Large comfortable room

Room was large and clean. It had a small kitchenette with microwave. A few minutes drive to city centre and other attractions. Ideal stay for a few days. Some traffic noise during the day but seemed quiet at night.

Room was very spacious and the bathtub was great

It was a well-located property, and the GPS instructions are beneficial due to one-way streets. It was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Milk was left for tea, as well.

Clean place

Place is clean,and well located Mattress maybe needs to be changed but room is spacious

Needs some attention

My room smelled. When I arrived all the windows were open but that didn’t help. The carpets look dingy not sure if they just need to be cleaned or replaced. The bathroom was fairly clean, but there was some stained grout in shower.

Air conditioning would be a benefit

Good place to meet the bus for our event. The room was huge. Could use updating.

No aircon and we there at a really hot time. And having doors open allowed the Rotorua smell to infiltrate the unit all night

While very clean the property feels unloved, and not set up well for comfort. No air conditioning, and no outdoor space/furniture which was a struggle in a corner room with little natural light. To be fair, this level of upkeep seems common to Rotorua motels at present - a tough business it seems.

Nice, clean and roomy room.

We left our initial property as it was absolutely filthy and run down. We checked into the Executive on Fenton and were so glad we did. Warm, welcoming reception. The room was clean, tidy and warm. Spa tub was bliss. Comfortable bed, toiletries topped up etc. Will definitely stay again!

If you’re are not used to the smell of the geothermal pools then this will definitely affect your stay. The smell of the area is definitely strong

The rooms are large. Heating could be better and the stove did not work.

Poor internet

This is a no-frill hotel. It is clean and efficient but is not an "executive" hotel by any standards. The internet is very poor, you can't connect at peak time (evenings).

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Awesome recommendation for the dining option and spa. The room was clean and spacious. Just that the jacuzzi functions were somewhat rusty.

Good location

Nice comfortable room, easy access to everywhere in the city. The room had everything we needed. Nice and tidy, housekeeping were pretty good. Only gripe would be the average wifi speeds.

Big but basic room

We spent one night on Christmas Day. It was hot and the room is hot also as no A/C in it. The room is big but everything is basic. Price is reasonable.

Comfortable Homely feel

I had booked 2 rooms one for my grandparents and one for me and my partner. They were kind enough to give us both the ground floor room at request. The room had a comfortable feel with a comfortable bed with everything we needed. The only negative is the bathroom floor was quite slippery after showering. Would it be possible to add a non slip mat? Other than that i really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again.

Property was adequate but not exceptional.

Nice comfortable bed. Needs air conditioning, room was far too hot and no air flow. Nice dark room which was nice. Internet was great.

Clean and tidy enough but the constant noise of some sort of mechanical/electrical pump intermitently through the day and night was a real niusance. For that reason alone I wouldn't stay there again.

Great stay!

Loved our stay here. Was lovely, clean and service was great. Had a little trouble with access to Netflix in the morning but overall everything was good. Will definitely be returning next time we need to stay in Rotorua

Comfortable stay. Easy parking. But wasn’t able to use the spa tub because it can only be used up to 10pm.

This is a great place for a business trip.good facilities, big spa bath great in winter. very comfy very large bed and god hearing. Would definitely recommend it.

We stayed there only one night. It’s said No signal. Tv was not working but we could watching YouTube. That’s ok.

The spa doesn't have enough privacy. The bed is to soft. Got up with a knot in my back.

Great value down Fenton

Excellent motel on Fenton Street. Staff were great to deal with. Asked for a quiet room and they found the perfect one for me. Would recommend

Accommodation was fine, but could have been a bit cleaner, but major problem was parking, there isnt enough parking spaces for number of units. We ended up parking is disability parking & leaving a message after hours to tell them not to tow us

Excellent location and the king sized bed was a treat! Property was good bit on the older side but everything was clean and tidy and well presented.

The spa courtyard area wasn’t private. People walking up or down the steps could see right into the courtyard spa pool. I also felt that people staying above the room would be able to see through the shadings.

Our room was clean and pleasant to stay. The bed was comfortable and the spa is amazing. Owner is nice and has accomodate us very well

Bathroom

The only comment I wish to make is the bathroom looked very tired. The towel rail was about to fall off. You could see that someone had tried to fix it.

Needs a couple of screws tightened and light fittings cleaned a bit more (Rotorua tarnish), but still great value, thanks.

A tidy and quiet studio room on a busy main street. Kitchenette with no stovetop and with basic utensils. Thermal radiator heater that was uncomfortably warm overnight and could not be switched off. However, priced okay in a competitive market.

Perfect location - close to town and easy access to activities like luge. Very clean and modern. A large comfortable beds is a bonus.

Stay was great and pleasant overall. Only distraction was the unit I was in was roadside and traffic noise was an issue.

Central in Rotorua

Location was great and the unit was spacious. However the level of cleanliness was disappointing.

The unit was so lovely & clean. Very roomy with everything you need. Gorgeous toiletries, tea & coffee etc. We will be back to stay again. Thank you.

Room was in back corner so was very dark and gloomy. Room wasn’t serviced so had to go to office to request milk. Bed comfortable and room tidy

Such a lovely room! Clean, modern, quiet and in a great location. Easily the best place we have stayed in Rotorua and we have visited many other spots. Great hosts also. Highly reccomend :)

Enjoyed our 4-night stay in our spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, immaculate studio apartment. The owners were warm and welcoming as well as helpful and professional. They were kind enough to give us a lift to the bus station when we left. Great location next to excellent restaurant Urbano. Thanks!

Very Satisfied

This motel is in a very good location with good parking. We had a two nights stay and were quite happy with the service. Our bed for the first night was not comfortable, but when we mentioned this we were immediately given another room with an excellent bed, for which we were extremely grateful. Our thanks to the manager for such a positive attitude.

All of the staff members were excellent no complaints

Didn't enjoy stay due to 30+ Celcius & no air conditioning, also the height of the sofa you might as well sit on the floor. These 2 factors are why we were disappointed with this accommodation. Room size great, bathroom & kitchenette were good too.

Great motel loved the spa nothing was too much trouble and given discounts on some activities within the town

I have been coming to this property for a while - use it to stay for the Auckland anniversary weekend and go from here to the Summer Concert in Taupo.

Good, simple and clean accommodation

Clean, good hotel at good price - much better than a lot of basic motels I've tried in Rotorua

will def stay here again. beds were comfortable. the spa bath was great and it was close to everything.
