Loved the hotel

It was excellent

Very nice rooms but the entrance is not very good on ground floor , elevator wasn’t working due to storm the previous night, breakfast was good and staff was very nice helpful, convenient walking to dining shopping sites etc

Our host, Anila, was so lovely and gave us a very warm welcome and looked after us with such thought and care. Her breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it sitting on the terrace.

I can’t say enough great things about this place and staff. It’s modern, super clean, in great condition, offers great breakfast, has a nice terrace for dining and best of all amazingly nice staff; Alina. From the moment, we met her she has been incredibly nice helping me with my heavy bag, offering us breakfast since we would be leaving too early to have some the next morning, arranging for our transportation to the airport at a reasonable price and updating us on the status of the elevator. Room is indeed luxurious and comfortable and at a great location. I would recommend this place to anyone

An amazing property and location with a ton of amenities. This might be outside at Taormina, but it a quick and convenient ride to downtown either by the owners, Karen and Diego, or the local Taormina Taxi service. Highly recommend staying here and looking forward to coming back and staying at the villa again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and the rain shower head was fantastic. Breakfast was a feast. I would happily stay here anytime again.

Located in the heart of Catania's centro, has convenient access to tons of restaurants, shops, cafes, and more. Alina was a wonderful host, providing a great breakfast and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. When we unexpectedly decided to extend our stay, she also helped us find a new hotel for the extra days. Would definitely stay here again. Wonderful!

Alina was wonderful during the check in and was very helpful highlighting the good spots around the area. The room was very big and all the amenities were top notch. I would for sure stay here again and recommend this place.

Alina was the manager/host and amazing as were her staff. Always friendly smiling and helpful. Place was perfect. Safe, spotless and great location. From the airport you can take the Alibus for 4 euros pp and it stops right across the street. It only takes -5 min or so. I highly recommend this hotel. Also good breakfast with as many cappuccinos that you can drink made fresh and weather was great so we had breakfast on the terrace. At night not a sound was heard!

Overnight Stay

Perfect location for wandering the Corso & there are so many restaurants to choose from.

The host was quick in responding and let us leave our bags. The room was also ready early for us which was a big bonus so we could freshen up. There was plenty at breakfast with freshly cooked croissants and just like the pictures with very good Coffee. The room was very clean and spacious.

Loved the property and the staff. A REAL PAIN to find, haul bags, park, and check-in. BAD location for that, but good location for being in "heart of night dining and activity." Mixed bag for sure

Nice place, great location. Our room wasn't that good - it's window goes out to balcony for breakfast and social gatherings, so we had to keep curtains closed all the time, but it was OK as we stayed only 1 night. Overall, facility is modern and clean. Alina is a great caretaker - very professional and details-oriented.

Staff were lovely - nothing was a problem.

This is a lovely bed and breakfast with an exceptionally helpful and accommodating staff. Alina is the BEST. We had some trouble finding it because the road was blocked the day we came, and she came out to meet us! The parking is a bit of a walk and up/down a hill, so be careful with that if you have a lot of luggage and are driving. The location is spectacular - right in the middle of town and the shopping district. It is just a few blocks to the cute little train that tours the city. So many great eating options nearby. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are a little small, but very nicely maintained and have updated bathrooms. We can highly recommend Etnea Style Luxury Rooms.

Lena was fantastic, from her welcome and showing us the amenities, to her excellent breakfast presentation and service, and finally to our sad goodbye. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean, I would stay here again in a minute, it had a lovely terrace and a small elevator to take us and our luggage up an down (much appreciated). All of these things made our short stay at this hotel a fantastic and memorable one.

Would not stay again

The hotel itself is decent because it is fairly updated and clean. However, the air conditioner in our room did not work and it was 90 degrees F / 32 degrees C outside. I could not sleep at all at night because it was so uncomfortable. Our room was on the top floor above the kitchen and breakfast dining area and we could hear breakfast being prepared and people talking by 6:30 / 7:00 am. We booked for two nights but could only stay for one since it was not a situation I could fall asleep in. I am pregnant and did not feel it was best to stay in a hot and loud environment. However, the hotel would not accommodate a refund for the second evening despite how hot and loud it was.

Great place in the heart of Catania. Slight problems with the A/C wasn’t working well and fridge was warm.

In the heart of the action and historical sites!

Can't say enough great things about this hotel!! Our room was spectacular and spacious, with an amazing view (we even saw Etna erupt from our balcony!). The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. The breakfast was also delicious, and Alina was the highlight of our trip!! She is beyond helpful, friendly, and kind (all the staff were top notch)!! Checkin was easy, and we were able to store our luggage when we checked out. Highly recommend this hotel - you won't regret it!!

Great room and great location.

Luxury in Catania

Etnea Luxury surpassed my expectations! Alissa was beyond attentive to ensure we had everything we needed and more for our stay. The rooms are centrally located in Catania and beyond gorgeous.

Elevator us a bit cumbersome. Getting an after hours is a bit cumbersome also as you have to call them to help you get in.

Central, comfortable stay with a personal touch

I had a comfortable stay in this hotel which is centrally located on Via Etnea, the mostly pedestrian main street. The entrance area to the overall building is dingy and is in desperate need of renovation, since it contrasts badly with the rooms which are newly renovated. It is quiet at night and the shower pressure is great! I enjoyed the breakfast which is fresh and healthy and very generous with both sweet and savoury offerings as well as fresh fruit and squeezed orange juice. Most of all, the staff are very warm and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble - their personal touch makes the place special.

Property was clean. Enjoyed breakfast every morning. Alaina was a wonderful host.

We chose this for 1 night to catch a flight. The property was a little tricky to find. Our room was no. 7 which was up a narrow flight of stairs with our luggage 😫. The room was clean, and nice and large. Bed was comfy. They should offer free water, they have a for sale mini bar with like warm drinks. Staff was very nice we didn’t seem them again since we have to leave at 6am.

Simone was the perfect hostess and friendly. Speaks good English. Breakfast is great - she squeezed fresh orange juice for us and there was a huge variety of foods. Convenient location. Highly recommend!

Alina gave us a very warm welcome and good information about local restaurants and tourist attractions. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and we had a very good breakfast sitting on the outside terrace.

We had a wonderful greeting from Alina when we arrived too early for check in, who kept our luggage safe, made us a delicious cappuccino and said they would give us a key to come and go the following day as we had a late flight home. Check out was at 10am and after a lovely breakfast and equally lovely service from Simona, we went out for the day, popping back now and then to use the bathroom and relax on the pretty little terrace. We were not rushed to leave and Simona offered us fruit to take with us to the airport. The bus to the airport is directly opposite the hotel, which runs every 20 minutes. It couldn’t be easier. We would definitely recommend Etnea Style Luxury Rooms.

Communication with Alina before arrival was excellent and she was there to greet us with a big smile at the appointed time. Ensure you arrive at 260 and not 290 Etnea Suite Rooms. Entrance is next to a restaurant. There is a small lift. Check in was smooth and within minutes we were in our room No 7. It was huge and incredible value for money. It was spotlessly clean. We had a bit of an issue with noisy plumbing from the sink but it didn’t spoil our stay. Rooms could do with having a box of tissues in them. The bed was extremely comfortable and although the overhead shower lacked power the hand shower was great. Breakfast served either by cheerful Alina or Simone was very good. Freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee and a nice selection of produce was a great way to start the day. The B&B is in a good location and easy straight walk down to the cathedral and fish market. Opposite is a very nice garden to relax in whilst eating the best Arancini from Savari which can be found opposite. There is a good selection of restaurants round the corner in buzzy Santa Filomena. In summary I would highly recommend Etnea Style rooms.

Style and luxury

The room was amazing, in the main street of the city, very easy to sightsee from. staff and breakfast excellent too.

Room was very clean. Staff was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. It was in a nice and safe area of Catania.

Touring Sicily

We spent two nights during our tour of Sicily. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the major sites and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful - all renovated. The breakfast was great. And best of all, Alina was so helpful and great to work with. We would definitely recommend this location.

Excellent stay (family of 4)

We had a great time! the hotel was lovely and it was quiet too - high ceilings and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic!

Excellent stay at the Etnea Style Catania Luxury rooms. Room was spotless, very well appointed and quiet. Alina was always on hand to assist with any questions. Great location for exploring Catania and accessing public transport. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Catania in the future.
