I keep coming back. This is my go to hotel when I have work on campus. Consisently great staff. Good breakfast and comfy rooms. Reasonable price and I love Marriott Bonvoy rewards.

No adequate security. My car was broken into on the hotel property parking lot.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. There was a complimentary shuttle that took us to and from the concert. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, the free breakfast was very good!

Stay away. This place has Bed Bugs!!!! Staf was great tho and very understanding. Also Expedia was great at making the situation right as well

Refridgerator did not work. We put dirty towells outside the door but clean towels were not delivered. I had to go to the desk to get them. Staff was friendly and I had no other problems.

Easy breakfast option

Football weekend

We were in town for the Ohio State football game. Chose hotel based on proximity to campus. The hotel offered a shuttle service towards (and from) the stadium which was convenient! We ended up hiking back to the hotel (long but not terrible even at 24 degrees!). Check in was easy! Staff was great!

The hotel and staff were great until there was a theft at the property where over 10 cars were broken into and items were stolen. Our car was damaged as well. Please park your car in a safe area.

Staff was great, very clean. The mini fridge didn’t work.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. I’m not happy that my truck got broken into along with a few other peoples vehicles. Not sure what security was doing or why the break ins were not caught on camera

Check-in was very nice and the young lady who greeted me was very professional. Room was amazing and I will definitely stay here again.

This was a graduation trip for my son. We were allowed to be our dog which was awesome! The front desk manager ( I forget her name was amazing! The free breakfast was great and they have coolers of drinks and snacks as well. We would. Stay here again for sure! Thank you.

Pet Friendly (with a cost)

We were able to get a room quickly and easily online to avoid unnecessary waiting at the desk, but the online source said pet friendly while mentioning nothing about an extra fee. I mentioned our 2 pets that we were moving with and the front counter worker hopped on the opportunity to charge me $45 just for having pets stay with us. The bathroom smelled like the plumbing was backed up or something the whole stay (from the moment we walked in, until the moment we walked out it smelled like a hint of sewage). Overall it was a comfortable enough stay, but the smelly bathroom and hidden pet fee was very inconvenient.

Overall, the location is good if attending something at OSU, staff were very nice especially the shuttle bus gal! It was a little noisy, due to some drunk OSU fans and kids in for a tournament.

I liked the cleanliness and new look and customer service was excellent as well. What I DID NOT LIKE was when I tried to extend my stay by one night the price per night went from reasonable to HYWAY ROBBERY

Excellant hotel, clean rooms, and super friendly staff.

The breakfast was not very good. Luke warm and not filling. Also doors are thin so you can hear people in the hallway. They were extremely loud.

Would stay again.

Building/room was fairly clean. Although recently renovated my room did show some wear and tear (wall paper peeling in a few spots, small section missing near headboard, some staining on the bathroom floor, corners could be cleaned). You can hear hallway noise but quiet hours were respected by other guests. Do not leave anything in your car. Car was rummaged through. Gate and garage remote stolen out of car. They need more lighting in the parking lot. Camera's would be nice as well. The shuttle to events is fantastic. Female driver was great.

The hotel was nice and clean; the staff were kind and helpful. I was only there 12 hours. I should have told the staff that room 324 had a small defect. The closet had the upper runner wheel off the track. I only noticed when I was leaving. I didn't use the closet

Friendly staff, very clean

We always stay at this hotel when we come to a OSU game. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful. Only thing that changed was the bar area was not open both evenings when we came back to hotel around 8 pm. we always enjoyed a beer or 2 before going to our room.

Toliet was broken had to get new room. Deactivated keys before check out time.

The front desk workers were profoundly and funny The complimentary breakfast is very good They have a shuttle that takes you anywhere within 5 miles Great hospitals in the area.

The shuttle to arena was a great perk. Staff was extremely nice. Every person at the desk I talked to and the shuttle driver fit into our fun night at concert.

Thought it was nice that they had a shuttle to the game. But the breakfast was average, and it was extremely noisy at night. You could hear about everything all around you from the elevator, to other rooms, to doors opening and shutting all around us. The biggest problem was the noise more than anything else. But the staff was great and friendly

Excellent value. Breakfast while limited in selection is definitely much better than typically offered at even More expensive hotels. Also, Very clean hotel.

Overall stay was good, property was nice and safe. Beds were comfortable. Had some issue with the tv and phones not working.

Amazing staff!!

Been on the road for two weeks and this was the best. Very clean, well kept and essentially what I’d expect from a Marriott property. First class.

We came for a concert at a nearby arena and unbeknownst to us they were running a free shuttle back and forth to the venue. It was a wonderful surprise and an extremely helpful service they provided!

We felt very comfortable in the hotel, friendly staff, very clean, and safe. We not only ate breakfast downstairs but also brought in take out for dinner and watched tv down there. Very comfortable. The shuttle to the university was so convenient as well as the free breakfast. Rooms were nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Great Concert Hotel

The staff were amazing. Very accomodating. It was a fantastic place to stay to see P!NK at the Shottenheim Center!

Not 1st choice

Lobby carpet/stairs looked likethey havent been cleaned in years. Exercise equipment did not work. They ran out of Breakfast 20 minutes in. Noone atound to replenish. Lobby coffee had grounds in it.

Old and beat up. Additionally, my car got broken into and the hotel staff were NOT helpful at all. I left early and they even charged my "early departure" fee. I have never seen this in my life. NEVER again I'll stay here. DONT recommend this place

Very disappointed with Housekeeping service. we had requested housekeeping service on our 3rd day which is what they typically do at the hotel and we even spoke to one of the housekeepers on the floor she did confirmed to do our service at 1pm when we came back to the room it had not been cleaned at all. We had to go to the front desk to grab more towels and toilet paper. Never received greetings from housekeepers. we were there for 4 nights. Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing!

Room was okay. You get what you pay for. Clean sheets just needs new carpet for the room i was staying in minor stains.

I have never been so upset and I have never been rude to anyone at their work but I was disgusted with the way this front desk handled a situation that was their fault. I made the reservation for a king room with a pullout couch over a month in advance of our trip. When we arrived it was later at night and we were exhausted. There was no pull out couch and nowhere for either of my kids to sleep! They basically told us, “Too bad,” and we shouldn’t use 3rd party vendors because this happens. We then had to drive back to the city to my daughter’s dorm and when we asked again for some help, they gave us 2 extra pillows and 2 thin blankets to put on the dirty floor for our 15 year old to sleep on. No apologies. We called for over an hour trying to find another hotel to leave and go to but nothing was available. I will never stay in that place again. Horrible customer service and none of us slept. Stayed at the Embassy Suites the next night that was lovely.

I booked a king bed and when I checked in we had to stay in a room with 2 queen beds so my girlfriend and I slept on separate beds. Not ideal

Great place to stay for an Ohio State football game. 15 minute walk to stadium, or a free shuttle if you wanted. Staff very friendly and rooms and amenities very up-to-date. Highly recommended

If you’re visiting for an OSU game, THIS is your spot! Staff were so kind and made you feel welcome and like family. The breakfast options were fresh and a wonderful included amenity! The shuttle service was such a bonus- saved us time, headaches, and costly fees. It was a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We were at this establishment for one night so our daughters could go to a concert at the Schottenstein Center. I highly recommend staying here for any event at the Schottenstein Center! They offered a shuttle to and from the venue! There were zero concerns about traffic or parking or finding our girls after the concert! 10/10!!

Shuttle (complementary) to and from the concert was the most convenient and special thing we could wish for our stay. Adding to it very spacious, well designed room and continental breakfast - will definitely stay here in the future! Slow draining sink and only two sets of small towels (family of three adults) was the only short from perfect!!!
