It was clean and newly renovated. Good size room and very well located in the village. The mattress was uncomfortable and the breakfast was not good.

The hotel is very nice. Our room was great. Few things to mention: the parking doesn't included in hotel price, you have to pay separately. To get to the gondola, need to walk to cabriolet.

Breakfast was poor, not much to choose from.

Ermitage du Lac was just amazing! Everything about this hotel is perfect. Their staff have fantastic customer service; they are so nice and helpful, they make you feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return next winter.

This property was very convenient for a weekend away. Close to restaurants, the shuttle to the Casino and had parking for a fee.

Great area located near the bottom of the pedestrian. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. The room was great with a nice gas fireplace. We had a room facing the lake and it was beautiful. I will definitely return on the spring to see the views.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Quiet but close to all the fun. Best of both worlds. The room was beautiful and we got an unexpected upgrade. Staff was lovely and friendly. Our room was a bit dusty in areas and the furniture had lots of scratches and a broken light switch. Needs a little TLC but not a big deal. I would absolutely stay again.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo suite was just perfect for 3 adults. Will definitely come back 🤗

Leaf Peeping in beautiful Mont Tremblant

Set at the base of beautiful Mont Tremblant, our hotel offered easy access to food, hiking trails, and activities. We enjoyed the on site parking most, as parking is scarce and hard to come by in town.

Bad weekend

First the tv didn’t have regular chanel they have a problem with their cable but didn’t offer nothing to make us happy was not anle to watch habs game. The radio didn’t work at all canot play music or conect and over it a maintenance guy enter in our room when i was going downstairs ton pickup coffee and even after 3 to mes my wife screem “ do not enter she barely cover her self on time she was completely traumatized by that so was supposed to be a lover weekend its end up very bad weekend 😞😡

The gym only has a bike and a treadmill. The rest was great and the fireplace in the room adds a nice touch to colder evenings!

Amazing and beautifully hotel

I was so lucky to find your hotel through hotel.com. The hotel was amazing, very convenient location, short walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Also hotel itself was beautiful, complimentary breakfast was awesome. While eating, looking outside the window, we saw deer walking around just in front of our table. Great experience. I definitely come back to this hotel.

Great location and lovely rooms

We got a nice upgrade to a larger apartment which was lovely. Had a gas fireplace, and full kitchen including a stove/oven, dishwasher etc. Dishes and glasses in the cupboard. Breakfast was just okay. Not much hot to eat but there was fruit and cold hard boiled eggs and ham and cheese, etc.

Had a wonderful stay at Ermitage du lac. Really nice, comfortable and clean room. Property surrounding the hotel was beautiful and we had a really nice view from our window. The year round hot tub was lovely as well! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our booking was upgraded to a condo suite complete with king bed room, kitchenette with dishwasher and fireplace in the great room! We came for the fall colours and they were on display all around us in vibrant hues of red, orange, yellow and green.

Perfect location in the upper village at Mont Tremblant, so easy walk to all stores, dining options and the gondola. Some excellent top quality restaurants within 5 min walk. Rooms was spacious and very clean, with well-stocked kitchenette.

Location was great

We had a very nice stay at the Ermitage. Tremblant village is right at the corner, with all the restaurants, fancy boutiques and the mountain. The only (small) disappointment was that the pool was already closed (mid September) while the weather was still warm and summer like. The beach was also closed. We do recommend this accomodation and will certainly return.

We really enjoyed our mini vacation there .. the room was clean , steady . And quiet .. but we were little heartbroken as the pool area was closed for the season .. in this hot weather we badly need that !

We really enjoyed our stay here! Room: The size of the room was generous with everything we needed! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean! It had a very cozy feel, and reminded me of an upscale cottage or ski chalet with the dark colours and fireplace! Breakfast-very nice with plenty of protein options, cereal, fruits, and breads. I didn’t see pancakes or waffle machines. Pool- it was small but most of the time we were there it had very few people so it was quaint. Lifeguard is on duty for the full day! Also, there was access to the beach across the lake for free with your key card. Staff- very friendly and helpful. Spoke English fluently and so it was an easy check-in and out! Parking- Everywhere around here seems to have parking fees which is unfortunate. They were relatively less or the same as other hotels we were looking at (located right by the pedestrian village). Location- I loved the hotel for the location. It was right on the outside of pedestrian village so it seemed quieter, and yet it was only a few minute walk to the lower end of the village. Your view was nature rather than the village. Overall, I would definitely stay again! I found it had great value for having great rooms, included breakfast, cheaper parking and for the location!

Very nice hotel but too expensive during the week-end! I compare with other hotel close by and they are much cheaper and very nice and clean.

The staff were all very pleasant and super helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The exercise room was small, but we didn’t use it so it wasn’t an issue. There was no changeroom for the pool area, but our room was close enough so also wasn’t an issue (there are two single washrooms instead). Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it to others.

Great location. The front reception area was under construction and there was nobody to welcome guests and little signage. Felt in welcoming. Once we found the “front desk” the staff were friendly and professional. There was a slow leak in the bathtub and sink in our bathroom.

Overall, pretty terrible experience. There was no bathroom door lock, and we got charged $565 for a TV that was broken before we got there. We reported it, but were charged for it. They charged us for it after we left and didn't inform us about the charge. After this experience, I will not be booking here again.

I loved the location of the property. It was a 3-4 min from to the cabriolet and casino shuttle stop. There was a ton of upgrades happening which did mean construction but I was there on a Monday and Tuesday and never heard them loudly. The room was insanely clean. I wish I could take the shower head home with me haha. The kitchen had everything from pots to all the utensils and basic kitchen equipment. The only negative I would say are that the pool and hot tub hours are horrible so we never got a chance to use them and that the $22 a day plus tax parking fee was never mentioned prior to booking.

We booked this hotel through Expedia specifically because it was listed having 2 tennis courts and we were in need for these courts to practice and warm up for an ITF tournament. Either Expedia or the Hotel did misleading advertising as when we arrived there were no tennis courts. Also Expedia did not informed us about$20 / night parking fee . I did not see it on the Hotel or Expedia Website either which is deceiving.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the village. Everything is clean and inviting. Check in was fast and efficient. Lots of amenities including a pool, hot tub and included breakfast. The units are well equipped with a balcony, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, untensils etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. We received a free upgrade to a one bedroom unit which was much appreciated. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. More breakfast seating is needed. The hotel is undergoing renovations but seems to be almost complete. It had no effect on our stay.. Underground parking is available for $22 tax per night. Thought the parking should be included. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed 3 nights here between a hiking day and spa day. Staff took care of any issues promptly.

Good, solid hotel in Mont Tremblant

Good hotel, loaction is a few mins walk to the main centre and easy reach to everywhere. Parking is either under the hotel or free parking at P1 is easily accessible. Hotel had some reno going on when we arrived but fair play to them, they gave a 20% discount without having to ask. Overall good hotel

It was ideal for our stay. They were under construction but it was fine.

Would have been nice to know when I reserved that some renovation was going on at the lobby. It’s kinda clean but the ceramic grout in the shower bath were discuting, supposed to be white but it turn pink at a lot of place and a little black a some spots… The breakfast hasn’t a lot of variety… so if you have some food restriction you definitely won’t be able to eat there. The fireplace in the room was the best part! Other way, I don’t think I would pay that much. Thanks to my credit who reduce the price I pay.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. They are doing. Major renovations and were good about providing solutions. There guy was closed, they offered to cover the cost of the village gym

The property was fully under construction. Anyone could access the hotel with no key. The front doors has exposed wiring. You have to walk through a garden to get to the hotel. Room service would only bring fresh towels and bedding if you called and requested it. Even then, they seemed surprised you’d even ask. Ice makers unplugged. They gave you a grocery bag of ice if you went to ask security. I’m very easy to please, but this was extremely overpriced and poorly serviced.

This place is beautiful and quiet! Staff was incredibly helpful - got us bikes to ride around the area.

The room could have been nicer. Our friends had fireplaces big space stove top etc, our room was minimal and old fashion.

We stayed at the hotel at the time when some of the pipes burst and there was a lot of clean up and renovation going on. The lobby was unusable as were the gym and some other facilities. No bathrooms in the common area. While we were notified that "the reception is not working and is temporarily in the hotel across" we were not told in advance what happened and thus did not have a choice to potentially choose another property. Having specifically requested a room on the ground floor we ended up being placed on the 4th floor.

Quiet time

We were extremely pleased with our week long stay at Ermitage du Lac! Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotels location was perfect for our needs...easy access to the Cabriolet and the entire Village while also being in quieter and less busy area comparative to many other hotels. We are already discussing plans to return next winter and can't wait.
