We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and thought it was excellent! We loved the atmosphere especially with our two children aged 3 and 8. The food was excellent and the facilities all well organised and very clean. The star of the holiday was the kids club - our children have never been to a children’s club while on holiday before but this time we could hardly get them out of it - amazing staff, very safe and well run with a full itinerary of varied and exciting activities for them to get up to as well as multiple academies! This was our first trip to a falkensteiner resort but we would definitely be keen to go again after this brilliant experience - thank you very much!

Amazing hotel for families.

Amazing hotel for families. There is so much for kids to do. Hotel is near the beaches, there is baby sitting service as well if parents want couple of hours for themselfs. I really recommend this hotel for families since there is so much to do for everyone.

Amazing family hotel with lot of things to do

Awesome family resort with so much to do for sporty families. Great room with a climbing wall. Fortis gym and gaming room was absolutely amazing. Food was so good. Beautiful beach. Our son said that this is his favorite hotel and we all really loved it.

Not really a 5 star hotel but it was nice. The pool was lovely. Went half board but drinks in evening expensive which bumps up the cost. Rooms are not good for teenagers, beds not standard size. Asked reception for extra pillow 3 times but didn’t come, asked the maid instead who got one for us. Taxi to airport 60 euro, taxi to town 30 euro one way. Wouldn’t stay again but would recommend to anyone who has young children.

Best buffet ever, and kids enjoyed the many amenities tailored to them. Cinema, physically active gaming, science lab, jungle gyms, …

Recommendable

All in all this was very nice weekend stay in very good hotel. Pool area was big enough with plenty of deck chairs and the beach was very close. There was wide choice of freshly made food for dinner and breakfast. Only the drink servis at dinner was rather slow. Otherwise it was nice to get late check out (2 pm). At check out we were a bit surprised that hotel was not informed about our advanced payment to the Hotel.com but the situation was settled soon enough.

Amazing location for families. We had a 15 month old and a four year old and they had more fun than we did. The location is great and has everything you could ever want. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant is unbeatable considering it is a buffet style. Plenty of local, international, and basic dishes. The children's facilities are great and will ensure that they have a place to use their energy up after sitting in cars and airplanes for hours. We are definitely going to stay in another Falkensteiner hotel at some point.

Nice hotel near the beach, inside and outside pools, children play area inside and outside of the hotel including two children pools. Kindergarten is also in hotel. Should work on exterior closer to the beach as it is not up to par with the rest of the hotel. Had to pay extra for parking and that was negative for me. Pillows were lumpy and should be replaced and bed to soft for my taste.

Would definitely go again - great for families!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora. This was a trip FOR our kids (ages 4,4) in mind. Great all inclusive, the food/buffet style was good and had a great variety. The rooms were clean and spacious. The many pools and waterslide was a hit for the kids. The indoor playground and play areas were fun as well. Our only CON would be the beach that is right off the property is not a sandy one and was quite a disappointment for us simply because, we really wanted a nice beach. It was more "lake like". This CON was not enough to "ruin" our trip though. The kids were happy with the many hours in the beautiful pools and continue to ask to go back - so still a WIN. The only other trouble was booking transfer to/from the airport. The site did not "take" my dates and the response seemed like a brush off - no worries though, I was able to book thru suntransfers and it was cheaper; but I easily could have grab a taxi on site and I think the cost would have been even cheaper.

Lovely family hotel

Warm, friendly and fun. A lovely family hotel, where nothing is too much trouble and the staff are delightful. The grounds, swimming pools, beach and surrounding areas are beautifully maintained and we had a truly relaxing weeks holiday. The food is excellent, with a wide variety to suit all, including very picky children!

Great hotel with excellent facilities for children

Stayed for four nights with a 4month old and two year old. Facilities were amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was very quiet. Food was good and we always found something to eat. The food got a little repetitive but we were only there for four nights so this did not affect us. There are lots of buggies to use and the baby corner was very useful. We did not use the kids club as the minimum age is 3 but we were able to take the kids into the areas and supervise our kids. The heated pools were great as it was a little chilly some mornings and afternoons. This was a quiet hotel with very little evening entertainment. No entertainment for adults but if you are looking for a relaxing hotel with great facilities for the children then this hotel will not dissapoint. Also although the hotel accepts euros, the main and sometimes only currency accepted in the local shop and town is the local currency which we did not know before we traveled.

Excellent food, wonderful rooms, great pools

We loved: the breezy decoration of the rooms, the views from the room, the water slide and all the pools, the freshness and variety of the food, the light wines available lunch and dinner with the meal, the massage for children with gift at the end (my 8-year old loved this), the live music at dinner, the friendly hotel staff, the walk along the coastline with the incredible view of the sea and distant mountains. We did not much like: that coffee was only available for free at breakfast (why cheap out on a cup of coffee at an upscale resort when every other hotel in Europe provides free coffee in the room???), that the bottom of the pools wasn't as clean as they should have been, that the beach area was so small and more rock than sand, that the dining room was so loud (yes, we were 800 people eating there, but there are ways to dampen sound in a cavernous room), that there were no seashells (somehow, we thought there would be, but that's not the hotel's fault), the children's entertainment (but then, adults always think children will enjoy high-pitched, super-excited and artificially funny characters - maybe some do, but mine doesn't care for it), and the absence of a shuttle service for a hotel so far from Zadar city center and the airport. In short, we had a great time there and we loved the food, the room, the staff, and the pools. Those things we didn't like were either easy fixes for the hotel or just the type of beach available in that area.

It's all about the kids

Everything you can imagine this Hotel has for kids!. It took me 48hrs to get use to being in a hotel designed for children but I got it and went with it. The Hotel was fantastic for my 13,9&3 year old catered for all 3 age groups. Staff were very attentive and it was nice that us as parents get that children play up sometimes and cry and make noise and because of this you felt at ease and not judged.

Can't recommend this hotel or country enough Hotel staff were amazing , our 10 nights stay was superb Facilities were perfect for our kids (age 4 and 6). Nothing was a problem , and everything went like clock work , including car hire , sailing excursion, Kids club , freebies, food and more Our room upgraded for free which was great And all at such a low cost My only gripe would be cost of the alcohol in the bar especially when all local restaurant alcohol is so cheap

We have been there 3 times now, always excellent on all categories; food, cleanliness, service. Only negative is the lifeguarding as they are often not there, asleep, on their iPhones or don't much care what happens in the pool.

Just Allright

We just returned this week from our 5 day stay at the Falkenstiner. The pools and beach were nice and I enjoyed you could walk along the path to little inlets to discover other swimming alcoves. However, I have to say the buffet left a lot to be desired, especially at dinner time. I also didn't care for the kids swimming classes. They were 10 minutes long and consisted of swimming two laps. Overall I liked our stay but think I could have cut it short to 2 full days and went to another hotel to see more of Croatia.

Great family hotel. Lots to occupy and very safe. Excellent food selection. Nearby beach has sports and safe swimming. Quite a distance to Zadar old town but well worth a visit.

Great kids hotel with beach and pool

Really enjoyed our stay at diadora. Great beach right at the hotel. Fabulous kids club. I never leave my kids at kids club and this is one where I can go too but they still are able to mix with the other kids. Fantastic! Wifi was absolutely rubbish and impossible to get reliable reception on phone and wifi. But that was the only negative point about our stay

Very good buffet. Friendly staff who even prepared extra soup for out daughter. Kids playground and staff very friendly. Definetely coming back...

Getaway not too far from the City

Good hotel esp for families with children. The hotel has a lot of good amenities, from sauna's to spa (extra charges apply) and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Its reasonably close to Zadar (30-45 min ride from airport), in case you want a break not too far out. Unfortunately the hotel isnt very accessible if you dont have your car or a taxi. The closest bus stop is over a 20-25min walk away. Parking charges apply for your own vehicle.

Family hotel with too many people

Room fantastic, large family rooms with separate kids quarters. Beach relatively small and semi public although sandy and good for kids. Pool area great, food great. The only issue is the amount of people for the size of hotel. When you have to constantly hunt for empty tables at dinner on the terrace or beach beds by the pool then the experience becomes problematic. Kids love it, i'm not sure parents love it the same.

Book it, great hotel.

2nd year running and we love it and so do the kids. Strongly recommend.

Superb Resort for Families

We came during the low season i.e. before the mayday weekend and had the best time ever. Room was clean, modern, and surprisingly had a separate room for the kids (not pull out bed). All beautifully designed, filled with small details and "secret" closets. Small but well used space. Welcome gifts were there, and two most important segments: - daycare for kids from 9am to 9 pm with possibility of taking the kids to lunch and/or dinner and nap. We used this time for sauna mostly :) - vegan option (food was not the best ever, but they tried and were extremely accommodating) The only downside is smoking - it was not permitted in the rooms but the person in the room below us smoke cigars. We complained but were told there is nothing they could do so we had to keep the balcony door closed most of the time. In the end of the day - yes, we will go there again. Last but not list - by a mistake I booked wrong dates, called immediately and thanks to Michelle from Expedia.com it got resolved so easily. Otherwise we would have to pay additional night. We are so grateful for that.

we just got home from the hotel in croatia. the hotel was brand new and lovely , all the works. 4 pools a water slide, indoor pool. the facilty was clean and well maintaned. just all the big pools ar 4 feet of water there is no childerns pool . the food was good but they only give you breakfast lunch and dinner all inculsive thourgh ou the day you need to pay for you r own thing ie ; drinks, snacks oer all the hotel was awsome.

Impressive hotel

This was a very impressive hotel and the service was second to none. However it was out of season and only had 60ish guests. The hotel caters for 900 so I imagine it would be very crowded at peak season.It is designed with families in mind and would be great for an activity type holiday. The food was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. The only fault we have is that it was too far from Zadar for us although their was a daily shuttle bus to it's sister hotel which is nearer to the centre. Otherwise a great hotel - extremely clean and modern.

Disappointing Experience – Far from 5-Star

Our stay at Falkensteiner Zadar was disappointing and far from what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. I had to call the reception at least five times within an hour before anyone answered. After requesting some basic items, it took another hour for them to arrive. Bathrobes for kids were missing, and since no one picked up the phone, I had to go to the reception myself—something that could’ve been avoided if the room was properly prepared based on the reservation. The hotel charges €13/day for parking, which feels unreasonable given the location on the outskirts and the fact that the garage was only 25% full during pre-season. Ice cream is only served at dinner, and the kindergarten for kids under 3 is free for just 2 hours, staffed by only one person. Despite being half full, the service was slow and inconsistent. I can't imagine the situation when it's at full capacity. To top it off, they include a €10/day “voluntary” tip by default, which is unacceptable. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and the food was mostly good (aside from the beef soup). Still, compared to similar family hotels like Amarin or Lišanj, this one does not justify its high price or 5-star label.

Sauberkeit lässt in den Zimmern ebenso wie am Indoor-Pool sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nette und engagierte Kinderbetreuung und -bespaßung. Restaurant ist ungemütlich wie eine Betriebskantine. Salatauswahl, Obst, Gemüse und Pizza top. Das warme Essen wahr nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und wenig Auswahl.

Wahnsinnig gutes Essen… wirklich TOP. Säfte & Wasser aus Automaten sind während des Essen inkludiert. Leider wurde 2x während des 1 wöchigen Aufenthalts nicht das Zimmer gereinigt. Das Hotel ist nur für Kinder bis Grundschulalter wirklich geeignet. Fast alles muss teuer bezahlt werden (Bowling 35€/std, Gaming 10€/Std). Klettern (kostenlos) war leider 3 Tage ausgebucht. Die Getränke sind wirklich teuer. Parken 9,5€/Tag… man kann nicht woanders parken. Pauschal wird 10€ Trinkgeld pro Tag angerechnet- was man beim Check out bezahlt. Darüber und vieles anders wird man nicht informiert und muss sich aktiv Informationen einholen… außer man möchte negativ überrascht werden. Balkon klein nur mit 2 Stühlen und das obwohl großes Familienzimmer gebucht wurde. 3 Pools und aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht voll. Insgesamt entspricht nur das Essen einem 5 Sterne Hotel- alles andere eher 3-4 Sterne. Besonders die Sauberkeit und die fehlende Informationen sind wirklich nicht gut.

Leider ist die Unterkunft aus unsere Sicht kein 5 Sterne Haus. Die Sauberkeit in den Gängen und Treppenhäusern lies zu wünschen übrig. Der Service war bis auf den Barkeeper mittelmäßig. Hervorzuheben sind die Zimmer und die Qualität des Essens. Alles in allem nicht der Standard den ich von einem Falkensteiner Hotel erwarte.

Tolles Hotel!!

Wir waren das zweite Mal dort, im Vergleich zum Vorjahr wurde einiges geändert: die Speisenvielfalt ist zurückgegangen, immer noch gutes Niveau, aber insbesondere hochwertige Speisen wurden aus dem Sortiment genommen. Das Hotel ist relativ neu, wirkt allerdings teils heruntergewohnt - nicht runtergekommen. Die Wege in der Anlage sind relativ weit, es ist ein riesiges Areal, der Zugang zum Meer ist ebenfalls relativ weit und umständlich. Positiv ist, dass es nun eine eigene Ecke mit glutenfreien Speisen gibt - Brot, Pfannkuchen, Kekse, Kuchen. Glutenfrei geht durchaus, bei GF Pizza besteht Kontamination. Ansonsten alles ok. Personal kennt sich meist aus und ist zuvorkommend. Doppelcheck schadet aber nicht. Poolanlage ist für Kinder sehr schön, Musik an der Bar leider viel zu laut für ein Familienhotel. Insgesamt gut mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen, Vier-Sterne-Niveau (lokal fünf Sterne).

Sehr entspannend für Eltern und Kinder. Es wird sehr viel geboten und unsere Kinder (5 und 9) wollen nochmal hin.

Toller Ort für Familien

Das Hotel ist bestens für Familien mit Kleinkinder geeignet. Tolle Lage auf der Halbinsel mit schönen Strandabschnitten. Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet, ist natürlich als Familien-Hotel etwas lauter. Bei Buchung bitte beachten, dass die Kinderbetten eine maximale Länge von 170 cm haben - es gibt keine größeren Betten in den Kinder-Schlafzimmer. Bei älteren und größeren Kinder ein Problem. Leider hatten wir diese Info bei der Buchung nicht - für uns wurde aber eine absolut zufriedenstellende Lösung durch das Hotel-Management gefunden. Das Essen ist qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich top. Einziger Kritikpunkt...bei Frühstück und Abendessen wirken die Kellner überfordert - liegt an der Unterbesetzung. Hier muss auf jeden Fall nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten absolute Empfehlung.

Alles einfach nur Top. Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und wussten nicht was uns erwartet. Es war einfach alles super. Wir zählen uns eher zu kritischen Urlaubern aber hier gab es absolut nichts zu bemängeln! Jeden Euro wert.

Family revisit for relaxing

Second time we stayed in this hotel. We came here to relax for two days before continuing our road trip through Croatia. The hotel is perfect for this. The rooms are spacious with all modern comfort. Outside you have great pools and a slide for the kids to enjoy. The buffets (breakfast and evening) are huge with for everybody something to their taste. The nearby city of Zadar is really worth a visit, you can already get a taste of it in half a day.

We had again a fantastic stay at Diadora. Special thanks to Katarina for being such a kind, skillful and interesting swimming teacher, to Matea and the animation team for the great entertainment, mini disko and the kids show. The opera at Iadera was awsome. And big thanks to the housekeeping team for your great work - our room was so clean every day!

The buffet meals were really good, amazing choice. The staff where all over friendly. facilities for children are amazing, never been to such a family friendly place, everything is thought thru for babies and children. unfortunately we thought the room floors were not cleaned well enough on a daily basis.

Wir sind das Drittmal zu Gast gewesen. Das Essen , die Gastfreundlichkeit hervorragend besonders Renato ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Zimmer sehr schön geräumig, die Lage des Hotel sehr schön an der Punta Skala .Toll zum Joggen und spazieren gehen. Die Kinder haben immer Spaß in diesem Hotel .

We have been there for 5 nights. It would be nicer if they could provide dinner with more options of warm dishes. The variety was really limited. This was the only shortage we have experienced. Overall, it is a great place for a family to stay, especially with smaller kids.

What a fantastic hotel! The staff was wonderfull and very friendly! The room was lovely, the kids loved the climbing area. The food was made with love. I especially loved the Indian/Thai food. The chef was friendly and always smiling. The playing areas for the kids were super. For every age something to do. Falkensteiner hotel thanx for this wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Ein Hotel für die Chiceria

Barrierefrei angepriesen aber beim Pool war keine Barrierefreiheit. Auch wurde keine Hilfe angeboten. Drinks zu teuer. Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich aber Abnutzungspuren vorhanden. Essensangebot super. Leider wurde zu viel Essen verschwendet. Meerlage war wunderschön. Parkplatz könnte gratis sein.

Viel zuwenig Tesla Destination Charger

Echt super Location und wir hatten super tolle Tage! Das Hotel kann man als Familie nur weiter empfehlen! Alles super! Gerne wieder! Es gibt nur einen Punkt, und da muss in der heutigen Zeit dringend nachgebessert werden. 1 Tesla Destination Charger (welcher zwar kostenfrei ist und das ist super) ist in der heutigen Zeit viel zu wenig. Die Tesla’s haben sich in der Garage zum laden gestaut. Dann gibts noch immer so VW und Audi Fahrer welche diesen Tesla Destination Charger für bis zu 48 Stunden blockieren… Lösung; Installiert 5-10 zusätzliche Tesla Destination Charger. Ihr braucht nicht 3x24A für jeden dieser Charger. 3x10A reichen…

Kids super happy kids, parents relaxed & well-fed

It was an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and fresh, the food was beyond expectations, the personnel are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are really nice and comfortable, and the hotel kept our kids busy and happy the whole time. The food: We didn't have lunch included but were totally surprised by the vast variety of food offered at breakfast and dinner. Also, everything was so delicious and fresh. Our picky kids would always find something they like and we had a hard time choosing what to eat, ending up in food coma after every meal. The food was simply amazing. The rooms: Very comfortable beds, very spacious. We were in a 33 sq.m. room which was decorated perfectly for a family with kids. It had a cozy climbing wall that our daughter really enjoyed, a spacious wardrobe and a high quality bathroom. The kids also had tehir own little room inside our room with a door and a nice little bunkbed. The amenities: Our kids loved the hotel. Three separate large play rooms, each with a specific focus group in mind. The hotel also offers lots of activities throughout the day, every day. The pool area also makes kids of all ages very happy. Our 1-year old had lots of fun in the baby pools while our 5-year old kept practicing her swiming lessons and play all day long in the bigger indoor and outdoor pools.

Tolles Kinderhotel mit spannenden Möglichkeiten für die Kids. Leider ist die Sauberkeit eher unterdurchschnittlich - vor allem auf die Sauberkeit der Tische im Speiserestaurant wird relativ wenig Wert gelegt. Hier lohnt

Also das Hotel ist wirklich spitze. Die Leute super freundlich und das Essen sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das einzige was mich wirklich gestört hat und über ein Wiederkommen wahrscheinlich nachdenken müsste sind die steinharten Betten.

Alles gut

Wir sind spontan mit zwei Kindern gereist und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind alle super sauber und neu eingerichtet. Das Essen war fantastisch jeden Abend gab es was neues, aber es gab auch jeden Abend ein par Speisen wie Pizza, Nudeln, Nuggets die gleich waren. Somit war immer was passendes dabei. Vorallem merkt man dass hier auf die Kinder sehr großen Wert gelegt wird. Diese wurden immer sehr gut unterhalten und es gab genug Spielaktivitäten um sie „auszupowern“. Meine Kinder (3J. & 5J) hatten großen Spaß! Es gab für Babys auch einen extra Raum mit Waschmaschinen und Baby Brei, welches Rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung stand - das fand ich echt klasse! Ein wirklich wunderschönes, modernes Familienhotel - welches wir sehr gerne wieder besuchen ❤️ Wird auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen. P.S. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und es gibt dort Tiefgaragen, indem das Auto sicher geparkt werden kann. Die Anlage wird durch Pförtner überwacht und es kommt keiner ohne Reservierung durch. Fanden wir auch sehr gut!

Es gab viele Schattenplätze am Meer. Die Küche war abwechslungsreich und das Personal ist bestens geschult auf Allergien.

Alles super gut. Sehr sehr zufrieden. Einziger Punkt. Bitte beheizt die Pools ein paar grad wärmer. Handelt sich um ein Kinderhotel, da ist es ein bisschen wärmer besser.

Grande déception, l'hôtel à baissé de qualité dans beaucoup de domaine: nourriture, proprêté, installation jeux (cassé et en ruine), personel sous préssion. Juste pour info: le restaurant ferme à 21h et à midi juste 1h30 d'ouverture. C'est une catastrophe au niveau de la protection Covid car tout le monde allait en même temps mais aussi au niveau du stress que nous avons ressentie. Plus jamais....

Meine Tochter hat einen Ausschlag am ganzen Körper bekommen. Die Hygiene war leider nicht gegeben. Das Hotel hat zwar viel geboten, aber man merkt, dass es schon ein paar Jährchen hinter sich hat.

Hôtel recommandé pour les séjours en famille

Séjour avec notre enfant de 11 mois. Nous avons apprécié les nombreuses activités offertes, la taille du resort et soulignons la grande qualité de la restauration (produits frais et de qualité). La plage n'est pas la plus belle, mais convient très bien pour les enfants car eau peu profonde sur une grande distance. Finalement notre seul bémol est que l'hôtel met peu en avant les nombreuses activités et services offerts, il faut un peu aller a la découverte.

Hotel super familiar. Ideal si vas con niños. Nosotros fuimos porque no había disponibilidad en otro hotel. Aún así en el precio de la habitación iba incluido la pensión completa y fue bastante buena. Piscinas limpias, un tobogan y playa privada..

올인클루시브라고 적혀 있어 갔지만 삼시세끼 밥을 주고 식당을 닫는 구조였다. 풀사이드 바에서 사먹는 형태로 운영 되어, 팔찌 차고 언제든 요기 후 놀 수 있는 구조가 아니었지만 세끼 식사는 적당히 잘 나왔던 것 같다. 샤워기는 부서져 있고 샤워 부스 벽 등 사이 사이 까만 물때가 끼여 있어 비위가 약한 사람은 불만신청을 하기에 충분했으나 이틀만 머물기에 누가 와서 샤워기 교체한다고 방에 들어오는게 싫어서 그냥 체크 아웃 했다. 독일어 하는 사람들이 오는 곳이라 아이들 캠프가 독어로 진행되었고, 요청하면 영어를 해줬다. 동양인은 우리 밖에 없었다. 리셉션도 친절하다고 할 것도 없이 그냥 그랬다.

Sehr guter Service, insbesondere das Essen war excellent! Lage und der Privatstrand sind hervorragend.

Hotel čistý, jídlo letos lepší než minulý rok, bylo vidět, že vaří někdo s vyšším levlem. V rámci wellness chybí vířivka.

어린 아이와의 가족여행에 아주 좋은 리조트였어요. 하루종일 수영하고 밥포함(맥주 와인포함)이라 호텔콕하며 지냈습니다.

Ugodan obiteljski hotel sa ljubaznim osobljem koje daje maksimalno u uvjetima u kojima trenutno rade (mjere COVID-19)...

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Die Außenanlagen ist wirklich schön und in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Das Hotel die Zimmer und der falkyclub sind aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und kann wohl nichts für großteils unvollständiges Spielzeug oder kaputte Spielgeräte am Spielplatz. Im direkten Vergleich zu den valamar Kinderhotels ist der Standard hier wirklich deutlich schlechter. Was uns aber am meisten erstaunt ist dass man in einem Kinderhotel nirgends ein Eis bekommt. Es hat 25 grad und man kann im gesamten Areal Eis nicht mal käuflich erwerben.

Superbra och fint hotell, speciellt för barn! Allt var anpassat för dem. Vi kommer tillbaka!!

Grundsätzlich schönes Familienhotel. Außerhalb der Ferienzeit auch viele Reisegruppen (Asiaten, Senioren, etc.) - stört aber nicht. Leider einiges nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung (z. B. Kinder-Dampfbad außer Betrieb, einige wasserspritzende Figuren im Kinderschwimmbad defekt, etc.), Poolbar und Strandbar waren Anfang Oktober (trotz warmen Badewetter) nicht in Betrieb, in den Außenanlagen entlang des Strandes lagen großen Metallstäbe (wie von Festzelt o.ä.) u.ä., anstatt einer schönen Bepflanzung. Im Falky-Land waren einige Spielgeräte defekt. Parken kosten 9,50 Kuna = 1,30 EUR pro Tag (Tiefgarage), was günstig ist.

Preis Leistung: zu teuer

Sehr gutes Essen, saubere Zimmer, alles fürs Kind, für den Preis kann man all inclusive erwarten, zu teuer für "nur" Vollpension. Garage extra bezahlen ist ein No Go. Spa Bereich ist toll. Fitness ok.

Poollandschaft gut, Animation für Kinder gut, Speisenauswahl -und Qualität gut, Zimmerreinigung indiskutabel, künstlicher Sandstrand dreckig und klein, generell zu teuer

Schönes hotel für Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Pool und strand sehr schön

Familienurlaub

Der Urlaub an sich war super, nach unserer Beschwerde wurde auf uns eingegangen und wir konnten den Urlaub weiter genießen

Sehr viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Personal sehr freundlich. Beim Essen ist die Auswahl sehr groß.

Hotel se řídí heslem “vše pro děti”. Děti se v hotelu nudit nebudou ani při špatném počasí. Obrovský výběr jídel, skvělá rybí restaurace v areálu. Slabinou byl naprosto nedostatečný úklid, talíř se zbytky jídla, které jsme dostali v den příjezdu místo večeře kterou jsme nestihli, uklízečka nebyla schopna z pokoje odnést 2 dny až jsme ji ho museli odnést na její vozík na chodbě. Pokoj superior seaside byl velmi malý, místnost s lůžky pro děti není místnost ale kumbál od pokoje oddělený vysokými skříněmi. Celkový dojem z hotelu je dobry, pokoj si příště objednam jiný, uklid by se měl zcela určitě zlepšit.
