Very simple apartment accommodation in a fantastic location and with a very friendly and thoughtful staff. This is primarily for families looking to travel in Rhodes, with easy beach access in Faliraki and a short distance away from many great things to do and see.

This was our second stay at Epsilon Apartments, within a few years apart. The big change is what appears to be the separation from Ammadus, which is now a new hotel down the road. The impact - pool is far smaller and not as good as it was, no direct access to hotel bar/restaurant (you can visit the beach bar as a guest), and no breakfast on site (actually served at Esperides Hotel down the road). All of these changes are a bit downgrade from our past experience. With that said, there are still many pros - staff is super friendly, apartments are spacious and very pleasant, location is great. Recommended for families that are ok with finding their own breakfast spot outside (plenty of options), ok with beach or traveling (vs pool). As we are both of the forementioned, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

We arrived at the Epilson Hotel on the 06/06/2023 in the early hours of the morning. Upon arrival we took the keys and made our way to the room, as we entered the room it was filthy with hairs in the shower and all around the bathroom and overall the apartment was not in the condition you would expect a hotel room to be in. In the morning we went downstairs for breakfast to be told that we had to take a shuttle bus to another hotel for the food, this is when we also found out that the pictures on the advertisement for the hotel were false. This hotel is not on the beachfront and does not have a beach bar and loungers, those photos are of the hotel in front which the receptionist stated you could use if you paid for it. We then decided that we wanted to check out and move hotels, we contacted Expedia and spoke with the hotel who agreed that we could leave and would receive a refund. After we left the hotel and booked into another one we were then informed that the manager has since refused the refund and Expedia are absolutely useless hiding behind this as a reason to not send the money back. All in all if you are looking at booking this hotel be aware that the pictures are not the hotel you are booking and this is the hotel in front. We have never left a hotel in our lives and if it was just the cleanliness of the room we may have stayed, do not book with this hotel extremely disappointed and now out of pocket.

Great Apartment

Lovely location, about 20min stroll from main strip of shops and restaurants in Faliraki (so close enough, whilst not being right in the middle of things). Biggest issue was the traffic noise, it was like there is absolutely no sound-proofing whatsoever in the glass doors. Otherwise, 1-bed apartment was nice and spacious, with a couple of pots for use in the kitchens. There were free to use sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach (it is predominantly sand, with a few larger rocks, and a few pebbles to get into the water), and free beach towels. Also, there were lots of sanitiser stations around the buildings, and all seemed to be regularly refilled (I.e. we didn’t find any empty). All in all, very happy with the stay - but recommend taking earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The staff were always happy and ready to help especially the lovely lady who looked after our room. Breakfast food was fabulous.

Apartment was clean and spacious. A lovely sea view from balcony (only partially blocked by another hotel). Restaurant was really nice, right next to beach, a pure delight. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.

Very convenenient location, the beach is gorgeous. Walking distance to water sports. The pool area is also very nice / separate kids area. The appartments are very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I have to say that I was very happy with the Nespresso machine :) The ladies at the reception were great especially Tsempika who was very friendly and gave us good advice on day trips. Breakfast was nice and excellent bar and Taverna staff. The restaurant manager was very attentive and always came asnd asked if everything was ok. We enjoyed Greek night on Thusday. Definitley recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxed fun family holiday.

The property was ideally located near a beach. There was a supermarket attached and the property was right next to a shopping mall which was basically a street level row of shops, market stalls, cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property had a great kids pool with climbing apparatus. There was also a big water slide which was very enjoyable. The bathroom let the Property down. It was old, rusty and inconvenient as it had a bathtub with a shower head. The water was slow draining and the shower head made it very difficult to wash the kids especially. Breakfast was below par I am afraid. Not alot of options and it was too samey. The sand on the beach was gritty and pebbly. No fun for the kids.

This is a lovely hotel. Really nice service. It’s a bit underwhelming on arrival but The rooms are huge, dazzlingly clean and have everything you could need. All I could see from our balcony was Ocean front. Stunning. The beach bar/area is really perfect, stylish, managed well and you just don’t want to leave. The rooms are a little dated-but this was better than two of the five stars I stayed in while in Greece. Highly recommend.

Fine but not quite our type of resort

We enjoyed our stay of five nights. Our beach view studio was spacious with a well equipped kitchen, balcony overlooking pools and out to the sea and bathroom. We ate at one of the restaurants on site and used the pool and well equipped fitness centre. This is a large resort in a busy area of Faliraki, among other large resorts. The beach is coarse sand with pebbles so make sure you have footwear. Resort staff at checkin were very friendly however other staff are generally quite ambivalent about guests. The resort has some strange practices : ok, you pay one euro per day for beach towels and that’s done elsewhere however: why is there is no wash up equipment for dishes in the kitchen , coffee pods are not replaced; daily room cleaning is quite mediocre; the resort openly advertises that you pay to use pool and beach chairs; and, advertised parking is actually public parking. While we enjoyed Rhodes, having a car is a must as taxis are very expensive and Faliraki is large, very busy and almost like a tourist theme park- ok if you’re after that . Rodos town is really worth exploring as is Lindos and beautiful Agathe Beach. Many great restaurants up in Rodos .

We stayed here for a week in September. Pros - large apartment, clean, quite, good location (for those looking to be by Faliraki), great pool, access to beach, nice breakfast. Cons - condition of room and furniture, extra charge for baby-crib + beach towel + pool/beach beds (not chairs), value for money. Overall, this is a 3.5 star hotel that I would recommend in the right context. As long as expectations are set, this is a good place to stay.

Good hotel, on beach and with pools.

Had a self catering apartment on the top (7th) floor. Good sea view but there is another hotel partly blocking it. Balconies get sun in the morning (as SE-facing). Excellent room, good restaturant, excellent staff. Couple of other bars and restaurants within 200M, plus small shopping centre. 5 min drive (or ~9 Euro taxi) into Faliraki. Would def stay here again!

Lovely beach and great food.

I understand that a lot of the rooms have been recently decorated, mine wasn't, it was a bit dated but clean. Pool and beach were lovely and food was amazing.

Nice & clean hotel

Spent 10nights @ epsilon & hotel was spotless, breakfast variety excellent, hotel pools good but didn't spend a log of time there as always at beach which is walking distance & free sunbeds, overall if you want a quiet place to chill then this it.

Very nice hotel and close to the beach

We had a wonderful time in the hotel. Excellent surroundings, bar and restaurant. All overlooking to the beach. Very good staff and delicious food.

Amazing Stay

We came with some friends from 16 to 22 July. We checked in immediately without any hassle. The rooms were very clean and constantly being cleaned. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. If it is your first time in Rhodes island, Micheal will help you a lot about where to eat or where to go and have a good drink. There was a small problem in the wifi though, but hey, we are on vacation, there is no need to be 24/7 online.

Horrible staff, and so many hidden charges

You need to pay for pool towels, room safe etc etc you don't get shampoo, told to use the hand soap!! I travel a bit but this was as bad as it gets for 4 star. Not sure how it gets such good ratings. If you still go ahead and book ???? Ask for a view because the photos are probably from a few rooms

Superb.

Beautifil hotel. Great location,just far enough away from Foularaki! The Hotel/apartments have their own little shopping complex and the seaside restaurant is superb! Rhodes medieval city, Anthony Quinn Bay and Lindos are just a short bus ride away and a must visit! We had a self catering room but breakfast was included wich was sublime! We just wished breakie didn't close so early as 10am local there is 8am here! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the swimming pool was fantastic and right next to the beach. My husband and I really can't fault it in any way, and we are very hard to please!

Good hotel - great location, very relaxing

Really good holiday - lovely pool and beach location, great beach bar and breakfast in the restaurant is lovely. Rooms basic but very clean and good view to the sea.

Great hotel, close to the beech, great location.

First off this is a very well placed Hotel. It is far enough away from the clubs to get a good nights sleep and avoid any trouble, but close enough to walk in to the bars in about 10 – 15 mins. The rooms are very clean and have great facilities such as fridge, kitchenette, TV, bath, air conditioning etc. The hotel itself is situated above a shopping complex for touristy knick-knacks and useful supplies. Which was very useful for last minute shopping and day trip snacks. The staff were always very polite and helpful. The pool and bar areas were really good for both couples and families. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable every day.

Our forth visit to Epsilon Hotel Apartments. The staff is fantastic and that Antonia in the reception is a Scandinavian speaker is priceless! We got a warm welcome when arriving late at night and all our questions and requests were taken with genuine interest. The cleaning ladies also really did their job well and were always very friendly. The rooms with a sea view is a treat and the sea is just a short walk away.

Great value for the money. Excellent service and kind reception. Bus goes every 20 minutes both ways, easy to travel to other destinations. Amazing view from the top floor. A little long way to the breakfast area, 450 meters to walk. Quiet pool area, in september season.

It has a very beautiful view from inside the room to the sea and almost everything is available.

Fornøyd og kommer gjerne igjen. Noen små mangler.

Beliggenhet, nærhet til strand og busstop er kjempebra. God standard på rommene og vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Kjøkkenet på rommet manglet litt bestikk og redskap. Shuttle buss til nabohotellet der frokost serveres fungerte greit, men som oftest kom ikke bussen til oppsatte tider. Hadde ikke valgt inkl frokost igjen pga dette. Svak wifi og mobildekning dekning på rommet.

Familieferie på 4 - Epsilon leilighetshotell

Familieferie på 4. Gutt på 3 og ungdom på 16. Ikke særlig barnevennlig for sønnen vår på 3 år. Fikk rom i 5 etasje uten solforhold, kjedelig utsikt. Terrassen ble derfor ikke brukt slik vi håpet. Utsikt ned på taket på kjøpesenter. Skummelt å ha en aktiv 3 åring der. Badebasseng var for voksne. Heldigvis var stranden et steinkast i fra. Vi hadde frokost inkludert. Her måtte vi til et annet hotell for å spise. Noe som var litt tungvint (og burde vært opplyst om). Hotellet organiserte med buss bort. Vi hadde heller ikke lov å ta med mat derifra til rommet. Godt utvalg av mat, men veldig smakløst. Ellers var det et fint leilighetshotell, serviceinnstilt personal. Tommel opp for treningsrom. Supermarket i samme bygg. Lite utvalg og høye priser. Litt øde, veldig få spiseplasser. 20-25 min spasertur til Falirak by. Der likte vi oss. Godt utvalg av spiseplasser, spillehaller og aktiviteter for store og små.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneet isot ja siistit. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Suihkun paine hieman huono. Huone siivottiin päivittäin ja tuotiin uudet pyyhkeet. Uima-allas oli melko pieni, mutta ajoi asiansa. Allas-alue oli siisti ja löytyi myös kuntosali, pingispöytä jne. Sijainti kuitenkin ihan rannan tuntumassa. Lyhyt ja helppo kulku myös vesipuistoon ja Kalithea Springsiin. Hotellin yhteydessä pieni ruokakauppa, ravintola, autovuokraus ja Falirakin ostoskeskus. Hyvä pysäköintialue ja taksit hotellin edessä. Hotellin edestä meni myös suoraan bussit esim Rhodos ja Lindokseen. Menisin uudelleen koska vain.

Appartement

Selon notre opinion, cet appartement n'a pas un bon rapport qualité/prix. En effet, nous pensions avoir une vue mer, celle ci n'était que partielle car deux bâtiments devant. Ce même bâtiment est vieux et mal insonorisé. La 1ère nuit, nous avons dû appeler la surveillance car à 4h du matin, nous ne dormions pas à cause de la musique de l'appartement du dessus (nous avons eu une assiette de fruits frais pour dédommagement). Des va-et-vient permanents tous les matins des camions qui livrent le grand hôtel face mer devant l'Epsilon. La piscine est grande mais entourée de 4 murs derrière le gd hôtel. Les transats sont payants à la plage 8€ chaque comme la plupart des transats dans d'autres plages. Les appartements n'ont que des kitchenettes qui ne permettent pas de cuisiner. Les points positifs : appartement propre et suffisant pour 2. A la réception, le personnel est très aimable et arrangeant. Comme nous voulions partir, ils nous ont proposé plusieurs alternatives pour changer d'hôtel mais à chaque fois nous devions rajouter un certain montant par nuit, nous sommes donc restés dans cet établissement. Nous avons payé cette location trop chère. Pour le même prix à deux, vous pouviez être dans des hôtels en demi pension avec grande piscine face mer, des activités et la gratuité des transats et bien d'autres services.

Bel appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de faliraki et fonctionel avec sa partie cuisine piscine agréable personnels très avenants souriants et serviable Points négatifs le sèche cheveux mural et la télévision murale sont en veilleuse allumés la nuit ,pas de bouteille d eau à l arrivée pas de kit cuisine vaisselle produit de bain dove classique contrairenent a l espéros palace 4 étoiles aussi

Family stay

Härligt lägenhetshotell med stora familjerum, underbar utsikt mot havet & ett riktigt mysigt litet poolområde med lugn stämning. Långa avstånd till supermarkets & centrum.

Veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Store fine rom, med utsikt mot havet. Vi hadde familierom.

Det er efterhånden et lidt trist hotel, og så ligger det væk fra alting, det er ikke muligt at gå ud at spise uden at tage bus eller taxi.

Bra lägenhetshotell, nära till de bästa stränderna

Trevlig lägenhet med separat sovrum. Utsikt mot havet. Städning varje dag. Fantastisk strand med sköna solstolar (kostar 6euro/stol, men det kostar överallt) och trevlig personal både på strand och på hotell. En tjej i receptionen pratar svenska. De uppvaktade vår son som fyllde tolv under vistelsen :) Ca 5 min med bil till Oasis, Nikolas beach mm. Gångavstånd till restauranger längs stranden och ca 10 min med bil till Faliraki som har mängder av bra restauranger.

Osa netin kuvista antoi hieman liian hyvän vaikutuksen hotellista.

Unterkunft in guter Lage direkt am Meer. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Hammer-Aussicht! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Einzige Abzüge gibt es für die Ausstatrung der Küche, es war wirklich nur das allernötigste vorhanden und halbwegs normales Kochen war kaum möglich.

Grote ruime kamers met mooi zeezicht. Fijn zwembad en leuke ligstoelen bij het strand.

Отличное место для отдыха

Хорошие большие апартаменты, все чисто, убирают ежедневно. Отличный пляж, песчано-галечный, было немного неудобно заходить, но мы от этого не страдали. После входа начинаются камни, мы плавали с масками. В отеле есть таверна, в которой проходят завтраки (очень вкусные), а днём или вечером можно пообедать. Но рядом с отелем больше нет ресторанов, так что чтобы поужинать где-то в другом месте, придётся пройтись. Не понравилось, что в отеле пляжные полотенца дают в прокат ща 7 евро в неделю, мы останавливались на 4 ночи, переплачивать не хотелось. Также там платные большие лежаки, но есть и бесплатные обычные. Больше 4-х дней было бы скучно.
