Great location, walkable to shopping and restaurants.

Everything was good. The problem that we found was in our room. The water from the shower spills off all over the bathroom every ltime, creating an unsafety and slippery condition. We were changed to another room and the problem was fixed. Good service and fast solution. Not an excellent room. BTY, you need to ask the receptionist if you need a microwave or fridge in the room. They are not in the rooms anymore.

Elegí este hotel motivada por su excelente calificación y, aunque el personal fue siempre muy atento y amable, la experiencia en general no cumplió con mis expectativas. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas, y la ubicación puede resultar incómoda, ya que está dentro de una plaza comercial. Esto hace que muchos Ubers se confundan y piensen que deben pagar el boleto de estacionamiento, lo cual los desanima de entrar al lobby para recogerte. En cuanto a las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado es bastante ruidoso y las televisiones son algo antiguas, con pocos canales y sin opción de smart TV. También extrañé un frigobar, que considero una comodidad básica, especialmente en un hotel de una cadena tan reconocida como Marriott. Las amenidades son mínimas: solo una botella de agua de 200 ml y lo esencial de baño. Si bien el servicio fue excelente, creo que la calificación en la app me generó expectativas que no se vieron reflejadas en mi estadía. Con un par de mejoras, la experiencia podría ser mucho más satisfactoria.

Buena ubicacion

Reception staff was always available, helpful and accommodating. Cleaning lady responded quickly to our request and was very helpful. Liked the ability to walk around the hotel, and it was easy to get to all of our destinations from the hotel.

Property is well located, close to large shopping mall. The facilities are a bit dated but ok overall. Breakfast was included but not buffet style and limited to one course per person, would not recommend. The pool was an unexpected highlight as it has a good depth (little over chest level for me) but would not suit anyone with impaired/restricted mobility.

Great service and great staff. Everyone was so nice. I want to thank Daniel in front lobby for helping us out with all the right information. We let us know of the restaurants and the near by hospital as well as shopping stores. He provided us with excellent service, thank you Daniel

Noisy A/C

The service was good, however the air conditioner is too loud and it is not possible to sleep because is turning on and off every minute. The room is very noisy. We asked to move another room and we got a renovated room less noisy because it was in the 7 floor, however the A/C was still very loud. The location is good,

Lastima que el dolar te lo tomen tan barato y caro si lo cobran en dolares

The room I booked was different from the one they gave me, it is not soundproof, there was a lot of noise and when I mentioned it to the staff of this hotel, they did not offer an apology.

I lake the location very much and the breakfast also. The breakfast should start earlier, many flights at the airport leave at 9am.

REST OF THE PARKING WRONG DISGN ON THE TURNS(TOO STRECHED) HIGH POSSIBLE ACCIDENTS. HOTEL IN REMODELING IN SOME FLOORS (WORKING NICE DURING DAY TIME)

All good. Just the parking gate. Sometimes it does not work or maybe people forget their ticket.

La ubicaciòn es excelente, pero Al NO haber ya el paso peatonal elevado que conectaba con Galerìas Monterrey, es complicado y riesgoso cruzar las avenidas y hay que hacerlo por medio de taxi, lo cual implica un gasto adicional cada vez que uno desea cruzar a Galerìas Mty. Gracias

Excelente ubicación, las camas son muy comodas, la habitación de excelente tamaño. El personal es muy amable. La alberca es muy pequeña. Algunas alfombras y sillones de areas comunes muy sucios.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de Galerías Monterrey donde encuentras de todo. El hotel está en perfectas condiciones, mi habitacion perfecto tamaño, baño amplio, salita con tele.

You have to tell them your reservation comes with free breakfast or else you get charged.

Se descompuso un elevador, y en el otro que estaba libre se hacía mucho tráfico. También nos tocó el hotel lleno y el desayuno lo redujeron. Fuera de esos 2 detalles. Todo lo demás estuvo bien

Great Hotel parking it's free, free WIFI, very clean Yes I would recommend to friends and family, you have a little plaza in the same hotel area and a Mall across the street.

Not staying here again.

The air conditioning system was noisy and the room had zero sound proof. Early Saturday morning moving or maintenance noises could be heard coming from the floor above mine. Only one bottle of water was provided for a room with two beds.

The hotel and staff were excellent during our stay. Me and my family enjoy the time off. We’ll stay here next time for sure.

El aire acondicionado cuando prendia era muy ruidoso. La persiana estaba un poco rota de un lado, por ese motivo no bajaba hasta el piso, estubo todo el tiempo a la mitad, asi que siempre tuve luz de un estacionamien to que estaba enfrente. Todo lo de más estubo bien.

Ok for the price

This hotel is very well located. You can enjoy a lot of things close by like restaurants, shopping malls. The property is very good, I haven’t had any problem in the past with them.

Great hotel and an awesome location. Walking distance from major hospitals and gallerias. Check out La Casona restaurant also walking distance or a shorty Uber ride. Overall a great place to stay.
