Great location. Clean. Big room

If you’re planning to enjoy a vibrant party scene throughout the day and night and just need a cozy room to rest and freshen up, this hotel could be a great fit for you. Just note that it’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the beach activities, so renting a moped would be a convenient option to easily explore the area.

Staff was amazing, they tried their best to meet our expectations. rooms were clean and tidy. it has an average location but OK. i recommend if you are not looking for a resort life.

Couple of stains on blanket and bed sheet Location is very good near bangla road But its quite dusty and very small balcony Which will make u boil more as the A/C fan is right on top your head

It’s easy to explore town.Hotel staff is very friendly & helpful 😇 specially the lady at the desk in the morning shift she is so nice & helpful.on our check out day We had a James Bond island tour & she allows us to leave our luggage at the desk so we can enjoy our tour.

At the price this is a clean hotel in the back streets but still not to far away from everything. Friendly staff, air-conditioning good. Would stay here again.

Good location, not far from main activities as well as shopping malls. Very friendly staff. Nice little refreshing pool. Great Breakfast! But internet was problematic, getting disconnected every 6-7 minutes.

You get what you pay for. Good location. Many restaurants and convinient stores around. The toilet will get wet when you have a shower, have to move toilet paper. Very low pressures with the shower head - feels like it's just dribbling. Bed is a bit too firm. Staff are helpful

Booked on a whim just before heading off for what was to be a recharge 10 days away, at first I was what have I done, then I remembered, for me it was relatively cheap at 800 Thai Bhat per night. You really do get more than what you pay for, staff are great, 24/7 front desk, convenient scooter hire, you are at least 15 min walk to the beach, walking is healthy and by walking you get to see so much more of Phuket. So park your expectations, lower your budget, stay in the back streets of Pa Tong and I guarantee you will see and do things you would never have done should you have booked in a $100+ per night resort. Travelling is about experiencing local culture and people, at Forty Winks you can't not do this. I will be back. Also I highly recommend eating at the fresh food markets each night down the street, you cannot go wrong here, if you're worried about getting an upset stomach just be sensible in your choices, ask them to cook it well. It's the freshest padthai I have ever had and for only 80BHT what can you say but "I'll have another thanks". (my only real complaint would be the bed was very firm.. .but that's just for sleeping anyway)

Hotel is conveniently located near main attraction

Friendly and helpful staff. 15 mins to Walking Street and the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Clean & comfy!

All good at Forty Winks apart from really poor shower pressure. Rooms are clean and comfy, WiFi is a little hit and miss. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Easy walking distance from everything and very quiet.

Problem was the low water pressure at the wash basin tap and not given twin bed when I requested during the booking and before the confirmation. Staff was friendly and service good.

Value for money

Best value for money hotel that I have stayed at. Would recommend it to anyone on a budget. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast to start the day.

Good place to stay

I stay Phuket Patong alone for two days. This is exact want I look for. Cheap, convenient and clean. I can’t think of any bad comments for such a low price!

Hotel. Good position, not far from the Bangla road

It's a good place, but some workers like to treat customers badly. I was at 5 floor. House kiping slam the door every where in the hotel to make you check out early. ! So anyone can sleep and relax in the morning. Insect are every where in bathroum. Bathroum is dirthy .

Great Hotel!

Great hotel, the bed was very hard. It’s in the heart of Patong Beach so you can walk everywhere. The staff was friendly!

Cozy Hotel at a very busy street

Hotel was cozy. Booked 3 Deluxe rooms with Bike. Room was musty smell and air-con was not very cool for my room (RM404). Other 2 rooms seemed to be fine. Basic breakfast with helpful waiting staff. Front Office staff were helpful too. Swimming pool more like a dipping pool. Limited sunbeds. All in all, a cozy stay. If you are looking for luxurious amenities, this hotel is not for you.

It was worth the money for a budget hotel. Room was clean, towels were clean. Convenient location. Not very noisy like other hotels that's a long the road. Massage, 7-Eleven was just next door. Everything iis at a walking distance. Small room but cannot expect much from a budget hotel. Will definitely come back to Forty Winks Phuket.

Decent hotel in Patong

Decent place to stay. Clean, with a small pool and close to shopping centre and party places in Patong. The pool is a bit too small. The street the hotel is on (Nanai Rd) is a too squeezed and you could hear traffic from the room if you stay on the lower floors. Generally, its a decent hotel with great breakfast, if you're on a tight budget or you missed out a chance to accommodation in on of Patong's resorts during the high season.

Great place, clean & tidy - in the middle of the hustle & bustle of a busy resort town

help was given for everything I asked for. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

The staffs were friendly and approachable. The room were clean. The area was good with a motorbike rental beside the hotel and a 24hour mart opposite.

Good value and friendly

Comfortable stay and very friendly and helpful staff. I thought it was a little far from the beach, but it was also on a fairly quiet street, and nice and inexpensive for the space I had. Nice restaurant and moto for rent nearby.

Very Nice in a Central location

I found this hotel to be very nice and clean. Not super fancy but you can tell it had been redone and was comfortable. Even though it is very close to things its was pretty quiet and calm( even with a little street construction during my stay). Not super close to the beach but I found a couple nice places to eat (a noodle soup place right on the corner) and some bars right down the street that were a quiet place to have a drink as opposed to the craziness of Bangala rd. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

great place to stay and very friendly staff

Cute little hotel tucked away on busy Nanai Road

We were very happy with our time at Forty Winks Hotel, Phuket. The staff were absolutely beautiful, the pool is lovely and our room was clean. Very easy to navigate around Phuket from this spot, a little out of the way but nice to escape the more touristy accommodation. Our room was small, but excellent value for money.

Too much noise from other guest the walls are very thin. Room cleaning very poor. Good value for what i paid and in good location.

Nice budget hotel on Nanai Rd with good services

Hotel is good and nicely maintained. The location is on a busy road so it is easy to get a TukTuk but rather noisy at night. Room was clean and nice except for the toilet which is slightly moldy and the toilet bowl cover was stained and misaligned. Balcony is slightly small but I have never used them. Pool is good and nice, reception is open till late and safe. It is near to Jungceylon and market/night food bazaar but rather far from Patong beach. Beach towel provided is good too!

Not bad small hotel 3 1/2 out of 5

Although hotel has great reviews and most them are correct . It's clean , comfortable bed , close to shopping mall ( 3-5 min walk ) and beach (8-10 min walk ) or plenty moped taxi to anywhere in town for negotiated max 50 baht Couple things to be aware off 1st is pool is very small but adequate for plunge to cool off and only has 4 Sun loungers ( no room for any more ) so gets busy 4pm ish time when folk come back from a trip and want to cool off 2nd is outside hotels control but take ear plugs with you as hotels right on main road and you hear mopeds 18-20 hours of the day and my room overlooked side street that had a dog barking at all times of day and night 3rd is that breakfast is very much more set up for Asian taste and gets a bit repetitive after a weeks stay ( cereal, toast , eggs and fruit ) . They also don't put large portion out , but then top it up so you might have to wait or ask staff . But there are plenty places to eat out for breakfast if you get bored

Ok hotel

Hotel is fine for the price. Clean, quiet and you get what you pay for without any hidden cost. Pool is too small to swim. Breakfast for Bt150 is good value, though the menu is very similar for each day. A little far from the beach; 18 minute stroll.

Close to everything and clean

Awesome location. Easy walk to the mall, night markets, boxing stadium, bangla night road and the beach. Don't bother with the breakfast, get something near by. Also, the beds are really firm so if you don't like a firm bed, don't stay here and if your pillow is also firm, you can ask them to replace them with a softer one to make you more comfortable. Perfect place to stay when you just need a place to crash, close to everything and clean!

Convenient place

The hotel is near almost everything that a traveler needs: a clinic, a 24 hour mart, restaurants, laundromat, pharmacy, tour center, street food vendors. You can either walk to Patong Beach (15 mins), or ride a scooter (7 mins). The rate is very affordable.

Comfortable and clean

I got a rom on the top floors with a view of the mountains. There was very little street noise at nights. The room was cleaned regularly by friendly staff. The reception was quick to attend to my needs and did so without delay.

Will definitely stay again.

Great small hotel away from late night noise, yet only 10 -15min walk from the action. Pool small but we were usually only people in it most days. Staff very friendly, wifi good in all areas. Only slight letdown was breakfast, i've had a lot worse in Thailand but still could be better. If hotel deal doesn't include breakfast don't worry there are plenty of eateries close by.

Nice little hotel if searching for as cheaper option. Very clean and wonderful staff made the time there relaxing. Great little pool out the back. Breakfast is included but very basic.

The hotel was clean and cool, staff were great, so friendly and helpful! Would defiantly stay there again. Only negative is that there is a large gap between the floor and the door of the rooms. You hear everything that is going on in the corridor and the light beams in from underneath it.

Great service!

The people in the reception were all friendly and were able to help me even when I locked my safety box at midnight. The lady was also very helpful in providing me assistance for my bookings of my travels.

Great hotel, comfortable and safe stay. Light at the corridor to my room was not working when I first checked in, but when I came back from dinner, it was already fixed! Service staff were helpful and meticulous - they were able to recall a phone call from a tour operator and conveyed the message accurately. It had a lovely little pool which looked very clean. No dead leaves or anything. Near a convenience shop as well.

A walking distance to Bangla Street, Patong Beach and Cylon Mall! Very convenient!

Perfect for a three night stay in phuket ! Walking distance 20 minutes max to everything we needed. Staff very friendly and spoke English very well ! Really unique little place. Very happy with our stay thank you!

Nice hotel, don't book anything from reception

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel until it was time to leave. Yes the room is a little on the small side, however it is clean and feels brand new so for the money it was worth it The issue is if the lady at the front desk asks you about tours or taxis decline and go to any other agency in the area. She organized us a taxi to the airport and when the driver arrived (as she was not there) he tried to charge us more and then became very obnoxious when I advised we where told a different price. You pay me up now he yelled and then what country are you from. He then rang the lady from reception and she confirmed the price. My point they obviously know each other so she set us up to be abused by this man. In the end I told him to go and we would get our own taxi.

This is such a great hotel! And for the price we paid it is amazing! It is definitely one of my best hotel finds in Thailand. Decor is great, rooms are a little small but we didn't mind, pool was good, good location too as not in the middle of all the patong commotion.. About 10 minutes to walk to the beach. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Awesome 'funky' hotel

Fantastic Hotel, comfortable bed awesome shower just perfect for my requirements. Pool is small but I was only visitor and the bean beds were so comfortable. Will definitely return stayed extra 4 days!! Staff were lovely

Modern hotel

Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and had just come from a resort. We preferred it here due to its easy access, friendly staff and cleanliness. The hotel has a modern industrial theme. The rooms are well planned and layed out though they are small. Close to everything. A 4min scooter ride to patong beach. The price was amazing. We payed NZ $78 for 3 nights! Highly recommend.

Nothing great about this place

It's at least 2 km away from all the places.. rooms are small.. the staff is very polite and sweet.. it's off the radar of every one including the taxis.. the supermarket across it stinks. Pool is a small pond, just to take a dip It's a place if you want to live cheap.

La struttura è molto sporca. Le lenzuola non vengono cambiate tra ub cliente e l'alteo. Ho trovato le mie sporche di sangue e ho dovuto chiedere 3 volte che venissero cambiate. Internet non funziona bene. Ogni 5 minuti il wi-fi si disconnette. Non adatto a chi deve lavorare qualche ora al gioeno
