The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

If there’s a vicinity map guide, that will be extremely helpful. There are things that one can’t rely on the hotel all the time. I love to walk around area of a hotel that im staying, getting little entertainment like snacks, foods or quiet chilling spots, which will make it feel like an extended street family of the hotel. However I couldn’t get much here. But Starbucks is by far a nice quiet extended escapade. And maybe investors could improve path to Brastagi Supermarket, or something? I dunno. Otherwise, everything has been well.

Premium rooms facing main road, pretty noisy. Room glass windows should be double layers, which is not. Breakfast selections are the same everyday. 🙁 Poor service recovery by hotel staffs, including senior staff member of the reception.

So So Hotel

Overall I stayed 5 nights in this Hotel, the main problem is majority of the Hotel staff can't speak and understand English for instance I encounter a problem for the 1st 2 days during breakfast, while I was consuming breakfast, I left my food and coffee on the table and went to take more food and when I came back to the table to continue my food, the waitress already cleared my table, this is unacceptable, the waitress can't wait to clear and clean the table without knowing the guest already left or not, for this incident I'm so upset and for the next 3 days I didn't took my breakfast anymore. Come on this is Sheraton Hotel, how could they employed this type of untrained & unknowledge personal, only this incident but overall the receptionist in the lobby is nice. I learn a lesson in future just book the room and no breakfats because they never improve or change. Hotel surrounding is too quiet. Hotel location is right outside the centre city is not very good. I'm returning to Medan soon but I'll still book this hotel but no breakfast, no thank you even if is free breakfast I'll still not consuming it anymore.

*Housekeeping worker removed and thrown away my important eye drops/medication. *Bathing without shower pipe, it is very inconvenient for ladies & kids.

I was stayed in room 521 for 11/5 and room 824 for 14/5-16/5, my very important eye drops medication have been thrown away by Housekeeping worker on the 15/5 that i left it on the table. I reported this matter to the female staff at the counter while check-out on 16/5.

The place is nice and comfort. Most of staff are friendly and helpfully thanks to all the team. Food in room dining is fantastic and delicious. Just that the food/drink is alway sold out even noon time. Could just improve in this area

*Front desk staffs are not ready to welcome their guests even though we booked and fully paid since weeks ago. Takes long time to search our booking record.... *Can’t fulfill requested king size bed in either room

Smiles all around as we stepped in the hotel & Restaurant, keep up the great service! The room is clean & comfortable. Breakfast is good, but please change the menu, cos it gets boring when we’re eating same varieties during our 4 nights stay. A reward should be given to restaurant server Dika for his untiring smiles and warm service. We’ll definitely be back if we’re in town again.

Disappointment in front desk, conceirge

Conceirge lacked knowledge of English and had difficulty in communications. There is also lack of information for tourists (no maps, no recommendations on places of interest). I could get more information from Google than the Conceirge. Worst service in all SPG hotels so far. Front desk gave different information. During check in, I opted to pay for half a day more as I wss told latest check out is 1pm, and i was planning to check out at 4.30 pm. When I was checking out I was told the latest I could check out was 3pm, so I wasted half a day's payment. Also during check out, the half day rate was much more expensive than what I was quoted on check in. This was resolved however, when front desk staff used the earlier rate, but seemed to do so reluctantly and "out of goodwill". I feel that this is unacceptable. Front desk also did not recognise any SPG member benefits due to Expedia booking, I have learned that I should book direct from SPG in future. Conclusion : will try the JW Marriott nearby for next visit, unless service improves at Four points. Really the worst experience thus far from a SPG hotel.

Only 2 desks available out of 4 both check in and chec out. I spent sometimes waiting to be served. Please improve. Thanks. Others are great.

Service was not at Sheraton-level service

Stayed at the hotel for three nights in two connecting rooms with my family. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre but away from traffic jam areas. The hotel is a short distance away from major malls in Medan and culinary locations. Our rooms seems to be newly furnished and very nice. The room was said to have a city view but was blocked by a big wall. Service is not as expected from a Sheraton hotel. One time we came home in the afternoon but one of our room was cleaned and the other was not, when I asked the cleaning staff he said that my room was the responsibility of another crew (somewhat confusing since its a connecting room). One time soap and shampoo was not delivered and I had to call to ask for it. Upon checking out, had ordered a breakfast box for the kids because we left early in the morning but was never made by the staff. And many more... Careful when arriving if you are using a sedan because to accessed the hotel lobby one need to go up a swirling ramp that is poorly designed resulting in all sedans that I rode running aground and slightly damaging its underside.

Very slow staff when checking in and checking out, very unprofessional and a bit rude. Stayed for 3 days and the room was not completely ready kind of forgot things...such as toilet paper/ tissues. Definitely will not coming back. Breakfast staff always interrupting us to make sure that we are the hotel's guests by asking our room number.

thank you grand cerela! most of the time i was too exhausted when i checked in. this time i order the in toom dining! what i oredered was not even in the menu! but the chef did it far beyond my expectation! the best fried rice special mixed with seafood i ever taste in medan! thankyou all for the pleasant stay i that i had there firdaus

Not a 4 Star Hotel. Zero facility.....

Its just average with the price that i paid. Can get a better hotel in town area near to train station for Railink.

Staff is not friendly

After I checkout the staff said that you have to pay at hotel, while the Payment is already done and collected by expedia, What the hell is this? More ever Internet speed is terribly slow, The food quality is also bad, All the hotel is smelly (smoking). I had plan to stay here for a week but now am going to leave just after 1 day.
