Triple room was just a small double with an extra bed

Very helpful staff. The hotel however should not be advertising facilities such as the roof top restaurant if it is in fact closed. The bar in the lobby area also looked closed.

OK - but definitely not 4 Star

We chose this hotel because the hotels.com website tells us that it has a restaurant, a bar and parking available. Of the three only the parking was provided at a cost. The bar and restaurant are closed permanently. Our room was quiet thanks to the double-double glazed windows and the beds were comfortable however the air-conditioning system was hopelessly inadequate and our room was stifling. I’d hate to stay in the summer months!! The other thing that I will never understand with so many hotels we’ve stayed in. They know they are catering for a couple - so why is there only one chair??? The location is very good. There is enough space in front of the property to load and unload your car which is a great thing. You can walk to the historical part of the city in 2 minutes. But the rooms are old, the beds eere on wheels and kept rolling away leaving a gap between. In general beds are unconfortable. The rooms are small as well, iys hard to move around. But the a/c works well. Overall not a good deal for the price.

Excellent location just a 3 minute walk into the Old City. Very quiet. Anything right in the Old City would be noisy. Attached garage is very convenient. Nice lobby, elevator and extensive breakfast buffet. Friendly and informative staff. We picked the least expensive room which was large enough but a bit awkward and dated. Overall very good choice.

Loved the large room and bathroom. Air con worked well. Underground car park worth the 14 euros. Bar facilies were closed for some reason.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, nice big bed and lovely pillows. There was a bathtub with shower and a minibar fridge. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffer had a grwat choice of hot and cold food. Easy metered parking on street nearby and a short walk to enyoy the old town and plaza mayor.

Caceres old town

Perfect location to stay and visit the old town. This was just right for us. A place to sleep but did not use the facilities. Rooftop restaurant overlooks the old town. Loved the main square, Playa Major, plenty of places to eat, great rose wine and lots to watch.

Good location at a reasonable price

Caceres is an amazing piece of the past to be able to visit in the 21 st century. The people are warm and friendly, the food wonderful, and we felt completely immersed in the 16 th century.

Very poor lighting

Nice hotel, close to everything but the lighting was terrible. There also were no real outlets to use for recharging devices. The lighting in the halls is motion activated so it is kind of scary to open your door to a completely dark hall. The room light were so dim that it was impossible to read. The

Best choice to stay in Caceres

We always choose Agora Hotel when visiting Caceres. Not only the hotel room is very comfortable, breakfast is outsanding and location just 2 min from the Old Town. And above all that, the staff is just amazing. They really do their best for you to enjoy your stay.

Comfortable, well located hotel close to old town.

Hearty breakfast and staff friendly and helpful. Very close to main attractions but not noisy. Convenient for shopping, bars and restaurants around the Plaza Major.

Great Location

Our first night in Spain was spent at this hotel and it was a welcoming place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and things to see. Even with my intermediate Spanish, they helped me learn new words and took the time to let me fumble through incorrect diction. A definite recommendation to anyone staying in this area of Spain

Ok basic simple hotel

Good for one or two nights. Very clean, big room, well located. No luxury or chic design, but the beauty is in the town itself, not in staying in your room.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL, ITS EXTREMELY CONVENIENT FOR THE OLD PART OF TOWN AND RESTAURANTS .CAR PARKING IS EXTRA, AND IS ACCESSED BY A LIFT ,DIRECTLY BELOW THE HOTEL. ITS VERY GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND IT

Insoporte calor en la habitación en NOVIEMBRE!

En general todo bastante mal

En general todo bastante mal. Solo tienen 15 plazas de parking y nunca vas tener sitio. La cafetería estaba permanentemente cerrada (ni para tomar cafe). La neverita de la habitación no funcionaba. El aire “acondicionado” no enfriaba. Nos dieron una habitación que daba a un triste patio de luces de máquinas que por la noche hacía bastante ruido. Publicidad engañosa, ya que la habitacion no se asemejaba a las que ves en la web. Y para rematar la cama de 1’35, cuando en un hotel que se considera de 4* por lo menos tendría que tener camas de 1’5 minimo. Siento mucho todas las criticas pero por 100€ la noche no vale la pena. Nos defraudó muchisimo. Recomiendo que se haga una mejora, porque el hotel en sí (lo bueno) tiene una buena ubicación.

Het hotel is prima. Dicht bij het oude centrum. Het was lastig dat de straat was afgesloten wegens werkzaamheden waardoor het hotel moeilojk bereikbaar was.

Nuestro viaje a Caceres

Tuvimos una estancia excelente en este agradable hotel. Muchísimas gracias a Guadalupe y Nazaret por toda su ayuda y su gran amabilidad. Gracias a ellas pudimos ir a Merida pues hicieron todo lo posible por coordinarnos nuestro viaje a Merida (nos ayudaron con toda la información de los autobuses, horarios y todo tipo de información para poder ir a Merida) y le estamos muy pero que muy agradecidos por ello. Además, nos dieron muchísima información sobre Caceres, restaurantes y muchísima información muy valiosa. Realmente ellas hicieron la diferencia por ser tan atentas, amables y de tanta ayuda. De verdad que ambas son un gran ejemplo para la empresa. Muchísimas gracias por todo chicas, Un cordial saludo y nuestras felicitaciones por ser tan especiales. Pablo Quintero y Wilfrido Padron.

Estadia muito cômoda pelo estacionamento no local e perto das atrações principais. Quarto um pouco pequeno.

Un hotel en el centro de Cáceres, ubicación excelente, trato del personal muy amables.

全体的に非常に満足した。特に朝食の果物類、ケーキなどは種類も多く、非常においしかった。部屋の空調がすでに冬モードになっていて冷房が効かなかったのは、非常に残念だった。少し熱く感じたのは私だけではなく、いくつかの部屋の窓も開いており、同様の不具合を感じた方もいたのだろうと思われた。

IMPRESENTABLE

No reservéis nunca una habitación individual. Casi no cabéis y la cama es la mínima expresión. El desayuno es peor que el de una pensión de tercera. Tiene pocos servicios. En el bar tienen que llamar de recepción para que te atienda un camarero. En fín un horror.

Bien situado, un hotel tranquilo, agradable y con buenos desayunos. Buena relación calidad/precio. Para repetir.

Excelente situación

El hotel tiene una situación excelente, en el centro de Cáceres, para visitar la zona monumental de la ciudad. Está cerquísima de la Plaza Mayor, por lo que las terrazas, bares y restaurantes están muy próximos. El hotel tiene parking, pero si está completo, existe un parking público muy próximo. El acceso desde la entrada de la ciudad es muy fácil. La habitación es aceptable, la cama cómoda y la atención suficiente. No hemos utilizado el servicio de desayuno.

La estancia ha sido agradable y no solo por el hotel se sí, sino también por la situación, ya que se encuentra a cinco minutos del centro histórico.

Quiet hotel

Comfortable hotel, well situated near the centre.In general all the hotel was well cleaned, as was the room. Pleasant staff. Furniture in good condition. What I didn´t like was the noise of the traffic during the day.

Muy recomendable en calidad-precio

Estuvimos de paso, sólo pasando la noche. No probamos el desayuno. La habitación era muy cómoda, limpia y con unas camas muy cómodas. Lo único que mejoría es el garaje, muy pequeño y antiguo.

Muy baja relación calidad precio para un cuatro estrellas. Excelente ubicación, que es lo que realmente pagas.
