Property was very clean. The only real problem was getting from the airport to the hotel. Had to wait over ahour and a half.

The property was great, my only concern and disturbance are the room doors close shut very loudly. Also, the property is in the approach path to the MIA runway.

Building was slightly old which made it work in our favor with the size of the rooms. Rates were reasonable given it is close to the airport. The shuttle service was promised however we waited from 11:45 p.m. to about 12:30 a.m and no one showed up at any of the pickup locations at the airport. We ended up taking an Uber.

The staff make you feel truly welcomed. A property that feels like a home away from home.

Very very clean and nice staff! Never had an issue. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking tho, the signs were hidden behind trees/branches and the one at the front we didn’t see. But the ease of parking was fantastic

Overall, a decent choice close to the airport. The only thing i could suggest is that they install kickplates on the hotel doors to avoid the bright lights from the hallways coming into the room while sleeping. Also, the water pressure in the shower could be better. Plenty of hot water though. Good stay overall. Convenient location, friendly, helpful staff.

Staff was great, hotel is clean, just the room was kinda small and felt a bit cramped. But the bedding, bathroom tv, coffee, microwave, fridge etc was all great in the room itself

Decent airport hotel

This location is convenient if you need to stay near the airport, but be prepared for significant noise at night due to planes landing. I had to wait two hours for the shuttle bus at the airport, which was absolutely unacceptable. Do not rely on their shuttle service—it will likely ruin your plans!

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and it filled all my spectations. Congrats.

Last-minute booking due to canceled connection on a flight. Staff was extremely accommodating. Could not have asked for more. Always a big fan of Marriott/Bonvoy. They did not disappoint.

Very nice hotel, rooms nice. Near a very busy highway with lots of traffic noise making it difficult to sleep. Minimal towels in bathroom a few Spares would have been nice given they were not very thick.

Great spot for an overnight before a flight. Room is clean. I’d stay again.

This was by far one of my nicest last minute stays i have ever had. Both shifts where amazing. Very helpful, fast working an knowledgeable about the area. Me an my 2 boys came in at 930 an was in by 11 an check in isnt till 3. They sat us in a very clean dining area with breakfast options an that staff thier was also super nice and efficient. They where poliet and kept the work area an dining area clean during customers coming an going. Our room was spacious clean an quiet. Many dining an shopping areas nearby with shuttle services to the airport. If we ever come back to the area we will definitely stay again. Very much enjoyed our stay

I think this was our 3rd or 4th stay here. Always a good experience. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel is located convenient to everything while being tucked in a quiet corner off the main road. The staff has always been great with a special shout out to Destin who checked us in, covering all the essentials in under 3 minuets.

Great option if you want to be close to the airport, clean, convinient.

Improvements needed 1. The carpet in the room is dated and looks and feels like it is from a college dormitory. 2. Air conditioner is loud 3. You can hear flights from the airport in the morning. 4. TV didn't work, but maintenance fixed that. 5. On the first night we were assigned a room with a King bed even though the reservation was for Two Queen beds. No rooms available at check in, but the front desk team member reserved one for the rest of our stay. 6. Easy access to the highways, but it is hard to turn left out of the parking lot as there is usually a lot of traffic 7. Buffet breakfast is very basic (fruit, toast, scrambled eggs, ham) Well done! 8. Front desk team members very helpful 9. Rooms cleaned promptly each morning 10. House keeping very efficient with request for towels 11. Complimentary parking available Overall the stay was fine.

The room overall was good. The shower head sprayed awful and the AC unit was the loudest I have ever encountered. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spacious.

Not helpful and poor ethics at best

It started when the front desk couldn’t figure out how to get my Bonvoy Rewards in the System which forced me have to go back after the fact and spend a couple hours on the phone with customer service trying to figure it out, but was the worst of all was my experience at the Food and beverage outlet having been a Former Employee and the food and beverage industry in Miami it seems to be common practice for people to add gratuity to the check however, when I worked that I managed, we would tell the staff that’s imperative that they let the guest know that gratuity is included the first night my associate and I were there there was no word of this I made sure to look at this, but I noticed that everybody else around me was over tipping. Or actually double tipping because they didn’t know the gratuity was included on the check because nobody ever said anything and there’s nothing written anywhere that was really truly visible to the guest to make them aware of this This is how it’s worst theft and Its just highly unethical and an awful way to conduct business. It’s because of this I would never stay at that hotel again and I second-guess staying at Marriott ever again

We had originally booked with Waterside Hotel Miami (MOTEL) where it was really dirty and inconvenient. They photoshopped pics of their property, it was gross. We cancelled last minute and found Four Points Sheraton. What an amazing upgrade, the property was not only clean but staff was so friendly and helpful. 10/10 stars if i could. Thank you for accepting early check ins as well, we were super exhausted and frustrated. Coming to Sheraton was a highlight of our trip. Will definitely be recommending you!!

Very outdated and in need of repair. Front desk could be nice part if the day and the other part didn’t want to be bothered. Beach is 2 blocks from hotel. Man attending beach area not helpful at all. Chairs were broken. Umbrellas falling apart

It was mold in bathroom my key didn’t work the whole time I was there kept getting locked out to keep goin downstairs it was mold on ceiling the room smelt like mold

The room I had was filthy. The floor was sticky when you went barefoot, so I did not! Carpet, chairs, drapes, all filthy. Spots and stains all over. The bathroom had apparently been upgraded recently, and was the only place I felt was clean. Clean white towels. I’ll never stay there again

I always stay here when I come to Miami ! Shuttles to the airport and cruise terminals! Quick Uber ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go. Awesome buffet breakfast downstairs. Excellent food in the downstairs restaurant and for sale at the mini mart in the lobby. Awesome gym and pool also. Rooms are clean and perfect and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Definitely a fave for me!

All was well. Didn’t like the fact we had to pay for parking

Their free shuttle and the entire reason i booked this hotel drove by us twice withiut even stopping at the stops (no way the shuttle could have been full as we were waiting at 1 of the 2 first stops). I immediately called front desk for a 2nd time and asked if the shuttle would be circling back around as it did not stop. I was told "no we dont control the shuttle. Theyre a 3rd party". -> its an AMMENITY offered and advertised by the HOTEL not a 3rd party. 2 front desk girls were no help and refused to refund my Uber expenses related to their shuttle not picking us up. Then upon check-out I am reviewing my Statement of charges and the hotel charged me for my stay despite the fact that I pre-paid for my stay through Expedia. So the hotel double charged me for my room AND refused to refund my transportation costs. This room ended up costing me an additional $115 due to Hotel Staff's lack of accountability, customer service and check-in processes.

Having a shuttle service is excellent however it took almost 1 hour to get to the hotel because of out of the way stops and the driver was a bit grumpy The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was quite nice and comfortable . The bathroom was lovely and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The room was however not sound proof and all the outside and corridor noise was disturbing. Additionally the air condition unit was really loud and disturbing at night. I did not sleep well. The breakfast was good.

We chose this property due to proximity to the airport, cruise port and overall shopping districts. Upon arrival staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the bed was so comfortable. They provide coffee / bottled water and small fridge, microwave in the room. I definitely recommend the hotel if traveling to Miami.

My accommodation was not cleaned well. I had to ask for my trash to be removed among other things that I didn't like very much.

Enjoyed my stay however the shuttle pick up from the airport very inaccurate. Bus drove right passed me, waited an hour before finally getting on the shuttle

I enjoyed the "travel" aesthetic.

The lobby was always messy and the air conditioning in my room was very noisy. I asked the receptionist to have someone look at it and she promised that someone was on the way to do so but no one came. Not even the next day did they send anyone to take a look. Will never stay there again

Destin & Rodney has good customer service!!!!!! Property is clean & comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The hotel has a shuttle van takes you to the airport. Overall I would recommend this hotel & would stay again when traveling.

Nice property & well kept. 3 hotels are right there together: the Sheraton, Homewood Suites & Hilton Garden Inn. Close to the airport but tucked back off the main road via a private road entrance. Very clean spacious rooms and breakfast was delicious. Parking for 2 days 4 hours was over $40. Check in & out was easy
