Was very disappointed to find out that I booked the wrong hotel! We had previously stayed at the Sheraton a few miles closer and really enjoyed it. My fault! Restaurant and bar were a joke and room was a little worn out. Window blinds didn’t work and no nightstand on one side of the bed. It was clean and most of the employees were very nice.

The room was big and clean. Shower had great water pressure, the a/c unit worked great. Staff was friendly. Theres a shuttle to the airport. I would stay here again.

It is where most of the airlines staff stay, nice comfy bed. Dinner was good watched football in bar alone on my Sunday restday after cruise. Lots of updates. The shampoo and such large size. Mirror light, defig button. I loked the hotel. We ordered doordash for lunch

The area around the property is nothing to look at or be excited about. It’s just convenient that it’s located near the airport. At the restaurant inside which is only open certain hours - I had the worst cheeseburger and fries. The burger patty was burned and hard and so was the bun. It seemed like whoever made it had never made a burger before. Also, the fries were not fried well and were soggy and pale. It was the worst meal after a long flight. I ended up ordering takeout and waited another hour for a meal.

The internet did not work the staff said she could move to another location but half of the tvs don’t work and the outside fence was broken

We unfortunately found a roach swimmimg with us in the pool. That kinda ended pool day :(

The restaurant was closed due to a recent hurricane, you could see a lot of repairs were made and still being made, but the hotel was clean, our room smelled a little musty but the had windows that blew out

The hotels only suite had no air-conditioning so I ended up paying for a suite and a moved to a double queen size room. Between the hurricane and the global Internet problem…. Just not a good time to visit

The staff was very committed to giving the best service, even though in a manual way considering the power been out. Clean and nicely updated facility.

Sastaff gave minimal help. Food was horrible. Back patio not functioning properly. I wouldn’t pick here to stay for vacation but a quick in and out stay is doable here.

Beds were good. Area is sketchy and staff is very rude. Fire alarm at 2 am didn’t help

They lock the door in the parking lot u have too buzz in with card for the parking in the building after 11pm no free breakfast you have too order in pay for it overall it’s a nice clean hotel quiet

The first room was dirty. The attendant said she did not have any additional rooms available before looking at the computer. Then, she looked in the computer and put us in another room in less than a minute. She was unapologetic. Second room was very dimly lit. Bathroom mirror light did not work. Refrigerator did not work. The manager did comp our food at the restaurants when she was informed about our experience.

This was a very professional property. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely book here again when I am in the area.

Restaurant closed right after I checked in (around 10pm) making it difficult to get food or beverages after a long day. No water pressure in shower. Signs in the room and hardware on the door made me feel like I was in a dangerous area. Airport shuttle had no AC and we were experiencing a high heat advisory during my visit. Not a fun stay.

Water went out and I was not notified I was unable to shower due to water discoloration and no hot water

I checked in to my room and the front desk clerk told me that Expedia canceled my reservation (which was untrue). They simply gave my PAID room to someone else. I am in an unfamiliar city without a room because ALL rooms are sold out. After being hung up on by a rep, then being on hold with another for over an hour, I am STILL waiting to find a room.

They didn’t have hot water and didn’t say anything about it. Had to leave late at night and go to a Holiday Inn. Never go to this place.

It’s a solid option for staying in Houston or near the airport. Major roadways are nearby and a few restaurants. There was one inside the hotel but we didn’t eat there. The rooms were clean and for the most part soundproof. We had two issues: the toilet kept running when it was flushed (which was reported and never got fixed) and the shower head was one of the worst ever. Very poor water pressure. Overall a good stay.

The hotel itself is clean. Good place to stay if staying for business and/or have transportation. It is not conveniently located near good dining, convenience stores, etc. and definitely not a walkable area.

Clean and convenient

The room they provided me with had very little light in it (I.e. no floor or table lamps). The mattress was short and very uncomfortable. This was unlikely other Marriotts I have stayed in.

My faucet in bathroom was leaking and despite reporting it twice, nothing happened! I was told that the room would be cleaned daily and that never happened! Facilities were ok. Staff was friendly. It served the purpose for my 3 nights.

There were so many different smells inside of this building. Next-door to us, the guest were smoking cigarettes, and anything else you could think of and it was so bad that it wakes you out of your sleep. We complaint, but it never stopped. Also, in the restroom, the LED light did not work. Not that this was much of a concern, but when I reported it to the front desk personnel, her response was. , “ all of them are broken.” OK because it’s closer to the airport, I expected more.

Overall great stay, great service. Right by the airport which is great but decently far from everything else so transportation was a bit to figure out. Other then the constant traffic noise it was relatively quiet.

Overall had a nice stay, property was clean. Got there early and staff let me check into a room. Pool was clean and enjoyed the bar.

My room was not cleaned properly. There was a pair of socks and a juice container under bed (that did not belong to me). I happened to see it bending over opening my suitcase. Also there were no trash bags/liners in any of the trashcans. It was a bit noisy to for my liking. The floors/walls are thin. I hear the people on top of me constantly walking around. Also my room was right next to the janitor's closet and during the day all I heard was bumping and knocking up against the walls. I'm assuming it was the lil car thing going in & out of there. Other guests slamming their doors also woke me up frequently. It was an ok stay. Not the best and no the worst I ever stayed.

Stay one night and it was very quiet and clean. Would stay again.

The hotel is very clean and nice. Kids enjoyed the pool. Only complaint is the room was under lit. It’s possibly the most under lit room I’ve ever had. No lamps by the bed, only one on the desk. Very unusual. Otherwise it’s nice.

The hotel as a whole was fine. I don’t understand being charged for every single thing like breakfast and having no access to free water but all day access to coffee. Overall the experience was okay but having ONE water bubbler for the whole building and that bubbler is in the gym is a huge problem.

First the pros: close to the airport and easy access to anywhere you need to go in Houston. Wonderful staff and comfortable beds. Cons: my room floors were covered in dirt and clearly not vacuumed. I would not walk on that floor without shoes which made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. Did not empty our garbage or give us new towels in the 5 days we were there even after requested by housekeeping. The air conditioning made the most horrible noise so very diffusion sleep.

This hotel was perfect for staying overnight when our flight was canceled. We got their shuttle from the airport and a shuttle the next morning. The staff was lovely, room was perfect. The restaurant could benefit from a better menu, seeing as there’s not much in walking distance. Quality of food was very basic and ingredients were ok. But like I said totally great for a night!
