Bathroom floors were sticky. Otherwise all good. Loved the Greek room. Food was good as well.

Stunningly beautiful property, excellent experienc

Stunningly beautiful, historic hotel, surrounded by well-maintained detailed gardens. Meticulous attention to detail, with period pieces throughout. The room was huge, beautifully-appointed, with a large bathroom. We especially loved the two completely separate sink areas, plus the two-person whirlpool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easily one of the best stays we've ever had

Wonderful hidden gem. Imagine living in the 1800’s but with all the convenience and amenities of the 21st century. The restsurant and bar are great snd they accommodate you to your preferences. Excellent staff. Everything clean and so inviting. The whole hotel and staff make you feel like if you at home. Definitely will stay here again! Thank you for making our stay magical and perfect in every way.

A Midsummer nights dream.

Cheryl was our waitress in the library lounge. She was a genuine delight. Towards the end of the evening and it bar closing time the bartender disappeared for some personal event. I was awaiting another pomegranate martini and while pacing the floor anxiously I noticed Sarah behind the bar making the drink. It was shaken not stirred. I tasted it and much to my delight told her it was better than the bartenders. Bartender beware.

Large, comfortable rooms!

The rooms were older, but very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the snacks and drinks in the common area was a nice added touch! It was fun to stay in a place with so much history, and we enjoyed exploring.

Wedding Night perfection!

Our stay at the Fairview Inn was so perfect down to every last detail. Our room was beautiful and we loved the deep soaking tub. The grounds and garden were beautiful. The complementary made to order breakfast was excellent too. - The Romines

Nice and quiet with beautiful room. The weather was perfect! Nice fall temperature. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and everything was perfect from the room, dining and weather.

Just wonderful and perfect. Staff was great and friendly. Very comfy accommodations. I felt at home.

I’ve stayed twice so far when I travel out of town for work. It’s the only place I’ll stay in Jackson!

Our stay was amazing!!! We especially loved the Library Bar and the friendliness of all Inn staff. Also loved the comforts of home...soft drinks, waters, coffee, bath products...they thought of everything! So appreciate the housekeeping service too! We have stayed at several hotels lately that do not clean the rooms anymore during the stay, so it was refreshing to return to a made bed and a fresh set of towels.

I stay here 2-3 times a year and I have had a great quality stay each time. It is always so very nice and quiet and the staff is top notch. Of all the places I have ever been anywhere it is one of my most favorite places to stay.

Awesome beyond words

I’ve been a huge fan of Fairview Inn since my first visit in 2014. Honestly, I’d never stay anywhere else if I could move this beautiful place to wherever I was visiting. COVID compliance did not even remotely impact their impeccable service. Kudos all around.

Beauty property! I love staying in historical homes. You can tell so much care goes into this property. The library bar, the coffee bar, outside Terrance and grounds, all are wonderful! My only area of disappointment was with the quality of the food.

Nice place to stay.

It was okay. They did fulfill my special request of the ice cream and wine in our room when we got there. That was awesome. There was a half drank coke left in the bathroom. Place was very clean. Floors were very crickety but it’s old so you can’t help. We checked in really late around 10:30 but the door was locked and we didn’t know how to get in. I didn’t receive an email saying my keys were taped in an envelope outside the hotel. But we got in. Some construction work started around 8 or 9 in the room next to us but fortunately we were already awake. I wondered around the whole house before I could find where breakfast was. There weren’t any signs or anything. But the breakfast was delicious. Everything was elegant. It was nice for our little I guess you could call it a honeymoon night after our wedding.

Hidden Gem in Jackson!

This place was incredible! Came for a business trip but didn’t realize I booked such a gem!! It’s like a bed and breakfast with a community kitchen, the breakfast is cooked by the chef and so delicious, each room is individually decorated which makes its even more of an experience... the grounds are clean and interesting with rocking chairs and benches, there is a restaurant and bar onsite as well as a spa although I didn’t visit them on this trip. This is a great place for a staycation, girls trip, or romantic getaway!

Terriffic staff and great amenities and beautiful southern style hospitality, we will stay again and spend more time.

This is a very well maintained and atmospheric historic property in a quiet neighborhood. Welcoming staff and nice to have access to the open honor bar for snacks and drinks!

I loved the slight quirkiness of our room, Hay Loft, up a steep little flight of stairs. Lovely jacuzzi tub (though I couldn't figure out the knobs). Super-comfortable bed. Great romantic atmosphere. A must-try!
