Excellent choice for everything, taxi or uber are easily available.

They serve the same breakfast every morning and they have Spain meals. Imagine eating tortilla de papa everyday because there was no variety.

Excellent hotel in a great location

Great location, very quiet area, rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Also staff was very friendly especially Alonso at breakfast he was awesome and the front desk ladies very excellent. Definitely we will be returning. Thank you

They don’t have air conditioning, if your window receives the sunlight, it’s going to get very hot.

I loved this hotel! It is very central, easy to get transportation and many shops and restaurants around. The rooms and beds are very nice and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is really good and has free parking. Will definitely stay here again

I really love my stay at this hotel, it’s human sized and the staff is wonderful, particularly at breakfast. The only bad thing is the noise of the music of the gym, you can hear it all day when you are on the 5th floor. Why is it necessary to turn the music so loud? Except that the hotel is quiet (and except when there is Spanish crew member together). I definitely recommend this hotel and I will come back next time.

Very nice and hotel. Relaxing view of the mountains. Friendly staff and super polite. The room we got had a malfunction with the hot water system. They upgraded us immediately to a suite for the inconvenience. Breakfast was good. The only thing is that the sliding door of the porch doesn't close good and I didn't like that

At a glance the room we choose was a bit small for us, gladly Alex in charge of reservations re assign us the next day to a bigger suite with better amenities. The service was great from all the staff and were very helpful in all our needs. This is a great location since it is close to one if the best shopping malls in Bogota, Unicentro is within 12 min walk or you can choose to rent a bike and take a bike to the mall where there is plenty of food offerings. The location is great since it is away from high traffic streets, it is quiet inside a great neighborhood. I’ll come back again.

The Faranda Team is always committed to go above and beyond. They provide an outstanding service. The Faranda is very well located and for the price is one of the best choices. The rooms are big and they have a living space with a kitchenette, they are really comfortable.

My stay at This hotel was great! The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and centrally located. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and beautiful parks. A good tip would be to request a higher floor if street noise bothers you. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Comfortable hotel in upscale part of town

"Hotel Faranda - Club House". Stayed here already 6 years ago. Comfortable quiet rooms with kitchenette and a little table, good for guests on business. Small gym on top floor, though the only cardio machines are 3 older bikes. Area is relatively quiet and about 5-10 minutes walk away from good restaurants and malls. Friendly personnel. Significant charge for having visitors.

A great stay!

We had an excellent stay! The room was comfortable and perfect for my father and I as there is a tv and book shelf console that divides the bed from the living room area. The sofa bed was even comfortable! Only suggestion for others is if they are light sleepers that they request a quiet room in advance. Though we didn't use it much, the kitchenette is convenient to have. Breakfast was a nice variety of local cuisine and western-style. We checked in late and out early and the night staff were especially helpful and very warm! We very much enjoyed our time at Faranda Bogotá!

Hotel said they were full at check-in and they booked another hotel for us. Wth? We would have cancelled but had already prepaid Expedia and didn’t want to get into that mess the night of our stay. The hotel said the replacement was of equal value—but when we arrived at the other hotel it was at the corner of a massive busy intersection many blocks away from this hotel’s location. I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted to note this onto this hotel’s reviews in case they are doing this as a general business practice.

The hotel is close to a street, so there will be a little noisy when vehicles passing by. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have many choices, just basic foods.

3 nigh trip to Bogota

Room was NOT available upon arrival and we were sent to a different Hotel for the first night( still trying to find out whose mistake this was ). Other than this BIG inconvenience the Hotel is very nice! Be aware that the rooms do not have A/C and that this was really not necessary. Other than that Hotel is great

Unique experience in Bogotá

I stayed in this hotel for 3 night. Nice rooms, lots of space and the bed provided good sleep quality. This hotel is located in a quiet place of Bogotá. The restaurant's breakfast which is included is basic but enought if you are in business travel. The restaurant staff are very helpful and service oriented, Alonso was my waiter and I am very satisfied with his service. Gym basic, roof top with mountain view, walking distance to Unicentro (big mall with lot of fast foods, restaurants, theater and good stores) Overall, the stay was good and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was beautiful, clean, modern luxury. The only bad thing I could say is that the hotel is located in quiet neighbourhood, not much going on there. The spa was very nice. My wife and I wanted a couples massage, but settled for a fantastic single massage, one at a time. Breakfast is included, and it was decent.

The quality of the staff and overall services was excellent. The room was perfect in confort and conditions.The breakfast was great with many options to beginning the day. Other aspect with high value for us, was the location and the security area.

1. Overpriced. 2. Horrible staff service. I booked a room for 2 adults breakfast included. It was a surprise for my fiance. I asked for flowers in the room but Vanessa, the hotel manager, said it was not possible because they only bought flowers once every two weeks. They charged one extra breakfast. When I asked why, Vanessa came to my table (my fiance was there) and pointed out loud that would had not happended would I had booked a more expensive plan, mine was the cheapest, and that I was right, the HOTEL HAD MADE A MISTAKE in the Expedia offering BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE because "the person in charge of the Internet offers was not available". Will never go back.
