Love the room

Very nice atmosphere

We stayed at the hotel as we were attending a concert at the OLG Stage. They let us check in early and check out late. Hotel was great! Nice walking area close by. Down side is the price of food at the onsite hotels. Crazy expensive..

fan was sitting at my room door running for my entire stay.

I stay for two days I’m so comfortable their all they are excellent

We stayed for one night, and overall, it was fine—nothing extraordinary. However, the valet parking felt overpriced.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Had a great view of both American and Canadian falls. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

It was okay...

We really liked our views they were spectacular. The property was clean, helpful staff. The only thing was that the vending machines on the floors weren't working.

Ill never stay at Wyndham hotels agin ..the room i was in was full of issues outlets next to bed didnt work toliet wouldn't flush ..staff was rude as hell ..and dibt fet me started on parking 100 dollars aday close to the front door 65 aday in the parking lot at front ..and 35 aday down the street ..wont be back

I would like to start by saying that we have stayed at this location many times and will be back again, hands down the best stay in the Falls. On this occasion we chose a basic room on a weekend stay during a children's hockey tournament. The hotel was overrun with screaming children and boys shouting in the stairwells, screaming in the pool as well as a lot of unwelcome hair in the pool... Not super pleasant. Also, specifically, room 708 is an OCD nightmare... It was clean, but certainly not to the same spec as other rooms we have stayed in. Also, there isn't a true corner or straight line in the space. The rug print runs off-centre, making furniture look crooked in the room; the king bed is very off centre, making it nearly impossible to access the bed on one side. The air conditioning unit is as loud as a farm turbine and there is visibly damaged furniture as well as fatiugue over all. The bed shows signs of use (stains on the matress cover) but no sign of bugs. We chose the room online for an 8.8 rating, but the room we were assigned definitely falls short of that. Overall, we love this hotel and their friendly staff and plan on returning - I highly recommend avoiding the fun-house room we had to get the best out of your stay :) Thank you Wyndham Fallsview for being helpful and clean. Looking forward to a better room choice next time!

Close to the falls, casino, and dining. Walkable to downtown entertainment area. Family friendly.

Barely any available room for parking off site when you pay an additional $35 a night for it. Toilet barely flushes and the shower has no water pressure at all. Outdated amenities, pool is basically a sauna cloud of chlorine with no proper air filtration .

The parking is expensive and it’s not always available and may have to park far from hotel

Accessible room was very spacious and it was easy to maneuver the wheelchair inside the washroom. The property needs a van accessible wheelchair parking spot/s.

Elevator was broken, had to wait a very long time to get an elevator, could hear what was going on in the other rooms

The hotel is dated. There was hair in the shower when we arrived.

Didn’t like the fact that we were bothered by the security for a noise complaint when we were just watching tv not only were we accused once at 9pm but again at 1am while we were trying to sleep very unprofessional accusing people when you can’t even confirm who was making the noise ruined the whole weekend as we were up most of the night worried about any noise we would make as well as threatening to kick us out if he came back again when we did nothing wrong very poor customer service at front desk as we had to go down there to complain at 1am and they said they couldn’t do anything and did not even try to comfort us and make sure that everything was taken care of all that we were told is that they can’t do anything about it very disappointing experience for the money that was paid for the weekend also find the prices in the convenient store in the lobby out rages as I bought 3 items for 51 dollars overall would never come back to this hotel

Room amenities and elevator issue

I Had an okay stay this time the room was good. Just the amenities I travelled with a Senior and called a head of time to inquire that each room had microwave and fridge and that was not the case when I arrived , I just believe that each room should have a microwave , I have been staying at this hotel for years and this was a first for me . Also there was only one working elevator which made it difficult to get around long waits and packed elevators causing us to constantly wait for elevator to be less full .

Great hotel, everything was clean and organized. Just a tar bit annoying that the parking is off site and a bit far (across the street) and $35 cad not included on the fees.

We paid a resort fee through Expedia at our time of booking. At the end of our stay they told us there was an additiinal $67 resort fee and $35 parking fee. An entire $101 upcharge.Management was extremely rude. Parking was two blocks away. Parkiing attendant was also extremely rude! Would not ever stay here again or recommend to anyone. Miserable experience!!!!

Our stay was amazing! The room was great! The bed was so comfortable! Thank you for having good quality pillows that did not go flat. Great customer service. Every single person we encountered from the staff were so nice and helpful. Amazing views!

Excellent location very clean my only complaint was that one of the elevator wasn’t working for the 3 days we were there and the wait was very long. A bit noisy but it was March break so a lot of kids running around but nothing to worry about! room was great!

Will stay again

Great stay and close to everything. Don’t like the parking options.

Stay was brutal as I brought my boyfriend there to relax to find out there was a hockey tournament in town. We had kids who were out of control all night screaming and coming in and out of the hallway slamming doors. Not a relaxing time or good night overall. Thanks to the staff who helped me during checkout.

They oversold parking. And still made the rates rediculous even tho we had to park in their third lot! Which is not Close!! So why am i charged sooo much for that inconvience??? Rediculous

Too loud. Too many people. Waiting for elevator all the time. Pool over filled with about 100 kids. Yelling kids and families kept is up all night. Back is messed up after using pillows with no support. Inconvenient parking situation.

Great hotel. Lots of friendly & helpful staff. Close to everything Niagara Falls has to offer. Connected to casino & plenty of restaurants & bars

Over all decent stay

My only issue was the beds not enough bedding. We were all cold. Rooms were clean Check in was quick, I did online check in. Which made getting get quick. Only little information was parking was expensive. Off site $35 Vallet $100

Parking was a nightmare and no availability in the building parking lot. However, the buildings had great amenities and access around the area.

Onsite parking was overpriced, and limited. Elevator was not working.

I booked suite and until we arrive, they did not inform that suit is not available. I was offered different room which made our plan change with kids

Good walking distance to thungs

Property is clean but on site parking cost is $70 that’s half of hotel price. The parking across is $35. They need to do better on this.

The location is great, except that the driving address takes you to the back of the hotel and not the reception area, which caused us difficulties with the 2 elderly people we had with us. All of the restaurant prices are incredibly inflated. $120 for breakfast at IHOP for 4. Nothing over the top special...just stupidly expensive.

Nice property. Off site parking is across the road and somewhat inconvenient when you have small children. Lengthy walk from Clifton Hill and no shuttles to or from Clifton Hill from hotel. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again 🙂

March break get away.

Took my 4 grandaughters on a small March break trip. They loved the pool and swam there three times. The room was large and bright. Quiet at night. Halls and our room were very clean and well maintained. Convenient to the Falls and downtown.

Great location and amazing staff

Overall the experience was excellent, the only knit picky issue I have, it’s more preference, but the mattresses were too soft for my liking. Still this issue shouldn’t deter your choice.

Breakfast not included, and parking too expensive and across the road too far, very disappointed

we booked a king bed but when arrived were told they had to switch to queen bc they were sold out of king but thats what we had booked and were expecting so that was very disappointing. parking was very far away

The area is very close to OLG Stage. Great Mexican restaurant across the street. The hotel was alright. It didn’t feel very clean.

Location, easy access to everything

We were disappointed in our stay. In the late evening our room began to have a smell like rotten eggs. The fridge made a loud buzzing sound, the outlets were not working to charge our devices. The shower could not get hot and the toilet rattled every time you sat on it. I think they need to put some money towards fixing their rooms and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay

Went to have a shower and no hot water went to front desk and they told me that was the water temp as they have been having issues with the hot water I said move me to another room that has hot water and they said sorry couldn’t do that but took 35 dollars off my bill because I didn’t have hot water Will never stay here again

We checked into the hotel 1 hr after check in started. I was asked if I wanted the king bed I confirmed online or if I was ok with a queen bed. I requested the king size bed, as originally confirmed online, which meant I had to wait another 30 min until one was cleaned. When we arrived to the king room there was a horrible smell. We requested a change and so we were only offered a queen room if we didn’t want to pay additional costs. Only one elevator was working, the front desk was busy when we went to get the new room key, no apologies were received, the front lobby smelled of bbq smoke from the restaurants, the new room had no body wash in the dispenser, we could hear the people above us and on either side of us throughout the night, the bathroom had running water both in the shower and in the sink. Overall we were very disappointed spending money on this hotel and would’ve expected some kind of compensation. I spent time researching hotels before our trip and I trusted expedias reviews but we were expecting far better amenities and customer service than we experienced.

Big comfortable room

This hotel was perfect for seeing a concert at the OLG stage. We just walked through the pathways and never had to go outside. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of electrical outlets. The usb outlet was for the old-style usb. We had a hockey team on our floor and the parents did all their socializing, as a large group in the hallway outside our room - while the kids played mini-sticks. The layout of the room meant that the noise wasn't loud from our bed (the bathroom and sitting area were closer to the door). The tv was oddly positioned to be viewable from neither the bed or the couch. Check-in was friendly and any staff we interacted with were very helpful.

The check-in process was quick and easy, with an option to check-in ahead of time online. I had read reviews that we would be better off parking our own car to avoid paying $80 for the valet service. So we parked our car ahead of time. At check-in, we learned that we could have used the self-park.option through Wyndham which was $35/night (rather than the $40 tax we had already spent), so parking options are good. The hotel room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything we needed was available to us... A very convenient location with restaurants and walkway to casino. Great spot for a good price. The carpets seem a little outdated, but otherwise, very nice - no complaints!

The check in experience was good, rooms are very nice, wonderful staff. The only part that we weren’t too happy with was the parking, as there was not much available close to the hotel. They do have overflow lots, but they’re a bit of a walk.

Price for parking was ridiculous! Seventy dollars per night is stupid and quite insulting. Found out a third key to our room was 'out there', rather unsettling that someone else may have had a key.

Parking is inconvenient and a ripoff. Need to self park half a block up the road and lot was full and had to park half in a snow bank for $35/day. Option was $100 for valet which is a ridiculous price to charge for Niagara Falls parking.. and it wasn’t available because valet lot was full..? Staff is very nice. Room was ok. Location is great walking distance from most things in the new Falls area. Door to room did not close so needed to slam door shut when entering or leaving.

Even after spending good amount of money, parking was not free for the customers. The parking they gave us was clearly has $20 fee but we got charged $35 for whole day. Completely unacceptable.

When I booked my room through Expedia it showed a walk-in shower but when I got to the property, they told me the room did not come with a walk-in shower. This has happened several times to me while booking through Expedia.
