Like the stove and full size fridge.

Laine is still awesome

Unfortunately, we had to check out because the rates climbed so high.After check out my family was left out in below freezing conditions while we searched frantically for transportation. They very easily could have allowed my toddlers to wait inside rather than stand out in the extremely bitter cold for over 3 hours!

Good place to stay

The area was quiet. Easy access to shopping and dining areas. Wash machines card readers were non functional, floors in room looked clean but when wiped with a damp cloth were dirty. Exhaust vent in bathroom didn’t work. Furniture and countertops were very clean.

There's no place like home or is there?

I feel very comfortable here at Extended Stay. Not because it's fancy and smells of new car or because it's super sparkly, modern and upscale. I like it here because it feels as close to home as it gets when I'm away from home. I don't feel like I need to take off my shoes, walk around on my tiptoes or be careful what I touch. The people who work here all seem to be genuine and relatable. Always happy to accommodate you. Never condescending or judgemental. I've had the pleasure of meeting most of the staff and I can say that the hotel manager, Desire, has done an amazing job with her staff, creating a warm and inviting culture. Daria is very sweet and always quick to smile. Bri is very professional and knowledgeable. Marcella seems like a friendly, funny neighbor. Julio is super chill and makes it feel easier to breathe and relax. Laine has a great personality. She's also very professional and knowledgeable and quick to laugh with you in the right moments. That's why I enjoy staying here and will make this my preferred place to stay whenever away from home. Thank all of you for making our family feel at home through these difficult times where we have no other place to call home

This place is pretty close to perfect for my family. If I'm being hnnest, the rooms are a bit small and the linens could be updated. That being said, what the rooms lack the staff more than nahd uo for. The manager, Desire and the rest of the front desk staff are friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Julio is as chill as chill can be. Marcella is cool, too. I've got to say though, one host on particular goes above and beyond. Laine is always smiling and hospitable. She's professional yet relatable. If you're having any type of issue from your booking to your comfortability, she will always find a solution. 🤘🤘🤘

This place is super chill. Laine is effin awesome!

Caroline was awesome and amazing. I checked in late and left really early in the morning, and she was so kind to me. Sometimes the overnight lobby attendant isn't the best, but I felt like she went above and beyond to make my short stay the best!

The room next door was having loud sex with screaming, moaning, and pounding on the wall. When I complained to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do, but if I wanted to get redressed and repack they would move me.

The staff here are super friendly and always glad to help whenever they can. The rooms are spacious and somewhat open. The stove works well and was very clean when we arrived. The hotel is tucked away back from the main road. It is fairly quiet considering the proximity to the freeway and shopping. Overall it's been a quiet, peaceful stay.

This is not ran like most Extended Stay Hotels- no dishes, pots/pans, silverware & 1 spatula is in the bin you have to go get yourself at front desk yer there’s never been a visible Agent during evenings nor Graveyard shift @ it’s hit or miss during the day- obviously need more employees, grounds have lots of garbage laying around that no one cleans up..Extremely noisy neighbors on one side & I swear Elephants were in room above us so NO sleep! People next to us have constant in/out company especially during the night when others are trying to sleep; called front desk 3x with NO answer. I like the room but we have no view at all & the constant slamming of doors & loud people stomping up the stairs & banging on door next door! I have seen no fewer than 10 different people coming & going at ungodly hours!

This extended stay is different in that no pots/pans,dishes,silverware is in Room;have to ask for Bin at Desk. Laundry isn’t Free but $6 load! No dish soap, no paper towels, no napkins, Breakfast is a muffin, Grab/Fruit Bat, Instant Oatmeal packets & that’s it- no fruit or juice or cereal or yogurt

Room 358 had issues with the heater not working correctly. The heater barely put out a lukewarm stream of air so the room was pretty chilly. Also, the shower did not have hot water. Again, it got only to a lukewarm temperature. Room 258 was fine except for the loud ticking noise coming from the heater when it was cooling down. They had to turn it off so they could sleep.

My stay was pleasant. One issue the door sill at the bottom of door was slightly damaged. Not a deal breaker.

Quiet, comfortable room, convenient location, friendly helpful staff. We have stayed here several times and will again in the future.

This one is super clean and up to date. I was throughly shocked on how much better this one was. I been up to Seattle twice and had two different extended stays and I hands down reccomend this one.

It wasn’t amazing

It wasn’t amazing. While booking it’s mentioned that Breakfast is included but there was not breakfast available, they just had a coffee machine. Also Kitchen stove in the room was too slow. Not recommend this for a stay with family.

Shower was freezing and staff unhelpful.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Everyone was so kind, and with the wind storms happening around my stay there was some delays or difficulties with checking in and acquiring unit soles. But staff let me know exactly what was going on and any of my concerns was actually attended to quickly. Staff harbored such a comfy environment, I would absolutely stay again

Booked this one during the recent bomb cyclone and power outage in East side. Booked a room which had 2 double bed as we were family of 4. This was not a vacation stay, rather an emergency requirement. Overall decent stay and very convenient to Microsoft office, nearby restaurants, grocery etc. it had a kitchen as well. Though you have to ask for utensils. We were during this emergency situation as we got the power and hot water!!!

There were cockroaches in the room. This has to be fixed.

Close to Bellevue and other shopping centers

The first night we were too tired to notice the deficiencies in the hotel room, but on the second night it became apparent. There was hair in the shower and hair on the floor, there was also what appeared to be feces on a bath towel. This is our 4th time staying at this location and have never had any issues and generally enjoyed it. Very displeased with our stay overall.

The fridge had to be unplugged because it turned on with a loud noise and wouldn’t stop. The neighbors were so pound you couldn’t sleep. Noise can be heard in the parking lot but staff did nothing

Rooms were super clean with comfortable bed and staff was friendly and efficient. Proximity to Microsoft campus (right next to it) was fantastic for my business trip. Parking lot is not secured and has no cameras. The night before my stay two car windows were smashed in, the glass was still lying on the ground.

Conveniently located and clean

Stayed 1 night for a work trip. Room reeked of weed, and the door latch was hanging on by a thread. Appreciated there was a small kitchen and location was great for my purposes. They did accidentally charged me an additional $280 for “smoking” which - Iv never smoked in my 36 years alive. In which I noticed and had to contact them about to refund… so. Just keep an eye on your bank statements for additional charges and if there is anything with your room that seems odd (like smell from previous person or holes in the wall from previous person) REPORT IT immediately so they don’t try to claim it and charge you for the unkept room. Otherwise location and having a little kitchen in your room for a short visit is ok.

The property and location were fine and what we expected. One thing that was strange was that after I checked in and paid for three night stay (with a different credit card than I had reserved with) I got a notice from my credit card company that someone tried charging me again for the same amount on the other card. Luckily it was the same company so they declined it as a redundant charge and notified me. I went to office the next day and asked what happened and they didn't have an explanation for me. Was unsettling.

This is my favorite property in greater Seattle because the rooms are decently updated and the place is usually silent and staff are very professional and courteous. Great price.

No service at all. We reported a body of dead mouse lying on the parking slot. At the end of the day, the body never got removed and the area never got clean up. Quite disgusting

Very enjoyable stay

It could've been a little cleaner, it was dusty and the under the bed lacked attention but over all it was very enjoyable. Very safe area, friendly people and cute little bunnies that come out at night. I didn't get the name of the gentleman that checked us out this morning but he is a keeper!!

Discovered bed bugs in the first room. They moved us to a second room that had a worse case of bed bugs plus tiny little spiders in the bed! When I talked to the GM about the second room she chastised me for ‘tearing apart’ two rooms already (I only had to turn back the bottom sheet to discover bugs) and said they wouldn’t offer a third because ‘I was only going to tear it apart’ Do not stay at this hotel unless you’re prepared to infest your home when you get back!

This was probably the worst place I've stayed at. The mattress was wet and the pillows smelled like death. Cockroaches everywhere and I took so many photos. I asked them to change my room but they did not accommodate. I wish I could get a refund.

Their free breakfast consisted of tiny 210 calorie sugar/fat bomb chocolate or blueberry muffins and coffee- literally that was it. Coffee was cold by 9:30pm. Their sheets were also extremely scratchy- we ended up buying our own sheets to cover theirs.

Not impressed!

It was loud! We were on the bottom floor and you could hear everything above us. It was mostly clean but the floors were dirty. It took FOREVER to check in! there was almost never anyone at the front desk and the breakfast was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen! There were Nutri-Grain bars like four packs of oatmeal total some coffee and that was it.

The room was great, very spacious but it reeked of weed. We reserved a room that was non smoking and everytime we went inside it smelled. Would’ve want to have more cleanliness. But enjoyed our stay.

No One Staffing the Lobby for Long Periods of Time

We showed up at 950pm to check in, lobby said open until 11pm, and there was no employee there. Waiting in a lobby with 5 other groups until the employee showed up around 1025pm. She informed all of us she was working laundry, no other reason or real remorse. If they are truly that short staffed they ask their employees to be gone for half hour increments, they need to figure that out. My kid was exhausted already from a road trip and it was a bad experience to have no staffing there for a half hour. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, the bed felt like a hideaway bed. Very uncomfortable.

They promised to clean the room a few times, but they never did. Other than that , the hotel was okay.

Can't even finish the review.it was noisy, cold, someone smoking outside. Till midnite. Breakfast was a joke. Staff nice. No coffee maker or other dishes, cuos, utensils

No continental breakfast as advertised. There was one kind of packaged muffin and coffee. That’s all.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this hotel. There was no hot water and I tried to call to the front desk for help, but nobody picked up for 30 minutes. I had to go to the front desk for help. They said that they could only help to fix this issue the next day. The staff was inpatient and rude. They offered a refund which we would after 24 hours. But they forced us to decide in 30 minutes. After 3 days, we still haven’t received the refund.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is very helpful and patient with reservations. Whenever I travel I choose here because I enjoy walking around and being able to use a kitchen in my room.

Never got to check in, front desk was saying their system was down even after about an hour of coming back. Went to Motel 6 instead

Breakfast isn’t what’s advertised/ said to be

Worst service ever seen . Even having reservation with pre paid . Still they denied checkin due to over booking . Horrible situation in night when you travel a long distance and no room available to check in

Recent burnt popcorn smell in room and microwave caked with smoky residue. Caked dried food on burners. Breakfast available— what a joke!! Muffins and oatmeal packets. Pathetic. 10 point cleaning inspection such a joke as well.

Needs better cleaning done

There was animal hair all over the floor as if it had not been swept in some time. There was strands of black hair in the shower as if it was not cleaned properly.

It really stinks like food

Stay was quiet and great. 9.5/10 on cleanliness, room had a smell and floor was a little dirty but other than that, I’d book again.
