3 yıldızlı bir otele göre personel ve hizmet kalitesi oldukça iyi. Bize verilen oda en köşede olması sebebiyle wi-fi çekmiyordu. Bir de odaya ilk girdiğimizde kara sinekler vardı cam pencere açıp biraz beklememiz gerekti. Kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yapmıştım kahvaltı da güzeldi çeşit çeşit yemekler mevcut.

The hotel & rooms were nice looking & spacious. Breakfast was really good. The lifts were very small. Door card didn't work due to the digitised lock being broken (all the staff already seemed to know this) so had to get let in every time by the bell boy (who was good at his job) with the master card. The TV remote wasn't working so tried to call reception but the phone wasn't working. Eventually the phone & remote were both replaced. Wondering why the room was even being used when there were plenty of others & it wasn't busy???? Would have been a good stay if the 3 problems werent an issue.

We booked this hotel as it included shuttle to the airport and breakfast. I emailed the hotel twice to ask about pick up from the airport but did not hear back - so we had to get our own transport. On the way back to the airport the shuttle service was not working so again we had to get our own transport. The breakfast was not good. Our hotel room was run down, there were chips in the tiles in the bathroom, the shower tray used to be white and was yellowed, the floor had some dirty marks that were not cleaned. It just felt run down and dirty. I was glad we only stayed one night.

Spent most of our time adjusting to time change. Restaurant food was good. Staff was friendly.

The highlights included a free airport shuttle, a varied breakfast, and a free hamam/sauna. The downsides were black hair that I found on the floor and the bedding, the pillowcase that smelt of perfume (no, it was not laundry softener!), and torn sheets on the bed.

The room and the hotel was quite clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room had a jakuzzi bath-tub. The open-buffet breakfast was also quite good. We were disappointed that spa for men and women were seperated. We couldn't enjoy the spa as family. We thought that there was an indoor pool but apparently there wasn't. The indoor pool photo displayed was apparently from a special room with pool... There was an outdoor pool but as it was cold noone could swim outside. There is a mall called Viaport about 10 minutes drive distance away, where you can shop, dine or go to the amusement park. The hotel is close to Sabiha Gökçen Istanbul airport and has free shuttle service. We had a relaxing one night family stay.

Just an overnight stay after landing at SAW airport. Free shuttle from airport was a definite bonus. Staff were friendly and restaurant was open late and the food was very good. Would stay there again if ever flew in to Tuzla.

Perfect stay close to SAW

Our stay at Emirtimes hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I was picked up by the hotel’s transfer service, everything was seamless. The transfer was punctual, comfortable, and made my arrival stress-free.

Initially gave us a smoking room, we had specified non smoking, front desk moved us to a beautiful even larger no smoking suite. Service staff was absolutely fantastic!

Hotel is located in industrial area. Downstairs cleaning very good but rooms were smelly, Centrally air conditioned but we thought that smell coming to our rooms due to faulty system. . Towels not clean . One towel had lipstick spot. Breakfast ordinary. Only good thing was airport shuttle with a very nice driver

Very Clean, Very good smelling and generally very good design. This hotel's price is very good considering the hotel is a full service 5 star hotel. Amazing Pool, Very good breakfast and amazing restaurant. Very well done to the owner and the staff for their good job. Only downside is the area but it has some nice cafes and a very good restaurant within walking distance.

Dark, stuffy room and no aircon in the night.

Ali from the restaurant was the real positive in what was very poor otherwise. It started with the receptionist who was utterly disinterested when we walked in, who gave us a room for two, although I booked for three and he had just scanned the three passports, who stated he would send an extra towel, but two hours later had not done so yet and who said we could have breakfast early before going to the airport which proved not the case. Other than that, we were in a room for smokers. It was a room with no hall light so it was dark. The worse thing was the airco, that was stopped between midnight and 05:30.

Good Hotel

Its a good Hotel with clean pool and saunas.. Stuff are so helpfull and smiling.. Rooms are ok, everymorning cleaning, breakfast was ok, only I couldnt use close pool in ladies part because another guests locked it for use private.. I ve tried to use jakuzi but it was in mans part only and Icouldnt use it ... Its disadvantage for ladies but open pool was great :) I can stay again eveything was perfect.. Thanks for all stuff..

Problem with air con and all electrics

Very rude evening reception by name (Onut) i call reception to ask for glass and ice ) he told you call reception. Even the restaurant just afe meter from him and restaurant staff was sitt by him in the lobby. I tried to call restaurant no one answered. I had come down by myself . I talk to him he was even not looking at me . staff staff

I tried contacting the hotel and shuttle number provided many times via phone and email. no response. I am not familiar with Istanbul and believed the hotel was nearby. A taxi would have cost more than my room rate. I opted to stay at the airport for a 530 AM check in.

I was disappointed. The linens were in poor condition. The sheets were pilling, one bed had a slight urine smell a one of the duvet covers had a good size hole in it. The breakfast buffet was very good. The desk staff were okay.

It was a last minute change to fly out of SAW airport. Needed a hotel close to airport.

Excellent hotel... One night as it was close to car rental area. When we showed up our room wasn't ready, they upgraded us to an extremely large very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options from hatf boiled eggs, fruit, meats and cheese, fries, pastries, juices etc.... Also ate dinner at the restaurant and was very happy with it, had a burger and chicken wrap and they were delicious, good portions.

The hotel overall was terrible. Check in and lobby staff attitude was pathetic and unwelcoming. The rooms bed had hair on which suggested it hadn't been washed. Duvet and pillow covers had multiple tears. Bathroom was extremely dirty including basin, taps and tiles. Toilet constantly got blocked. Indoor pool advertise is deceiving because it's for women only and there's no mention of that until you get there. Breakfast items are cold and they provide left overs the next day.

Great hotel for airport transfer.

Lovely room with super jacuzzi bath. Very helpful staff. We used the free transfer both from and to the hotel which was a nice addition. Do note it is for SAW airport.

The staffs are very helpful ( except the receptionist who was like a robot), they accommodated us as much as they could. Shuttle service dose not exist, all excuses are good to not provide the shuttle, so if you chose this hotel for shuttle reason, just forget it.

We stayed for 1 night only. the hotel is by the Sabiha airport. the stay was very pleasant, very friendly staff, very nice swimming pool, good breakfast.

Bathrooms were leaking and dirty . Airconditioner was not working - after bringing it to front desk knowledge multiple times , still was not fixed . Rooms had stale smoke smell . Instead of booking of 3 twin beds requested , we were given room with single bed and told That hotel is booked and no vacancy. Front desk gentleman was not helpful!!!

A nice clean hotel with good services

Comfortable stay with family with great staff who were very helpful. Will be booking again definitely as the location is great for local ViaPort amusement park great for kids Aldi you can reach Tuzla marina ViaPort which is close by also.

Never Stay Here! Ruined my Trip

Worst hotel experience ever and I stress ever. First hotel claimed to offer shuttle to and from the airport that is the first lie. Arrived and hotel smelt like sewage but later realized why. Room was a decent size, but not very clean and fridge did not work and made my food go bad but admittedly they remade the food I ordered so that was good. They finally came and replaced the fridge after multiple calls but they brought me a dirty smelly fridge as replacement so that was no bueno. Next issue for 3 nights of my stay for hours, no power/electricity in the entire hotel which also meant no hot water, internet or phone. Also elevator was not accessible as they had no power,I tried to message to ask what was happening as room lines were down but no response. When I finally got a hold of them they said itvwill soon be on. Then on one of the days, they had no water in the pipes, to my suprize went to shower to go out but could not. Again I called down and they said it will be back on soon, but what is soon. Breakfast was also included and though i messaged ahead of time to ask about options as I had dietary restrictions I got no reply. Breakfast options had no labels to explain what they were, also staff did not speak English as stated on profile. Only 2 persons spoke some English and they were not working all the time so I was stuck using translator which was fine, but often still a struggle to communicate. Hotel sheets were old and hard, and sewage smell was frm power being gone.

Even though I had a very bad experience at the hotel, let me start with what was good. The rooms were clean and some of the staffs (especially the ones in breakfast dining room) were very nice. What was bad? First of all, this hotel is in a semi-rural and industrial area with nothing around the place. It is very noisy at night with trucks passing and dogs barking. Taxi drivers told me that this is a very bad area. Moreover, the hotel had no air conditioning and the room was very hot. The staffs told me that the AC was broken and they will fix soon. It was never fixed during the 3 days I stayed there. I also experienced at least 5 blackouts during my stay. The other buildings in the town still had lights so i assume it is the hotel's issue. When the power goes out even the water loses pressure and you can really use the bathroom. I think the management should address the AC and electricity issue soon if they want to stay in business.

Good for the price

Nice Hotel, lots of luxurious finishing, Good breakfast and service, but the AC was not working even after changing the room , theAC was not good.

Booked three hotels on this trip and Tuzla was a bust. It is not an Istanbul (the big airport - Europe side) hotel. It is a Asia -side Serbia airport hotel :( The 87km taxi; regular yellow taxi (because the hotel's shuttle is a scam; even when you clarify which airport and they promise they will get you from or to; when it comes time to load, they play confused and you must grab a taxi) the taxi is 920TL (approx. $40) DO NOT get talked into a "driver" ride for $100 or $140 - everything in Turkey is a scam- trust no one... Our room was 27C and it had a fan/ac but if you set it, it reset every hour :( the room was warmer than the outside! Breakfast looked nice but had very little taste or options. NO coffee... only tea ( minus instant coffee) The hotel Looks elborate and stands out like a palace but is outdated (no charging for phones) and is in an industrial area... so dont plan to walk and shop or see anything. This hotel is not Istanbul.... it is Tulza(small industrial village) No Bueno- this booking was a fail.

Very nice hotel, looks like it was renovated recently. Liked the wide space in the room and the breakfast option. It was an additional bonus to have.

I loved this hotel, the only thing I would like to mention is that you should rent a car if you want to stay in Istanbul. because you should drive nearly around 45 minutes till reach to an attractive place in Istanbul

It is close to the airport. Free airport shuttle is nice but you have yo confirm. I was told it was not available the day I arrived at airport. Otherwise it is an excellent service. Pool was not working during my stay. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast does not have many options but otherwise was high quality. Check and check out was easy and fast. Closet did not have light inside or outside which made it unusable for us. No hangers in pathroom. Location of the towels in pathroom was right above the toilet, we had to close the toilet cover when flushing.

So dirty!!!

They changed my room 3 times, first due to the sound coming from the busy road in the front, 2nd room was smelling terrible cigarette smoke and the bed had black live bugs. It.was very late already and I was going to leave to hotel but the receptionist offered a suite, which was better but still the general cleanliness was not great. I had to stay as I was so tired and had a flight next day.

The staff is nice. However the hotel is located in a factory area. The smell in the area is really bad. The restaurant doesn’t sell alcohol. In my room the Ac didn’t work properly. I think they need to improve that.

superbly clean, amazing mattress, jacuzzi in the bathroom. 10 minutes from the airport by taxi which is about $5 trip. we got upgraded to a penthouse suite for no extra charge which was a very nice gesture because we didn't even ask for it. the bellboy was very helpful with some of the information on what's around the hotel.

Second stay at this hotel. Will come again. It’s close to SAW airport, Viaport Asia Outlet shopping mall, Viaport Marina and Aquarium.

Classy old gentleman of a hotel. Like something out of an Agatha Christie movie. Valets, revolving entrance door, multiple time zone clocks above elevators, shiny brass accents everywhere and incredible ceramic tiling in the dining room. The complimentary Turkish breakfast was truly sumptuous. This hotel deserves more attention to cleaning detail in the rooms, especially bathroom though.

Its a beautiful big hotel with spacious rooms. Nice restaurant with a wide selection of food. Lovely cooked and continental breakfast. They laid it out an hour earlier than due to my flight timem good location for the SG airport. Beautifully decorated. Lovely staff The room was just too warm to sleep comfortably but eventually got this sorted. I would stay again.

Cleaning

Hotel is clean, food is okay, rooms are good, generaly the hotel is very good. stuff in restaurant are great only receptionests all of them are not friendly, it seems they dislike forigners. they did not show me any respect although when they take or give my room card. when is checkout this morning the guy was impolite .
