Hola Flamingo Beach Resort
Good all round experience, nothing was too much trouble. Food very varied with a great choice for differing tastes. Outside areas were clean, tidy and plenty of sunbeds etc available with 3 choices of pool areas. Entertainment was provided in the evenings which was varied and good. The rooms were lovely and serviced each day. HolH
Great hotel, clean, large spacious rooms
A wonderful stay, the hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area kept clean and tidy. Pool was freezing but it was October. Rooms are really large, with a lounge area and bedroom. Aircon worked fabulously. Nice hot shower. The hotel is a little uphill walk from the beach taking about 10-15 minutes. There are plenty of bars nearby with the main ‘strip’ being about 5-10 mins walk.
Average hotel
Average central hotel, close to town, food ok, entertainment ok staff very nice. Overall good value if you drink alcohol .
Lovely hotel, friendly staff
Hotel is lovely, pools are small for amount of guests. Rooms lovely and spacious with cooking facilities if needed. Food was good, couldn’t think of anything they didn’t serve. Sunbeds are a nightmare, it was mostly old people there as it was a good 15 mins to any life and beach. There’s approx 170 rooms at the hotel to which there’s only about 100 sunbeds so main season will be a joke. Lift was out of order for 4 days so the other 2 at meal times are a joke you wait ages at times. Lady at poolside bar is so friendly and works her ass off
Great stay large suites 3 pools never any. Other getting a sun bed. Quiet pool to the front/side of hotel controlled by keypad. All the staff are fantastic from bar staff who remember your order to the cleaners who always say hello. Restaurant isn’t that big but they have extended the seating area to allow for the extra rooms in the new block. Snacks available there too between official meal times. Good quiet location between the strip with cabaret bars and the old town if you can’t do the walks cheap enough in a taxi. Will be back
Third time we have stayed and it was up to expectations once again
One of the best hotels Ive stayed in , staff are fantastic couldnt do enough for you . Food really good , good variety every day , snacks good between the main meals , all inclusive drinks they are not shy with meausures of branded drinks . Wee tip in their tip jar goes long way they will really look after you with wee treats . Pool areas beautiful , rooms great clean . The beach towel offer fantasic €10 for large beach towel which you can change every day and when you hand it back you get your €10 back . Iron service same hire it and get your money back when you hand it back . Will be booking to go back in New Year
Lovely and clean. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
The property was very clean and the food was good the only down fall was that I never seen any entertainment but over all a very pleasant stay
Property is clean & well maintained. Excellent staff
Nice stay overall.
A nice hotel overall. Didn't use the restaurant as it was self catering suite although I did not use the kitchen area. The hotel has been refurbished in recent years and is quite fresh looking apart from the radiators and the fact that the trim in the shower needs re-siliconed. Toiletries and towels were adequate. Lifts are a bit slow as we were on the seventeenth floor so took a while to arrive and then stop a lot on the way down. Parking is underground and costs 12 euros per night. Nice balcony area with chairs. Decent size room even if there were two staying in it. Reasonable distance from bars and restaurants and reception are happy to get a taxi for you should you require one.
Clean and tidy with friendly staff close to bars and restaurants and not too far from the beach
Didn't like the bed coverings, we upgraded from half board to all-inclusive happy with that except for the young inexperienced female staff at the bar, said they had no none alcoholic beer yet on inquiring further found it only had to be replaced with a new barrel, on asking same female staff for a Cappuccino coffee, I was served a load of SLOP on top of a coffee of which I took a photo off as proof, a little instruction on customer care would help I think as this is not acceptable.
The property was had such a relaxing vibe and was very modern.
The staff here are amazing, good food and excellent rooms.
Lovely hotel away from the hustle of the craziness but walking distance when you fancy a bit more liveliness. Sunloungers in high demand and not much of a view from the main pool but we chose to use the smaller one at the side of the hotel. Food was great and very clean.
It was amazingly clean and the staff were so friendly, I loved the location, 5-10 minute walk to the busier areas in Benidorm that meant i was able to get to sleep when I was ready.
Lovely large room with a balcony. Housekeeping excellent. Food always had a lot of choice and in plentiful supply. Overall a nice relaxing break.
Hotel really clean, food very good and staff excellent. Rooms also very good and spacious. I have to say there was nothing to complain about
Looking forward to going back there again.
Marvellous hotel, great staff that couldn't do enough for you. Food was very good.
Fabulous hotel very friendly staff third visit we have been, highly recommend.
Beach resort that's a bit away but good anyway
Liked the hotel, and good value for money. Needs some softer furnishings in the bar area though. Plastic chairs make it less comfortable and cold! As well as unattractive to the eye. Staff very pleasant and helpful. All inclusive drinks package needs reviewing all the guests we spoke with all commented that whilst alcohollic spirit drinks are good quality they are completely spoiled by cheap 'mixers' expressed from a machine. The wine served in the bar area is awful! Both the red and white grape. Whilst in the restaurant it is more than acceptable, very good In fact. This wine should be served throughout the establishment and would serve wastage and be cheaper for the management in the long run. So many guests were trying different spirits when they would normally prefer wine, just because the wine served was so poor. Rooms good, although the bathrooms are small. However excellent showering facilities. Perhaps a hand rail would help as my husband found no-where to 'hang on' to when the shower area was slippery. We found the entertainment more than acceptable..somewhat different from the poor reviews we were given from fellow guests who left their comments. . Hotel a bit away from the beach, but within a ten/fifteen minutes walk. Lady who does entertainment very good. As was Naomi who works in the bar area and restaurant. She is particular pleasant and helpful.
Quick break
Fabulous from start to finish
Fun in The Sun
It was very good Quite far to walk to the town but I new that before I booked All in all brilliant value And yes I will go back
The location was within walking distance of all what Benidorm has to offer. The staff were very friendly and and the food was 1st class. You would be hard pushed to fault the place. The rooms were very spacious and were alao cleaned daily.
Would Not return
Room looked good. But drunk guests arriving back early hours Lift noise and water pipes in wall by bed So water flushing sound all night Food was poor quality and so was drinks. I would not return
The hotel is is clean, the staff are really friendly and nothing is to much trouble.
Nice rooms, only problem was they were way to warm as we couldn't turn the radiators off. Stayed all inclusive and the drinks were rubbish and food was ok.
Pleasant peaceful stay without our children
Overall very good, everything requested was acted on and my requests fullfilled satisfactorily. Clientele mixed, nice and relaxed environment.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in in Benidorm I can’t fault the place it is spot on & immaculate, friendly staff, big spacious rooms, highly recommended !
Really nice hotel enjoyed my stay
I loved my apartment, it was modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. Fabulous hotel.
Highly reccomended, ive stayed at other hotels in the area that have the same star rating but dont come close to the standards here. I booked it online due to the discounted price and was very happy with the overall package.
great hotel
absolutely loved this hotel . they got everything right . can honestly say the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in . staff went out of their way to very friendly and polite . THE food in restaurant was very good as well .
Flamago
Nice and clean . friendly staff great food and good entertainment
Hotel is lovely, very modern and spacious
When we arrived we were told we were on the 20th floor, we’d requested 8th or lower and so we were relieved to be moved to the second building on the 8th floor. We found the hotel a bit further away then expected although only 6 Euro’s in a taxi. The food was the same combination and not much choice. On our last day we went for snacks, the chips were re-heated and although 30 minutes to go there was hardly anything left and no aftempt to refil. Nearly every pudding had custard in. Our last night, we walk-in in seen not much choice, walked back out to a takeaway. The entertainment, although she worked really hard was mostly geared up for pensioners, but to be fair there was mostly pensioners the, maybe it’s because if the time of year. There’s not a massive amount of outside space for the two buildings so not sure if there would be a fight for Sunloungers in the high season.
Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel well kept, very comfortable, warm clean good food, good entertainment, what more could you ask for??
Lovely hotel.
Really lovely hotel, food was great the only minus was that the late snacks were not advertised so we didn't know what we could order. The staff were pleasant . The entertainment wasn't really good but I suppose it depends on what you like. Overall a really nice place to stay and I would recommend it
Amazing Hotel and Staff
The best weekend ever ! It was my husbands 50th birthday ! And the hotel staff totally looked after us ! Amazing.
10 min walk to beach and seafront promenade
Good clean nicely presented hotel. The staff were good friendly and very helpful with a smile on their face in first place ciprano well done. The food was good the and the service good. A little downside was the entertainment in the evenings and seating needs updating.
Can’t fault it
Spotlessly clean hotel - a good location, with big, comfortable rooms. The food was good, there was always plenty of it and it was nice and fresh. Can’t fault any part of our stay.
Nice hotel fantastique
Worth to spend ur holiday there fantastic hotelfood is great nice the days out they were beautiful I just want to say don’t miss it
great hotel
This is a great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and the all inclusive options were very good. Well worth a visit.
Another fabulous stay
4th visit to this hotel so think that says it all. Most people are returning guests hotel is spotless staff friendly & efficient. Food selection good although for me a lot of fish on that didnt suit me. Plenty of sunbeds available 3 pools available. Can’t wait to return.
Good hotel near beach
1. Location About 11 mins walk from the beach so very convenient. There are a lot of shops near the beach promenade. My airport shuttle wouldn't stop in front of the hotel so i had to walk round the corner to their sister hotel, Benidorm Suite, which was easy enough. 2. Food, etc. Was decent and plenty of choice. There was a waiter (forgot his name) that made an effort to speak to me in the buffet restaurant, and even remembered my name when i next bumped into him at the reception. Little things like that make a difference to a lone traveller like me :) i don't drink so was pretty pleased that they had a non alcoholic cocktail available at the bar. You could help yourself to tea, coffee and milk next to the lobby bar and take it back to your room where there is a kettle, cups, etc. 3. Cleanliness Can't complain. The cleaners do a good job. 4. Wifi If i had to moan about anything, i would say the wifi was a bit slow and resulted in me preferring to use my own mobile network as i got impatient having to wait so long for web-pages to buffer. 5. Suite Very spacious, and i liked how the tv was attached to a board that could be swivelled to face the sofa in the living room or to face the bed in the bedroom. I wasn't sure what the point of the kitchen was given it is an all inclusive hotel and i never need to make my own food........ Very nice balcony that could be entered from both the bedroom or the living room.
Relaxing getaway.
Wow from the word go, ideal location, away from the loud new town and ten minutes walk from the old town. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, with the busy night life on the doorstep. We stayed for 5 days but wished we'd booked for 7. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The food, we arrived to a roast beef dinner, can't get better than that. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
peaceful
The hotel was a lovely hotel every one was very helpful nothing to much trouble . pools were very nice one had steps which I used every day as I have had knee surgery. plenty of choice at meal times have put a few pound on . A little walk to the strip so if you wanted fun and entertainment you only have a short walk. Will go back again.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff.
Spent one week here with my granddaughter. Had a lovely relaxed and chilled out holiday
Wonderful. Couldn't make it better.
Lovely Hotel
Enjoyed our weeks stay at this hotel, nice atmosphere. Although was slightly spoiled my the noise of younger guests in the last few days. With a mixed age range having swearing and shouting in the pool in the middle of the afternoon was rather annoying. The food was lovely throughout or stay, although one can see they do tend to cater for a more British clientele. We would return but perhaps earlier or later in the season when I expect the age range would be more suited to ourselves.
The good: the pool, the clean spacious rooms, certain staff members (Cipriano and Tito are awesome!) The bad: food is mediocre, alcohol is worse, certain staff members are unfriendly and rude (front desk guy). I wish I could have upgraded the alcohol package to get decent quality stuff...I would have paid more for better beer, for example. The food was exciting at first because of the selection but if you're staying for more than a few days it gets boring and is often cold...the Indian restaurant was a nice change though. I was disappointed that there was no hot tub at the property though maybe that is not a common thing in Spain.
Great value hotel, with lovely staff.
Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The staff were generally extremely helpful, and made for a great atmosphere. The hotel is relatively quiet, and well run. Rooms were spotless, and the food, though not stellar, was all good ... no horrors. The AI drinks were decent, too. Parking around the hotel was good enough not to bother with the hotel parking, and an easy 10 minute walk to beach was fine. The room was spotless and spacious. It obviously used to be a suite with mini kitchen, and while the cooker is no longer connected, that meant a full sink and fridge freezer. The only down side was that the AC in our room didn't work, even with the balcony windows shut as required, although it wasn't hot enough for us to raise it with the hotel. Would definitely return.
Excellent stay
Great hotel, clean close to beach and entertainment, hotel staff were amazing
Lovely adult only (not stags or hens)
Everything about our stay was five star, faultless.
Lovely hotel with everything you need
First time in Benidorm and it won't be the last ! The hotel was lovely and had everything you need , rooms spacious and modern. Located 10 mins from the beach and strip and 20mins to the old town. Food and drink in abundance and entertainment nightly. We be back 😃
Don't believe all the positive reviews!!!!
Having read all the positive reviews we were looking forward to our trip. However it was a bit of a disaster. Firstly there was extensive construction ongoing on the hotel itself, and in the hotel next door (another future Marconfort hotel). Other guests had been contacted to inform them of this, however we were not. The nightly entertainment was very poor and repetitive (7 nights in a row where they had different singers but ended up singing the exact same songs). Breakfast and lunch was OK, snacktimes was leftovers from earlier meals (ie.cold scrambled egg) but dinner wasn't great. Overall the food was tasteless. They are far to concerned about times. Dinner finishes at 9.45 and we arrived one evening at 9.45 and they wouldn't let us in. (our own fault but just showed how strict it was). The same time keeping goes for breakfast, lunch, snacks and the bars. If it wasn't all inclusive it would be a nice hotel. We've gone all inclusive before and it was a far better standard food and entertainment and a was also cheaper. We will not be returning to any Marconfort hotel again!
Average stay
The hotel is nice overall, some facilities that are advertised (such as Gym/Sauna) aren't actually in the hotel, it's in another hotel nearby. The food is just OK.
Good hotel in quiet area
Good quality modern clean 4* hotel. Staff excellent. Spacious bedrooms. Food and drink good. 10 minute walk to nightlife. 15 min walk to beach and old town. Pool areas ok. Entertainment in hotel ok. Relaxing holiday.
Excellent fully inclusive hotel
Nothing much to fault with this hotel it is exceptional value for money all round , if you are picky the bathroom is badly though out no room to but any toiletries other than that it is hard to fault and I would most certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Benidorm.
Brilliant hotel
Gonna take family to the other hotel as they have a few food brill staff brilliant
Hotel experience
Stayed over the St Patrick weekend though you wouldn't think it,no recognition of Irishness about the hotel one guest was asked to remove his green hat at the bar???? Some guests took offence at other guests wearing the green of Ireland strange indeed maybe if the hotel management showed the way and maybe put up the odd shamrock or two the other guests might not find it so offensive. On the other hand your sister hotel around the corner embraced St Patrick's day and made their guests very welcome maybe the management of hotel Essence need to be a bit more considerate of their Irish guests. The shower in the room was pretty bad in fact I would say it was dangerous for any elderly person and everyone in general, you could not regulate the shower it went from stone cold to very very hot then back to stone cold very poor indeed. For all these reasons I will not be going back to this hotel and most certainly not be recommending this hotel to any of my Irish friends.
Great Hotel , Great Staff and Great facilities
Lovely experience of 6 days here. Greeted by a glass of Cava on check in which is a lovely touch. All reception staff were very helpful through out our stay . From printing college material for my self and boarding cards and answering any queries that we had.The food was top notch with something for every one. The restaurant even had free Irish Coffees for St Patrick's day . The room very very spacious and had separate bedroom to sitting area. Beds very comfortable and the suite was cleaned every day. I love the activities and entertainment . We took part in the daily quiz which was a great bit of fun. The bar staff were so hard working and done their best to attend to everyone request . We had a snack at the bar on two occasions ( burgers) which were top quality. Loved my experience here and will return again.
Very nice hotel , a short walk to amenitie
Great hotel , didn't rate the entertainment , staff are great , food very bland , would have loved some spanish food . Very clean.
I couldn't have chosen a better hotel .
I loved everything about it. It was our honeymoon. We had a lot of fun. Great staff, good food , nothing to complain . If I ever go back to Benidorm. I'm definetly staying there again .
Very nice hotel with twenty minutes walk to beach
One of best hotels I have stayed in, from first entering to leaving very nice and welcoming staff.Food there was always freshly prepared with on the spot cooking aswell as fresh salads and choice of meats and fish,or all if you can't choose.Rooms were very clean with daily serviced and actually the picture you see on Expedia is the room you get.(well I did so I was very happy), but passing other rooms they looked exactually like mine. The hotel is up a small hill from beach and all amenities but good when you want peace and quiet away from all bars and night clubs, but not too far if you want to join in.
FAB ADULTS ONLY HOTEL
We stayed at the hotel for a week and found the staff couldn't do enough for you they were all friendly and very polite. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are huge with a leather 3 seat sofa in the living area as well as a large fridge freezer. The restaurant was clean with a fairly good choice, the hotel unlike others we have stayed in, in Benidorm goes for quality hot food rather than lots of choice and quantity cold food. We will defiantly not hesitate to stay there again.
Fantastic staff and food
Room exceptional. Everything you would need. Kitchenette and wet room. Comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
Excellent hotel
Staff and food brilliant. In a quiet area about 15 mins walk from the prom. Central to old and new town. Derelict building next door is a bit of an eyesore but the hotel itself can't be faulted. We would go back.
The Essence of Quality
Got a huge surprise when I booked in via Hotels.com at the Adult-only Essence for our Junior Suite and breakfast and was given a band for all inclusive! At a shade over £600 this was excellent value for 7 nights. We like local cuisine so we didn't eat every meal there, but the general standard was good when we did, and breakfast was excellent. The Suite was another surprise. I wasn't expecting anything as spacious and well laid out. Benidorm is pretty built up, but there was a nice view of the City from the 15th floor and the sea was easily visible from the large windows or balcony. There's even room for table, chairs and a whole kitchen area and a thoroughly appreciated walk-in shower (wife is disabled and I think this is standard but you might want to check). The whole hotel is pristine, with a nice lobby / lounge area, spotless public toilet amenities (stylish sinks if you like your décor too) etc. as you'd hope for, but with extra nice touches of quality art and furniture that really make the place feel top notch. We were there in February and it wasn't really a temperature for pool, but the area looked spacious and clean. We can do without evening entertainment, but people there seemed to enjoy what was going on, and if you want to just relax in your room there's UK available in the room on a large swing screen meaning you can watch from the sofa, TV or balcony. This is a superb hotel and nothing as you might expect from a Benidorm stay. Highly recommended.
Wonderful modern hotel, great food, friendly staff
Pleasure to return the completely refurbished hotel. It's new Restaurant was a welcome surprise as expected to eat at Benidorm suites as previously and the food was very good and varied choice - something for everyone. The modern decor inside and out along with the little touches like toothbrushes and bottles of water made all the difference. The entertainment was varied and the cleaning staff worked tirelessly to keep the hotel spotless! Great paella demonstration by the chef! The toilets were immaculate in the public areas and the rooms were furnished simply but elegantly - the only downside was there wasn't any sound proofing which was a shame as otherwise the hotel was perfect!
Accurate reviews, great hotel
Great hotel and lived up to the high standards the reviews quoted this hotel as having. Good location between the old and new town. The food was first class with a good variance every day. Our room was exactly like the photos we saw when booking, large, clean and really nice decor. The staff were always happy to help you and the overall stay was perfect. Would highly recommend;)
Great all inclusive hotel.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and very modern. We had a junior suite as there were three of us and it was lovely and spacious with a kitchen and fridge, The food was lovely with a large choice which changed each evening. We were so full from the breakfast that we never took lunch partly to make sure we could do justice to the lovely spread in the evening. I must also commend the staff who were the hardest working, friendliest and most efficient that I have ever come across. The hotel itself is about a 15 minute walk down a slight incline to the beach and a similar distance to the old town. My only criticism of the holiday is Benidorm itself which has been so swamped by English pubs bars and cafes that it was difficult to find anything authentically Spanish. The two beaches however were very nice and both had nice promenades to stroll along. I think 4 days was about right at this time of year.
Great Hotel with nice view of the mountains
Great staff and friendly. Food was great. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included with the all inclusive was excellent. They had variety of food and it changed daily. We stayed 2 nights and we had a great time. The experience would have improved only they had Sauna and or indoor Whirlpool for winter travellers to enjoy. We went next door partnered hotel to use the Sauna and Massage.
Fantastic
Great holiday can't fault one second, staff amazing, highly recommended
Favourite hotel in Benidorm, always first class.
Modern hotel with first class accommodation, food and service. We have stayed here for a total of 22 nights and enjoyed every one, would recommend for a quiet stay as no children.
Great holiday
Had a great time, plenty of attractions
Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely staff!
No complaints whatsoever, everything to our expectations.
Skyscrapers blocking sun!
Hotel delightful but around pools sunlight blocked due to at least two large skyscrapers blocking sun. Pool not heated so very cold so very few using pool.
A nice place to be on Holiday
Very good hotel very clean nice staff food very good. Would visit again Wifi was the only down fall no use what so ever had to keep putting code in and then would not down load Two nice pools adults only ment a nice quit break.
Lovely clean hotel
Lovely rooms - very comfortable beds. friendly staff. Food good. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
Cant recommend it highly enough EVERYTHING SPOT ON
We had fantastic stay here, the rooms were very comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean! all the stuff with very friendly and very welcoming the pool area clean, may be a shortage of sunbeds in peak season, but were fine in September. The Restraunt was again spotless & the food freshness & variety of the food we couldn't fault. We did book a Indian meal within our stay, which in the sister hotel, but it wasn't very good. But the staff and hotel were again spotless & friendly. The air con in the room was amazing, there was also a kitchenette in our room 702, with a kettle and 2 cups, but no others cutlery or crockery..seemed odd not to have a spoon! But I would say if you'd asked they would have stock piled it for you! Overall I would very highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again in heartbeat it was fab! Keep up the fantastic work guys 10/10
Best in Benidorm I have been to
Fantastic hotel don hesitate
A great one week stay
A very enjoyable stay. The hotel was well maintained, the food was good, all buffet style with snacks inbetween the main dining times. Plenty of drinks from 10am till midnight. The hotel provided entertainment each night, very pleasant. The hotel is away from all the hussle and bustle, but within walking distance to all the bars and food outlets. The wifi connection drove us mad, had to keep signing in to get the connection. I think the rain shower in bathroom should be more powerful and the towels need to be bigger. i wasn't aware that the safe in the room was chargeable, this should be included in the price.
family and friends
Great rooms food was very good ,The top pool was the best .overall the hotel was very good ,staff were helpful and pleasant .only down side the bath towels in hotel were not up to the standard of the hotel . Would stay again
Quiet hotel
Set away from the noise of Benidorm but within easy walking distance to beach and nightlife. Daily and evening entertainment not good Food in hotel is lovely Staff friendly and helpful
So impressed, beautiful hotel.
Fantastic hotel. Chic and modern. Great food, great location and would highly recommend.
Excellent value for money, very clean, quality of staff.
Fab hotel in a great location
Everything about this hotel is first class! Room, food, pool everything! We went with friends and we all agreed that this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff were lovely and could not do any more to make our stay wonderful. We all loved the pool area and there were always plenty of beds available. Cannot rate our stay highly enough...
First class decor like a boutique hotel
Booked last minute as a short break ! So glad we did as food was gr8 and plentiful plus gr8 choice. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and the chambermaid very nice and cheerful. The selection of drinks were good. The staff member working at the pool bar was very hardworking ! When she wasn't serving drinks she was cleaMing the whole area 😀
Beware of Stag Parties
This was our 4th time in 12 months that we have stayed at the Essence, including Christmas thro' to New Year, because of its ambience and excellent staff. The hotel advertises "No Stag or Hen Parties", unfortunately they admitted a group of 10 men aged between 35 and 50 who ruined the lower pool area also dinner and breakfast with their constant loudness and drunkeness. This led to several guests, including ourselves, complaining to management. We were told that they booked separately to bypass the rules but would be approached and warned of their behavior. We are due again in May but will first check on their policy of Group Bookings.
Great weekend
we spent a weekend just 4 days ago and the hotel (although a little far from the town) was perfect for us as we didn't want the noise. It was great with it being an Adults only and the food and drink was very good. My husband celebrated his birthday and the hotel sent us up a bottle of Cava and chocolates as a surprise to our room. This was a very thoughtful gesture as we hadn't mentioned it was his birthday. I think that the staffs uniform is a bit too clinical for a hotel, and its a shame that there is a derelict hotel next door (which can only be seen when looking over your balcony) but apart from that the hotel was just what we wanted. I was recommend this hotel for short stays
adult weekend away
Stayed here for a long weekend in March.......can't fault it in anyway! Rooms were big and modern, staff were very friendly and the location is just about far enough away from the strip but not too far where it becomes a chore walking it. All inclusive was great, plenty of choice on the food and drinks come in proper glasses not plastic ones. Overall very good and will return
First Class!!
Hotel was brilliant......room superb, staff very friendly.........sorry but i can't fault anything!!
Bright modern adults only all inclusive hotel
This immaculate hotel offers fantastic suites which are like small apartments. Everything is new and modern. 2 nice outdoor pools with very comfortable loungers and pods for sunbathing and relaxing. All inclusive drinks very good however food is ok but not the best. Very helpful and friendly staff and located 5 minutes taxi ride from the new bus station. Good location for the new town bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here.
Lovely hotel, just a short walk from the beach.
The best hotel that we have stayed at in benidorm. It was modern, clean and friendly. The food was lovely with plenty of choice. We would definitely stay there again.
It's very clean nice hotel and good not excellent food but I had a friend come to see me not to drink or eat but wouldn't allow them in at all which I thought was a bit rude
Convenient quality hotel.
Very good value and quality for the price. Easy walking to beach 5 mins and entertainment. Food was good and a varied. Pleasently surprised due to off season travel time as to what was on offer.
Not for young groups
+ Overall an Excellent hotel!! Staff and food superb! - The hotel chain needs to decide on its clientel as average age of guests is 50+ , a group of 20 year olds were made to leave the hotel over noise as the room walls are ultra thin
Worth considering!
The hotel was AI , and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and variety. Snacks available most of the day. Entertainment , although not always to my tastes was provided. It had two, good outside pool areas and plenty of sun beds pool towels available for a returnable deposit. Given that it's Benidorm, you could do a lot worse. If I were to go back to that resort, I'd stay here again

Chairs being taken up with towels for hours and no one using them. No dishes and cutlery in room.Beds were comfy but pillows were horrible.
