good sized rooms. washer in the room (drying is done in the bathroom: hang to dry with heater). no staff to help with luggage transport. and there was only one elevator which cleaning staff uses so be prepared to see long lines when staff is cleaning rooms.

The hotel is very clean and even has washing machine and cooking utensils. The night before we left, we bought the food ingredients from supermarket and cooked. The beef was super delicious!

Well situated location, like 5 mins away from a train station. About 30 mins away from Universal Studios. Was initially annoyed at getting long email instructions about the check in process, but it was fairly straightforward. Just note down the number to get in through the front glass door and then have the other check in code ready to go. You can only check in after 3 pm and if you're earlier you can just lock your bags up on the shelves on the front counter.

We had the deluxe triple room for our family of 5. Location was good being a couple of blocks from the nearest train station and a 7-11 down the block. It was great having in suite laundry since we were traveling in the hot, humid summer. Note that the toilet room is a bit tight though especially for guests who may be tall. Also the unit opens up out to the outside, not a hallway which wasn’t a problem for us but just a call out. Nice added touch to have a welcome snack box waiting in our room upon arrival and hand fans in the lobby for guests which came in handy for us! Overall good value for what we paid for!

Everything was good but need another mirror else where too. Having a washer was great as need to wash laundry daily.

Overall very clean and close to metro. Accessible to two supermarkets.

Eslead Osaka

It was great to stay! They have luggage storage, a bonus! Easy transportation and close by. I don't mind staying here again when I come to visit!

We have family of 5, We slept comfortably, room is clean, with laundry and dryer, which is very important for us. Hotel is located in very convenient location, few mins walk to two subway stations. Seven Eleven is right by the corner. This hotel has made our Japan trip very pleasant, highly recommend to family travelers.

One of my favorite stays in Japan to date! I loved the location - about a 5 minute walk from two different metro lines, 7 minute walk to two great big grocery stores, tons of restaurants nearby and half an hour walk to the downtown Dotonbori area where all the action happens. Front desk staff were amazing and the beds were super comfy. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need - from toothbrushes, pyjamas, hairbrushes, laundry detergent - they have you covered.

Great spot to be in to experience Osaka without the hustle and bustle of Dotombori or Namba, while being close enough to go to both. 7-11 right around the corners are for a quick and easy food spot. Daikokucho station a few minutes walk away. We had a 4 bed room and it was comfortable for all of us. There is no staff on hand 24/7, but when we needed them, they were there and communication was good as well.

Lots of space for family of 4. Within walking distance of Life grocery shop. 3 minutes from the metro. Washer doesn’t dry. Need to use the drawer in the bathroom, which works but takes a long time.

Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and quite spacious for 3 people. The shower is quite large as well and all the controls for temperature were fun to try out

Pro: 5 minutes walk to subway station, 7-11 and Lawson nearby, quiet neighborhood, standard toiletries all provided including laundry detergent, decent kitchen supplies, spacious room, balcony, Con: small area where bathroom sink is to put down toiletries, esp for a family of 4. No hook in bathroom to hang up towels or bathrobe. Instructions as to how to operate the hot water system and washer would be helpful. Construction nearby so kind of noisy in the morning.

Overall a convenient experience

The hotel room is more like a studio apartment which I prefer over the typical hotel room. Positives: 1. Very clean and spacious for a single occupant 2. Comes with a washing machine and a bathtub where there is a hanger to dry your clothes. There is also an in-built dryer 3. Great location and near a metro station Negative(s): 1. You can hear the occupants on the floor above when they walk. This is pretty distracting when you are trying to sleep. Just a tip: 1. Make sure you turn the hot water boiler console which is near the kitchen so you can have hot water for shower/bathing.

Hotel is located 3-5min walk from Daikokucho stn, wh is 1stop away from main shopping area Namba stn. Can also walk to JR Imamiya stn on the JR osaka loop line to take to USJ via Nishikujo st. Big, spacious room with comfortable beds, washer.

I really like the fact that the washing machine was available in our room. I was able to pack lightly and wash my clothes when needed. Staff was wonderful. The area was nice and quiet. Excellent place to stay in Osaka!

離地鐵站算進，晚上算蠻安靜，房間算蠻大間，飯店門口就有腳踏車可以租借很方便，推薦到大阪的各位。

I like this accomadation because off the good quality/price . Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. They can work on closet space because there isn’t any!! On arival no water in the room. You have to pick every day your water up from the front desk! No a big deal but if I may complain 😜 3 minutes from Subway and bustop nearby. Breakfast we didn’t do because the time till 9:30 We are on a holiday and don’t want to set a alarm instead I book a longer period , so we can see everything! Kyoto is so beautiful!
