My family and loved our stay. Very friendly staff and very convenient since we were going to Disneyland and it was like a 10 minute walk probably less if your a fast walker but over all loved this place and will definitely book in the future

Gets the Job Done

Perfect location (3-5 min walk to entrance) but a lot left to be desired. Got the job done for our short family romp at Disney but you won't find many Bonvoy perks here. Cons: -beds were a little hard for my liking, thin sheets -no onsite restaurant or bar lounge -no in-room microwave -bathtub was stained -$27/day parking -hot tub is small (only 1 onsite) - accommodates 4-7 people total -pool towels are the size of hand towels and seem more appropriate for a "shop rag" Pros: -friendly staff, quick check in/out -newer, big TV accommodated laptop for streaming -offered free rain ponchos at desk

Amazing customer service

This was my first time staying ar a Fairfield and I was pleasantly surprised. For a 3.5 star hotel it met all my expectations. The customer service was amazing. I had an issue with the tv not working, someone came right away. I asked for a tea kettle and they sent one. Nice sized room. I was here for business but super close to the Disney entrance - maybe a 5 min walk. And 20 minute walk to the Anaheim convention center. Several chain food places in walking distance including a cute diner type restaurant called Mimi’s a few minute walk away.

Super close to Disney. Clean rooms, nice front desk. The pool was heated but still freezing. My kiddo and I overall had a great stay.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Especially Kenneth who went out of his way to get us some more coffee. Very short walk to Disney! Will stay here again.

Easy Disney stay

this hotel is close to disneyland walking distance, but looks like motel 6 and cleaning people didnt showed up. bed not too comfortable and pillows too.

Love it, stay here every time we go to Disneyland for convenience and cleanliness.

Great stay for kids

The location for Disney is great. But manage your expectations - this is a motel. There is no restaurant on site, but there is a Panera next door. The staff was really friendly. I was able to check in early, which was great. They have washer/dryers available. The rooms are super basic and could use updating, esp for the price.

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights to visit Disneyland and the surrounding area. The hotel was the second most expensive next to Westin, which we originally thought to stay but chose this hotel because of location. The hotel room was outdated, the couch was worn and dirty along with the floors. It was what you would expect at your basic motel, not a $350/night hotel. Hotel was very loud at all hours of the night. Not at all what we had hoped for our vacation.

Property is semi rundown and the place they keep their linens, towels, pillows etc. is in a tent outside on the backside of the property.

Around midnight the toilet began to gurgle as if it was going to overflow. I was sleeping, it startled me and I thought it was going to back up! Thank goodness it did not. It happened again the next night. Other than that everything else was good.

We have stayed at the Fairfield the last 3 times we went to Disneyland, and we will stay their next time as well.

Close distance to Disney parks.

The bathroom had a swerve smell and if you are on the ground level room it sounds like elephants walking around

Very convenient to walk to Disneyland. Everything was clean. Pool and hot tub were exceptionally helpful with tired muscles because their temperature settings were very warm. The staff were always helpful and very friendly.

It was a nice hotel. Area was nice, not directly across from the crossing intersection to Disneyland. 4 buildings down. The only negative thing was I was placed on the side of Hotel facing freeway, other hotel and I asked for Disney side view. The hotel was clean.

The hotel staff were very nice. The lobby is newly renovated. The hotel is right across the street from Disneyland Resort. The hotel room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a double room and a pack n play. It was a little tight for a family of 5 but we all fit. Our room was located right next to the elevator so we heard it going all night long and that's the only downside that we found during our stay.

it was great for a hotel close to disneyland! do i think it was a tad overpriced? yes. did i sleep pretty awful because of the pillows? also yes. but hey, youre at disney!!

Rooms by the elevator are extremely noisy. You can hear the elevator moving every 30 seconds. Pull out bed was very small and not suitable for an adult. Wall heater/AC unit had a hard time staying at set temp so it would go from heating to blowing cold air

Friendly staff, close to Disney

Great option to stay near Disney. Only concern was that we asked for early check-in, they said yes. Then on the day we arrived, not only could we not get in early but were 2.5 hrs late.

Elevator room proximity.

Rooms next to elevator will vibrate bed & offer rolling noises 6a-12a. Also when you book a month or more in advance request will not matter.

Not the cleanest.

Room wasn’t cleaned well. Someone’s trash was left in the dresser drawer. When getting into bed and standing by the base my socks got wet. Someone had spilled beer and it was left seeping out from under the bed. Hair left on the wall of the shower.

Was really nice. Kind front desk lady/guy. Stayed here to go to Disneyland, was a short walking distance, less than 5 minutes. Would stay again. Only complaint is that the bed was not clean when we came, crumbs were still left from the last guests.

Great property across from the main entrance to Disney. Staff is super friendly and the rooms are just fine for what’s needed to stay so close to a theme park. Beds are comfy, rooms clean. No complaints Reminder; this is a Fairfield inn, so it’s meant to be simple, clean, cozy and priced reasonable. It’s all of those things.

Staff were exceptional. Welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Room clean and walking distance to Disney parks excellent. In the surrounding area a variety of food options and not too far from a Walgreens and CVC. I would stay here again!

Disappointed

Staff was rude and unhelpful and will never take ownership of mistakes. Tried to put us in a room that smelled like it had just been painted to the point I had a migraine after 10 minutes and my mother in law and husband had to keep the baby outside. It was confirmed to have been painted that day by housekeeping only for the front desk to deny it. Told us they couldn’t do connecting rooms because we never asked even when we proved documentation that we asked at booking. Even though they checked someone into the room next to my mom and mom in law 5 hours after we checked in. Bathrooms (specifically tubs) looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. A bug was found in my bed- not bed bugs but more like small caterpillar . And I say my bed after they apparently had no more kings to accommodate us even though that is what my husband and I booked to have room for our child’s pack n play. Disappointed as I grew up staying at this hotel but will definitely not be back. Horrible experience, staff and rooms.

No kettle, no microwave, no regular coffee,no breakfast bare bones and very expensive.

The valet/bell man. Can’t remember his name but he’s a shorter Latino boy with curly hairs, he had long hair when we checked in and short afterwards. Anyways he was a great employee always greeting me and boyfriend. Always starting conversations with us and being such an awesome employee for the team. Great job

We very happy with our stay! Convenient location with easy walk to Disneyland. Cleaning staff went above and beyond tidying our room! Have stayed in several nearby hotels and this hotel definitely top of our list when staying outside the park! Thank you!

This is my 4th time staying here. Always nice big clean rooms. Staff were super friendly and short walk to Disney. Will be back again.

Is still there for two nights hotel on the outside was very beautiful. The room was decent. You can see a little bit of cracks in the corners. Nothing too serious. The toilet took about eight minutes to refill the tank with the party of five people it was annoying waiting for it to refill. We did ask for extra towels and toilet paper on the second day since we were staying multiple days but you never got there. I had to go downstairs and ask and they just handed to me to take it out myself. Parking stated it was 29+ tax after it came out to about $70 for parking. I don’t know how much taxes in Anaheim but I felt like that’s really high. It is about a 5 to 8 walk to Disney, which was very convenient, but I feel there’s other hotels on the strip that will probably be better

Parkinh rip off

We stayed 2 days we thought parking was included. They chargede $95.00. I have stayed at other hotels and parking is included. Yes we were close to Disneyland but this should let you know whem you book the hotel.

We had a great time, loved how it was close to Disney. Only we had issues was that walls are thin so hear everyone until late especially kids screaming and running around.

Appreciate the close proximity to the Disneyland resort and restaurants. While the rooms have been painted recently, the furniture and fixtures are dated. The rooms are not very soundproof, you could hear your neighbors easily as well as those guests going to and from their rooms in the outdoor hallway and the above floor at all times during the night.

Excellent Service and conditions of room. All staff was amazing. Only wish there was room service but understand it’s not that level of hotel. Love that the room didn’t have carpet and has a fridge. We reserved a king but got two queens and that was awesome as it was my daughter and myself. Everyone was so accommodating and helped make everything simple and easy. Restaurants next to it are great and distance from Disney is soo close.

The walls are so thin, I was trying to sleep and could easily hear ppl next door talking in a regular tone. They also don’t tell you but parking is $27 a night. Other than that it’s fine I guess. McDonald and Panera is in the same parking lot, a few other spots too, super close.

The property was really good. The staff were very friendly and had a great little event going daily around finding where their Elf on the Shelf was. Overall the property and the rooms were great for our purpose and super easy to walk to Disney. Our one issue is we asked for the room to be cleaned every other day and they didnt clean the mirror or sweep the floors. My kids crumbs were there for our entire stay.

The Fairfield is in a great spot in terms of proximity to Disney. The rooms are nice and comfy but it is missing dining options. Panera bread located at the driveway entrance is OK, but not overly inviting. I guess it depends on what you’re used to. We preferred to go to Downtown Disney and Garden Walk for lunch/dinner.

After two hotels messed up with reservations we booked here the Fairfield. We stayed here before which was not to bad. However this time we checked in after midnight through a third party. The guy checking us in was friendly and tried his best to work with a fussy computer not wanting to let us check in. But he did good. Its not to bad of a walk from this hotel to Disneyland. This place has four elevators but there is quite a wait to get one. Parking cost 28.00 a night. Which being a guest its disappointing but not untypical. Its pretty clean here. It seems not to be mean but like they slapped some paint on the barn to make it not look so worn down. You can see the worn parts of the hotel. But they did a decent job. I needed a handicapped room but they did not have any. But if they could just move the bed that is closest to the bathroom that would make it more wheelchair friendly. The bathroom of course was small for me but just fine for my family. I did like how they acknowledged everyone coming off the elevators with a good morning. There is a Panara up the block and McDonald's just less than a half block. We would do this again. The biggest let down was the cost was $400.00 more than the first two hotels that made a mistake. Which was not their fault.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it is just as great as I remembered. Although this hotel has outside corridors it feels very safe as there is someone on site monitoring who enters the property. The rooms aren’t fancy but are clean and inviting. The staff was delightful and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
