Reception and foyer was very unappealing. Room was good.
It was in a great position
Make sure you don’t get billed twice for parking.
Tiny room. Lovely breakfast. Make sure reception staff don’t try to double bill you for valet parking like they did us. At check-out I asked if they would release the bond money they held at check-in. She said she’d use that for our parking. I told her we had parking and breakfast included in our stay. She asked us to wait, Spoke to another lady and then moved us on to the valet parking person. I had to again ask would our deposit be released back onto our card and she said yes. No apology. Nothing. She was in the wrong yet made us feel we were. Not good customer service at all. Not a good way to end our stay.
It was perfect for a 1 nigh stay
There is nothing negative I can say about our stay at the hotel.
Staff friendly, convent location, close to the trains and southbank
location
My only issue was the price I guess. Although it was only one night over a long weekend.
So clean and comfortable particularly welcome after travelling for 36 hours! Blackout blinds helpful for restful sleep- very quiet and great views over the river. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. Would always choose a Sheraton hotel if I could!
Great central location. Clean and comfortable.
Great hotel at convenient location. Excellent staff service
We enjoyed our stay Staff where friendly and helpful Happy to book in future travels
A perfect hotel, if you just need a bed for the night.
Good hotel but attention to details not there
The room was fine but hard to set the room temperature. The bed was older and too soft. The room attendant kept missing things. Coffee, soap, towels. Something not quite right every day. They did fix right away when I called. Breakfast was excellent. Great location.
Over the position of the hotel. Staff were lovely, bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious and well worth it
Quiet and clean with very friendly service staff
Average room for the price with no view. Terrific breakfast
Perfect position closed to the city centre and the river. Easy to get around. The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Only issue is that it is now surrounded by high rises so there is no view but we didn’t plan to stay in the room for a view.
The bathroom door was jammed, i booked online and it made 2 bookings that took me over 40 minutes and a manger to cancel. They only gave me one card so while iws sorting out the double booking my partner could use anything in the room since i needed the card to use the lift. We had to call and ask for towels to be brought up sisnce they weren't provided
Safe and quiet
Walkable to dining options
A basic hotel not up to Sheratons standards
A rather basic hotel. We were a couple and there was a frosted glass between the bathroom and the bedroom so if one person used the bathroom at night the other person would be woken up. The bathroom was basic and the bedroom was more suited for a single traveller. Breakfast was good and well priced.
Great place to stay!
Great location
Convinced to everything in Brisbane city
Needs mini bar
Paid $389 for one night of accomodation which did not really reflect value for money. Hotel was definitely not worth the amount of money paid.
I got charged twice then had to chase it up multiple times and still haven’t been reimbursed
Great place to stay to see The Star casino just up the road. Quiet and friendly staff.
Well located Staff were accomodating
Staff were great.
In the heart of the city. Close to some fabulous cafes and patisseries. Easy to walk to the main Centre. Great cafes around the corner. Within minutes to Queen Street Shops. Beautiful hotel. Great city. Fabulous destination.
Great chouce, we'll back again
It’s a bit dated, definitely not value for money
We spent good time while stay at this hotel,,
The room was very nice and quiet . It did have some features that I thought the staff could have informed me about. When you enter the room you needed to insert one of the keys
A surprising low quality Sheraton. The reception area is small, the hotel feels closer to a 3 star rating. The rooms are small and simple and the bathrooms are low quality. I don’t recommend staying here when there are so many other hotels nearby at the same price point but far higher quality and experience.
Loved the stay, lose to the city, staff were excellent
Really enjoyed my stay, have stayed there before and will stay again.
Staff are efficient and super friendly.
..,
Check in was quick and simple, the room was very nice, clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, plenty of variety. Air con kept resetting back down to the lowest temperature but that may have just been user error

The staff.
Great stay, great buffet breakfast
Underwhelming experience for the price - the room we had didn't have the best view. No bin liners in bins and Toiletries bottles were empty on arrival. Accommodation was clean and Service from staff was great though. Location was also a plus. Probably wouldn't book back with them again.
Lovely staff and hotel
Just a very basic hotel
The Staff was really friendly, very clean accommodation, close to everything we needed. Parking was also excellent.
Nice room on the 20th floor, comfortable bed and clean. No hot water in the bathroom sink (despite running it for a couple of mins). Shower was luke warm, even though had it on as hot as possible. Room service also not worth it - $6 for ‘tray’ service however is basically an Uber eats style paper bag and served in a cardboard box. $27 for a club sandwich which the turkey was just a couple of thin slices of deli meat. If I wanted that type of dinner I could’ve just ordered from a delivery service and it would’ve been cheaper. Would have provided the feedback at checkout however they were quite busy and I wasn’t actually asked how my stay was.
Okay apart from not getting my complementary welcome drink by being a member. My colleagues received theirs when they arrived later during the day.
Very central. Nice room and bed, with good curtain to block out light. Pleasant staff…
Great location and very clean and comfortable would deft stay there again
Air conditioning loud
Quite claustrophobic in the reception area-few tables and chairs in the reception area together with a mini coffee kiosk-most unpleasant for a 4 star hotel that carries the Marriot Bonvoy/Sheraton name-gym has just one treadmill-small and uncomfortable. Housekeeping had to be reminded to top up daily utilities like coffee, milk, and making up my room.
Good
The whole experience was good. The only concern was actually finding the property perhaps due in large part to all the construction and road work going on in Brisbane.
Very clean
Lived it all. Friendly efficient staff and clean comfortable room
Take earplugs and shower early and it's all good.
Room and bed were comfortable but construction noise through the night and having no hot water in the shower in the morning definitely left a negative light on the stay.
Location is close to the main buzz in the city. Thought the valet parking was overpriced at $60 a night when a motel very close to this one only charges $30. Plus it was a bit annoying not to be able to access my car at short notice.
This is a lovely hotel in a great location , however my tv didn’t work , I just wanted to lay in bed and watch tv for a while b4 heading out so this was disapointing , coming home late at night and realising there was no extra toilet roll , there was only half of one to start with and only a handful of tissues was uncomfortable to say the least , I did note these issues to reception on check out . I haven’t received any corespondene from 4 points
Friendly staff
Arrived late at night at the hotel, the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Room was good size for 2 people for comfortable overnight stay
business trip
good central location near restaurants and casino
Lack of wine glasses
A very average experience. Room was small, tv didnt work. Was moved to a different room. When calling the hotel from outside at dinner, no response. Breakfast was pretty average, arrived at 9am and most things were old, cold and not replaced. Also $60 for parking which is so exspensive. Not told when booked. Just not really worth the money. Staff were nice.
No frills but very comfortable
Pretty central hotel, but squishy on the layout, decent room.
The hotel and room were fine but every movement and action in the bathroom echoed through the bedroom area which was disconcerting to say the least
The sink sprays when you turn on the tap
Carpets need replacing . Staff should let you know what is around the area. Where to get take out. It was ok for an overnighter
Would not stay at this property again.
Check in is slow. I was allocated a room already occupied by someone else (awkward), reallocated another room but that took time, the air conditioner in the room was really noisy, my car was damaged in valet parking area, valet parking is very expensive. A disappointing experience. Will not rebook and do not recommend. Should have booked the Quest across the road.
Was able to check in early Close to everything Staff very friendly Will come back again
When we first arrived, the small front lobby was full of people and luggages everywhere. Likely fans from the big soccer championship. Not a great first impression. Everything else was good. The room was modern and clean.
The room was great! The bed very comfortable, the room clean and well appointed. Breakfast was the big let down. $25 for a ‘hot’ breakfast that was stone cold. Very disappointing, not the way you want to end your stay.
Close to cbd and transport. Room and hotel was clean
The hotel location is close to Queen St Mall and the bed was comfy. Stayed for 4 days, and we received one complimentary 600ml water bottle. The tea wasn't replenished however, we kept getting milk (although we didn't use any of it). My main concern was that each time we had the airconditioner on, it triggered our asthma. Unsure whether there was dust coming through the vents but when we switched it off, my sister and I were fine.
Well located, fine if you are looking for basic accommodation. No frills - not even soap to wash your hands but it was clean.
Clean and comfortable bed but no view. Great location just couple of blocks from queen’s mall and a lot food options in surrounding area.
The lifts felt claustrophobic due to being all dark.
Fantastic hotel!
Great experience. Clean, modern hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet!
The staff, location, services were all excellent, no noise at night , you feel very safe. I will stringly recomend this hotel without any hesitation. 😊😊😊😊
The service was great. Staff was very nice
Got charged breakfast when on the site said it was free not pool no restaurant
Great property and very nice staff
Great service
The staff here are amazing, efficient, logical and friendly, would highly recommend this hotel and in fact looking at booking again
Close to cbd, easy to walk around.
The property was convenient for the city. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would have liked parking to be included in the price. Extra $60.
Amazing. Easy. Comfortable. Convenient. Everyone was helpful
Great, quiet room with block out blinds, comfortable bed and well appointment room.
Very close to shopping and restaurants
Advertised as Large King sized bed however to find it was actually two single king beds! Very annoying because beds separated easily. Also, there was no phone in the room.
Such a convenient location. We had every food or shopping option we coild think of within an easy stroll. The beautiful little birthday surprise on the second day was thoightful and perfect thank you. We chose to go with the room that had a disabled toilet, rather than wait for an other room. It was nice enoigh. Not the prettiest bathroom but we were happy enough to stay. My partner pointed out that one of the toilet rolls was somehow held on with a zip tie... i never noticed. But that might be something to fix properly in the near future. Also the shower wasnt enjoyable with very low pressure, but i understand that just may be because of the disabled design. The wifi was easy to connect to as well as the tv for casting. One small downside was the adjoining room wasn't exactly sound proof and we could hear some kids playing what we think was Uno but they werent too loud so we didnt feel the need to complain or anything. The king bed was pretty comfortable too. So overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again thank you.
Great location
room amenities need upgrading, i mean, only a teaspoon in draw/ where's the bottle opener, otherwise, all good.
Central hotel.
Good hotel, central location. Service provided was good but had to request for certain items(milk& tea). Tissue box empty - not been refilled.
