The service from the moment you walk in the door, is so friendly and accommodating! Awesome stay!

The front counter staff was very polite and helpful. Very easy to check in.

Noisy construction in front and super noisy kids in adjacent room.....front desk advised.....it calmed down a bit !!!!

There’s construction going on next door. Hockey tournament staying at the hotel at the same time. Thankfully we were on another floor.

Kids loved the waterslide but needs a bigger pool

The kids like the water slide even if the pool was smaller than I seem on the picture. Ant it had a loud sound at 7h30 in the morning because of the new construction next to the hotel.

Right on the outskirts of Moncton. Industrial area a bit. Close to airport.

First time staying at this hotel and would readily rebook. Breakfast has a lot of options, premises are kept very clean, a bright and welcoming entrance, and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Not to bad of a stay

It was okay, first night 2 young kids hockey teams were there ans it was ao loud they were playing ball hockey in the hall right outside our door making lots of noise bif mess of chips everywnere it was awful no sleep that night, 2nd night much better. Pool and waterslide was a hit pool kind of small but did the trick. Breakfast wasnt good.only the bagel and coffee, and juice. I wish they had all day coffee. Employees very nice friendly and helpful. Housekeeping service was excellent. Will stay again.

Had an overnight before our flight out. A shuttle to the airport would be a nice addition to this hotel.

Great stay. Very clean, modern, and bright. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Pool is very small, but the water slide more than makes up for it for kids. Location is awesome…super close to attractions while being far enough away to avoid all the traffic congestion. Breakfast was excellent.

Our kids first hotel stay ever and they absolutely loved it !! Great size rooms with huge bathrooms.

Bathroom could have been cleaner!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. Bathroom was nice and it was overall just a very comfortable stay. The ac worked well etc… The two things we didn’t love was… 1. Their breakfast - the scrambled eggs had so much salt (why? Just not necessary) and there wasn’t a lot of dairy free options which we have a kiddo with an allergy so that was too bad. 2. Around the pool is very slippery - my 22 month old was sliding all over so maybe I would recommend water shoes for little ones to try to help? And There’s a weird edge/lip even before you go into the pool in the steps and it’s truly just a slipping hazard.

It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and very courteous. It was very clean and breakfast was delicious. I would recommend to friends.

We booked for our kids for the pool and water slide. The pool was ice cold, unable to use. The remote in the room had white hockey tape holding the batteries in. Was so disappointed. We totally went for the Amenities that were not offered. My 3 year couldn’t even touch the water. This was their getaway and it cost $230 to sleep in a bed and listen to two kids cry over a freezing cold pool.

Everything was fine They should provide more lounge chairs at the pool. They only had 4, which were always full. They have space for 12.

We chose this hotel so the kids could spend the night swimming, using waterslide, breakfast in the AM... pool was closed for renovations, and at 9am there was no hot breakfast left and the waffle machine was very dirty. We left and took kids to breakfast at McDonalds. Kids were very disappointed without the pool.

Modern, comfortable and quiet hotel. The staff are exceptional. The hotel is very close to Moncton International Airport and a short drive to downtown.

Enjoyed our stay but the remote for the tv didn’t work (annoying) and the coffee given in the room is swamp water. We got in after midnight from the airport and come to find out if we want our continental breakfast they end it at 9. We opted to sleep in and forego the bfast.

Our kids loved the waterslide. They were able to burn off hours of energy in the pool and on the waterslide.

The rooms were nice. Clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great and the kids had a good time. The breakfast was substantial and we all got lots to eat. We only stayed one night so no issues but nothing to rave about either.

I am as upgraded to a suite which was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was delightful as were the pillows. The front desk clerk that checked me in and out was extremely efficient and personable and gave me a tremendous restaurant recommendation. A very delightful and restful stay.

Arrived at 1am after a long day of travel. Checked into our room and when we opened the door it wreaked of hockey gear or something very musty. I couldn’t even spend 1 minute in the room. Went back to the desk and they were able to get us another room (Took about 25 mins). We went to the new room and it had a similar smell. It was like they steam cleaned the carpet, and it didn’t dry properly. We decided to leave.

This was my second time here and will be back again. Rooms are quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast that was included with the stay was also good.

We love the pool. We like that it’s warm, and the slide doesn’t go into the deep end which is nice for kids. We love the breakfast and that it has so many vegan options. We like that it has plant milk and vegan bagels and oatmeal. Thanks for being inclusive.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I didn’t find our room very clean, it smelled bad as soon as we walked in to the room. The shower had black mould in the corners of it and I found hairs in the bathroom. My kids had so much fun with the water slide, the pool is so beat up it looks filthy we couldn’t swim in it unfortunately. The breakfast was good, they had lots of selection.

Great little family get away.

It was amazing.. very friendly staff.. very clean,comfy. Nice pool and cool waterslide that the kids really enjoyed.

Paper plates and cutleries should not be used, Under staffed, Not very clean and a bit of service issue.
