for foreign PC

My recent stay at 4 Points hotel in Shanghai

The hotel room is clean and is quite spacious. It is walking distance to shopping malls which is just across the road. There and many eateries to chose from. The hotel is situated in Puxi which is a bit further away from Pudong airport as compared to if you stay in Pudong.

Comfort and convenience

Comfortable rooms and very convenient location - next-door mall and surrounding pedestrianized streets have plenty of eating options, and there's a supermarket for essentials. It can take a while to flag a taxi on your own if you don't have a Chinese smartphone with an app, but the hotel staff will help - best to book ahead if you have an early start for the airport.

Average 3 star Hotel.

Surprised at lack of quality at this Sheraton brand Hotel.Room facilities are very basic.Breakfast does not offer any variety.In fact hotel does not even have a proper restauarant for breakfast but uses a lobby level cafe/bar for breakfast in the morning using circular bar counter to place breakfast items. Certainly not what we expect from a 4star advertised property.At most this hotel is a three star. Only good thing about this hotel is its location with lots and lot of shopping and eating options available right outside.

The room was clean and spacious. The area was very convenient with lots of shops and restaurant, even a movie theater. Will definitely book this hotel again if coming back to this area.

The shopping mall/center area is very nice and convenient. I think the restaurants could have a posted multi-language menu posted and they might of had a little more business

Convenient location if you have to be in the area

The only reason why I stayed in this hotel is because it's close to my office in Shanghai; and easy access to lots of restaurants- otherwise the location is far away from the CBD. Customer service was inconsistent. Front desk staff for sure needs more training. Luckily the duty manager was eager to meet customers' expectation- which is a saving grace. Stayed at a suite- but no complimentary fruit/snacks. Furniture is outdated. For the price paid- not worth the value. Check-out was slow- not up to an int'l hotel chain's standard. Rooms to improve.

Excellent service, close to Subway, and there is a shopping mall attached to the hotel. Numerous restaurants, shopping locations, and even a super market within walking distance. We also went to the Circus down the street - it was incredible! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Nice enough but a bit remote for expats in Shanghai. Food was always overcooked and the local restaurants are much better. Lots of local foot traffic in the area and nice for hanging out after work.

Pretty good service. Location....

Service is generally good. However, for the location- it only makes sense if you need to be in the area- it's around 20 to 30 mins away from the main actions. What makes it up is that it is located within a shopping area which you won't have problems shopping and finding good eats.

Perfectly fine for business trip accomodation

Quite a trek from Pudong, but much better positioned for Shanghai Hongqiao Intl. That said, price was competitive and can't fault size of room, comfort or cleanliness. Staff efficient. Didn't eat there so can't comment but grill restaurant looked good and seemed plenty of choice. Large bar was gearedtoward the World Cup, very international. Recommended.

Valued for what it is.

Room is clean and pretty comfy. I stayed there because my office is close to the area- otherwise not much happening from the shopping mall where the hotel is located. Breakfast is ok only. My only complaint. Otherwise service is good and prompt in general.

They charge for wifi but the connection and speed was very poor I stay there 3 night, last night wig does not move at all.... I inform front desk this problem, the receiption didnt even apologize...

Room is clean albeit on the small side. Staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. A nice 4 star hotel.

Basic needs met, but service is poor

Rooms were small and not maintained to Sheraton standards. Service at the restaurant, front desk and guest services was not rude, but again lacked the guest service level I would expect at a Sheraton property. The surrounding neighborhood was great for shopping and dining. If you just need somewhere to lay your head at night, it's fine.

BORING HOTEL < Great location ,

Nice hotel , boring with nothing to do , great location in Shanghai , try the Blue Frog bar across the street.. Took forever to check in and check out , only one person working the front desk. Standing at the SPG Gold member area means nothing , had to wait ..

Mediocre

Nothing special: area is full of western-style fast food and restaurants and ample shopping including a supermarket; conveniently located minutes away from the train station; not much else to do in the area; acceptable in other respects; every floor that I've been on has water stains on carpets that look awful (I've been at the hotel on multiple floors multiple times over the past year).

都挺不错的，房间不错，服务也不错，早餐总体来说不错，除了如果你喜欢洋食，比如面包类不怎么好吃，还有果酱类（蓝莓，草莓酱）、煎蛋实在不敢恭维，鲜榨果汁太水了…其他都还好！

The location was excellent

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights. The staffs were relatively kind. The hotel is located in the center of shopping center. In the big local mart very close to this hotel, we can buy fresh fruits and other goods cheaply. But it was a little bit difficult to take a taxi in this hotel (Taxi was not matched even though the hotel's concierge called). Overall, the hotel is very good. I will visit this hotel again.

値段に見合うサービスでした。 出張で利用したので、ホテルライフはわかりませんが、朝食の品数も充実しており、コーヒーを持ち帰り出来るのが嬉しかった。 朝食に行っている間に部屋の掃除が入っておりびっくりした。何も盗まれていなかったので安心しました
