Fantastic little hotel in the heart of all the action!

Clean, neat, well attended. Shared Refrigerator for storing snacks and breakfast. Free coffee & tea. The bedroom was of perfect size for us. Thank you

Location was superb! Lots of bars, clubs, restaurants and shops within 5-min walk. Receptionist was kind and friendly. Room wasn't big, but had enough space and was clean. The bathroom was very clean and spcaious. Felt like the room was a bit underequipped- A hairdryer or a little table with two chairs could have been a nice addition for the price we've paid(140$ VAT included). We also got a voucher for the next door Kasbah restaurant, which was very nice!!! I would definitely stay here again for that price :)

The location is not very convenient and if you have a car very difficult to park and understand the signs unless you understand Hebrew. You end up by parking in a parking lot that is nearby and they charge whatever they want. The condition of the property is poor, it needs some TLC and the bathroom has no shower head, just a hand shower. It think it is overpriced for what you get.

I needed a basic clean room. Everything was new and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and refreshed my room every day. The coffee shop across the street was convenient and has great staff. The neighborhood is aged but quaint. I recommend this hostel/hotel to anyone who wants a good value and a basic place to stay. I was not disappointed with my stay at the Florentin House.

We had a great stay. My only complaint was it is in a noisy area so bring ear plugs and you’ll do just fine. Very clean with comfy beds.

Small rooms but clean and comfortable- and in one of the best neighborhoods in town! Overall really enjoyed the stay, and the included coffee and sandwich for breakfast across the street was quite tasty!

Very good place to stay. We liked the US army theme of the hotel. Clean and comfy. The area is amazing, if you want to feel the Tel Aviv authentic vibes this is the place.

Everything was great, except for the bathtub, which had some mold residue and didnt drain well. Our room was really cold even though we complained about it a few times, although to be fair, the staff did check in on us . The service was phenomenal at the n getting b desk n oh

This hotel must have been designed by travelers. Super clean, organized, and has everything you need. Great, local location.

Cool hotel on a street with buzz

Excellent hip, fun, high-quality value for the dollar, especially if just spending one day in Tel Aviv. Florentin House's own neighborhood is interesting (nice street with eateries, with rougher streets not far away) and it is within walking distance of both Joffa, which retains some sense of older Israel, and central Tel Aviv (both Allenby Rd. and Rothchild Blvd.). There was some beat-heavy musical noise floating up from the street when falling asleep, but it was reasonably shielded by mechanized window shutters; heard some extended street-cleaning and dumpster noise early in the morning too. Very spacious room and master bath design, but wish there had been a bit more counter space and that the bare lightbulbs in the wall lanterns were a bit better shielded. Overall, this is place we would readily want to use again for another stay in Tel Aviv.

Nice hotel

Great location. Close to bars and places to eat yet quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and courteous. It was a good stay.

the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Receptionists and their manager were not nice (understatement) and not kind, a kitchen cook that yells at guests and a cockroach in the shower .. Overall a really great experience! (Cynically of course). I will never go back to the place that made me cry on my birthday. VERY bad experience

I had a great time with my boyfriend , The place is clean and very comfortable! The hotel is located near everything , Bars , Restaurants , Coffee shops . There is a pharmacy around the cornor . I will come back again ! Thank you for everything

Closed during Covid

We booked a room for 1 night, and when we arrived to check in the Hotel was closed... No one answered the phone so we canceled our stay.

Great hotel, great ubication

Great hotel, great design. The room does not has tv. But is very big and has a nice style. The only downside it was a littlw noissy, (people having fun in thw bars outside.... But this was only a problem because my gilfriend was sic so we couldn't go out and have a beer...

We had a lovely private room that was spacious and clean. was within great walking distance to the Rothchild Boulevard and the Old City

The staff were Super friendly and helpful Itay at the evening desk, Laura in the morning and Johnathan were all fantastic... Oh sorry and the young Dutch woman.. didn’t get her name I’d definitely come back It’s a bit noisy outside at night but ear plugs take care of that I liked the location, very Urban. Lots of inexpensive restaurants to choose from Bring your black Tees and Tats if you wanna show them off .. it’s De Rigeuer in this neighborhood 😊👍 Thanks I had a great first time in Tel a Viv Israel Paul

Really nice! Loved Florentine house. Too short a stay. Would’ve loved to stay longer.

The staff was so nice, and the room was clean and tasteful ly decorated. There are lots of great food choices nearby including a small natural grocer. They also have a rooftop room with coffee and a fridge. I will be staying there again!

Best 80 dollar bed in Tel Aviv

It’s probably the best place (for the price range) I’ve stayed at in Tel Aviv. Clean, safe, well run. Allergic to the smoking in the rooftop lounge but that’s the only thing. Little heavy on the cleaning chemicals in the bathroom. It’s nice that their clean, but chlorine can be a little overwhelming.

OK base in a cool neighborhood

Fine place to sleep for 1-2 nights, but there's no real social space in the hostel except for a room on the 5th floor. Interesting neighborhood.

Perfect spot

This place was fantastic. Everything about our one night stay was lovely. The staff was delightful, for some reason it won't let me check "excellent" for service- Maybe that's because there isn't "service" per say? Anyway everything was great.

So clean that you could eat off the bathroom floor

This is a hotel with dormitories. The cleanliness level is astonishingly high, which is why they can have white coloured everything. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and very hygienic. The beds and mattresses seem new and very big and comfy. Each bed has its USB socket. And guess what.... you get 2 towels!!! The only slight negative is that the place lacks atmosphere. This is probably due to lack of a proper lounge. There is a half-hearted attempt at something on the top floor but it needs more character and the hostel staff to bring life.

Excellent stay! Large minimal styled rooms - very nice - comfy large beds! We stayed in a private room with ensuite bathroom - perfect! Very clean - breakfast provided at a cafe close-by. Given the option of pastry or sandwich - we opted for the omelette sandwich (Florentin 10) - very tasty!! Very helpful staff - would definitely recommend! Loved staying in Florentin area!

Nice rooms....

Great area, a little gritty, but a lot going on. Fun to walk around day or night. Private rooms here are very spacious and large bathroom, very clean. Fabulous ice cream across street at Anita’s!

There’s no tv in the room quite disappointing But very clean

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and a beautiful, bright and spacious room with a wonderful balcony. Felt immediately calm and at peace, with everything I needed. Beds were a bit hard, but still a very comfortable sleep. Would not hesitate to return if every in Tel Aviv again.

nothing special

The hotel room was fine and it had a nice bath. However there were not pillow cases on the beds and no TV. We would expect more from a hotel at that price.

Great place to stay..friendly staff and great area.

Great experience overall. Hotel staff was very helpful. The rooftop suite was excellent and quite affordable. Only downside is that WiFi was a little weak on the 5th floor, but not inaccessible. The room has a built in television projection system that worked well, but the view and the suite itself were what made the stay.

Great Hostel, Impressed!

Great hostel. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants, sights, etc. Room looked just like the picture. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. Room was a little noisy with night life on the street. Stayed for two nights in a single room with a king size bed. Once I was sleep I didn't hear a sound. Staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. I would definitely, stay here again. It was my first time staying at a hostel. My sister and I felt like it was a fantastic choice. Great Job, Florentin Hostel for making my staff awesome.

OK for very short stay, but...

Clean but bare room - no desk to put things / work on. Just bed. Breakfast is in nearby restaurants not in "hotel" itself. Good internet.

Nice hotel and room, very modern style building, great customer service, very clean, nice bathroom and bed size. I only have something to say about the noise off the street, it is very noise, but i guess the hotel has nothing to do with it... And the free breakfast is not at the hotel, you get a voucher to go to a restaurant where there are only 2 choices on the menu...

Best stay in TLV

This was one of my best stays in TLV. The Florentin House is a brand new hotel in impeccable condition. I had my own room with balcony facing a busy Florentin St however with the door closed I slept like a baby. Although this is also a hostel, there was absolutely no noise from anyone. The showers are brand new, clean and you have maid service daily. The wifi worked 100% and was fast. The staff were all great, always welcoming you with a smile. Absolutely no issues with the AC. The bed was comfortable, brand new pillows and always clean linens and towels. The hotel restaurant downstairs is delicious, very impressed with the cuisine, and you get a discount. The free breakfast was just enough to help you start your day. Florentin is a great and happening area. Everything is at your disposal. And like all of TLV, gay friendly :) Cannot wait to come back and stay in Florentin House again, Toda Raba!!

Zentral gelegen : Metro, Gleispark, Strand, Restaurants, Bars - alles leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr besonderes Frühstückcafé mit gutem Kaffee. Gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsraum mit Kaffeemaschine (inkl. Milch im Kühlschrank), Tee, Toaster, Mikrowave... Nette Leute fürs Checkin. Komme wieder.

We had a very pleasant stay with Florentine. The staff were professional and nice, the rooms were clean and had a good design. It was Modern and fresh and in regards if the price excellent. One recvived a card to a cafe across the street ( literally 10 meters from the hotel) were one could choose a drink and a breakfast meal that was included in the price). I would definitely reutrn.

Good place but noisy

Great place in good neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Nice rooms in good shape. A lot of noice from the street and other rooms, a big downside. People shouting, garbage management, cars etc in the street.

Otroligt bra! Supersköna sängar, stort fint badrum med bra dusch. Bra mörkläggning. Extra plus för att kaffe och smörgås ingick i den trevliga baren på morgonen. Trevligt område med flera bra restauranger. Trevlig personal!

Great value in hip place

Located in the hip Florentine quarter this basic but clean and cool hotel was a great choice. It’s within walking distance from the beach, Jaffo, train/bus, or you can jump on a bus at any of the nearby bus stops. The staff was really amazing, super friendly and helpful with advice. Also a good place for solo woman travellers.

We had a private room. It was super clean and new with a small balcony and blinds. The staf was great and very friendly and helpful. A simple but good breakfast is included downstairs at the bar. The area is lively and cosy with nice cafes and restaurants around.

Great in every aspect: location, staff, wifi, cleaniness etc. Also breakfast was included in the pub in the same building. Breakfast was not mentioned during booking so therefore it was a nice surprise

Grat option in Tel Aviv

My stay at Florentin house was amazing. The hotel is clean and very well located. The staff is really helpful and always happy to help, especially Raphael who has been professional and attentive throughout my stay. I'd definitely recommend this place!
