Great modern rooms, convenient location right opposite the beach, located at a quieter part of Patong but still walking distance into the centre. Staff are amazing, so helpful. The corridors at the hotel are long and traffic of people walking through can at times be a bit annoying. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor

Location was excellent, service and staff were excellent. Beautiful Pools, 30 second walk to the beach, five minute walk toTown. Fully Met our expectations. Concierge made a great restaurant recommendation and set up the taxi for us. They also arranged our transportation to Krabi. Highly recommend.

2nd time staying at this hotel. It’s now confirmed to be our preferred hotel. Will be back again. Tip: Avoid staying in rooms on first floor near hotel entrance or restaurant entrance if you want no noise.

Love the four Points Wharton in Phuket, only issue was the air conditioning system on the roof- every two hours it made a popping noise , however we got used to it- next time change the roo.

A quick getaway.

The hotel is new. Well maintained. But the walls are thin. That means you’ll hear flush go off, a bathroom slam or a chair move like it’s happening right in your own room! People come back at odd hours and to have a door slam is unnerving and disturbing. Two, the hotel was operating at full capacity and the staff did all they could, but I’ve never been told that the pool deck was full. Luckily for us the beach right next door. If you can deal with these two little bugbears then you’re at a great place that’s new and has the best hotel pillows.

Great stay at the Four Points Sheraton on Patong Beach. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Close proximity to shopping and entertainment. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

The hotel is outstanding, brilliant location, super friendly staff and the facilities are superb, couldn’t ask for anything better.

This was a wonderful stay and a modern resort that’s small enough to navigate and get to the fun area fast by taxi.

First time in Phuket

Great breakfast options - 2 restaurants to pick from (the one by the beach is quiter, the one in the courtyard has a bigger selection). Very friendly staff, greeting ever time you walk past. The king size bed was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The pools were also great and they have happy hours on cocktails certain times of the day. Very happy with our stay. Only thing to mention is the street the hotel is located on gets very busy from 6pm onwards, so expect some traffic if you’re going anywhere in the evening.

Stunning hotel with super friendly staff

Very close to beach towards the quiet end. 10 min walk from Bangla market. Views from room are not much. Property is bit inside from the main road. Breakfast is superb - could go to the property again for breakfast.

The property was conveniently located and had very good breakfast options. My room was located by the pool facilities so the corridors were at times wet. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating.

My stay overall was very enjoyable. Initially I was given a room in the block where some paint/maintenance work was going on. Smell of the paint not only in the corridor but also in the room was really strong so I had to request a change of room which was addressed by the staff immediately. Hence, the staff responding were exceptional. Hotel location was great. It would have been good to have breakfast included, as other good hotels in the same area for the same price had breakfast included. Other than that, my experience was good and I would recommend this hotel to travellers.

Fantastic venue and would definitely recommend anyone to stay . Staff were friendly and helpful and the infinity pool overlooking patong beach across the street was fantastic . My only suggestion would be for the staff to align on the acceptable payment methods poolside rather than conflicting each other. Otherwise a wonderful stay all around .

Beautiful location - luxury stay

Beautiful luxury hotel with several pools - good restaurants and right on the beach. 15 mins walk to Bangla rd and shopping area. Loved the infinity pool.

Amazing

My husband and I stayed here during our anniversary trip to Phuket and it was awesome! They list their check-in time as 3 but we had an early flight. We arrived there at about 11am and they let us check in right away. Check in was a breeze.. there was no line or wait although there were many people there checking in as well. The service was very hospitable the whole time we were there and they cleaned our room every morning when we left out. The eating areas were very clean and they maintained them during meals. The food was delicious. There was plenty of variety. The room service prices were very affordable. I have zero complaints! I should mention that this a family friendly hotel and there were plenty of kids there but I have kids so that was fine for me! I’ll definitely return!

I am absolutely displeased about certain incidents which has left me with the insecurity of staying at Four Points Sheraton. 1) staying in pool access room. My swimming gear floats was places in my balcony at the end. When I woke up the next morning it has disappeared. I reported it and was not pleased with the result. Let say children walked up to my balcony and took the float to play with. What if any other adult want to break into my room. The staff would know nothing about it. It gave me unsecured feeling. 2) Bad service. Having breakfast at Sears restaurant, i went for hot water at the bar area, the hot water comes out very very slow and stopped from the boiler, the bartender was watching and said nothing until I ask no water, the guy said yes, it will take 10 mins to boil the water. and the staff seems having a bad mood on the day. Is it a proper way to serve the guests? 3) Leaving a jacket in the restaurant in the morning, the next day until we reported it. The restaurant should have the record which room number I was, but never attempt to inform us until we asked for it.

Excelente hotel y bien ubicado

Nos quedamos en una suite en el primer piso que tiene salida a la piscina. Impagable la comodidad de aquello. Lo recomiendo 100%. El wifi funciona muy bien y el desayuno es bien variado. Tienen un frigo bar para llenar con lo que deseen ya que hay un 7 eleven próximo. Caminando está como a 30 minutos de las calles más concurridas y de un centro comercial.

Food variety at breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast so much. The staff is friendly. The concierge lady is patient and took initiatives to help us take a lot of nice pictures around the lobby and the pool.

We expected alot more The ocean view roooms are underneath the resturant that has bbq on the evenings, the smoke hits you strong. Rooms need a bit update The staff were ok, nothing special.

I loved that the hotel was located so close to the beach, we just need to cross the stret to be there.

Bad experience from the start 30 mins to check in Standard room had window about 3 metres from adjoining property balcony Main pool area used daily by large groups of men not staying at hotel. They dominated the area and it was not relaxing at all. No common area to sulit apart from pool or lobby...which was very crowded and chaotic. I would never stay here again. We were booked for 7 nights but left after one. 15 min walk to Bangla Rd.

This property was amazing right in the heart of patong! Get on a motor bike and the strip is right there!!! The staff was amazing the food is amazing I’ll definitely go back!

Perfect hotel, perfect stay

What a wonderful hotel! Perfect location, new facilities, great restaurants. Check-in is a little chaotic, however, it’s beautiful once you’re in your room. I stayed in one of the first floor rooms with access to the pool. It could get loud at times with kids, but it’s great to have a personal pool.

Very good location, nice pool, a big breakfast with a lot of variety, gym was pretty equipped, room was big enough and clean. We ordered a dinner included but we didn’t know that it should be on the same restaurant (sears and co) everyday, then we wanted to cancel because we didn’t know that the dinner is not a buffet and we need to eat in the same restaurant for five days, but the staff said it’s impossible…

The Staff was so wonderful and so ready to assist in any way. From the moment I checked in Tikky and Leena informed me of several options that were available to me. The breakfast buffet at the Chao Leh Kitchen was great. I'm an early person and the fact that it opened at 0630 worked out perfect for me. Gift and Fern greeted me with a beautiful smile and just make my breakfast that much more enjoyable. Also Rabbit from services on the third floor building 7/8. Again always greeting me with that beautiful smile, and ready to exchange a few words. I just have to say everyone I came across was great.

The staff were amazing! The pool is very nice and Sao the pool attendant was very helpful, polite and professional. Cannot recommend staying here. Great spot if it’s your first time to Phuket.

The staff goes the extra mile, every single time. Rooms are clean and the pool experience was very pleasant. Breakfast was incredible. The hotel is very close to everything else and is near the beach. Arranging trips was easy and worth it.

Amazing in everyway

Such a fun stay! The property caters to all types of travellers from families, groups and couples. We enjoyed the mix of the quiet pool by the room and then the more “beach club” vibes at the top pool. The room was clean and spacious, bed the most comfortable we have had in Thailand! Be aware it is a bit of a walk in the heat to hot spots like Bangla road and the shopping centre however this is made up by the fact that you are on the quieter end of Patong with less riff raff. Would stay again and recommend to others!

I selected this hotel due to its contemporary style and proximity to Bangla Road. It is situated directly across from the beach and a brief stroll to Bangla Road. Its location, while picturesque, proved to be noisy. We were kept awake by guests in the hallway, wailing babies, and a belligerent individual who erroneously pounded on our door at 3am, causing a ruckus on our floor as he continued to knock on every door looking for his room. Patong Beach is a party area. I would recommend this hotel!

Front the moment Sugar checked me in at the front desk to the every moment of interactions I've had with all staff members of this hotelthey we all very Warm and Sincere. They made me feel like family and I truly felt their love and appreciation. The property is very well maintained, the breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic. My all you can eat dining at Chao was exceptional thanks to Penny and Pookpick. My only recommendation would be to over a different option for lunch,as its similar option thats available for the dinner.

Poor Housekeeping

Very very poor housekeeping. Room not cleaned until 6 pm despite leaving the housekeeping green light on since 830 am. Called again for service at 330pm and finally I went to the front desk to request for housekeeping. Amazing and never ever staying in this hotel.

Really well run and organised hotel. We had a Family Room and our 5 and 2 year old kids loved the themed room, and they enjoyed the respite of the kids club. Was good to have two options of where to eat breakfast as meant each restaurant was not overflowing with people

In a word phenomenal. Four Points made for a transformative vacation experience, they simply operated without error from the GM down to housekeeping. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and polite ready to provide assistance at a moments notice. The facilities were amazing allowing for some of the best rest my family has had in years. Centrally located next to everything I simply cannot wait till next year when we vacation here again!

We wanted a swim up pool room, with a pool bar and easy location to beach patong and plenty of options for food. Sheraton ticked every box. Perfect. Pool access suite was amazing. So quiet. Thanks for a great holiday

it was a great place

The best hotel I've stayed in for the last 50 years. The room with direct excess to the pool through my veranda. The staff so polite. The enormous breakfast choices was outstanding. The room was immaculate with fresh bedding and towels and 4 bottles of water each day. The hotel is across the street straight to the beach. Sears restaurant was not that good. The wagu meat had a lot of inedible fat.

Great location, lovely stay

We had a very nice stay at the Sheraton Four Points Phuket. We chose this hotel because of its fantastic location and it lived up to our expectations. Having Patong Beach across the street was fabulous. The crossing guard to assist getting across the busy street safely was amazing. We love the infinity pool with beach view as well. The hotel is close enough to the nightlife but far enough away to not feel too crazy. The food that we had at the hotel was very good as well. Our room was comfortable. The hotel is a bit loud so I needed to sleep with ear plugs but overall it was a great stay. I also very much appreciate the availability of a shower and a nice big bathroom to get ready in after checkout since we had a late flight. We were able to enjoy the last day of amenities and then prepare for our long flight home. The concierge team was excellent helping us with taxis to our various restaurant reservations during the week. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location overlooking the beach. The atmosphere at the pools were perfect. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
