Stay was nice except there was not anyone around at the front desk to talk to on Saturday and Sunday morning. Out rooms were not cleaned on Saturday and we were not sure why.

I want to start off by how unfriendly the staff was. When I entered the room I was assigned the TV was broken it had a black line across the screen top half was purple in color and the bottom half was normal color. The image was twitching. I called the front desk and they started questioning my complaint. She told me she would send maintenance. After almost 2 hour wait no one came. I called front desk again and they send maintenance within 5 minutes. Maintenance told me he would switch us rooms since TV was broken. He left and I never heard from him or anyone from the front desk. Next morning I went straight to front desk to complain. She apologized for not getting back to me and told me the maintenance did tell her the TV was operating I told her it was not and explained everything again she put me in a different room. That same day I was ready to leave and noticed the lock on the door of the room she put me in was not working. The room was not locking and call them again. Maintenance manager came and saw the issue and told me he would need to change the whole lock. I have never experienced such service like I did here. I would rate this place a 3/10 I will not be returning again

Clean and easy access to freeway.

Just an older property and had highway noise outside my door. Was not expecting motel style. Not a deal breaker. Just make it known. Thanks.

Very friendly staff, the rooms were nicely appointed and clean, and the breakfast was above average. Very good value!

The property was in poor conditions. Our room toilet wouldn’t flush. One of the queen size beds the sheets were dirty. Talk to the staff in the morning and pretty much said they couldn’t do anything because I booked with a third party. Will never book here again!

This inn is a basic room that does the job for a short stay. The area is really nice but the room is super basic.

Close to shopping, dining. Cleaning staff consistently very careless about slamming doors traumatizling guests in adjacent rooms!

Great for business or pleasure. Rooms are quiet. Parking is good. Breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffee.

It was a very nice room. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was located close to our family.

The Hotel was very easy to get to and right off the highway. The rooms were very clean and the maids were very helpful when we needed new towels. Everyone was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

This property was convenient for us since it was 7 minutes away from our home. We had a Gas issue and had the water heater turned off. We were without HOT water for 5 days. Between my son going to gym and boiling water for other things we needed hot clean showers. Your hotel did not dissapoint! The shower heads were large and generous. We used the shower, bathrooms and had a delicious breakfast the next morning. Thank you!

Reliable comfortable stay

This place is right near my son’s house so I stay here often. It’s always reliable. The breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable. The rooms could use a little updating but all in all it’s a good experience

Simply loved it!, except for breakfast hours during weekdays

Pool noise was excessive

If you stay here dont stay near the pool area. Pool area was extremely noisy! Management never responded to phone calls. The noise did not end until almost 11pm.

Love this place

I stay here often and believe me after an 11 years career in the NFL I know a nice what a nice Hotel looks like. No room service but plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Check out Reuion kitchen. This place is not the Ritz but for the price and convenience it a great deal

Rooms are really old

This is a fantastic place to stay. It's right off the freeway and close to everything! The property is tucked away and maintained so well. I have stayed here twice and plan to come again soon.

Checking in was easy and quick. The clerk was very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were wonderful with towels provided at the pool. The room was clean and the surrounding area was quiet and we felt safe. The breakfast was great with several selections.

I would stay here again if we visit Anaheim. Thanks

Great Hotel

Very nice experience from the time we stepped in the door to check in. The front desk staff was very nice. The property was very clean with plenty of parking. The room was great! We had the best night sleep, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and easily accessible for my needs. We will definitely recommend and also stay at this property in the future.

The room and several of the rooms other family members stayed in had a VERY offensive odor.

It's was excellent except for

I dont understand, Why? the front desk refused to send me extra towels or coffee. I hand to walk a far distance from my room to the front desk to pick up these idems on my own. And I'm disabled person.

Beds need to be softer

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was amazing thanks to all your employees they were all awesome

They lock the front door... if you're out very late or go out to your car to retrieve something you can't get back in! There is no intercom to get anyone's attention... no one is physically at the front desk who would notice you! It's appalling!

Stayed one night, king bed. Breakfast was nice. Hot food, not just continental. Clean room. Worked for our 1 night purpose and decent price.

Very nice place, easy parking

The room was adequate for the price. Just be aware of the paper thin walls that allowed us to hear our neighbors.

Nice sized room with king bed. Quiet in the inside courtyard. Nice hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, oatmeal along with cereals, fruit. Convenient freeway access

They have a refrigerator and microwave which a big plus for me coz other hotel’s doesn’t have it

The hotel is old and shows it. Room was never serviced during our stay. You know there's an issue when Anaheim PD is sitting in the parking lot.

What is up with CA hotels always charging so much for parking? Especially when you don’t have a designated spot! $50 a night is a little bit too much. The room was nice, loved the bathroom counters and the big refrigerator! The tub was really slow draining, but I left a note for housekeeping and they improved it quite a bit.

Business Trip

It was simply an amazing experience for my work trip to Dana point!!

Pool was not clean - lots of debris floating around including a bandaid. Hair ties on the side of the pool. Short staff in the front desk so the attendant was not always available to assist.

Staff were great, breakfast was okay. We were in a room right next to the maid quarters so it was very noisy in the mornings, but overall a decent stay for the price.

Stayed just one nite for a Conference. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and the breakfast was nice, and very convenient! Would stay again.

This is my second time staying at the Fairfield Inn. Overall, the rooms are decent and the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was nice. The gym is small but clean.

Never stay at a Fairfield

When we arrived the front desk women was not friendly at all. She put us in a room way in the back near freeway free noise. She didn’t tell us about the amities of the hotel. Just mentioned a free breakfast and time. When at the pool I had to move chairs due to sun , workerwho saw me didn’t offer to help me.

Proximity to where I needed to be. Could have controlled the goings on at the pool - kids diving in, playing water balloon fights...

Stayed for 4days. No room service. Had to ask for my toilet papper and bath towels. When i asked i got him and ahwes. Not typical of a Marriott brand hotel

Just average but did like that air conditioning was not noisy! Pool was good, hot tub seemed a little too green in color for me. Breakfast had a lot of options.

We had a 5 night stay here…. Glad to have breakfast every morning. Though EVERYDAY pork sausage was served. No bacon, no tourney bacon, no ham, no Canadian bacon etc…. Thought there would be a variety of meat proteins rotated in the breakfast service.

Power and water outage during our stay. Breakfast was not great and part of the premises were not well kept

Unfortunately, it was just a quick overnight stay, but it was pleasant and quiet (even though it's right near the freeway).

we stay here for one week for our family vacation for one week since our airbnb got cancelled teo days before our trip the room is clean the water in the shower is very strong which i like the breakfast has a lot of variety we will stay here again for our next trio since we alway go disneyland only 20mins drive at night only 15 mins
