Nice rooms, heated pool and great location

Spacious kitchen and living room area. Great washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen.

Lovely property and setting, handy location for beach. Well appointed. Only fault is the lighting in the lower bedroom was very poor.

Nice place for overnight stay

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything was wonderful with exception of a couple cockroaches and a few ants. This is common in Australia in tropical places. Would like face cloths in room and paper towels for kitchen. Bug spray would be nice too. Overall loved my stay here.

Lovely property that is quiet and felt safe. The unit itself was spacious with lots of windows to let light in, and it was very clean upon arrival. We used the pool and spa nearly every day during our week long stay. It was a home away from home and we would definitely stay here again.

space and layout of villa was great for a famiy. pool was surprisingly awesome due to its temperature. and the general setting was relaxing

The property was well maintained and the guests were mindful of privacy and always quiet. The pool and spa were always pleasant temperature, with and not too busy. Easy walk to the beach and local cafes, as well as an easy longer walk or cycle to Port central.

This property has everything it advertises - all newly renovated and spotless.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Cabins are super cute and perfect for 2 people. Walkable distance to the most beautiful beach was a bonus! Will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely apartment in great location.

Very clean and tidy. Great space for a family of four. Comfy beds, everything you would regularly expect to have on hand at home seemed to be thought of in the 3 bedroom villa. Excellent wifi, good tvs, very cold air con and a very short walk to beach. The beach is really nice, patrolled. The complex is quiet. Would stay here again for sure.

Well located (very close to the beach) and well laid out. Unfortunately, the decor was fairly outdated and the whole property needs a good clean. We found 2 cockroaches, hair in the shower and dirty dishes. Nice and quiet with comfortable beds.

The only thing I have to mention is that the shower floor was rather slippery.

Absolutely loved the property. Very comfortable and homey with everything you need. Close to the beach,shops and Koala Hospital. We were sorry to leave. Will be back

I stayed at this same place nearly 20 years ago. From the outside it is about the same. At least half of the garages are fitted with EV charging hardware which is very handy if. you have an EV. Most villas have solar panels as well. The mattress was a bit saggy, hopefully would get regular upgrade from the owner. Internet was excellent with each villa having their own router. Overall the price was reasonable for my stay.

Great place for family. Only one thing was hot water that run out quick if you use the dishwasher same time.

Winter break

Great hotel with multiple room configerations in town houses/villas. Pool was lovely and heated and the spa even hotter. Rooms very comfortable with streaming channels available on the tvs. Food nearby and shopping within easy drive distance.

It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and overall nice and clean. The only problem was that we thought the air con isn't warm enough. We tried to get the temp up but didn't seem to happen.

Had a really enjoyable stay. Good sized villa and a very comfy bed.

Check what you book

There are more than one Flynn’s on the beach and when I arrived at this one I was very disappointed.we are an elderly couple that didn’t want to be in a children’s paradise. Be careful where you book so your get what you’re looking for.

Nice spacious villa great for a family vacation..close to the beach and 5 min drive to main shops

Properly close to Flynn beach, restaurants and small grocery. Pool is great with nice hot tub.

We had 2 families staying in 2 villa, both of them were clean and friendly to kids. Kitchen was clean and had everything you need for lite cooking, BBQ facilities also were convenient. We woke up every morning by birds outside. About 5 mins walk to Flynns beach which is quiet and less people. If you are from a busy city, stay here will be so relaxing.

Great place to holiday

Locked out but a good stay

The premises were fine. However, there were four of us and we could not access the balcony and what we think was a lounge. The door was locked and our key for the front door was not the key to open the door. Location was good. Parking good.

Short walk to a beautiful beach and great dinner options.

Good Amenities; however, need to maintain dryer and AC needs to be set at a lower temp. Fix those and get a better rating😎

Really enjoyed our stay here . would most definately stay again. Loved the couch in the lounge it was big enough for all four of us to be comfortable. Pool was very nice.Loved the water dragons that visited every day too.

We have been going this this place for years, and every time something has been improved. Best stay for a family in Port Macquarie. Everything works as it should. Many other places in Port Macquary is dated and feels old, not here. They do their best to help.

Best away from home stay near the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Flynn’s on Surf Beach. The villa was lovely, modern and clean. The garden outlook onto tropical plants was beautiful. The complex was quiet and family friendly. Our boys loved the modern big swimming pool and spa. And it was fantastic being so close to the beach.

A lovely place to stay!

What a lovely place to stay! The villa I had was immaculately clean, and very well equipped with everything a family could need. It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that it had a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage too. The pool area was lovely.

Staff is super helpful and response time is pretty quick (5 out of 5) Quite close to Flynn’s beach and a few mins drive to all the nearby attractions and super markets Property is quite old and has a lot of scuff marks and kitchen is pretty old as well (3 out of 5) From cleanliness’ perspective, it’s not well maintained ( 3 out of 5) To conclude, it’s not worth the money you pay for this property.

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments & it was great! Perfect for our family of 4.

Superbly equipped!

Fabulous space and very well equipped. Garage, bbq, garden, massive tv, full kitchen. Close to the beach and amenities. Thoroughly recommended.

Good quality say in very spacious apartment. Third stay here and intend staying here in future as a stop off between Sydney and Brisbane.

Flynns on Surf beach was within easy walking distance of several beaches. Has a allocated lock up car space. Great childrens playground. Very quiet area. Large unit with plenty of space.

Great location well equipped nice place to stay

Beautiful place very close to the surf beaches in Port Macquarie. The hotel itself is individual cottages, with all the essentials you need. Parking garage, laundry, kitchen, patio - all available, and all in excellent condition. Would definitely stay here again!

A late decision to stay inPort Macquaire . Location excellent extra touches including coffe machine a pods a lovely surprise . Would happily recommend this place

Good stay

The property suited our needs - two bedrooms, comfy lounge, dining table and full kitchen. Well equipped. The beds were so so soft that I found them very uncomfortable and got a sore back. I’d love to stay again, but I couldn’t with the beds as they were.

We really enjoyed our stay at Flynns. It was nice and quite. The place was clean, had plenty of room, close to the beach, town and had everything in the apartment you need if you want to cook or just chill on the comfy couch and watch movies.

Fabulous accomodation, very clean, big and roomy all the finishing touches were done really well. Love the showerhead!

Clean, modern, very spacious villa with everything you could want - helpful, friendly staff Great location and great price

Beautiful and quiet location just a street back from the beach. Villa was spotless clean with crisp white sheets. Cute deck out the back with your own BBQ. All mod cons were in good working order. Bed very comfy. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed in villa 1 and apart from being a lovely villa we had a private yard of the deck, very relaxing.

Perfect for last minute decision to stay for to change in itinerary due to flooding. Well appointed and comfortable.

The units are clean and nicely presented. We booked a single room Villa and we were put in a three bedroom Villa with two of the bedrooms and the main bathroom locked off(which is understandable) but we were allocated the bedroom at the basement level which we could only assume was the third bedroom

Spacious Apartment

The one bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The is a garage for one vehicle and the garage has a washer/dryer. I have stayed 4 times and still enjoy it very much.

I stayed for one night and would have loved to stay longer. I cannot praise it enough - absolutely stunning. Very comfortable bed, great shower, clean, private, self-contained, lovely surrounds, walk to beach. I loved it and will come again.

The kids loved it. very safe, the pool was a winner, will definately book again.

Layout was great for couples

Whilst the property looks great and the Villa was spacious. There were several issues with this stay, which deter me from booking again or recommending. Upon 2pm checkin reception was closed. Then I was told by the property manager that, "she was hoping I'd be late. Could I come back in twenty minutes". I had already driven over five hours so this was an inconvenience I could have done without. The full kitchen was great, however, the toaster was broken (no reception to notify) and the oven was difficult to use with no oven mit provided. I also had to unstack the previous visitors dishes from the dishwasher! The bathrooms need updating and were not clean. There was urine on the side of the ensuite toilet upon checkin and hairs around the door of the main shower. Worst of all, there were MANY huge huntsman spiders inside the villa including 2 of the 3 bedrooms we had to sleep in. This resulted in a very poor sleep and now my kids refer to this place as spider hotel.

Brilliant for a relaxing family vacation

The best villa that we have ever stayed in. Beautifully appointed, great appliances in the villa, plenty of rooms and space to relax after a day out, a couple of mins walk to the beach and local restaurants, and garage under the villa to park your car. Great for a family vacation, or even to go away with friends. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. Will definitely return.

Very family friendly atmosphere; excellent facilities-really something to interest and occupy every member of the family; easy to get around-local taxi service was fast and reliable; villas well appointed; lovely to back onto the rainforest reserve area; close to restaurants and take-away shops.

Perfect comfortable stay

We stayed 5 nights and was amazing. They have everything you need, from the smallest detail of salt and pepper, to your own BBQ on your porch. The beds and pillows were incredibly soft, and the whole villa was nicely updated. Super comfortable and will stay again. Oh and the pool was warm, we spent hours in there. Thank you so much. Can't wait to visit again.

Sensational spot to stay when visiting Port for work but I’m definitely coming back with the kids for a family stay. Been here 2-3 times and haven’t got a bad word to say.
