Clean, friendly and attentive staff.

Stayed overnight 12/28/2024. Very clean room. Good breakfast buffet and made to order omelets. Good workout room and pool.

We booked a 1 bedroom suite for 6 adults. The pull out sofa bed was small full size with springs visibly poking up. Very uncomfortable for my son-in-law and daughter. Disappointed, not enough towels and blankets for a room of 6 adults.

The amenities and the room were surprising. Complimentary drinks and a snack at night, the breakfast far surpassed what I had expected. The room was much larger than expected and felt very livable and comfortable. I have no complaints with our accommodations or with the staff. I would gladly stay here again.

Rooms were great for work training- plenty of both private space and work-space. Breakfast was amazing and lots of places to sit and work outside of your room if you wanted it.

The property was clean and spacious parking lot. Our room was newer and clean. The staff was friendly. The only negative is that the mattress on the bed needs to be replaced.

Evening staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was worn down with things like door stops and hanging from wall and inability to close shower door.

Very nice facility

We came from out of town because I had a 4 hour proctored exam I needed to take for college. I explained to the staff that I needed somewhere quiet and she was more than happy to accommodate. I really appreciate her making sure we had a quiet room with a great few. The hotel and room was spotless and food was great! Easy check in/out and everyone was extremely friendly. Will definitely be returning.

I liked my room, the breakfast and convenience to downtown. I wish they provided a shuttle to downtown or at least the convention center, since it was only a few minutes away.

My stay was very nice, with the exception of not being able to use the pool or the hot tub. Was very much looking forward to soaking in the hot tub while chatting with my best friend.

Bites all over my body

Let me begin by saying we We travel often. The hotel has potential, but under-performed in several areas, and didn’t meet the standards I would expect of a Hilton property. 3 night stay. Night 1, little to no food available from my restaurant/bar. What we did order was not good. Woke up on morning one with bites all over my legs and body. Called manager and spoke about both situations. They did take dinner off the room charges and assured me he wound look into potential bed bug situation. We seriously considered relocating, but didn’t. . That I do regret. Long story short, my body is covered with bites, I will now need to steam my laundry when I get home, andI still have not heard from manager after tl check out and three times of addressing my situation.

The hotel was very nice.,friendly people and wonderful breakfast!Ashley made the morning breakfast very pleasant.The buffet ws stocked and the omelet station was wonderful.This was our first stay here and we will be back.

Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent. Had problems with Hilton Gift Cards being applied to my hotel bill, which still have not been resolved.

I already paid for my room through expedia but had to pay again to check in. A(nother) miserable Expedia experience. So tired of Expedia and throwing good time after bad to fix the messes Expedia makes far too frequently

We've stayed here several times visiting my daughter at Ohio State. It is THE BEST hotel with friendly staff that is always willing to help you, excellent breakfast with the best made-to order omelette chef, clean rooms, and easy accessibility to both the airport and Ohio State. This is a got-to spot for my family when visiting Columbus, Ohio.

Very nice hotel. Free breakfast was great. Hot tub closed without any notice or signage. No body wash or lotion. Shower door wouldn't close so there was water everywhere but also no bathmat. Otherwise a great experience.

I paid $458 instead of $408 that was the quote on this app. No air. Was told to cut off system for up to 30 mins then cut back on. Still didn’t work. Warm refrigerator after I had to move into another room because of a warm fridge. Very terrible

My kiddo loved the pool. I wish the hot tub was open. The icemakers were broken on almost all of the floors. Loved the layout of our room

Our stay was very good because breakfast was good, the room was very nice, and the hotel is located in a convenient location for where we needed to be at.

While in our room the first note, a person walked in our room, using the key they were issued, but opened our door. Breakfast and then drinking milk that was all clumps, the next day all the whole milk was gone (Thank God) all I had for a day was bad cramps and 5 trips to the bathroom. Maid made our bed, but no towels replaced and trash can was full. This had to be the worst Embassy suites I ever stayed in

Dirty, pool was absolutely disgusting, dirty bedding!

Some unknown stains on couch, no do not disturb sign housekeeping knocking on our door at 9 am to ask when we planned to check out. Check out is noon

Need a good vaccuum

There were pilez of hair and dirt along the edge of the hall. The rugs could use a good vaccuum. Other than that it is a nice

Very nice room. Loved the size of the king bed suite. Was very noisy at first upstairs (we were on the 4th floor) but overall it was really nice.

Room was nice and clean. AC was set on Auto and I couldn’t control the temperature. Breakfast was nice and the workers kept the areas clean among the flow of people.

Uncomfortable Beds

The service was wonderful, but the beds were really bad. They had humps in the middle of both of them.

The place was nice. I enjoyed staying there. The rooms were beautiful but the front desk ladies are super super rude and I would not go there again in particularly a black lady with white and black hair mixed together. She was a completely rude and I won't go there anymore because of her. Your bartender was fantastic. Beautiful and such a sweetheart. So the rooms and the bartender were the best things that I liked about your place

Our room didn’t have air conditioning. It was so hot. The bathroom ceiling looked like their is mold up there. The bed was lumpy and pillows sucked. Great hot shower though.

My visit got off to a VERY bad start being that i was given a key to "my" room, get there key doest work. Ho BACK down to desk, was given another key, go back to room, key works HOWEVER it was someone else's room, with all their stuff in it and EVERYTHING!! Go BACK down to desk, rep wrote the incorrect room number on the key jacket and acted like it was MY fault. I will NEVER go there again!!

Nice room, but needs a deep clean.

The stay was great all except for our room needed a deep clean. The carpet was extremely dirty.. My 11 month old’s knees and feet stayed black from crawling on the carpet. Carpet definitely needs shampooed and scrubbed.

Nice, quiet, and comfortable. Our room had a separate bedroom and a pull out sofa in the main room. Good price for the quality and facilities provided.

Inconvenienced

Everything about our trip was wonderful except when I got into the shower, there was no shower gel or soap and no wash cloths. Having to get out of the shower, dressed, call, and wait for these items was hard since I was pressed for time. Everything else and all staff were wonderful.

It was an amazing hotel and I'll definitely be back in the near future

Nice hotel close to airport

The service was great. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the hot tub was broken and the pool could use a good cleaning and clean water.

Freeway access was good. I didn't like how dated the property was. It needs freshing up in the rooms (psint and new carpet and hardware).

NON PAYING CUSTOMERS A JOKE OF A PLACE

Simple, there were people there that rent a room or two, however, these people had over 24 people there. Over 20 vehicles taking up parking spots, and non handicapped cars parked in handicapped spots, Then when that car had to move, they get all hood rat on you. Parking spot and amenities are for paying customers, NOT FREE LOADERS, and since the hotel staff allowed it, then I WILL NEVE GO THERE AGAIN!

Quick Stay

My stay at the hotel was great. Flew in for just one night to pick up my new puppy. Hotel staff was very friendly & welcoming & were very sweet to welcome my little puppy. Only issues I had is there were no poop sacks in pet relief area but fortunately, always bring some with me. Also, there was minimal hot water in the shower—sink water was very hot, but not in the shower. Only other issue was sink did not have a stopper & did not drain well. I reported these issues to front desk & have confidence that they will address them. Happy Hour & breakfast were great. Would definitely stay here again!

Asked housekeeping for towels and bedding, got last two towels in hotel. Pillows were terrible, be sure to bring your own pillows if you stay at this hotel. Paid for room with pull out couch but no bedding in room.

Our first room smelled like vomit and the carpet in the bedroom was wet. The friendly staff moved us into a different room and all was well.

They did a good job with the parking lot during a snow storm - had put down salt so it was better than many adjacent areas. Great breakfast, great room, very comfortable. Easy access to airport & they run a shuttle.

The breakfast and happy hour were great! Great exercise room too. We were not happy that the hot tub was not working.

Great experience

Everyone we came in contact with was friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I actually overslept which I never do! Also, I loved the personalized service at breakfast.

The rooms are always great at this hotel. It’s quiet and comfortable. The lobby area and breakfast were not as great this trip. The bar and breakfast area was an absolute mess in the morning with trash and dishes from the night before. Breakfast did not open on time and when it finally did open, the omelette station was not manned or prepped.After waiting an extra 30 minutes, we finally just left without breakfast.

Really nice hotel! The only problem was that, after a late night, I was woke up at 8:00am by the cleaning crew knocking on and opening my door after I didn't respond. I had to yell that was still in bed. They tried again at 10:00am while I was getting out of the shower.

A mediocre experience

The stay was just okay. Mediocre continental breakfast. I’m pretty sure Icey Hot somehow got into my gravy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. For the price I expected a better than mediocre experience.
