Nice warm pool, sauna & steam room. The hot tub was visibly dirty so we didn’t use that. Overall, great hotel, comfortable and clean rooms.

It's a good value and clean hotel, stayed for business trip, so it's convenient location to what I need to do but nothing much else around. Happy with the facilities. It has gym, sauna, steam room and restaurant (the food is pretty good).,

I was pleased with my stay at this hotel overall. The hotel was quiet, with lots of amenities, I would stay here again. However, the cleanliness was lacking. I noticed that there were areas in the shower which looked like shaving stubble in soap scum on the tile.

I had to get up and get my own coffee at the restaurant for breakfast and I had menu service not the buffet and it was very slow service. That was either no hot water or it took a good five minutes to get lukewarm And the safe in the room did not work

No Attention to Detail

Tripping hazards with their mats, no fans in their bathrooms, no telephone in one room, phone did not work in the next room. They were having computer problems and allegedly caused us to have an ongoing preauthorization of $100 a night for our 9 night stay. It was released but our total room charges were $169.00 as the room itself had been prepaid. Coffee bar had milk and cream mixed up every single morning. Even with please makeup room sign on the door - room was not cleaned. This hotel really lacks attention to detail and we would not recommend as there are many hotels nearby that we anticipate would be better value.

Won't be staying here again ... i park and fly in YYC quite a bit. They no longer have this option ... which means driving and parking at the airport ... and i have electronic equipment with me that cannot freeze. So...parking outside is not an option.

The toilet tank in our room filled slow so we had to wait to do a second flush when needed and the odour from the bathroom was awful. We kept the door closed so it didn’t linger in the sleeping area. I couldn’t understand the front person and he kept coughing while assisting.

Super friendly staff and very comfortable stay

We reached the hotel early and wanted to drop bags off till check in. But the receptionist was awesome and allowed an early checkin and gave us our room. Super comfortable beds, clean, large toilets, large TV, quiet, seemed in a relatively safe area. Coffee in the lobby is great, tea selection is very good as well. Super friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. Definitely 5 star all around.

Nice escape with comfortable bed. Quiet, clean and affordable. Enjoyed the pool, steam room and sauna. Hot tub was down for maintenance.

The front desk staff was kind when I check-in. I paid for the breakfast extra but my family was disappointed with the service. The only fruit was melon and it was dry…not fresh. The food was not warm :( Also, when we went to the hot tub, was not clean. Black bobbles in there.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The ac was making a clicking noise in the first room, and we moved to a somewhat larger and nicer room. Offered breakfast for inconvience of hot being serviced.

Love they have coffees available in the lobby area.

Issue with fridge and person assigned to it corrected the issue but left the fridge in the way when we came back. Had to make some noise at the reception to have them come to the room immediately to take care of it. Room facing another hotel across and shades were not dark ones. Had the light filtering in the whole night. Bed was comfy

The complimentary shuttle from and to the airport is really so useful. The staff were all friendly (from the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers). Would definitely return.

The aircon in the room is not working. Can’t sleep til now 2:45 am. Also, there was a group of people walking, laughing and talking in the hallway. Very loud. Disappointing

Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The airport shuttle was a bonus. Our room was near one end of the building and, at times, the WiFi was weak. Really liked the restaurant and bar.

Always a great place to stay

Booked this property because it had laundry, pool and hot tub. None of these things worked, not noted on expedia or we wouldnt have stayed here. Had to walk across the parking lot another hotel to do laundry and use the pool, there hot tub is also broken. Laundry said $3 took $4 to get the machine to work, hope the dryer is better

Pool closed had to use the pool in the hotel across the parking lot - same with the laundry. Breakfast was not good at all! Did like the underground parking as it rained while there (which made having to use the next door pool and laundry all that more inconvenient!)

Stayed there for 2 nights and found their service to be below average. When we checked into our room we found a bottle of water lying in the floor. Someone needs to make sure the room is clean and neat before giving it out. The telephone in the room was not working and the exhaust in the washroom wasn’t working either. However, the front desk was nice and professional.

We strongly thing we should get our money back. Normal check in time was 3pm, hotel staff was only able to check us in after midnight, that is beyond ridiculous. They did not provide shuttle back to Airport as well and we had to uber to the Airport paying another $30dollars. We do not know who messed up whether Expedia or Hotel but at the end we did not get the room until after midnight. We want our money back, that is the modest I can request at this stage

Worst Four Points So Far

I often frequent Four Points when traveling for business as it’s a great value chain that hits consistently on expectations but this has got to be the worst one I’ve stayed at so far. Room was large and spacious, and is great if you need a night without any need to use the hotel’s any other services. But if you’re planning to stay for a few days and make use of the amenities, this location falls substandard to what one might expect in a Four Points. Restaurant service was awful and even was served still frozen food, coffee bar in lobby never had full stock of condiments, phones did not work in rooms, and could also hear foot steps in the rooms above…

TV and aur conditioner didnt work. When i called the front desk, they said the maintenance worker left for the day. The buffet breakfast I paid extra for was terrible. Barely an options, the waffles and breakfast sausages were rock hard, like they were sitting out for a few hours or rewarmed from before. I asked to speak to the manager, but they were not around. The staff said the manager would call to discuss my concerns and they didn't. I would not stay here again.

I came to a room that had food residue on the table, window opened with cool air out, no water bottle, facial tissue or slippers. Pretty much house keeping was not done in this room. I booked three nights, out of these days, the room was only cleaned once. When I found the room unkept at the end of the day and asked front desk to have someone send replacement tissue, and linen I found a frustrated representative as if not having my room done by hotel staff was my fault. Overall, experience like this from a Sheraton franchisee is unexpected and disappointing.

Wonderful rooms and lovely staff, but the hotel lounge was abysmal. No Happy Hour and horrible service. Servers ignored our table even though restaurant was empty. Awful beer selection too and massively overpriced. Also, pool and hot tub were “broken” and closed. Marriot needs to do better. Avoid the lounge! Embarrassing menu and beer selection.

The staff were excellent. The carpets and upholstery on furniture was stained. Shower curtain and bathtub stained. Restaurant was not good.

The hotel was ok. A small plaza is fine. I booked and PREPAID 2 rooms but I was not allowed to check in the 2 rooms. The receptionist was very unaccommodating, unfriendly and has required to see and check my daughter's (guest of the 2nd room) ID before she can check in but she was still on the road. Therefore, bec of the delays, we lost our request of connecting rooms. We were separated although on the same floor. These rooms were PREPAID by a mother and must not be denied to check in the 2 booked and prepaid rooms. This was a very poor customer service.

Clean and nice rooms

Close to C-train station and mall. I liked that the hotel had Timmy’s and McDonalds nearby, and the restaurant food was delicious downstairs. I wasn’t informed that I needed to call ahead for the airport shuttle, and I had to wait an extra hour to catch one that wasn’t full. Bed was very comfortable. Room was fairly clean. Sadly, I was not informed that the pool and hot tub were shut down at check in. Bathroom had no fan. Room smelled musty and carpet was wet under conditioner.

The hotel itself is very nice. It is also very close to restaurants My only real challenge with the hotel Is that I booked it specifically for my daughter and I to be able to relax for a night before our trip was busy again. We were not told that the pool, hot tub and sauna were closed and only once we found out ourselves were we told that we could use the hotel next door. It was far too late at night to use it and also it is less than convenient or appealing to walk through a hotel parking lot in our bathing suit to use another hotel

Great experience with front desk staff. Room was big and clean but smelled a bit stale. Opening the window and turning on the fan fixed it pretty quick. Water pressure in the shower was great.

Poor housekeeping service We had very long and tiring journey, when back to hotel at night room was not cleaned. The lady at the front desk told everyone already left from housekeeping for the day, only managed to send someone to refresh the room.

My family arrived late due to airport delay. We were waiting for hotel shuttle as indicated on hotel website (proving hotel shuttle), but was delayed again and again, we had to call Uber to go to hotel. When we arrived, sheets on one of the beds in our room were dirty with previous guests’ hair and some light stain. The person at front desk gave us the wrong items after I requested (twice) for clean sheets. As a result, we went to sleep very late.

We called at reception in the morning for toothbrush 4-5 times but no one picked up the call There is no exhaust fan in the washroom In the underground parking there is requirement of key to enter, no one let us know. We tried and find out after wasting our 15 minutes
