The hotel was very friendly and staff were very helpful rooms and beds very comfortable..
We had a great time, we love it
NICE!
Great staff, great location
I had a great time
I had a great time at Four Points by Sheraton ]. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my requests were attended to throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful viewharli of the surrounding area. The location was convenient, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh options. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!”
Favorite hotel in Africa!
The staff were soooo warm, welcoming, helpful and kind. I’ve been travelling for many weeks in many countries across Africa and this was by far my best experience.
Excellent
Good staff very safe good food
The entire area around the property was so substandard, that we dared not to venture outside of it.
Great trip and comfortable hotel
Great trip and comfortable hotel
Great staff
The room was quite small with limited amenities. Certainly bad value for money compared to other properties in the same price range.
Terrible
Great value ,staff is Excellent .
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at getting me whatever I needed. I will definitely stay here again.
Great team food and hospitality i recommend
Amazing
Outstanding customer service, especially front desk associate, Valentine
Because I booked on the day of staying, the room was not ready, but hotel staffs tried to prepare comfortable stay. Also, all staffs at hotel and restaurant are very nice.
Warm hospitality and friendly staff
Reception team are so friendly. My room on the 6th floor was spotless and very clean. The hotel is a walking distance from convenience stores, pharmacy, etc. The restaurant are the stars specially Margaret and Hezbron, always greeting me with a smile all the time. Highly recommended.
I really enjoyed my stay.
I really enjoyed my stay.
I really enjoyed my stay
My experience was amazing as always right from entering the hotel. The staff members were exceptional and courteous. The rooms were clean and well kept. I will definitely visit again.
Not the right fit for me
Excellent service ! Great location to dining options
I had a pleasant stay.
I had a pleasant stay.
Quiet, comfortable rooms and outstanding staff, with particular thanks to Christine and Tracy. Grateful for the flexibility on check-in and check-out. Well located, in easy walking distance to Yaya Center and to the hotel-affiliated Olakira spa (where I recommend Maureen's excellent reflexology).
The hospitality during your stay will be memorable the staff are amazing! The breakfast options are so many you will be lost for choice. It’s location gives you convenience to different areas of the city including the Central business district.
As always nothing could be done better
My favourite place in Nairobi would be rather a 5 star than a 4 star, Kudos to the staff, especially Catherine that makes life easy.
Would stay there again
Good stay except the check-in
It was my first time at four points, everything was fine especially the staff were very kind and welcoming, unfortunately check-in took long time coz there was one staff in duty Thursday night, he was taking care of many guests at the same time, despite the pressure Mr. Godwin was very welcoming and professionally.
Wonderful service, very comfortable
I had a great stay at the Four Points. The roof top was really a great spot to hang out. The dining options on the roof top and on the main level were excellent. I also want to mention how nice and friendly everyone was from the reception to the cleaning staff to the waiters. Big shout out to Diana at the customer relation desk for making it such an enjoyable stay.
Overpriced. Very slow wifi.
Great stay
Really great hotel. The prefect place to stay for my trip.
Great hotel.
Excellent hotel. Very clean and modern. Food was excellent. Good internet service. I am from the States and it is the same as any good hotel there. The staff who worked at the hotel were extremely friendly and always willing to help.
Nice clean and friendly employees and i enjoy staying with them for 15days thanks see you next time
It was centrally located.
The staff at the 4points are great. There is a really cool bar and restaurant on the roof with great views of Nairobi. Rooms were 1st class. Breakfast is a full compliment of items with some changing everyday. Highly recommend this hotel. Room rate was reasonable. Mall is nearby within walking distance
Last night in Nairobi
We reserved a room with 2 beds but none were available. They brought in a very comfortable twin rollaway. We didn't get a card key right away which was problematic as you need the key not only to get in your room but to use the elevator. Ate in the restaurant. Expensive. Breakfast not included.
good location, overall good business gotel with clean rooms. one issue is that near swimming pool on 7th floor terrace restaurant was INACCESSIBLE twice in 4 days for private events = THIS IS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE...as no way to use it nor really enjoying the pool as many people there. this is not lrespectfull for custyomers that PAID for a SERVICE
Great Nairobi Option
Great hotel in Nairobi. Safe, Clean and very comfortable.
Great trip, great staff…
Great business hotel for Nairobi
Excellent service. Central location.
A great place to stay in Nairobi
Lovely place nice staffs as well
good location, good price, friendly.
Ideal location
My initial booking was 1 adult for a queen sized bed. When I checked in the receptionist said in order for my wife to stay with me I’d have to pay an extra 50 dollars a night which sounded unreasonable to me, because I’m not staying at a random cheap hotel. I expected a specific international standard. When I couldn’t resolve the problem with the reception natural I asked for the General Manager Amit Sharot. He was yelling at me with anger, disrespect and was very unprofessional. Thank God for the staff member Gidiam along with the rest of the staff who were more than helpful, They did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable. Unfortunately, I will never stay in this hotel again .
I liked the reception and all the staff in general
Excellent customer service, the staff was friendly yet professional, they went an extra mile to help us and make our stay comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Dope very good, clean, safe, secure, nice, lovely, great.
From cleanliness to the high security, you’ll always feel like you’re at Home ♥️
Hotel was very nice and staff very friendly. Thanks for the recommendation
Nice overall, but terrible noise insulation
The noise insulation of this hotel is definitely not on par with the rest of the services which are great or the price paid for that matter. Our room on the 6th floor was just under the bar area which was terribly noisy until late at night (you can hear everything: musics, steps, chairs being moved). Not ideal if you wake up early for a safari. The staff helpfully changed us to another room upon request, which was more isolated from the bar, but you could still hear noise from the other rooms (bathroom, doors etc.). The central location also makes it subject to bad traffic at peak hours. Breakfast was nice, with real orange juice.
I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop pool area, very relaxing after a day of work lounge by the pool. However, it was disappointing that the lounge area by the pool is also a smoking section. I had to move 10 minutes imafyer I sat poolside when two smokers came to enjoy a smoke and not the view or poolside itself. In this day and age, the expectation is that smoking areas will be outside and far from areas where there are people. I would expect the smokers to be accommodated downstairs in a corner of the parking area away from people.
A nice place to stay in Nairobi. I love my stay very much.
Excellent city gem!
Excellent service. Great rooms!
Great hotel.. courteous agents. Clean facilities.. worked with me on my request for extended checkout
Great service
This is great hotel with great service. I have been staying here for years now. The hotel has been changing names and owners, but the service has always been great. The staff are extra courteous and very helpful. This time I would specially like to thank Eujay at the front desk, who kindly helped with moving a friend who booked at the airport branch by mistake.
A Canadian Gal staying in Nairobi!!
This hotel was a fantastic stay. The time I arrived, I was treated very well. It was a very relaxing. Moreover, a comfortable stay in a very bustling city and neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and offered good advice about items and services I required. The hotel service was great and I truly had no concerns or issues during my entire stay. I appreciate the great effort the hotel staff made to make me feel more at home. The meals were great and room service was fast and very presentable and appetizing.
great Hotel in Kilimani: pillows and mattress make you sleep like a baby, gym is well equipped, breakfast is glorious, staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are very clean and in excellent conditions.
The pool was nice on the 7th floor. Gym should be made bigger with more weight machines and equipemt. They put me in room #206 which had a one and only sealed window which can not be opened. As soon as the hotel worker introduced me to my room I found out by myself that the window is sealed and the hotel worker lyed to me and said that all the rooms in the hotel have sealed windows, wich was a lye, because I saw for myself on my last night that other rooms have regular windows that can be opened. So basically I was dealling with liars!
Nice hotel, but in a rough location, which explains their high security at the entrance. Staff, especially Kennington, were super helpful and friendly and professional. Very clean and high end hotel.
Great facility, gym is well equipped, all the Team are polite & professional. The breakfast buffet is awesome and they make the best masala tea!
Nice Hotel in Nairobi
Very nice property in Nairobi. Hotel staff very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, Restaurant had good selections. Not much around hotel but the hotel has car service to take you where you want to go for a reasonable fee.
Nice, clean, new hotel in a good location. Nice breakfast with egg station and espresso drinks included.
Recommended for business travellers
Overall very good option in Nairobi given location, room quality and professional, friendly staff.
Safe Comfortable Hotel
Third time I've stayed at this hotel. Overall everything is always okay however now is time for a change. The rooms are beginning to show their age and this is the second time that the dinner was inedible (based on 3 of 4 guests in our group). Further, the breakfast and dinner buffets have not changed at all over the last two years. Unfortunately, it's time for a change and I won't be going back.
The experience of this hotel was very disapponting. Over priced for the facility it offers compared to other hotels in the locality. The star ranking given is misleading, it would qualify may be for 3 Star. Front office extremely rude and un caring, it took me long to check in while the staff were at station chatting. I was received only after demanding to know why no one was paying attention to me! HOWEVER, the restaurant and beverage staff were very welcoming and generally behaved towards guests. In addition, the road leading to the property is congested and full of potholes. There are no attractions close to this facility and it lacks parking space for those with vehicles. I would certainly not recommend it to anyone.
I loved every minute of my stay at Four Points. State of the art facilities, professional staff, delicious food (especially the breakfast buffet), great location. Nothing to complain about! I will definitely be back!
Great staff
Everything was perfect. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and accommodating. The only thing I could complain about is AC could be better.
Good hotel
This hotel is clean and updated. The location is nice as well.
4 Points Sheraton
Just a short stay of 3 nights but it was a really pleasant stay. Excellent food at breakfast and in the evening, lots of local craft beers too which were delicious. Excellent roof to bar and dining area. Room was large and comfortable with good facilities. Wifi was simple and worked well, no power cuts. Excellent hotel car service very reasonably priced and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The only downside was my room seemed to be located close to a laundry with a very out of balance washing machine! I would definitely choose this hotel again.
Great stay and professional employees. I would recommend to friends and family and certainly will come back again
it’s a cheap and poorly built hotel. the staff is friendly. there’s a casino down the street called finix. the pool is small but the outdoor dining is nice however way over priced. it’s always cold up there so bring a jacket
Clean, comfortable but overpriced
Nice hotel. Somewhat overpriced but clean and friendly.
Standard Werstern Business Hotel
Good, standardized Western hotel. It's the type of lobby and room at Sheratons worldwide, and it was what I wanted after a long period of travel. Dependable facilities and staff.
We show our booking document, but they can not find out our reservation. We make the reservation on March 28 and we already pay off the room fee. That night we need change to another hotel at the midnight. It's really very disappointed.
A value for money stay
The hotel was very good , secured and comfortable. Staffs are well trained with pleasing behavior
Nice top floor restaurant.
It was nice to experience everyday life of the kenyans by catching public buses which pass right outside the gate of the hotel going to town. The hotel taxi drivers knew interesting restautrants around town and we spent the rest of the evenings at the top floor restaurant enjoying the panoramic view of Nairobi
Great Hotel Greta Location
Hotel and staff were great no complaints
Modern hotel with rooftop restaurant and good food
Modern hotel with rooftop restaurant and good food. Near shipping centre and Chinese / Japanese / Korean community
Comfortable Hotel Centrally Located
This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is centrally located and a great value for money option for the business traveler. The hotel amenities are good and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the Yaya Shopping Centre and close to a number of very good restaurant choices
Nice hotel close to all other points of interest
Hotel is undergoing a revamp, but tried very hard to make my stay as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Hotel staff and management very hospitable. Food was great.
Good hotel
Godwin at reception was very helpful and accommodating! Very nice breakfast!
Great location. The hotel is modern and vkean. The breakfast is a buffet and gas plenty of options. Wifi was fair. The rooftop bar/restaurant and pool is great.
Impressions
It was very good ,the rooms nice and clean but requires two smaller chairs for the double rooms.Currently there is only one chair. The dining hall is good and the food plus waiters very good. However the sea food need to be taken more care so they do not turn bad.
Pleasant hotel but disappointing bed comfort
Bed seemed short; pillows were too firm foam; bathroom too small; only one arm chair. Restaurant service somewhat disorganised; steak dinner was appalling, the steak was tough, full of fat, bone and gristle. I would have made more fuss but I was entertaining two guests. Breakfast items were cold and the coffee was very poor
Very good - but watch out!
The hotel was great. The food is a bit overpriced, but good nevertheless. The restaurant on top of the hotel has a spectacular view. The additional charge on my bill of approximately US$100 for VAT and service charge was entirely unexpected and not included in the hotels.com initial booking price. That was a surprise - so if you're not traveling on your business card watch out for additional surcharges.
Nice hotel, shuttle bus from and to the airport.
Not enough heat, room was cold. We reported this to the reception but nothing was done.
clean, reasonably priced, good location
This is my go-to hotel now for business trips to Nairobi. Reliable, secure, good price, nice top floor bar and pool.
Decent, clean,,safe hotel
Pleasant property. Pretty active management staff
Convenient business hotel
The wifi did not work at all. I had to sit by the door close to the corridor to get on to the wifi.
Convenient and nice business hotel in Nairobi
Good location and nice hotel for a business stay in Nairobi - not expensive compared with other nearby hotels. Poolside restaurant has decent food.
Overall very nice....
The hotel and staff were absolutely brilliant, but the area is not the best in Nairobi. The traffic to and from the hotel is horrific, no matter time of day and direction... two very nice resturants inside hotel premises. Awesome view from the resturant on the roof. Food is good as well! Taxi's are available full day at the hotel, which is very convienient, but they are super expensive! Uber is all over, very reasonable priced and as usual a great service!
Standard Hotel
Overall it was a nice stay, but not worth the price in my opinion. Service was slow, the phones didn't work and even though reported, we're not fixed. Taxis are conveniently available but at a much higher price than the proper rates. The room was fine and functional but nothing special.
very good hotel in nairobi
We stayed twice at the hotel (2 nights before our safari and 1 night after). The staff was pleasant and courteous. We requested a 2 hour late check out the day we departed and were granted this without an additional charge. We were also facilitated a laptop next to the lobby so we could do our on-line check in and print our boarding passes. The room was comfortable, good large beds, good size bathroom, in-room safe, free WiFi and bottles of water in the room as well as tea/coffee maker. We tried the two restaurants in the hotel (on the top floor) and in the ground floor. The Indian food at the restaurant in the ground floor was particularly good. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, coffee was good. The only disadvantage was the location being 2 miles away from the city center but because of very heavy and congested traffic, covering this distance took some 45-50 min. We did not explore the area immediately surrounding the hotel. We were told to avoid walking around after it got dark. Overall a good and pleasant hotel in Nairobi.
Great Location & Value
Although I have attended functions at the Best Western Premier, this was the first time I stayed there. The location was perfect for me as a business traveler with appointments in Westlands and Upper Hill. It is walking distance to Yaya Centre and near Kilimani. I plan to stay there my next trip to Nairobi and will recommend it to my colleagues
Good choice and excellent service
Excellent hotel, will come back again
Functional and comfortable - great staff
Have stayed here several times for work and have always found it to be very clean and well looked after. Staff are always helpful and polite and service is good. No complaints
Nice Hotel. I love the Roof top Bar.
Loved it. I stayed there twice. you will love the place At the sports bar, they need to keep the grill open after closing the restaurant. Most customers were looking for a bite but the place was closed. At the sports bar, they need to keep the grill open after closing the restaurant. Good
