Never again. Horrible stay.
Absolutely horrible. Dead and live cockroaches all over room. Dirty floors and dust and debris on floor. Broken sink. No dishes for kitchenette. No coffee maker. Towels were dirty. They offered me a “newly renovated” room… it was chaos. The halls filled with construction workers and tools. Various rooms were torn apart and furniture strewn about corridors and hallways. The room was overwhelming filled with cleaner and wet paint smell. And the lock didn’t work correctly. There was a worker sawing and hammering away in the room next store to the newly offered room. I checked out that day. They refused to give a refund.

I made the reservation primarily for the pool. Its wasn't until check-in that the young lady said it was closed. The carpet was damp. There is no ice machine.

I was given a room that reeked of pet urine And pet hair all over the tables counters floors, even on the mini stove and dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty sheets. I contacted Ms.Jeanetta who was so helpful in this regard which I told her I refuse to stay in these conditions she called her manager who seemed to be accommodating in refunding me my stay I have yet to receive because of her avoiding Expedia to process my refund. Please do your research this place is definitely not the place you think it is…….

There was a mass amount of bugs dead in multiple locations, like the fridge and bathroom, and around the room, or literally crawling up the walls. I had to take photos as proof to show the front desk and there was literally one on the counter as i was showing them. The laundry room was open to all guests, but the dryers were offline the entire stay so i couldn't dry my laundry until i took it up to the front desk. The staff was very accommodating and understanding, which was about the only upside, and the beds were well made and soft.
This property had roaches and the staff was HORRIBLE they were unprofessional and the night manager was dressed like she was at home very rude and unprofessional

I showed up and no rooms available
Reserved it at the Airport around 10pm . Took Lyft to get to the property . Was told that they don’t take Expedia reservations at all , and Expedia should’ve call me to let me know . Suggested to cancel reservation and try to find something else. Had to do a cash reservation . Waiting on Expedia to contact the property and refund my money .

This place was very very unclean and had zero items for my stay. Pool was recently broken, ice machines were removed. Only one exceptionally over priced vending machine.
No on site cafe, no real breakfast. No coffee, tea or kettle in room.

Room carpet is very dirty, old furniture, roaches in the kitchen table and restroom.
There are massive of roaches in the room that I had to live in at that time. And not being able to use the luggage carrier to roll my luggage from the room back to my car because someone decided to hold it hostage with the 1 they got. They need to at least have 3 available. That's sad. I won't go back to this 1.
First of all the stay at the hotel was non-existent because of an expired identification where is my refund it was supposed to be put back on my card
My room that i stayed in had bugs, when brought up to the front desk attendant I was informed that the room I stayed in, wasn’t supposed to be available due to known issue with bugs. Could not get my room refunded either. Very unsanitary and very upset.

I got a hotel room because my apartment has water damage an mold then I come here an they put me in a water damage room with one bed I asked for 2 or a king an now it’s saying no refund
Laziness
First I booked the room with my rewards arrived to find out no vacancy but in all the attendant was being lazy had 2 rooms available. I was turned around, left to find out I could not use my rewards anywhere else so went back to hotel explained to front desk when she then said lets look at 2 rooms to see if clean. one was I took it and stayed the night. very frustrating on what I had to go through to get my preset reservation.
I did not stay. When I got there they didn’t have my room.

Conditions of hotel are extremely poor. The smell of dirty wet carpet as you walk in. The bathroom in my room had tile completely coming off the floor. Upon arrival I was told my room was no longer available and only a smoking room would be available if I wanted it. I was asked to book elsewhere, and a refund would be issued. After several minutes of back and forth, a non-smoking room was provided. Looking back, I should have left. That was clearly a sign.
Door looked like someone tried to kick it in and it had roaches all over the room. I walked in and immediately left and went to another hotel.

It wasn't clean to me. Noisy daily's they lease the rooms out like apartments. The place was run down.
The manager at this hotel is unprofessional and rude. The evening check in person could not find my reservation took 30 minutes to check in then had to deal with the manager next day because he came beating on the door first thing in the morning. Place was run down and dirty. Paid for 2 nights one night was enough, i left and found a new hotel.
The only thing pleasant was the staff. Killed 3 roaches during my week stay. No extra towels or toilet paper provided, I suggest you bring your own. The room floor was disgusting could not walk barefooted. I'm from NYC and this place gave me shelter vibes.
Great bargain, laundry, gym, pool, and jacuzzi. The kitchenette has 2 burners, hotel offers pots and pans, toaster, coffee pot, plus dishes, silverware and linens.
My visit started out rocky due to no fault of the property! Nelda went above and beyond to accommodate me and help me get checked in and settled. She was a friendly face throughout the week as well!
I booked a stay late in the evening through Expedia after a cancelled flight due to storms and paid $40 to Uber there, but when I arrived there were multiple people waiting on the lobby and no one at the desk. We finally started calling out, and the hotel staff was sitting on the other side of a half wall watching TV the whole time. She rudely informed us their system was down so she couldn't give us a room. I told her I already paid via Expedia and she basically said too bad and went back behind the wall. I watched multiple people come to the desk while I was sitting there, and she never came out until we informed them she was just back there ignoring everyone. She was very rude to everyone, and didn't apologize or attempt to placate or help anyone. I understand the issue with the system being down, but she handled it horribly. I finally took an Uber back to the airport and slept on the floor there, but there were other clients who had booked directly through the hotel still sitting in the lobby unable to get into a room at 2am when I left. I can't speak for cleanliness or comfort since I never got a room, but the lobby did smell strongly like mildew.

Expedia has the worst customer service I need my refund
Our reservation was cancelled even though I called in advance about our late arrival! We had to scramble to find another hotel past midnight!!!
Love the place but prices are too high.
If the nightly rates and taxes would be lower I would have remain here ! I love this hotel but the weekly and monthly payments are so high. I just moved to Houston TX from out of state and looking for a place.
I'm wish I can stay longer but it's getting too expensive but I love the place.

There was confusions about which room we are in. When the we got to the room we were assigned, a staff member told us that it was not ready so we have go go downstairs to get another room assigned. When we got to the later, someone else was already in the room. So we have to get down again to get that sorted. The kitchen has a stove and oven but no cups or plate whatsoever. We had to get down to the lobby to get 2 cups to make tea . Lucky we only had to stay one night. We won’t be back to this hotel
Nice rooms
The location is appropiate as is on an easy access to the highway , however, the cleanliness of the hotel is dossappointing: the carpet on the 3rd floor is absolutely disgusting, dirty, old and stained. The carpet in the room is the same Making the stay unpleasant.
Nothing unique...staff is rarely at desk. They have no toilet tissue nor towels, wifi barely works and the basic cable has been off all morning so no television but this is an extended stay!!!!
They DEFINITELY need to exterminate BAD. The room didn't have ANY kitchen items that was supposed to be there at check-in. We had to wait until shift change in order to get them(11pm). Just a terrible stay....glad it was just overnight

A bit oldish looking, smells funny sometimes in the corridors or lift, needs a good refurbishing, but could i expect a 5 star considering what i paid per night? The kitchen was functional, good appliances, but some of the dishes came dirty, hardly any washing up liquid available, and many cockroaches friends of all sizes running around the kitchen, bed, walls, bathroom. At least, you feel less alone in the room, it's entertaining, but it's not good hygiene at all. I know pest control can be a real problem around Houston anyway. AC working well, TV too. Hot water great for baths, but impossible to take a shower: jet was far too weak. I must say the staff was helpful and helped everytime i had a question or needed to work something out. The hotel is conveniently located near gas stations and highway and fast food outlets nearby, it was kinda quiet at night. It was not all perfect, some things could be better, but i have seen much worse in more expensive places.

Definitely disappointing
The room itself was clean and spacious but the hallways and common spaces were dingy and smelled damp and smoky. Specifically chose extended stay for the kitchenette but it was not stocked with anything—no plates, cups, bowls or silverware—even disposable ones—nothing. No in-room coffee maker. No dish soap or dishwasher pods. No serving utensils, pots or pans. I’ve never seen an extended stay kitchenette completely empty like this. Why even bother having it? I did not attempt to use the pool due to weather but it appeared dirty and green when I drove past. There was a crowded church service in the hotel on Sunday morning with lots of extra people around and dogs barking frequently outside my room during my stay. Wouldn’t select this location again.

Check in guy was nice. When i asked what time check out was he said 11, but said if you would like to stay til 12 just tell them when they knock on your door at 11. Hm, ok. When exiting off the elevator on 2nd floor, immediately smells like old smelly carpet. When passing rooms to get to ours, the smell of Marijuana comes heavily from one door. Seen 3 brown roaches in the restroom. And toilet broke. Then, the next day we do get the knock on the door at 11. But this guy acts upset that we were not checked out yet and i told him what i was told when checking in. He just walks away. THEN, when we do checkout, walk out to our vehicle, my husband is loading our things and when he turns the car on, immediately we hear the sounds of a race car (we have a dmall suv). Needless to say, we had our cat converter stolen. According to police, this happens in this area alot. So be cautious! Never again for me!

Good experience
Check in was fast and easy. There were kids and dogs on the floor that I stayed but it’s a hotel that’s to be expected. Quiet for the most part. Very clean no smoke smell. I’d definitely stay here again.
Dodged A Bullet!
We pulled up to the hotel and regretted booking just because the place looked so run down. We got out and proceeded to the lobby where there were several people unpacking their food to eat on the chairs and talking loud and cursing. The air was musty and smelled old. We waited about 10 minutes for somebody to come to the front to check us in. He was very polite but told us they didnt have 2 rooms that we reserved, he only had one. I asked how i was allowed to book 2 if there was only 1 and he said that booking from this site sometimes does that. We ended up cancelling our reservation and going down the road to find 2 room and were lucky they had availability because that could have ended very differently. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because the pictures online did not come close to what we witnessed.

Hotel needs improvement
They really need to clean up the hall ways and stairs, it smells really bad like pee and weed, the side doora on each side don't work and we kept getting lock out. They need better quality blankets, they're was also no phones in the room, we reserved a king bed and when we arrived 15 mins after making the reservation were told there were no more kings. The halls and stairs smells like weed and pee. More importantly they need better security the were alot of mischief going on and alot of people ligering around. We stayed 4 days the customer service of staff was the best part. There is a pet park with over grown grass and weeds we couldn't even use it.

Everything was wonderful. Except the wifi. Very slow.
Instructions say check in after 3pm and check out at 11am. We got there around 8-9pm first thing we saw was about 3 cops cars blocking the entrance and some lady on the floor talking crazy gibberish. We walk past them to check in, we had pre paid for a room with 2 beds but when we got to the front the receptionist looked confused and after 15 minutes came back to tell us that our room was not available. It is not her fault we tried not to get upset but where confused because the room had already been paid for so why did they give it to someone else? We explained this and she was really nice and helpfull and called manameng

Horrible stay . Random person keep knocking all night . Somehow this random person was given a key to the room by one of the office staff , the person isn't even on the reservation. Andooened my door and tried to walk into my room . Somehow my reservation was cancelled in the middle of the night

First night we stayed, I had seen two roaches crawling on the wall then when I reported it ,I was informed they just had the place spray on Monday ,then they did not want to accommodate me with nothing & didn’t even clean my room after that so I checked out & went to the Sheraton ,which was way more pleasant
This property is basically a short term apartment building. They are very pet friendly, I saw many dogs during my stay. They also have a very large area to walk the dog. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed by the health department for my entire 2 week stay...
DO NOT STAY HERE
I booked this room before midnight Sep. 11,2021. Because I was not checked in by midnight they listed me as a no show and wanted me to pay but yet another room. I called hotels.com, two people from this company made several attempts to contact my hotel without success. By this time I had been on hold for nearly 30 mins. I had to pay for another room out of my pocket
The room had a bad smell of cigarettes.The bathroom was dirty and so were the towels. Upon arrival my reservation couldn't be found therefore, I had to get a new reservation. Now I have to make sure I wasn't double charged. What a complete hassle. Not to mention the several uninvited guest! excuse me I meant Pest seen in various locations of the room. Which caused me not to sleep all night. I was better off sleeping at the airport.
Room was roach INFESTED. They were crawling out of the dishwasher. We left the same day we checked in. 3 weeks later and I am still getting the run around for my refund.

Property was noisy due to construction. The bathroom sink faucet was broken (spraying water everywhere, instead of a steady stream). Also, the A/C unit’s automatic function was broken, and the air blew constantly, unless I turned it off.
