This is the only place to stay on Copenhagen. The apartment was so well stocked, really cozy, everything we needed. Comfy beds, lovely facilities, great location. Absolutely no notes and I will be staying here again.

Best stay in Copenhagen

Amazing stay, extremely convenient to main station - easy to get around from airport and to shopping streets with metro. Only “complain” is weak wifi but it didn’t bother us since we were mostly out. Place is extremely walkable, and helps that it is self contained. Definitely one of the best stays we have & will be back!

Well equipped room

We chose this apartment as it was really close to the metro. It was a cosy apartment with a kitchenette, and also came equipped with a dish washer and washing machine (with dryer function) — this was useful as a mid-trip break for us. However, as this was an apartment, there is no daily cleaning and we were expected to discard our own trash (bins provided in the apartment were small). The room is quite cold as the heating temperature is limited. Overall, a relatively homely stay, but would prefer a warmer room, a bigger sleeping area and more conveniently faced mirrors in the living area.

Excellent location near central station

Location was excellent and Tivoli Gardens was just a 5-min walk away. The apartment was cozy and functional for family stay.

This is our second time staying at the Erik Vökel apartments in Copenhagen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. The staff are excellent and the apartments clean, Modern and in an excellent central position only 5 mins walk from Central Station. Highly recommended 👍

Super experience at this Eice Vokel appartment/hotel, totally enhanced by the reception desk team, Mariela and Alina, who made everything easy, comfortable and fun; from contact prior to the trip, providing directions on how to get there, along with full tour guide directions around Copenhagen. Check in was easy, along with checkout.

Very compact - no privacy / soundproofing between room / bathroom!!! We had to play the television when anyone used the bathroom! Very limited tv channels - only 1 English language channel - BBC Nordic, with no news or childrens content - v disappointing

Cute little space for a family of four. Blackout shades are a nice bonus. Unfortunately, a bit noisy. Our unit had some windows cracked open, and since we didn’t realize that, we could hear every single sound from outside. In the morning, the upstairs tenants were hippo stomping around. Hard to know how quiet it would be if the windows were closed, but the noise coming through the ceiling was also frustrating. Overall a great location and a nice room, but we lost a lot of sleep to the noise.

We loved staying at the EV as usual (last time we were in Amsterdam). That said this property is much smaller and doesn’t have reception staff 24h. The common area was locked the entire time and it had very limited storage capacity for suitcases. Also, the area was very loud at night. Nevertheless, a great place when you travel with more than 5 people in Copenhagen.

Great for a family of 5.

Beautifully kept property on a boutique setting. A front desk person was available till the later afternoon and they also had a kiosk to check in. Room had beautiful views, modern amenities, a kitchen, washer/dryer with 2 bedrooms and a living room with one bathroom. You’re right in the middle of it all in Copenhagen, steps away from Central Station and walking distance to Tivoli Gardens. An absolute blast!

Stayed here for a week with our two toddlers! First time in Copenhagen and we loved the location - right next to Tivoli and the central transport station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room itself was spacious, clean and well appointed! Hope we get a chance to visit again and will certainly check out the brand in other cities if available!

Superior on site help. We were welcomed and helped immensely. Because of early morning flight arrival, we had about 6 hours before we could get into a room. However, our luggage was not only safely secured onsite but was taken to the room before we returned from Tivoli Garens in the afternoon. Highly recommend the property.

This property had everything we needed and one of the few with air conditioning. The receptionist Mariela was the best. She answered all our questions about the property and gave us useful local information. We would stay here again.

This is an excellent property for anyone looking for a stay in Copenhagen. The apartment is right next to Copenhagen central station, so it is very convenient to get anywhere from here. The apartment is clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. Mariela at the front desk was fantastic throughout our stay, and even helped organise shipping some items home that we left by mistake. I highly recommend staying at Eric Vökel for your trip to Copenhagen.

I would have rated this property 5 stars but the 1st room we were given was inadequate. The staff, however, resolved this quickly and I must compliment Mariela in particular for her great service and warm welcome.

Perfect

Fantastic. Very convenient to Copenhagen central station, and even closer than google maps made it seem, since the station has closer exits. Easy late check in. Easy to miss the unobtrusive entry, and figuring out the electricity switched on with a room key on little sleep with a very late arrival (just put your room key in the slot by the door) took more brain power than I could muster. But it was easy and comfortable and perfect for our short stay, and would have been comfortable for much longer, though perhaps small if you’re set on spending all day inside with a family. For sleeping and having breakfast it was perfect.

Great apartment and brilliant location. The only problem I had was that the tumble dryer didn’t dry clothes but I left them out and luckily they dried naturally.

The location is a plus, just few steps to the Metro train! Apartment is well equipped!

Wonderful Apartment

I loved my stay at this apartment. I was staying on my own and the ladies on reception could not do more to help and were super friendly. I enjoyed speaking to them and Mariela was great for giving loval info and adviice Apartment incredibly clean and really well equipped with everything you would need. It was nice and cosy in the room and comfy, although I would have rathered a bed I could get out at least one side, as I had to shuffle down the bed to the bottom to get out and shuffle back up to get in. It only bothered me though due to back problems. I liked having a sofa to sit on and the small dining table was handy for breakfast. The bathroom was fab with a great shower. I recomment Erik Vokel and location was perfect. I would love to stay again.

These apartments sit in a quiet street just a 5 minute walk away from Copenhagen Central Station. Before I arrived there I worried that being so close to the station would make it noisy But it is incredibly peaceful and private. My apartment overlooked a quiet courtyard and was cleverly appointed with everything I needed. It was all extremely clean and well maintained. The reception is manned between 9am to 5pm by friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Suffice it to say I had a wonderful few days exploring the city and relaxing in my cosy apartment in the evenings.

Great location close to Central Station and Metro. Mariela was most welcoming, so knowledgeable and helpful with everything.

The apartment was clean, very well supplied, easy registration. The proximity of the subway and the garden a real plus. However in #53 the three part screen was a real minus. Not being able to see outside from most of the space induced slight claustrophobia. The bed is placed (because of the screen) so that the only way to get into bed is to slide in from the foot of the bed or walk on the bed to reach the pillow. Why? For those with infirmities or older customers it is difficult to lie down.

Amazing Customer Service

Mariela at the front desk was fantastic! She set us up with some excellent restaurant recommendations and made us feel totally welcome. Apartments are well located, efficient and clean but not overly large.

Great amount of space and a wonderful contemporary environment.

We stayed at Eric Vökel for 7 nights and were very pleased. Nice to have the extra space for a longer stay, as well as the kitchen and washer/dryer. Clean, safe, comfortable and 1 block from the train station, 0.5 block from Metro, and 2 blocks from Tivoli. Lots of nearby bars and dining options as well.

In the kitchen, there was a bag contained a small washing liquid, a tea towel, a sponge ,a washing clothe. We were really happy to see them.(Some property we need to buy or take them) and plenty of pots and pans. We had a slight struggle to work out how to use the oven/microwave oven. So it would be nice to have an instruction manual or something. The room was really clean. The bed was right firmness and there were two single duvets! The water pressure in the shower was great. The hotel was one of the best apartment hotel we stayed. Highly recommended.

Look no further in your research. These apartments were lovely and located perfectly, right off the Central Station train and metro hub. We had limited time in Copenhagen and proximity to this station ensured we could zip around the city with ease. We had zero problems with noise, no safety concerns, and enjoyed the option of AC in July. Our receptionist Mariela was outstanding and took care of every possible need we had. Thank you, Mariela! Our only complaint is that the beds and pillows could use a little more padding. Overall a wonderful time!

We had a great stay at this place. The location is awesome! Train station is only 3 minutes walk, very convenient. It’s located in a very quiet residential area while everything is nearby. The place is very clean. The front desk is friendly and helpful. I strongly recommended it to everyone.

Great hotel, great location, superb amenities

This was an excellent place to stay for a multi-day visit to Copenhagen. Located very centrally, a couple of minutes from the train station and the city center, it is situated on a remarkably quiet street, with plenty of ethnic supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. The suites themselves were spacious, superclean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you might need for a few days or longer. The kitchen is very space-efficient with a washer/dryer, oven, and dishwasher all built-in. The service was also excellent, with speedy communication and friendly front desk staff. I would definitely come back here if I ever were to visit Copenhagen again.

Enclosed, Safe. They’ll email you the door code when you book and there is a kiosk to check yourself in after business hours that is very user friendly. Kind staff. Great kitchenette. Very clean. The bed was extremely hard though. Extremely close to the train station which was convenient, but dirty neighborhood. Lots of graffiti. Public urination. Broken bottles.

Clean, comfortable, & reasonably priced. Located within a few minutes of subway, trains, or buses and wakable to many main attractions.

Positive: clean; friendly staff; convenient location; bathroom was roomy and soap/shampoo not overly scented. Negative: email explaining how to put room key into slot by door in order to turn power on didn't arrive until several hours after I had checked in, so I had to phone for help before I could turn lights on. Location is next to what is currently a construction site, not too noisy but a big ugly. Desk is only staffed till 5pm so a delayed flight meant I had to check in via machine - worked fine but felt a bit impersonal. No ice machine (I had a foot injury and needed to ice it; had to walk a fair distance to the grocery store to get ice). Would stay again if in Copenhagen, especially if it was a long stay and I wanted a place with kitchenette.

Uncomfortable for a family of 4

The apartment is too small for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). The price is too high for this small and uncomfortable room. The most disappointing was that the property didn't inform us that we will be staying in a construction site during our vacation with a lot of noise starting from 7 am. If we would know it prior to our stay, we woukd definitely cancel and book elsewhere

Good location suitable for family. Next to Tivoli

We booked a 1 br apartment, and it was not nearly as nice as portrayed in the photos. It was dark, lacked furniture (no coffee or end tables), and the couch was musty with cushions that needed replacing. There was a family of four above us that kept us awake for two nights and a person next to us who had an emotional breakdown, screaming and banging on the walls. We checked out after two days, and the hotel did not refund the last two nights of our stay because they felt they didn’t get a chance to address the issues. We have traveled enough to know that places like this don’t change suddenly. It’s just not quite as advertised and felt more like hostel-like. If you’re looking for a place to get some rest and be able to relax a bit, this is not it.

Great space inside the room and out. All you need is in your room for food, snacks and laundry. The machine to get the keycard would not expel it but there was a second option with one phone call.

The hotel is new and clean and centrally located, walking distance to the shopping district, central trian station, most famous city sight seeing spots, including the round tower and Tivoli. We had a two bedroom studio for very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Property is in a great location, staff is minimal but friendly and accommodating, was able to schedule taxi service for us which was really appreciated. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed, great grocery store only four blocks away (Neto), would stay there again.

Det var et super flot værelse men den udtræksseng / gæsteseng var utrolig dårlig at sove i. Vi var to voksne og to børn.

Solidt lejlighedshotel

Ganske pænt lejlighedshotel. Ligger super centralt og lige ved siden af Hovedbanegård og metro. Man kan nemt og hurtigt komme rundt i hele København med metro/s-tog. Man kunne godt se at der selvfølgelig havde boet andre, men overordnet ser var det rigtig pænt og rent. Venligt og meget hjælpsomt personale. Vores 1-årlige gylpede på en af sengene, så sengetøj skulle skiftes, det blev gjort hurtigt og uden beregning. Kommer gerne igen.
