This is a top notch property that’s super close to the airport. Extremely nice hotel with wonderful service. Airport pick up was great and very close. All employees went above and beyond. Davies at the bar was super! The recommendations from the front desk for dinner at the pretty walk through mall across the street was great. I would 💯 recommend this hotel.

The front desk agent Leidy was an absolute joy! She was pleasant intuitive and caring. What lovely hospitality! She gave great recommendations for my one night stay. The hotel is situated so close to the airport and provides free airport transfers. Next to the hotel is PUNTA Cana village which has many cute restaurants and cafes for all your needs! They also have a shuttle to a private beach which I didn’t get to use but is a good bonus. Overall highly recommended this hotel if you’re not looking for an all inclusive facility! Thank you Four Points Punta Cana!

Top traveller hotel

After our plane was cancelled booked this as was close to the airport and good reviews, we were not disappointed. Top staff helped every step and nice pool and gym facilities with good bar and restaurant. Breakfast was also very nice and hotel was very clean and free transfer back to the airport.

Great Location for a quick stay. Very clean and nice service and breakfast. The bathrooms are very big but a little uncomfortable, should try to make the space more efficient.

Neat bedroom. Excellent service from the staff. The only issue is that you can hear everything from the contiguous bedroom and there were kids crying, people sick and people smashing things.

Nice Sheraton very near the airport

Nice Sheraton hotel, near the airport. Great parking if you rent a car (however, I highly recommend that you don't as this is a truly dangerous country to drive, as locals don't follow any traffic rules and transgressions are not enforced). The rooms have a nice size, and the breakfast is good. The hotel has a nice restaurant (although I did not have dinner there), and a good bar; however, if you sit outside by the pool to have a drink, it is very possible that the server will forget to order it for you. He needs to take Prevagen to improve his memory loss.(It happened to us, and I had to go to the bar to remind them of the order.) Overall, a good place to stay.

Simply great

Ive stayed here many times and each time is better than the other. The staff is amazingly kind and polite, the infrastructure is modern and clean. Will definitely keep coming here 3 to 4 times a year

Everything was great and clean. Loved that had restaurants near the hotel and super close to the airport.

They have a hidden $20 fee when you get onsite. The hotel staff was very rude. It was far too expensive for the quality of accommodations and curtesy of the staff. Too bad there weren't any Hiltons closer to the airport.

Bent over backwards to get me their last room of the night!

Very nice hotel airport. We flew in for a cruise out of La Romana, and stayed overnight. Hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport and returned us to the airport the next morning to catch the shuttle bus to the cruise port. Driver found the spot we needed to be at for Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Beautiful upscale hotel close to the airport. The free airport shuttle pick up and drop off is a huge plus. We contacted the hotel upon our arrival and we were picked up within minutes by a black Mercedes sprinter. The transfer to the airport is scheduled every 20 minutes, so it it is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the room is clean and spacious. Its a great hotel for an overnight stay.

The room that we're in was quite noisy with walls and doors so thin that you can hear people talking.
