Great location. I love this hotel because I can get to the casino without having to go outside.
connected to casino fallsview
Nice place except parking costs were too high. 70/night
Excellent
Will visit again. Great place to stay.
Really welcoming stay, greated with kindness and professionalism. The staff was most considerate. I had twins a they help alot. Thank you.
Great location
We love the Wyndham Grand Fallsview! We love the location and the size of the rooms! This stay for whatever reason, the room didn’t appear overly clean. Dust on all the furniture and rugs weren’t very clean. Our white socks turned yellowish brown by morning. I am sure that this stay was just an anomaly. We will come back for sure!
The restaurants right in the hotel didn't have a great breakfast...it was very fast foodish .
Bottled water and nespresso coffee in hotel. The shower and sink were a bit dated but worked well. No slippers available when we called the front desk
Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. The check-in and out was so easy and convenient as well as there are coupons for attractions and restaurants you get when you pick up your keys. Overall the hotel was great. The only complaints I have was it was not easy to find the entrance was not easy to find as it is on the backside of the building. Overall it was lovelyttyybcitp meds
The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful!
Great service, Cathy was very friendly and efficient
The rooms where very clean
We needed assistance withe the coffee machine in our room. We asked our housekeeper and she spent time with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Shelly was great We must have been looking a little confused because the hotel is a bit of a maze. A staff member came to us and showed us a “shortcut “ to make it easier. He approached us without being asked and was extremely friendly to us every time he saw us in the lobby Even the greeter in the parking lot when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. Great people make a great hotel
Limited parking onsite
The staff was professional and friendly, from the parking staff to the cleaning staff. The front desk was very accommodating particularly as it pertained to mobility issues. The room was a good size, clean and well appointed. We would highly recommend this hotel.
The property /stay met our expectations and requirements. No issues !!

Over 20 years ago my husband and i were at the falls and had a picture taken by the falls, we took.this trip to recreate that photo. The hotel was a.perfect location and we had a room that overlooked the falls. I would love to know where you purchase your pillows, they were amazing!
The hotel has amazing view to the waterfall and the room is very clean and quite spacious. The staff is great and very helpful.
Charged $35 for parking. Front desk advised of where to park. Never told us it $35 to park. Nowhere on website advising of extra cost. When charge came my credit card called and asked what charge was for. Told me for parking. Told manager nobody advised of extra charge. Manager said not my problem nobody told you you’re still being charged and payment will not be removed from credit card.
Beautiful view of the Canadian falls from a spacious and comfortable room. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel
Many stays
Great hotel to stay. We have been going there 3 to 4 times a year for the last 10 years. Remodeling is turning out fantastic
Convenient!
Great place, staff went up and above to accommodate.
Very concenient location. Nice rooms.
Parking is a complete joke. Other than that 5 stars.
Staff is very friendly, everything is walking distance, not too fair from the falls. I love that they have coupons, very nice if you’re on a budget.
Our room was better than expected. A corner room with windows on both sides.
Stay was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Stay was great. Will be back.
We found the hotel very clean, and always smelled nice when entering. It was meticulously cared for by the staff. Room was nice, beds were great. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. We visited the gift shop once, and were disgusted by their pricing for a bag of chips and a pop. Went elsewhere after that. We would definitely recommend this hotel .
close to what we wanted to do, hotel was clean which we really liked would stay again if price is right
the fire alarm went on in middle of the night that was a little annoying
Accessibility
Great location close to the falls and a short walk to Clifton Hill. Nice spacious rooms and the bed was super comfortable. There are lots of places to eat just outside the hotel and the casino is right across the street that has some shopping and a food court. Would definitely stay here again.
Good place to stay with family. Enjoy the stay !!
Beautiful place very clean
So close to the casino you don’t even have to go outside. A 20 min walk to Clifton hill.parking isn’t cheap but on par with the area. Super clean spacious rooms..lot of elevators
They charged me 3 times
All round wonderful experience. I would definitely visit again.
quite and safe place
All good
The hotel is relatively clean and I felt safe. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that many amenities were within walking distance without having to go outside. Parking was too high (I parked off-site) and I think there should be a discount if you're staying more than one night. The rooms are not exactly soundproof as I could hear the person in the next room sneezing.
Nice place, clean rooms, polite staff, close to everything.
;)
Great stay
Parking was horrible and you had to pay per day to park far from the hotel.
We came here for a family get away. Staying on the 17th floor, At 7 am Sunday morning my husband, my 5 year old child and I were stuck in the elevator for over an hour. While trying to get in touch with someone from the elevator the communication was very poor. On top of a language barrier they couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t hear them on the phone as it wasn’t working properly or too much interference. We tried using our cell phones to call front desk but couldn’t get through to anything but an automated service. We had 2 older children up in the hotel room still. We were able to get ahold of them and had them call front desk, it took numerous calls before someone answered them. After finally melting down yelling at them to get me out did they notify us emergency services were “on their way” this was after about half hour of being trapped in the elevator. It took roughly another 20-25min for fire department to finally show up (who I must say made clear communication with us from the time they got there) We finally got out a short time later. Over all we were trapped for over an hour. With that being said, the other elector was already out of service all weekend and the one we were in had already broke down yesterday. Still waiting on what the hotel will do for us. Worst ending to our not cheap family get away
The Fallsview Rooms are awesome and worth the extra money. Tons of great restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The parking situation is a bit confusing. We did self park in the casino area. At the time we went in it was $15. You don’t take a ticket upon arrival. You just pay whatever the “fee of the moment” is (changes without warning), so at the time we left the fee was $50(!) for one night! But the fee would have been $50 if we had been there an hour or a week..:doesn’t matter when you got there….just whatever the random fee is when you want to leave.
very dated hotel..could use a major upgrade
Air conditioner was broken and coming off the wall. Also had to park very far, further than they told us when we paid for it. Otherwise was okay.
A little expensive but very nice and convenient
Our experience overall was great. I was a little surprised that parking wasn't included and the cost to park was $35 which was in a lot across the street. Otherwise valet parking would have been $100. Convenient spot to access restaurants.
Quick and easy check-in. Attached to the Fallsview Casino
Room smells like old moldy cloth
The shower head was broken.
Good stay. No problems no complaints
Good value and great location
Didn't like the"view". We saw the air conditioning units. The was so much noise we could not sleep. We told front desk and got no where.
I was happily surprised by this hotel Close to soooo much! First time we got to see the falls in the CAN side and they are way better! There are 2 Starbucks, an ihop, casino, a steakhouse, fun zone, comedy show club.. the list goes on. The only thing I thought was ridiculous was the parking- $70 a night to park at the hotel or $100 for valet. When we already paid $240 for the room.. on a Monday night. Everyone was very nice and I felt safe with my daughter there. There are a couple outlet malls close by also- one a mile or so and a bigger/nicer one 9miles away.
Parking staff rude and very pushy to move car while unloading luggage. Created a very bad first impression.
Comfortable convenient and close to Fallsview Casino 🎰
Very good
Beautiful place
Location
close to concert at Fallsview Casino
No
I would stay at this hotel again
We had a great trip. All interactions eith staff were great. I appreciated being able to do everything by text or email, however. Prefer the person to person contact. Room was comfortable, pool and hot tub great. Situated close to the OLG stage was fabulous.
You can hear people talking or walking upstairs, next suit, and hallway. Staff was not really kind, even though they made a mistake
Perfect location especially for the OLG STAGE and Casino.
Very clean.
Great location.
They allowed us to check in early which really helped our circumstance !!
The stay was fine except for being woken up at midnight to evacuation alarms
Close
Breakfast and parking should be included.
Great spot next to the casino. Parking is a rip off, park a block away for half the price.
It was beautiful and clean
Nice room, comfortable bed
Clean and reasonably priced
The rooms were nice, clean and spacious We had a nice view of the falls. We enjoyed the pool area. And the price was the best I had seen with a view of the falls.
Excellent Stay.
it was overall okay. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and chose to stay here. Everything came to 330$ and it was a smaller room that didn’t have stock in the bath items. It was fairly clean. Not a bad stay but they didn’t do anything for us celebrating our anniversary and because there was so body wash in our room we had to go to the gift shop where they charged 7$ for the bar of soap, not to mention the other over priced items we bought. Parking is 70$ which I guess is to be expected but still very pricey. There was also a HUGE hole in the ceiling in the hallway. Doesn’t really scream high end hotel. We were put in a joining room that a family with loud children stayed in next to us. That were screaming and jumping around.
Close to casino and stores restaurants and the falls
Could hear the toilet flushing in the next room constantly, air conditioning was extremely loud as well. Bed was sub par. It’s not bad but also not great.
Good family experience
Room was clean. Bed was clean.
The view and convenience, and staff were great. The parking was way overpriced $70 per night, the multitude of hidden charges was not surprising but annoying. The TGIF attached having US prices while in Canada was also annoying, but great staff.
The room is beautiful and quiet area,,,
Nice
Rooms were clean and very spacious, staff was friendly. We had leaky faucet issues and they were fixed right away.
Hotel was great easy check in process, great location, clean and friendly staff. But there are so many hidden fees 😕 extra property tax and a extra service fee on top of Hst. Checked in to find out parking was extra on top of the room rate they only tell you after you are already booked and don't have a choice this is not ok. Paid $35 for parking plus all the taxes turned out to be $63 changed to my credit card but had no choice as we had drove 2 hrs in traffic for a concert, please make this clear on your website! it would of changed my choice of booking a hotel. There are plenty of other hotel choices in the area I will think twice next time.
Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff.
Great experience will be back
Asked for a $300 deposit without any prior notice. Took the longest time for check out to check the room and then return the deposit. Bathroom water leaking
I didn’t like after parking and getting room keys and then I am told parking is $70 or $35 if I move my car across the street. Put that info out in your hotel website
I liked how accessible everything was in such a close range (food & drinks).
One of the bed in the family suite had blood stains on the white linen. VERY noticeable. But we came back to the hotel very late and have younger childen, we just pulled the sheets down and didn't touch it instead of calling and asking some one to come clean again late at night. Parking lot was full and had to "Park at your own risk" off site across the st.
