Great Hotel

I went with my family during Carnival Season, and it was a great experience. The hotel was full of color, performance during the breakfast, staff was very nice and always willing to help.

El trato fue espectacular, el hotel se veía limpio en todas las áreas , el cuarto se ve falta de mantenimiento las cortinas tenían algunas manchas y el baño tenía mucha humedad que en algunas partes se veían manchas de mold

This is a great option if you want to visit the city. I'm a recurrent costumer of this hotel and always come back. In this recent occasion, the breakfast attention wasn't as good as it has always been. Don't know if there are few service people but the usually excellent attention wasn't that day. On my second day, this improved a lot but not as good as I remember. Please check this detail. About the rest, was excellent as usual.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I really dont have many complaints other than some occasional construction noise that was mid-day and not that bothersome. Staff was amazing property was clean and everyone was very professional.

They charged a tax even though we showed our proper documentation to avoid it. They wanted to see a stamp on it, but we used biometrics, so it was not fear. You need to fix that. Also they charged us some stuff that we did not consume, they were able to fix it but it shows lack of organization.

When we arrived at this hotel they did not let us check in my nephew because we did not have a written permission from his parents, we told them that wasn’t the first time that we traveled with my nephew and they never asked us for anything like that,, I asked to speak with a manager and th he front desk lady told that it was possible

The staff were so friendly and helpful. You always saw staff cleaning around the hotel. I’ll definitely stay there again

Great hotel! Clean modern hotel with extremely friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Lots of restaurants and stores in tbe area. I highy recommend others to stay at this hotel.

Awsome room, super cold A/C. Spacious but bathroom compact however, shower is roomy and water pressure is excellent. Minibar is extremely overpriced so recommend not to use. Great experience.

The property was nice all employees were very helpful. I didn’t like checkout because my stay was paid through Expedia and the front desk said that Expedia did not pay the room amount in which it quoted me. I paid $190 more

The included breakfast was impressive on the choices and flavors. All kinds of fruits, omelet, meats, juices, etc...it was a full buffet of fresh food and freshly prepared items all the way...I would book again just for the breakfast...

They don't respect Expedia's terms. Change the rules for pay terms, the front desk people are not prepared to offer a real cause for bad practices. Unfortunately, a hot season produces bad decisions in the management team. The Bon Voy program using the Expedia platform doesn't work, The Gold level is the same as Cero. More than US$1000 was paid and no points, no better service, nothing. Great localization, nice rooms, and super breakfast, but unfortunately bad training and taking advantage with poor excuses erode all the good things.

The property and staff were perfect . Breakfast every morning was unbelievable and all things made fresh . I couldn’t ask for better service . Laundry service was prompt and perfect so I could pack clean clothes in suitcase before I checked out . Great service above and beyond 👍👍👍🙏🙏

Beds were very comfortable!

Property is beautifully kept, but lack of parking. Also, even when I had a great timedue to the great staff and location of the hotel, is important to mention that there was minimum staff at all time durinf breakfast. That caused, delay i service which it was not appreciated by any of the guests including me.

Perfect location & fast reliable WIFI

Room size was good, housekeeping kept the room organized and clean. Loved the rain shower head with the strong water pressure. Hot and cold water and A/C is good. The hallways smelled nice and were vacuumed several times during my week stay. Excellent breakfast buffet with a nice variety of food, perfect location, lots of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. The staff is very welcoming and happy to assist. Front desk staff Samuel and Andres, 2 Bellboys and Freddy the waiter for Breakfast have excellent customer service skills.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, some of them speak English. The breakfast was great and everything looks clean. There's a great Italian restaurant across the street and a Japanese next. Good location.

Great reception from staff made us feel very welcome. We asked for an additional roll-away bed and we got it within 10 minutes of arriving at our room. We had a drink downstairs before dinner on the outdoor deck- enjoyed locally brewed craft beer. Before dinner we swam in the outdoor pool on the rooftop and then had a really outstanding meal at the hotel restaurant. In the US we don't typically think of hotel restaurants as being a preferred choice for food but in Coloumbia we had wonderful meals at the 4-Points and other hotel restaurants. It was a real treat and really reasonable. Great experience for us.

I have been in a several hotels in Barranquilla and this is one of the best. Clean. Good food. Close to nice places.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my family. We really enjoyed our stay here. No complaints really but maybe a bigger gym? But not a big deal. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and positive. Especially our housekeeper on the 1st floor Marie Luz. She even gifted my toddler son with a car toy and he was so happy! The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've had with an assortment of options including traditional options (soup, rice, meats, sweets), natural juices, fruits etc! The hotel is very clean, great beds, water pressure in showers, pool on the roof, free parking downstairs. We will be back for sure!

It’s a nice hotel but limited access to food options inside the hotel I wanted to buy water because and they didn’t have regular just gas, but they did have on the room minibar so I had to get those ones which where double or maybe more the price of water outside of the “minibar”

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly especially Rosa, Franklyn and Yuris. Location is very convenient. We felt safe taking the taxis at the hotel. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

We have a problem with humidity in the room . We were on 7th floor, room 714 and moves to 704 because of elevator noise and the mold and mildew odor. In room 704 the noise was less but the humidity was worse. In the morning you could see humidity on the furniture and on the floor.

I liked the hotel. The breakfast buffet was tasty. They served some dishes, that I had never tasted before. Although the swimming pool was small, the gym was fine, with all exercise machines working. On the downside, not much near the hotel. Villa Country mall is nearby, but it’s small. If you want to make an ATM withdrawal, walk across the street from the mall to Bank of Bogata and youn can withdraw money there. Also, the staff was good.

We were three persons, always had to ask the cleaning service for three sets of towels, soap, etc. The toilet didn,t flush properly, they never tried to fix it
