Terrible Experience at St. Moscow Hotel Tax
My recent stay at St. Moscow Hotel Taxim was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I encountered the receptionist named Sarriya, I knew this was going to be a dreadful experience. Sarriya displayed unprofessional behavior by knocking forcefully on my door and then tapping on the room windows to inform me of a room change due to their mistake from the previous day. This lack of courtesy and privacy was extremely off-putting. To make matters worse, Sarriya denied me access to the breakfast that I had already paid for, leading to a humiliating situation in front of other guests. The hotel's customer service was abysmal, with no effort made to rectify the situation or make amends for their mistakes. The room itself was a disaster - infested with bed bugs, poorly insulated, and incredibly noisy, as every sound from the neighboring room could be heard clearly. Additionally, the hotel is located in a dangerous and impoverished neighborhood, adding to the overall feeling of discomfort and unease. Avoid this place at all costs.
Was okay
Was ok. It was not the actual building that we were staying. They gave us a room elsewhere, it was nearby But wasn't that great. Bathroom door wasn't closing properly. There was no hot water for 1 night of the 2 nights we were there. Breakfast was good.

Awful Experience - Stay Away!
I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I can't emphasize enough how terrible it was. To begin with, the place is infested with bed bugs. I woke up covered in bites and couldn't sleep properly for the rest of my stay. The receptionist, Sarriya, is extremely dodgy and speaks very poor English. His customer service is non-existent, and he has the nerve to ask for money every time you enter the hotel, claiming he needs help. This made me feel incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable. The room itself is a disaster. It's so small you can barely move around, and there's no lighting whatsoever. You'd think a basic amenity like an elevator would be present, but no, you'll have to lug your bags up the stairs. To make matters worse, there’s no hot water, no soap, and the entire place is in a dangerous neighborhood that even taxis avoid. If you value your safety and sanity, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
