We loved it We would never stay anywhere else in Vancouver

Hotel was beautiful, had booked a room with a partial view but had no view. Otherwise the hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful

Every single part of our experience at the Pacific Rim was truly wonderful! We stayed for a total of 3 nights at this hotel and had booked the Deluxe two Queen Bed Room! If we can give one advice, it’s that we definitely recommend a stay here. The staff, the hotel, and every other detail was carefully articulated. As you went past workers, each person said a polite “Hi/ How are you” increasing engagement and creating a welcoming environment. The restaurants, the hotel area, and all features inside were beautifully arranged, ensuring comfort and convenience. As per the rooms, every detail was so well thought. There was proper water, coffee, and other amenities obviously available and they were restocked immediately when needed! The hotel also has a messaging service where you can text hotel guest services for anything you may need, any questions you may have, or other details. This is available at anytime, 24/7! The staff is also very kind when providing anything extra for comfort. We had requested a blanket around 2:30 in the morning, and it was delivered almost immediately! Anytime we also needed extra coffee mugs or water, staff was always available to provide it. Furthermore, the rooms were very clean and well furnished to have the latest facilities. Overall, our stay was absolutely exquisite. From the rooms to the overall hotel, we will for sure be staying here every-time we return to Vancouver!

The view is amazing from the room

They charged us for something we didn’t use for over a 100$ I’ve stayed at fairmont multiple times and really didn’t like the experience this time. As it wasn’t communicated to us and after checkout we get a surprise charge

Great stay for a week! It's probably the best hotel in Vancouver. It is expensive so be ready for that but overall I would recommend it if you're looking for a premium experience.

From the moment we walked in every employee was friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcomed. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is enormous. We enjoyed the nightly performers, coffee shop downstairs, pool, bar and great location.

upscale hotel with lively and beautifully decorated lobby. staff was top notch. will never spend so much for a room again, but was well worth it this time.

The bathroom was fantastic. The staff was incredibly accommodating, accepting my bags for check-in at 6 AM and moving them to my room when it was ready. They also printed my boarding passes for my flight and slipped them under my door, which is a service most hotels do not offer. The room service breakfast was excellent, with piping hot cappuccino.

Great location opposite the cruise terminal. Very walkable surroundings with great dining options. Lovely lobby bar.

It was Amazing! Loved the spa

I liked everything about it. The staff is great, rooms and common areas all state of the art and clean. Deserves a 5 star rating. Great location for walking or public transpo, hop on/off and other activities a breeze with this as home base. Expedia did me right, having booked through them, and its app is helpful finding activities.

I love the barroom.

We loved the view on Expedia of the 2 Queen beds with the full harbour view. Then we received a view of the next building and pool (room 1202). After raising our concerns the morning after our first night, we were placed in a single King bed with the view (the view is gorgeous, scenic). It was tough to make that work with a 13 month old each night. We were told by the assistant manager that the 2 Queens with the view were booked all week. To make up a manager got us brunch in their restaurant- great staff all around there, v sweet with my baby. I would just be mindful about the full harbour view w 2 beds as it may be sold out in reality.

Beautiful luxury hotel and attentive service however check-in took forever. We had requested a partial view of harbor and for some reason that took longer? But rooftop pool and room service was top notch. Gorgeous bathroom and comfortable room and bed. However, next time I’d consider a less fancy hotel given the price.

I always stay at The Pacific Rim. Amazing hotel, in every way possible. Love the staff, the amenities, the food and pool!! Our last suite had a working record player……the best!!

We stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim to celebrate our anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt elevated — warm, professional service, a seamless check-in, and a room that took our breath away. The harbour and mountain views from our suite made every moment feel special. We spent a relaxing afternoon at Willow Stream Spa, which was truly world-class. The massage was incredible, and the serene spa spaces gave us the quiet escape we were hoping for. It was the perfect way to unwind and celebrate. The hotel surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary touch in the room, which made it all the more memorable. We loved the lobby bar’s live music in the evening — such a great vibe — and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring the city. This trip was exactly what we needed. For a special occasion or a luxury getaway, I can’t recommend Fairmont Pacific Rim enough. We’re already planning our next stay.

The property is okay and I would have enjoyed it more if it wasn’t so rowdy. The area around the property was also very rowdy and noisy. However, the staff were very pleasant and polite.

If you want to be spoiled, look no further, Fairmont pacific rim will make you feel like the most important person in the world. From the valet, doorman, registration, housekeeping, all of their staff are well trained in going above and beyond in hospitality. The promptness of their response to my requests were truly appreciated. The little personal touch of addressing me by my name every time I call makes the experience 1000% better. The only place I will stay at in Vancouver. Will definitely come back. They have set a high standard for all of my future hotel stays.

We found the staff throughout the place very friendly and willing to help with any of our needs. The spa is exceptional and well place. the poolside staff were very welcoming and attentive. Our suite is breathtaking. We loved having our 50th Anniversary here and will definitely come again. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Our favourite place to stay when visiting Vancouver! This time around we stayed on the Gold Floor and it was beautiful. Staff are wonderful and the location can't be beat.

We recently spent five nights at the Fairmont Pacific Rim and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff—everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help, which made us feel truly welcomed. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the pool and hot tub area, which provided a great space to relax after our daily outings. Parking was also very convenient, with in-and-out privileges that made exploring the city easy. We did ask the concierge about breakfast options one morning and were directed to the in-room tablet for information. Based on what we saw there, it appeared that breakfast was only available via room service during the week and in Botanist on weekends. That may or may not have been the full picture, but we ended up enjoying some great breakfast spots nearby instead. On that note, we visited Giovane Caffè several times and it was excellent—definitely a highlight! Although we didn’t spend time in the lounge or restaurants during our stay (which is unusual for us at a Fairmont), for some reason they felt a bit less approachable than what we've experienced at other locations. Perhaps that’s more about us than the hotel, though. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Especially if you are coming to TED conference, this is the hotel to stay as it is literally next to the event venue. Even if you are not, it has the best resturant and bar and the vibe is extremely goo.
