We have stayed here before and both times have been fine. Easy checkin, staff friendly, clean rooms and convenient location to dining, entertainment and shopping.

For the price this is a very mediocre hotel. No vending machines, no dining on premises, rooms are ok at best. You can do much better for the same cost.

We stayed at the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely amazing. It was so open and the huge jacuzzi and fireplace was absolutely incredible. We will definitely be staying again

The property was fine. A couple of things. 1. There was no luggage rack in the room. There was no place for my luggage. When I asked at the front desk they didn’t know what I was asking for. 2. The phone in the room wasn’t working. When I advised at the front desk in departure they said none of the phones were working in that section of the hotel. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Should I have needed to contact front desk etc I would not have been able to.

We were very pleased with the overall quality and cleanliness, and especially with the breakfast room, included in stay. The continental breakfast was wonderful, with much to choose from. Very bright and open area with lots of room. We will stay again.

Some parts were under construction so a bit noisy and cluttered in some parts. You must have dinner in the Cabana Kitchen. Fabulous food and service!!!!

Clean and pleasant, updated rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some renovations were ongoing but it didn’t affect us in any way. Breakfast was great- lots of selection.

Breakfast was amazing with a variety of breakfast items, including waffles, eggs, sausages, ham, pastries, yogurt, fruit and bagels or toast! Room was clean, spacious and affordable with black friday deal!

I love having access to breakfast in the morning.

The king size bed was comfortable with plenty of large pillows and the complementary breakfast was one of the best we’ve seen :)

Formally the Four Points Hotel. Our room was very spacious with a large TV. Lots of outlets and USB charging ports. Large bathroom and shower complete with pumps for soap and hair liquids. Full breakfast with sausages, ham potatoes, eggs, waffles fruit etc. with large plates and real cutlery. Staff was very courteous and very helpful.

The staff has been very friendly, accommodating and gracious. Their customer service alone (although the room was lovely) means that we will be back. Special shout out to the lady running the continental breakfast and to the ladies working night shift at the front desk (Chan and the lady training her).

Hotel was decent, pool and hot tub looked welcoming. I heard the hot tub was nice. The room was clean and nice. The included breakfast looked nice and the restaurant setting was clean and organized. I have 2 complaints though: Parking lot only has one entry & exit (second is gated and inaccessible) and the bathroom had no fan. Not even a hot lamp. Still, I’ll be back. The price was decent even on a Saturday. And it was close to the casino in town.

Shouldn’t be called the same as the casino hotel. Did not want this hotel. Curtains did not close. Had to put pillows to block view into room. Cold and could not sleep. Could not switch hotel, even though they same company.

The breakfast area and food and service were excellent.

Renovations are sub par. Things still need work. Holes in walls showing patch work, bathroom door handle didn’t work or lock, tub drain plug broken. Pool and hot tub closed. Breakfast hours are closed too early. Highway traffic too noisy. Won’t stay here again.

Clean and spacious

We booked a king room and were pleasantly surprised at the huge space it had. It had a large living area and roomy bathroom. Location is right off the highway, close to downtown or shopping. A great choice.

not great service or stay

wasn't the greatest stay. as soon as we checked in the front desk guy was rude. even about asking questions about the pool. the beds were very uncomfortable, and we couldn't even use the tv, the bathroom had no fan. and for the pool it was closed and had to go across the highway to access the other hotels pool. checking out , the person didn't even ask how our stay was, just checked out. won't be staying there again.

Quick cab ride from the train station and you can walk through safe neighborhoods to get downtown. Very quiet, clean rooms and staff were really helpful. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub (which looked beautiful) were closed which would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Well, when we checked in, they said the only King room they had was in the BASEMENT…. No windows…. Um, no thanks, is that even allowed? What about a fire?

Room was spacious and had nicely designed sitting and work areas. There was debris, possibly from renos, in the hallway.

I’ve never stayed here before. The staff are amazing, clean facility, wonderful breakfast! Top notch service!!

Great Place to Stay

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. We had booked a suite and it wasn't like in the picture. They found us the suite that we wanted and let us move rooms. The breakfast was a surprise of ham, sausages, eggs and toast. Cereal, yogurt, fruit and pastries were also available. The pool and hot tub area has yet to open but is a beautiful and bright space. We will be staying here again.

Amazing rooms with great views. Went with another couple and they allowed us to upgrade our room to a suit so we could be close. Assume that’s not always available but was very appreciative they did it when they could.

Front desk was accommodating and very pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Swimming pool & hot tub not available. No washer / dryer on premises even though we called before to ask, front desk guy said there was laundry facility. Honeymoon suite was nice, and huge. The kitchen area and living area was not very cozy.but for the price its all fine.

The suite was well maintained with comfy beds and pillows for a great night's sleep. I will recommend this lodge to my friends and family. And a thank you to who ever chose the Hand & Body lotion, wonderful feel and extremely mild scent.

I was pleasantly surprised, based on reviews mentioning that renovations were underway. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area looked beautiful and the breakfast was very good. We will stay here again! My only suggestion is to extend the breakfast to 9:30 am.

For the value there is no hotel in PG that compares to this value. The continental breakfast was the best I have seen in years. Bright, clean and refreshing

Room was incredibly bright on the bottom floor, curtains do not close to black out room. Hot tub was closed, failed to mention at check in, waste of time getting ready then going only to find it's closed. Continental breakfast was good.
