Comfortable king size bed.

Beautiful Clean Room, Staff were amazing , would stay there again and highly recommend! Restaurant was great food was excellent and excellent fast service!

Our king room was upgraded to a king room with a sofa, which we appreciated. Unfortunately we were on the 4th.floor room 434. Despite shutting down own heating system, we continued to hear the noise from the rooftop system, for the hotel.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel but my experience would be better if the bedding provided was suitable for winter conditions. I had to turn my thermostat up to 25 last night. Also, the TV system provided is not great at all. The TV guide does not match your channels and I lost connection several times this morning.

For the price ,there wasnt even bottled water in the room . No water refill station. Plugs were an issue , lamp beside the bed was hanging off the wall , crack in the bathroom sink . Toilets were older style and not high enough . Unfortunately not the server's fault but she was the only one working and it was busy . She couldn't keep up and she was trying but doing cash ,trying to keep the buffet filled ,cleaning tables . Too much for one person . No sign of a manager to pitch in and be helpful. ??? So we had to wait for a clean table , wait for the buffet to be refilled , we had bought the breakfast coupons so thankfully didn't have to wait pay . For the 2 of us at a buffet we were there for almost 2 hours , would normally take us an hour at the most , we were traveling and wanted to get on the road .

After a long day of driving, it is nice to have a restaurant in the hotel so you don't have to get back in your vehicle to find dinner!

We stayed at this property for one night prior to our flight home. Like all other Four Points by Sheraton hotels I've stayed at, this one was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay again and recommend.

I like how it is so close to a trail. I love going for a walk with my son. We enjoyed walking around the trail. It is very clean and convenient.

Lots of clean and uncluttered parking. Important when attending a car show. Easy access. Large clean shower. Clean and well kept facility. Good Italian restaurant on site with local craft beer. Comfortable bed. Would highly recommend.

We often stay at this hotel as it is close to the highway and areas in the city are easily accessible. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. We always enjoy the Sofia and Spritz restaurant located in the building.

Our stay went smoothly. Was very clean and quiet. We had a good night sleep. We will return.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Property is kept very clean. Disappointed to come back to our room after a day out to fine bed only partially made. They pulled up the sheets and rearranged the pillows but the duvet and coverlet were left scattered on the floor. Towels are extremely thin and not very absorbent. Complementary coffee station a nice touch but coffee was empty both mornings. Staff immediately brought our fresh pot when requested but they should be checking it regularly so guests don’t have to ask and wait. Cheap plastic cups in room. Requested wine glasses and bar glasses and staff member immediately delivered wine glasses. Air system is extremely noisy.

Could not sleep as there where kids on our floor that where running through the hallways slamming doors and screaming.we couldnt even hear our tv. Had to call guest services twice before anything was done.I feal that they told us what we wanted to hear but I felt like they didnt take us serious. It was around 12pm when we made the call.When you pay for a room and feel like leaving and driving home is ridiculous..

I think that the bathroom was not well organized. The locations of towel holders were not good, and the floor of the shower booth was very slippery. The staffs were great.
