The staff did not allow us to check in when we arrived at 4pm. They were questioning our service dog even with all his papers and his medical alert cards. They took roughly 20 minutes or more to review his documents. Then asked us to come back later because they wanted to have us in a room away from others. This hotel has 2 dogs on their home page stating dog friendly and when I selected SERVICE DOG on Expedia, this hotel came up as an option. We were also threatened if he barked we would be kicked out. We were also told to take the service elevator and not the guest elevator. The hotel staff was awful and very disrespectful. The lady who cleaned our room was really wonderful and we tipped her. We had one meal there which was awful and we did not get a discount that was offered on Expedia. We also did not receive the platinum reward as they stated they didn’t know what it was. The area’s outside the hotel was full of trash and stray animals.

Do not recommend this Hotel if you are traveling with children. There is no fridge or microwave. I booked a JR Suite and a standard room. Disappointed. The JR Suite had a small couch enough for maybe 2 small people and a cheap table that broke as soon as I laid my purse. The room key did not work, we had to constantly go to the lobby to get new keys. The pool area was closed due to "COVID". We wanted a quiet space to hang out with my family without having to leave the hotel, we tried the hotel restaurant, but it was too crowed and the cafe area was uncomfortable. We had to stay in our suite. I was told there were no cribs available for my baby. The room looked clean but the floors were dirty. The food at the restaurant was OK, but expected better for the price we paid. Room service ends at 11pm and there is no ice. We had to call for ice every time. I will not book this hotel if I new this beforehand. The area is OK, there's stores and shopping nearby. If you are just looking for a clean place to sleep, there are less expensive options around.

Great Location! Plenty of shopping and restaurants options. Central to the cities main attractions. The Hotel is very clean, excellent rooms and great staff.

The room was nice, however it’s far from anything touristy. You’ll need to take a taxi to the centro.

They offered fans but were not available and room was terrible hot… elevator was not enough 30minutes waiting on check out time and have to go down by stairs…

This hotel shares a very large, gated parking lot with the surrounding shopping area. It was great to just walk to stores. Stores included Walmart and a food court and lots of other shops. The only downsides to this hotel are that breakfast is not included in the price (at least not what we paid) and the elevators are a pain in the ass. There are two very small ones and during the busy times it takes FOREVER to get from floor to floor and you can only take the stairs DOWN. Even with your room key if you climb the stairs up to your floor you will not be able to open the door (unless someone on the floor let’s you in).

Everything is great. It’s too bad breakfast isn’t included.

Good hotel on a business trip by Pachuca

This is my hotel of choice because resting time is good enough after a hard work day, the ambiance is realing and food is good quality too

Room is OK. But .... mattress is graded "hard" and feels hard! AC thermostat works but... AC is very noisy. The design with the sink outside the bathroom is not confortable at all. Now if you bring a car, another nuisance. There is no parking space exclusive for the hotel. You park along all people in a large parking lot for a shopping mall. Which means higher safety risks and the need to get a stamped card from the hotel lobby, so you do not have to pay for parking. These are personal dislikes, ok. But I hoped I was informed before making my decision for hotel. My next time will not be at this Fiesta Inn Pachuca Gran Patio.

Nice hotel, close to the galleries

Overall had a great time, and nice stay in the hotel, very clean, and well attend. Favorite part I would have to say was the buffet, so much food to choose from, and well the pool as well. I sure will be returning till next time.

Excellent Hotel in Pachuca

We visited Pachuca for a couple of days and this was the perfect place to stay. Modern, clean, within walking distance from a shopping mall. But the best part of this hotel was the staff. Everybody was incredibly helpful, very polite, attentive, friendly and everybody wanted to make sure my husband and I were very happy. The people at the reception were very friendly. The bartenders were amazing, housekeeping on top of things, etc. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, accessible and good location.

Everything was good, the only thing is the restaurant price is way too much. For breakfast for too we paid almost $500 pesos which is more than a nice, fancy dinner would cost in town. The parking lot was a nightmare, we would need to go to the lobby to get our pass stamped every single time which was painful and pointless. room was very nice, clean and new.

The hotel was in a great location. It was right in a shopping center that had a couple of restaurants so we didn't need to drive anywhere for dinner. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was top-notch. My boyfriend said it was the best breakfast buffet he has ever experienced. The variety was vast and the food was delicious. We didn't see any other hotel in Pachuca that came close to looking as nice as this one. We were able to spend some time by the pool one afternoon. It was a very nice pool and we were the only people out there. They also had a nice gym.

Restaurant. Terribly designed. No curtains. Sun shines in in the morning to the point you cannot find relief. Also food was mediocre at best. No bar comfy and cozy exists at night. Very white,sterile, minimalist Concept. Nothing warm and relaxing. Trying to be over the top modern.

El proceso de check inn es lento, además que en la página aparece el precio en pesos pero la reserva se hace en dólares entonces te cobran al tipo de cambio del día del check y el precio sale más caro. La habitación que reservé tenía un olor muy feo como a humo de cigarro, intente hablar a recepción pero nadie contestó y tuve que bajar al bajar me dijeron que esperara hasta que limpiaran. Al final me cambiaron de habitación a una habitación con una categoría inferior a la que pagué y no querían devolver la diferencia de precio, llegó la gerente y me hicieron el pago de la diferencia. Es muy desagradable llegar cansado, y que nada esté orden y nadie te conteste!
