I enjoyed my stay . only thing which i dont like is the cleanliness at breakfast buffet . There were mosquitoes and flies all over the food items . Management should work on this to keep food area super clean .

Loved the architecture of the buildings, the breakfast was a great spread, very spacious rooms and great service by the staff.

This was by far the best experience I have had staying at a hotel. The service was highly personal and attentive to every detail - especially breakfast each morning was a delight with excellent service by the waiters. Especially would like to Leo and Niwan. The front desk was also exceptionally attentive and personalized in its service - would like to highlight Winnie. Staying there again every time I am back in Bandung!

Best hotel beds in Bandung

We had a wonderful stay! We were here to visit some relatives. The breakfast each morning was great! There was a time in the evening where they accommodated our family to sit at the breakfast area just to visit and were able to order some dinner as if it were room service--that was highly appreciated! There were lots of conventions going on thru out our stay there so the elevators were often slow. And also I wish that we could spend some time on the loft area but that area is only open in the afternoon and is open for clubbing in the evening. One thing that I noticed on the first day arriving in the hallways of floor 3 was that there was a scent of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The bedroom was fine. I got used to it after a couple of days. I love the colonial theme in the hotel. And even though I didn't walk around outside the hotel, I could see plenty of places to eat and a supermarket nearby. And it felt like a safe area. The pool is not heated, and Bandung is a higher elevation area than Jakarta, the capital city, so the weather is often cooler. We had some fun but it was a little cold if you swim closer to sundown. It's nice though to have the pool in a more private area up on 2nd level. Breakfast food, again was great! You can invite others to join you for the breakfast, but the outside guests rate is different than guests that area staying in the hotel. We'd stay here again.

A usual business hotel, in a good locality, but not the usual 'Marriot' properties with amenities that one is used to.

Breakfast buffet is really amazing, great selection.

Everything good except the waiting time for the lift is too long, thus they allow guesses to use emergency stairs which mean not the security is not being protected while if we are using lift we have to tap the room key to press the floor button. In addition the towels looks so dirty need to be replaced

Nice hotel, clean, walk distace to mall and dago area, close to train station, nice b'fast but only 2 lifts in hotel so sometimes wait for while.

Everyone was so nice! I needed change, and one of the workers volunteered to help me change my notes, and came back with the change I wanted. The chef at the café, even brought me over some fresh baked goods saying he just had them out of the oven. Great hotel, good location and awesome staffs.

Great hotel with laundry issue perhaps

Perhaps its an issue with their laundry service, but the sheets and towels were washed but gray and yellowing in color. The inroom slippers were also used, when asked for new pairs, they brought another used pairs that was old and had stains on the bottom of the soles.

Nice hotel, good view and breakfast. Room is clean. Car park is limmited and access too narrow.

Excellent service

Entire staff was warm and friendly. Hats off to Ms. Reni who was especially helpful on many fronts. Others who were noteworthy were Langit (front desk) and Badru (sp? maintenance) and Setiadi (housekeeping). Indonesian breakfast soups were my fav! Enjoyed my stay in Bandung!

Good hotel

We stayed four nights. Our bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The room and hotel areas were clean and well kept. The staff were attentive. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Monitor the cleanliness on the salad area

In terms of comfort and sleeping, Four Points Bandung provide a sufficient quality. The one that disgusted me are the salad and fruits at the restaurant, plenty of small flies were there. Grouping together at the edge of the salad tray and on the vegetables and fruits as well

it was a very pleasant trip being the first time we're in Bandung and very impressed with the hotel, be it the staff, the comfort of the rooms. will definitely come back to this hotel if we are in Bandung again, if the rates are reasonable.

An exceptional stay !

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel except an excellent service has been provided when I stayed there. From the warm welcome when I arrived and a surprise birthday gift in my room (cake and also a card from the GM himself). I felt that I was appreciated as a first timer guest. Stayed there for 2 nights and apparently, fell sick on the second night. Called the receiptionist, they drove me to the hospital and waited until I got discharged. Thank you for the service and hospitality during my stay. Highly recommended and will definitely return for future stay.

Very polite and helpful front desk staff. Not many amenities within the hotel. The swimming pool and the gym are rather small. Will be good for a business trip. It is a bit far from the major shopping centre, so if you are there for shopping you may have better choices.

Overall nice hotel. Some issues noted: Slow check in. USB power ports on desk not working. Toilet valve on cistern leaking (water running all the time). No npkin at breakfast service. Dirty knife set on table at breakfast.

great location, hotel rooms were clean although on the first night a notice that they didnt clean properly because I found scatters of coffee powder near the coffee maker from the previous night.

Comfortable and clean; great staff

The staff was very attentive, the hotel clean and comfortable, and the breakfast enjoyable. The gym is a bit small, and the front entrance of the hotel is odd if you're on foot (you need to go through a separate building/coffee shop that faces the street before reaching the front of the hotel), but overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would stay there again.

Superior Service Standards

It was a wonderful stay in your esteem hotel. Stay for 6 nights and I find the service impeccable. The security checks before reaching the hotel lobby gives you the peace of mind, the concierge was very helpful. Checking in was smooth and its over in less than 5 minutes. House keeping was helpful and was speedy in tidying up the room. At the restaurant, one staff name Risa stands out, she was cheerful and always helpful to attend to our requests. A big thank you goes out to her. Other staff at the Sky Lounge greeted us and were very cheerful. Overall the hotel was run very efficiently and make my stay a memorable one. Will recommend this hotel for my fellow travelling friends.

Overall experience is very good. However, the cleaning team can do a better job at cleaning the stains from walls and doors of common areas. The rooms are spotless. Well done.

comfortable bed but wifi too slow

This hotel surprised me with everything fine from bed to services. Location is very good next to a mall/factory outlet/restaurants. Bed is very comfortable though the furniture are simple. B/F is quick good. Only thing is wifi too slow. I hope they improve. I recommend to stay in this hotel.

I enjoyed the most the excellent service from the staffs. They were attentive and reliable towards my needs. The Aircon in the room somehow was not too cool. Perhaps the engineering need to check them out. I also love the all white theme on this hotel.

Even though holidays, we had to wait for check in room. We finally checked in room around almost 5pm.
