Peaceful stay.

I was on the third floor I believe. Floor smelled weird and room smelled weird as well. Possibly nice if not on that floor.

Service is good. Lot of construction work going on nearby so traffic is heavy around the hotel area so takes longer to grt here.

A beautiful property equivalent to major brands

Really a beautiful hotel like any major brands with all the amenities and services. Slight disappointed about wifi charging (who still do that these days). Front desk shall have more English skilld personal

Fine Hotel, clean quiet, nice rooms and baths. Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast included for a very reasonable price.

Good service and facilities.. Breakfast spread is decent - not as much as I would have expected from a 5* property. But food was good. ViaMilano bar was a good place to wind down and have a small talk with the staff, esp the bar manager.

Luxury Family holidays

We had a lovely family holidays at Feathers Enjoyed buffet breakfast every morning,service was amazing. We used spa services which is world class. Gym is added bonus while stayed there. Chef Shariff,Balaji,Vinay,Tanya and Tamilselvan and morning hospitality team made our stay memorable. I would strongly recommend Feathers hotel for a luxury,family friendly holidays for any time of the year.

Stay

Big room with good service Breakfast, Staff at Front Desk are helpful as well. However, much to improve in-term on TV channels and continous power in room (numerous power trip during my 4 day stay). Service on Roof Rest are slow and need prompting to accompanish the order.

Staff were excellent including Duty Manager. Room was clean, restaurant was good, roof bar had excellent ambience, housekeeping were prompt in service and when I needed help with car for the day, the Duty Manager went out of his way to help us despite a car not being readily available.

Close to airport Clean and well kept rooms Pleasant facility Nice restaurants Front desk staff was a jerk during check in and check out. During check in i was 3 hours early. They said they would charge me and it was a full day rent. I refused and waited at the restaurant. During check out they would not give me 1 hour late check out. I understood they had a full booking. So I checked out at 12 10 PM. I was at the restaurant. I informed restaurant staff to call front desk, advise them that I am at the restaurant and I would be thre for 3 hours and then go to reception and check out. When I went to front desk, the person said I had not checked out at 12 and would charge me a full day stay. There was a bit of commotion. Eventually i was able to check out without having to pay for the 3 hours I was waiting at their restaurant.

A comfortable stay

Stay was comfortable but the official meeting was not satisfactory due to noise from adjacent hall

Good hotel ..quality food with excellent customer's convenience

Hotel is new, beautiful, 100% clean, and modern. The staff treated me like royalty and made my entire trip wonderful.

Loved our room with our big comfy bed. Very clean and virtually soundproof. Very friendly and attentive staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Modern clean Hotel well located as close to airport

Helpful staff and safe hotel

Comfy feel at stay. Food was awesome!!! have been first choice always for me.

Nice hotel we used as our base for a stopover in Chennai. rooms are clean facilities on par with other name brans. The only thing that let us down was check in took some time and they gave us twin beds despite asking for a King!

Unpleasant check in experience

The checkin staff insisted we pay half day charges since we had landed 2 hrs before their check in time. When we told them that all hotels oblige with giving the room early if they are vacant, they asked to wait till their check in time and that they will give us the key only then. This behaviour is so customer unfriendly. We had even requested them that we need to go somewhere soon . Although rooms were very neat and nice.

Very good hotel and ideal location for the Chennai

Excellent all round and well up to thestandard of other iinternational chain hotels. The roof top restaurant was good value and very relaxing. The pool is not huge and quite shallow, butpleasant enough. Very friendly, helpful and willing staff. .

I had a very comfortable stay at the Feathers in Chennai. A special thank you to Mooi who gave me the best massage I ever had. Highly recommended staying here.

Great business Hotel

Great location for business travels as close to the airport. Comfortable beds, functional rooms and an excellent breakfast. Gym works. Also non smoking which is huge.

Comfortable hotel near to airport

I needed a hotel near to Chennai airport for the last night of my stay in India. I chose Feathers because it fit the bill, had good reviews, and was Indian rather than part of a generic multinational chain. I was not disappointed. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a very pleasant if short stay.

receptionist and people is kind but behind them they will revenge if you complainant anything. and don't take bath from bath-tub not clean

Perfect balance

Really great combination of comfort, convenience and service and a welcome 'soft landing' in Chennai. The staff are the right mix of friendly and professional and could not have been more helpful to resolve our requests. Comfortable room, always clean in every area of the hotel and good food and guest services. Nothing missing.

Nice hotel

Not very far from the airport. The hotel was new and clean with a nice bathtub. Decoration was simple but modern and nice. Food was good. Love it.

Great hotel

The hotel was great. Located fairly close to the airport, the staff were very professional and accommodating. I had arrived a few hours prior to check in, but they still had a room ready for me shortly after my arrival with no hassle. The food from their restaurant was top notch. Thy room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall great experience.

Head ache and bugs.

The most annoying issues was that the room has bugs. Being an 5* hotel, I expected them to have some basic medicines like cold and head ache available on hand for guests

THE DREAM STAY THAT BECAME A NIGHTMARE

Dreadful stay. A true customer service nightmare. If you want a chilled time and to even get some sleep, go elsewhere. Every night there is loud music either from the top floor or a private function. If you want a quiet meal on the rooftop restaurant forget it, you will be greeted by heavy metal music. If you want an early night's sleep forget it, its karaoke time. The last night that I stayed I was kept wake past 12 midnight by a private function. I alerted the concierge and they were completely ineffective. Sound proofing is a big issue here, the management have no idea how to treat deal with these issues, because they do not wish to upset the private guests they moved me to another floor so I could get some rest. If you want peace and quiet go elsewhere. If you want techno music blasting at your ears until the small hours this is the place for you. I tried to relax in the hotel pool the next day, but the smell of raw sewerage from the open drains outside is far too off putting.

Chennai Oasis

I only have nice things to stay about Feathers Hotel. If you're looking for a standard that you would expect from the Hilton Brand but unfamiliar with what to expect from unfamiliar Indian brands I suggest you accept my view as a world traveller. The hotel was fairly priced, the staff were trained and courteous, cleanliness was of the standard expected of any Western 4-Star hotel and the accommodations advanced. Once you visit the restaurant for breakfast you realze that you got double for your money!! Trust me! DM me to challenge my input for the next 6 months. I am not being paid for this. Instagram

Good Hotel

The Feathers is a new and very comfortable hotel. This was the first time I had stayed there and the room is delightful, spacious and comfortable. The wifi was not the fastest but it was just about adequate. It is very good valuie for money - will certainly stay there again.

What a beautiful hotel and most attentive staff!!

Staying at Feathers was best described as the work "oasis". Extremely close to the tech center, fantastically attentive and kind staff, marvelous food and one of the nicest rooms I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. If business returns me to India, I'll stay there again!!
