Forget Me Not Plus

Overall I had a very pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast is awesome and the staff is very welcoming. I feel the hotel is very safe as it requires access card to enter the property. The only complain I had is that you can feel the subway vibration while you sleep and room ventilation is poor. I felt either too hot or too cold to sleep at night.

Wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. Small with 14 rooms, nicely decorated, comfortable bedding, spacious rooms, clean shower/bathroom and great buffet breakfast! The staff was very helpful and informative. Going to miss my delicious cappuccino in the morning which they made for me. Loved everything and will return! Excellent location to walk, or bus lines.

Excellent hotel. Staff friendly. Breakfast was great. The breakfast table layout was a work of art! Large range of breads, croissants etc. Room small but very tasteful. Wi-Fi worked well. Well located. Safe area and transport links excellent.

Loved everything about the property. Boutique style hotel Personalized service, during breakfast staff catered to mealess omelets and even were accommodating for to go breakfast when we had to leave before breakfast starts. Locations is right over train station. Felt very safe and would stay sgain.

Overall we were very happy with the room. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was excellent as far as hotel breakfasts go. My only complaint is that our room was on the second floor and faced the street, so there was a little noise from people enjoying the Barcelona night life. It was OK with ear plugs, but definitely something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

Amazing boutique hotel!

The staff were very nice and helpful! The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the nice spacious room and walkable to many of Barcelona’s major attractions.

Very good small boutique hotel. Exceptional breakfast and staff. Occasional slight rumbling from underground train….but a minor issue…a great place to stay in Barcelona. RambLa and Familia are walkable distance. Take their recommendations for restaurants…con Bonita was excellent but make a reservation.

Lovely well located boutique hotel

We had a four day stay here and found Forget-me-Not lived up to all expectations. The staff were lovely, the room a generous size with comfortable bed and the 'continental' style breakfast was excellent. Forget-me-Not is what I would describe as a traditional boutique style hotel that retains some character and charm and is very well run by the staff. It is located close to the metro and within reasonable walking distance of the city centre. Should we return to Barcelona we would no hesitation in staying here again.

While this is not a luxury hotel, the size of the room was adequate, the amenities nice (including toothbrushes, slippers, etc), and the location is good (away from the many crowded areas). Don’t look for face cloths, a refrigerator/microwave or facial tissues in the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is bountiful and probably the highlight of the stay. The entrance does not identify the hotel except for a marked buzzer from the doorway. Somewhat surprising at first.

Still charge me 35 euro for a child even without any extra bed. I understand that is the policy but not a courtesy.

Spacious room in a great neighborhood. There is no fridge in the room, anyone working on the property after 8pm or room service. If that doesn’t bother you, it is a great place to stay. Breakfast is from 8-10.

Great stay and value

This was the perfect hotel for our vacation in Barcelona! My husband and I enjoyed staying near - but not directly in - the touristy areas of the city. Instead, Forget Me Not Plus is surrounded by excellent restaurants, high end shopping, and beautiful architecture. The staff were responsive, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was large, bright, and comfortable. An excellent value for the price! Other reviewers have mentioned the street noise and the subway nearby. They're not wrong; we could hear street noise in our room, but it did not bother us - we are city folks ourselves. If you're particularly sensitive to noise I recommend earplugs or staying outside of Barcelona completely.

5 minutes walk to metro. Unique and very charming room. Excellent breakfast. Do call to make check-in arrangement if you arrive late as there is no staff on site after dark.

the hotel was very accessible to public transport. The hotel sent email instructions on how to find their location which was very helpful. The staff are very friendly and approachable from the reception to the daily breakfast service! Our room was along the busy street but we had a restful night as there was very good sound-profing. Our room was clean and replenished everyday. It was safe and at a very convenient location. Would definitely recommend this place!

Having stayed at the other FMN hotel 2 years ago, I was very impressed with the FMT Plus this time around. The room was very specious, although a few more drawers for clothes would be a plus, especially as I stayed a week there. I also think a mini fridge would have completed the room, as they had a kettle for coffee or tea, but no fridge for some milk to be stored!! The breakfast array was excellent Thank you for a wonderful stay

I would stay again if the price is right

Very good location. Right next to metro and bus stations and many restaurants, grocery stores. Quiet and safe. Room and bathroom clean. Room floors could use a rug or carpet. Mattress is comfortable. Breakfast is ok not bad but can have more variety. Not your typical hotel. It is on the first floor of an apartment.

The hotel is right next to the metro station. Our room was clean and had a comfortable mattress. Also, the breakfast was very good.

This is an adorable boutique hotel. Breakfast was yummy though could use some variety as it gets a bit monotonous after a few days. My only complaint was that two of the three days we were here I had a luke warm shower. It was a serious let down especially after 30 hrs of travel! So clearly their hot water tank isn't that big. The staff however was super kind and helpful! Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great choice

Excellent stay. Hosts speak fair English. Provide outstanding service including great breakfast. Room was large, clean, and well maintained. Location great right sacross the street from the subway. Would do again in Barcelona.

Pleasantly surprised by the spacious room - really more of a suite than just a room, as there was a small sitting area separate to the bedroom. While some of the bathroom fittings were a touch scruffy, overall the room was clean and really comfortable. The staff were friendly, check in was quick and easy and the breakfast was tasty - although if you are looking for a hot breakfast you might be disappointed, the selection of pastries, fruit and continental meats and cheeses were exactly what we wanted.

Good bad ugly

Very nice accommodation, delicious breakfast and beef friendly staff. Location is excellent as well, well at lest for what we wanted to do. One suggestion; they should provide some paper sleepers since floor is marble and at November it's a bit cold to walk on. I can see it's actually nice on summer times though. We stayed in a superior room, facing to street, with a balcony. But.... There was a massive construction / road work in front of accomodation, and work as active on Saturday and Sunday as well, see the photos attached. Plus, I think underground going very close and you can hear the noise and feel the pretty strong vibration. They should definetly warn their coming guest about the construction going on in front, and im not sure if a room is shaken with underground every few minutes can be a superior room.

A place to remember, they don’t need to ask

How can I forget you now? Clean rooms, very nice bathrooms, daily cleaning, free 1 liter-bottles of water. Good breakfast. Let me put it like this, the only two problems with this place is their tea, and the fact that you can easily hear metros moving (until 00:00, after that no noise) The location is accessible with bus, and metro. And, easily walkable from Pl. catalunya. Close to some important pieces of architecture, and also to the shopping centers The staff are as advertised friendly, helpful and kind. They easily have 4-star standards. The hote itself is very comfortable considering there’s only 7 room in each section. They don’t have late checkins by default you should arrange that. The beds are comfy. They put two 1-person blankets in the closet for three people which was weird a bit. The bathroom was more than enough. They’re on the first floor so the lift shouldn’t be used. It’s a unique experience. I will give it a 4 out of 5.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die zentrale Lage, Ausstattung, Service, Frühstück haben total überzeugt. Das Altstadtflair des Gebäudes und die entsprechend Gestaltung der Zimmer und Lobbyräume im Vinted-Style haben uns besonders gefallen.
