Awesome experience!

Very convenient location. Well maintained property

Great location within easy reach of city centre and shopping options. The staff were absolutely fantastic throughout. Special mentions for Aamir and Anil in the reception. These guys couldn’t do enough for us! The breakfast spread was fresh appetising presented beautifully. I’ll definitely mark this property to stay here again on my next visit to Ahmedabad.

Fine property, excellent service.

Very good property in terms of location, service quality, appointment of rooms, food quality and tariff. Only downside is the bill of fare at the restaurant. It exceeds the best fine dining restaurants and blow a hole in the pocket in case one stays for 3-4 days.

The property isn’t kept upto standard of an Itc hotel. Room bedding was unchanged and dirty. Found stained dirty bath towel. Wasn’t pleased with the overall hotel quality rating, felt like a 2 star hotel. Management wasn’t too responsive or apologetic when provided feedback on the quality.

Stay was good. Overall cleanliness was good. Nice spread of breakfast.

Overpriced for the facilities available in the hotel. Lift is old and need urgent attention. It’s in a good location, food is good but at this price there are a lot better options

Great stay and services.

In house requirements

Overall our stay and the services during our stay were very good. Though it is an older hotel, our room was clean to the par, had to ask for an iron and an ironing board and also had to ask for a box of tissue papers. We didn’t find a laundry bag either. All this seem little bit odd. Apart from that staff was fantastic and polite. Wake up calls were in time and all the reminders were executed well. Over all a very good stay.

Stayed at this property before, it is the staff at the desk I feel don't do enough; not welcoming enough, seem only interested in doing their job as a duty it is a task, and the service staff crowd you when checking in checking out, the door man and anyone near by! There is only so many people you need to carry your luagge, two bags don't require two people, the property is good value for money, best services was breakfast 5/5 for the in dinning

Run down property claiming high rating but it is not worth. During my stay housekeeping was not done when I was away. All days during my stay Me and my daughter have to stay in the lobby for them to clean rooms after we comeback to hotel. Security is a biggest concern. Their lift does not have a key access, any one can get in on the guest floors. I had a perfect stranger ( Not a staff) ringing my bell and when I asked him why he was disturbing me he approached to my daughter's room and I have to stop him. I called front desk and they sent me Housekeeping manager to investigate after almost 30 minutes. I paid for the Club room, but surprisingly there is no club lounge. None of the manager's are available on duty after several complaint I found some manager who tried to resolve the issues, by giving me excuses. Staff is extremely rude and rough. I do not know How do they claim Five star rating this property is not even worth 3 star. Food is very expensive compare to other hotel I stayed in Ahmedabad during my visit in Dec. Also my daughter got sick in stomach after eating Chicken from the hotel . Please do not consider this hotel at all. I will never stay at this location.

The staff here is courteous and very cooperative. The unique feature is they welcome all the guests with Namaste with a smiling face which makes the guests feel instant welcome.

An excellent hotel and fantastic staff and team! They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and the whole team were brilliant. The reception team, chefs, door staff, restaurant team and concierge were all fabulous. Keep it up!

Appreciate the groomers for the culture and training indicted to the staff which is truly amazing which gives a rich flair of our own Indian culture. A home away from home was the feeling in short. I love this hotel for its location, service and it's food. However this is an old property with lousy cellular reception and slow Internet. So not for those who are looking for the typical 5 star facilities. What this hotel lacks in bells & whistles, it makes up with its service and absolutely fabulous food. The best non-vegetarian cuisine in Ahmedabad.

The wifi did not work. Shawls were stolen from the room. Staff was polite, and breakfast was good. Overall was disappointed.

Great ambiance of the hotel, real professional, clean and friendly environment, family and child friendly...

Unfortunate at the fortune landmark.

There was no hot water for the first two days. The bathroom was old and outdated. The toilet flush was not working well nor was the shower. The wifi setup only allowed one device to be connected at a time. The bed was so hard we could hardly sleep and had backaches every day. The ventilation was very noisy, breakfast was the same everyday, the list could go on and on.

Needs updating

We were given our keys to our room when we got to our room the key would not open the door. They soon sorted the problem out. We found the room needed updated. we went out at night and when we came back we had the same problem we couldnt get into the room. Again the chap came and got us back into our room.. This happened again the next morning so they gave us another card. We went out till 5 o'clock and when we came back there was constant drilling and banging noice we thought it will soon finish but it went on and on so I rang the reception and they told me that the can change our room so we agreed and moved to another room.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel

right on a noisy busy chaotic LOUD main road

I don't mean to be rude, as the hotel staff all tried their best, but the hotel is on a chaotic main road. Even though I was on top floor in a suite, it was still LOUD ALL NIGHT with beeping of cars and trucks! A common issue around india, but usually avoided by not staying in hotels right on main roads. Everything else was fine.

Nice Business hotel

It was always my preference to stay in Fortune hotel and this hotel as well comes in my preference in Ahmedabad because of service and hospitality.

Excellent value for money

Ahmedabad doesnt have too many option in the high-end hotels. i've stayed at all of them and find that Fortune offers me the best value for money. i stay here because of its location - convenient to travel to any part of the city and because of the excellent dining in options available in the hotel. i am a non-vegetarian and i have never once been dissatisfied with the quality of the cuisine served.

Friendly staff but bad pool.

I like to swim to excercise when I am on the road. I booked this hotel because the pool looked nice. Not so nice in reality. The staff was nice, but the hotel is old and one day the water in the shower did not heat up, I hate that.
