My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days. We had a great time. Private, good service, lots of good food.

Dai Lai Resort great weekend

Had a great long weekend holiday at Dai Lai Resort! Its beautiful location. Villas are clean, nice, comfortable and a lot of fun for the family. Restaurants are pretty good, not great but definitely not bad either, and priced a lot more than normal Vietnamese restaurants but still totally reasonable considering you're eating on the resort with no other options..I thought very fair value still. Service is the only sort of negative thing I can put...service is not grea mostly because it seemed understaffed at the restaurants

10 star hotel

We give this hotel 10 Stars. The customer service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful and the ocean view was amazing.

Relaxing place. Could work if expectations are low

We booked the villa but the pool is not heated & the sauna was not working. room service made a mistake on our order & Front Office was not as efficient. Breakfast experience was so so.

Beautiful overall.

It was a beautiful resort. Very beautiful room and the view. Wifi had some trouble and due to rain the cleanliness was compromised in some spots.

cannot speak english

It appears obvious that the Resort does not, nor can it cater to English speaking tourists. Not one of the 100's of staff can speak English. This is not an exaggeration. This situation wrecked our stay. WE CANNOT NOR WILL WE RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE.

Beds were not as requested. We wanted king beds.The beds were twin mattresses next together. That was totally uncomfortable.

Our extended family booked a 4-bedroom villa. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much. There are a lot of activities to do for kids and adults: bike riding, kayaking, games, etc. Staff were polite and helpful. The Poem restaurant was OK but far from excellent given its high price and low food quality

The service was not good. Chuyen at the front desk was the only one interested in providing help. She did her best to sort out any issues, but her colleagues did their best to screw it up. Nobody informed us of the facilities, amenities, how to rent a bicycle, play golf, or anything else that might be available upon check-in or at any other time during our stay. Great swimming pool at the main hotel. Definitely a highlight. Bamboo Wings restaurant did a good job as well. Good property, but maybe 2 star service. Not sure how they consider this to be an "International" 5 star resort.

Beautiful resort located about 45 minutes from Hanoi. It's a gated community near a lake and hills. The scenery is beautiful. As for the resort, it is fully equipped with anything you can imagine. It's a pretty well oiled machine. We stayed in a hilltop villa, for which you needed a buggy ride to get around and they were always readily available within 5 minutes of requesting them. The room was tastefully decorated, minimalist, with a soaking tub and outdoor shower. The room service we ordered and breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to escape the craziness of Hanoi and enjoy some relaxation.

Overall facilities very good. You can stay more quietly than Hanoi .But you should have spend all of times inside the hotel(specially eating). Except to front staff, they can not speak english....it is difficult to solve the problem when we had blackout..

Vietnam - fabulous complex

Amazing resort and big! If you are after remoteness, quiet but loads of physical stuff to do - this is for you. We were here mid April and very few western people here at all. Not too hot either but loads of sun. Don't get ripped off with a taxi more than 400,000 dong (sounds a lot but actually about 10 quid). We did from the airport and paid 3 times that much, but learnt for the trip back. Fantastic resort - still building in areas but we did not see much of it and did not disturb us. Top tip - language a big problem and although they had English speakers, they were not great. Patience is a virtue....fantastic stay!

Great resort nearby Hanoi

We really enjoyed our stay with our two young children. The resort is very clean and service was good. The food options could've been better as there was only one restaurant open during our stay, but overall our family was happy that our kids could swim in a heated pool. They also loved the playground and playing on the beach area. We would recommend it for a short getaway from Hanoi.

Good place to relax

Beautiful place with comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately, the food at the Bamboo Restaurant is way below standard, especially for the price. Breakfast buffet at other restaurant is fine. The rooms are clean, but trash is starting to accumulate between cottages. There is also a huge construction of a hotel going on which can be distracting with the hammering.

Abosuolte disgusting service lost for words how bad the staff were really big shame as the place is really nice. Food was gross

Great city getaway!

Though it was cold and rainy, we had a wonderful time getting away from the city and being around nature. We were able to use the provided bikes, the hot pool, the spa and the inflatable ball (where people go inside and spin around).

the trip was great, but my room's lighting was broken (although the staff asked me to fix it). TV signals were weak. but they had a great bathroom

Fantastic Property!

Fantastic hotel with great services and facilities. It is parked in the very outskirts of Hanoi which is great to getaway from the hustles and bustles. Serene and peaceful! The breakfast is excellent with a wide spread, however the food at the restaurant is just average. The masseurs are friendly but the service is just ok. Overall i would give this hotel a big thumbs up!

They broke birthday surprise situation, it means the staff asked my girlfriend whether they bring birthday cake or not even it is her birthday.

숙소가 정말 예뻤고, 투룸 풀빌라 개인풀이 생각보다 넉넉해서 공용풀과 개인풀 모두 잘 이용했어요! 전반적인 시설이나 청결, 서비스 등에서 너무 만족스러웠습니다 리조트 내에는 현지인이 대부분인 것 같았어요 음식은... 컵라면이나 먹을 거 꼭!!! 따로 챙겨오시길 바랍니다!

Slow but Good

Calling to reception is too difficult to asking. Other facilities are good

Sky tower 수영장 외에 부대시설 미오픈 상태 인 것이 아쉬웠고, BBQ 준비 등 전체적으로 조용하고 편안 했으나, 고장난 전자레인지 및 냉장고 냄세등 세밀한 부분에 대한 아쉬움은 있었음....

コロナ禍でほとんどのアクティビティが閉まっていた。レストランも1軒のみオープンで、メニューのバラエティに欠けた。

Hilltop 1박

Hilltop에 1박을 했어요. 숙소 주변에 나무도 많고, 공기도 좋아서 마음에 들었습니다. 평일에 다녀와서 사람이 많지 않았어요, 따뜻한 물이 있는 수영장도 좋았고. 다른곳 보다 깨끗하고, 가족끼리 조용하게 다녀오기 좋았습니다. 하노이 돌아올때 로비에 물어봐서 호텔 택시를 이용했는데, 기사분도 친절해서 좋았네요

It was okay

It was okay to relex with my family, but there was some problems of converstation in English. Only few receptionist could speak English. Overall, it was fine to stay.

숲이라 모기가 많았고, 집 컨디션이나 편의 시설은 보통이에요. 그치만 오랜만에 숲길을 산책하며 산림욕 할 수 있어 좋았고, 조식도 괜찮았어요. 큰빌라는 지인들과 바베큐 파티하며 함께 놀기 좋아요.

개인풀장이 좋았고 벌레가 있어서 좀 고생했어요

빌라마다 컨디션이 다르다고는 들었지만 청소상태가 그다지 좋아보이진 않았다 들어갈때 예약번호 확인이 안되어 시간이 좀 걸렸다 벌레긴 많긴했다 자연친화적이긴 했다;; 조식이 종류가 많지 않았다 그밖에 즐길거리 볼거리 나름 힐링하긴 좋았다

코로나로 인해 수영장, 게임룸,사우나시설 등 호텔내의 모든시설이 폐쇄상태여서 실망했다. 이용전에 미리 확인 전화 해 보는것이 좋을것 같다. 뱀부식당은 기대이상으로 만족했다 포레스트 식당의 조식도 괜찮은 편. 개인풀장은 이용가능하고 무료로 카약. 고기잡기.자전거대여.버기카이용이 가능해서 좋았다 다음에는 바베큐 준비를 해가는 것도 좋겠다

Villa Hilltop 이용후기

세틀버스를 이용했는데, 아침 7시반 출발, 돌아 올땐 오후 3시로 기다리는 시간이 좀 많았음. 전체적으로 분위기는 편안했음. 음식도 보통. 맛은 나쁘지 않았으나, 가격이 싸지않아 가성비는 별로. 코로나로 VR게임방 및 여러 시설을 이용하지 못해서 아쉬웠음. 빈펄이나 기타 다른 휴양지를 생각하면 많이 후회할 확율이 높지만, 크게 기대하지 않고 조용하게 하루 쉬다온다 생각하면 갈만함.

가족여행. 만족스러움

숙소가 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있었고 우려와는 달리 영어로 대화 하는데 유창하지는 않지만 전혀 문제가 되지 않았다. 모두 친절하다. 빌라를 예약하신분은 모기약을 지참하는게 좋겠다. 호텔내에 식당이 두군데인듯 한데 리조트안 식당은 좀 개선이 필요하지 않나 싶다. 다른 리조트 식당과 너무 차이가 난다 ㅋ 외부에 있는 밤부 레스토랑은 조금 덥긴하지만 음식은 맛있다.

호텔 렌터카 서비스 이용하지 마세요

직원들도 친철하고 리조트도 잘 꾸며져 있고 다 좋았습니다. 그러나 호텔 렌터카 절대 사용하지 마세요. 폭우 쏟아지는데 골목길에서 레이싱게임 수준으로 과속하고 룸미러로 보면서 코딱지 파면서 운전하고 독감 걸렸는지 계속 기침하고 담배냄새 쩔고, 과속하지 말라고 구글 번역기 돌려서까지 보여줬는데 개무시,, 결국 호텔 리셉션 전화해서 안전운전 해달라고 말 좀 해달라 하니.. 전화 끊고 룸미러로 저 보면서 씩 웃더라고요? ㅎㅎ 그 전화받고 한 5분 정도 정속운전.. 다시 미치도록 과속.. 5개월짜기 딸이 있어서 안전운전 부탁한다고 구글 번역기로 보여줘도 또 개무시.. 진짜 살아서 집으로 온게 다행입니다... 그런데 집에 도착했더니 55만동이 아닌 70만동을 달라네요?? 진짜 성질 같아서는..... 뗏이니 연휴니 하면서 돈 더 달라고.. 분명 리셉션에서 55만동이라고 듣고 2번 이상 확인했는데.. 결국 호텔에 전화해서 기사랑 통화하게 하고 55만동만 내고 보냈습니다.. 호텔 리셉션한테 왜 좋은 여행을 렌터카 때문에 망치게 하냐고 하니, 우리 잘못이 아니라고 하네요.. ㅎㅎ 그러면은 왜 호텔 리셉션 카운터에 픽업차량 서비스 현수막은 붙혀놓거죠?? 렌터카 업체랑 계약하고 하는거 아닌가요?? 그러면 회사 관리는 누가 하죠?? 숙박객이 하나요?? 하노이에 지내면서 과속하는 차량이야 정말 많이 타봤지만.. 이 번 호텔 렌터카는 진짜 싸이코였습니다.. 어차피 베트남이랑 한국인들 밖에 이 리조트 안갈테니.. 영어로는 굳이 안적겠습니다.. 리조트는 나쁘지 않으나 픽업차량 서비스 절대 이용하지 마세요..

벌레만 없다면 추천드리지만 벌레가 많아도 나무많아요

땀다오까지 도보로7분??? 도보로 나가는대만 20분걸리겠네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 여기오시면 못보던 벌레 다 보고 갈꺼어요 다른리조트 추천드립니다

직원들이 영어를 못해서 많이 불편했고 레이크뷰는 벌레 싫어하시는 분들은 절대로 예약하지 마세요 ㅋㅋ 그외에는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 조용하고 진짜 휴식원하시는 분들은 강추!

최악의 경험

개인적으로 최악이었습니다. 예약 확인 안되서 2시간 대기하고... 방은 예약할때 수영장이 인근에 있는것처럼 해놓고 수영장 차타고 가야되고.. 차라리 다른 리조트 갈걸 랬네요

Vérifier les critères de réservation avent de paye

Le problème n'est ni le cadre ni la qualité des prestations, impeccables pour les environs de Hanoi, mais que cela ne correspond pas à ce que nous avions sur le site de réservation. Nous avons réservé pour deux adultes et deux enfants, mais la réservation n'a été enregistrée que pour deux adultes, d'où un supplément conséquent. Par ailleurs, les lodges annoncée à 72 M2, ne font qu'au maximum 40 M2 habitables, le reste étant la terrasse extérieure.

아주 매우 최고로 만족했습니다. 호수뷰방 잡았는데 수영장도 깊지도 낮지도 적당하고 크기도 작지만 재밋게놀았습니다. 레스토랑 음식은 맛있었는데 룸서비스는 좀 실망했었어요..다른거시켜서 그런가 암튼 리조트들어가실땐 먹을거 잔뜩사가시길... 주변에 아무것도없어요 방에있는건 전기포트기 뿐이니 이거 고려해서 사들고가시면 될거같습니다. 방안에는 개미나 벌레는 없었고 수영장이 밖이다보니 개미가좀 보이긴한데 크게 신경쓰일정돈 아니였어요 문단속잘하시면 방에 벌레는 없어요ㅎ 아주 성공적인 숙박이였습니다.

전반적인 부분에 만족하지만, 별도로 리조트까지 택시를 타야 하는 교통편에 대한 불편함이 있었고, 주변 곳곳에서 공사가 진행중이어서 소음 및 미관에 좋지 않았다.

시설 및 리조트 전체는 좋았으나, 주말 사람이 너무 많음, 체크인, 체크아웃시 시간이 너무 많이 소요되었고, 조식은 실망..

기대 이상으로 훌륭

안좋은 평이 많아 기대를 안하고 갔는데 생각보다 훌륭해서 놀랐습니다. 규모는 어마하고.. 빌라.등 숙소 내에서 취사가 전혀 안되는 아쉬움만 빼면 훌륭합니다. 수영장 퀄리티도 좋고 밤부 레스토랑도 기대보다 맛이 좋아 놀랐네요.. 너무 기대를 안한건지.. ㅋㅋ 저희는 베트늠 음식에 익숙해서인지 맛도 좋았어요. 가격은 베트남 물가대비 높았지만 5성급 리조트임을 감안하면 높지 않았던거 같아요. 라이브 공연 등 서비스도 좋았고.. 생각보다 영어도 잘 통했고 친절하더라구요...^^ 벌레나 모기도 없었습니다.. 모쪼록 즐거운 여행 보시기 바랍니다.

조용하고 뷰가 아름다운 리조트네요 단 벌래 싫어하시면 큰 낭패를 볼수 있습니다. 조식은 괜찮았습니다. 비수기때 사람 없어서 좋고요 레스토랑 문 연 곳이없어요 또한 매점 없어요

비추합니다

프론트 직원들 조차 영어 못 해요 오히려 저한테 베트남어를 요구해요 ㅋ 간단한 단어는 몇 가지 알고 갔으나 문장구사를 못하니 그냥 번역기 돌려서 생활햇어요 언어가 서로 힘드니 당연히 룸서비스나 간단한 요구가 힘든데 배정받은 룸 마저 로비동이랑 너~ 무 멀어서 잇는 내내 답답했어요 룸서비스 음식들 5가지 정도 먹어봤는데 너무 맛없어요 특히 피자.. 도우가 무슨 박스종이 물에 불린 것 같았어요 ㅜ 벌레는 말 할 것 없고 밤에 새가 자꾸 통유리 창문을 두들기는건 호러영화가 따로 없구요 하노이여행 다 좋다가 거기 들어간 후로 하노이 안가려고 맘 먹음요 그 리조트에서의 경험으로 인해서 제가 여태껏 베트남 여행을 너무 쉽게 했구나 했어요^^

플라밍고 다이라이 디럭스 빌라를 다녀와서..

저희 커플은 빌라에 숙박하였는데 숙소가 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 3일동안 머물면서 자연속에서 힐링하는 기분이 들었습니다. 단, 체크 인과 아웃시에 너무 무질서해서 좀 실망을 했습니다. 그 외에 직원들의 친절과 서비스는 만족스러웠습니다

바람쐬기 좋은 호텔

하노이 시내에만 있기 답답해서 하루 다녀왔는데 규모가 굉장히 크더라구요. 하루정도 바람쐬기는 괜찮은데 시설내에서 식사하러 이동하기가 좀 불편해서 오래있기는 답답할거 같아요. 낮에 자전거 빌려서 한바퀴 도는건 재미있었어요.

전 너무 좋았어요! 리셉션 이외 직원분들은 영어를 아예 못하시는거같았지만 바디랭귀지로 다 해결 했구요~ 휴식하기 좋았어요 침구도 포근하구요

가족단위휴양에 좋은곳

굉장히 넓고 가격대비 좋은 곳이었지만 주변에 아무것도 없는 곳이어서 들어가기 전에 모든 필요한 것들을 장을 봐 가야했습니다. 개인풀 메인풀 모두 아이들 놀기에 너무 좋았던 곳이었습니다.
