Cheap, in that no breakfast was offered, had to pay $20 / person to go to the hotel restaurant to grab a breakfast, and $10 parking per night. In room fridge was noisy, rattling all night so I unplugged it. Everything was clean and working in this hotel, from what I saw.

Nice hotel but very expensive as we found the room to be just an ordinary hotel room. No breakfast for the $$$ we spent for the room. Good airport transfers both fellows we dealt with very nice and helpful. Living in the US we are used to top quality hotel rooms for the price we paid in Canada. Probably will not stay in this hotel again when we travel to Canada

Kelowna airport hotel

Four Points Sheraton is conveniently located to the Kelowna airport, friendly staff, is pet friendly and has a nice restaurant on site. The room/bathroom were clean, comfortable bed, room safe, small fridge, coffee and water are available in the room. The restaurant does not have room service per se, but one can order and pick up at the front desk.

Comfortable property. Very short stay. Arrived at 11pm and left by 7:45 so didn’t really use any facilities.

This is a nice new hotel with standard amenities, restaurant, pool, weight room, conference rooms. Nothing fancy, not near any waterfront that you can walk to, but a nice hotel.

Absolutely excellent customer service. We had just arrived from Mexico with a screaming two-year-old and without batting an eye, the wonderful woman at the front desk happily upgraded us to a king size room so that we could have more space and go upstairs and go straight to bed after a very, very long day and long flight. If travelling out of Kelowna again, we will happily stay at this hotel purely because of her. The room itself was excellent, very clean and very comfortable.

The instructions that I received by text message stated that at the airport, I should call the hotel for requesting a shuttle service. But the hotel did not pick up my repeated calls.

Safe for a solo traveler. Close proximity to the Kelowna airport and UBCO campus. Starbucks was across the parking lot. Hotel rooms were clean and safe. Staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy.

Nothing wrong with this properly. Was excellent. A bit pricey for what is essentially an airport lodge. Definitely need windows in the room that open. Fresh air for a quality sleep is necessary. Recirculated air is less than stellar. As much as it was a decent place, I would not return for that one simple reason.

It was neat and clean which is all we needed when arriving in the wee hours of the morning.

Not as nice as hoped

I expected more. The room as the same as a cheep hotel. Should have stayed at days in for the free breakfast.

Hotel over charged me more days for parking and not the rate as advertised. Also the parking is in a gated area off the property. Not easily accessible. Also waited 45 minutes for shuttle back to my car late at night.

Very convenient for Kelowna Airport, with good restaurant on site. The rooms are clean and well soundproofed. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Carpets and window coverings are getting a little scruffy. The lobby was beautifully decorated ready for Christmas!!

A very convenient place to stay for early & late flights to/from Kelowna airport. Shuttle service is s quick and there's all the amenities needed on site with plenty of other choices a quick stroll away.

Check in, room, and dinner was excellent. Terrible shuttle service to airport brought rating down. Four couples (six of whom were over 65years old) used the service and we were dropped off 200 metres from the door in the rain. The drop zone near the departure entrance at 4:20 am was not busy. As we were walking to the door in the rain the driver proceeded to drive past us through the vacant drop zone for his next run. Not a service I could recommend.

There was a flood of some kind on the second floor and there were fans all thru the hallways, the coffee and cream was empty at the lobby. But the room was clean, quiet.

I loved staying here.

check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the lobby, outdoor seating and morning coffee station etc. The only issue is that the bathroom sink has a large crack in it and requires replacement.

Wow! Overall everything was great! Staying on the top floor was amazing and quiet! There was no noise from the highway or airport from in our room. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a stellar view of Kelowna and the vineyards. Also our room had double black-out curtains for at night which made our sleep extra good. This hotel is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood, with new shops nearby, and only a 10km drive from the main Kelowna area. The staff here are very welcoming, accomodating, kind, friendly, and helpful! Swimming in the pool was refreshing with lots of daylight and sunshine coming through the windows. This hotel is well up kept and modern, with lots of parking spaces available (paid parking). Just a heads up, there is no continental breakfast, and the waterslide is no longer in use... We very much enjoyed our one night stay, and would book here again in the future!

Shuttle from airport to hotel was not easy. Called for one but couldn’t find the pick up point. ended up just walking. I never had luggage so anybody with luggage it would be difficult.
