I had an issue at check in but everyone was quick to help and make everything perfect. The front staff is awesome and the crews working the breakfast area were so friendly and welcoming.

My sofa bed and was not in good condition, the fabric was breaking and peeling off. Also, trying to get a refund on another reservation, not able to resolve yet.

Im trying to get my refund on another reservation i made. A lot of hear say and a lot of back and forth, nothing has been resolved yet.

Hot breakfast was delicious, as were the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. What a bargain for all that you get in amenities.

Microwave was dirty with red grease. They said they would clean it but didn’t. Keurig was dirty so I didn’t use it. Shampoo was empty and the housekeeping didn’t even refill it. I messaged them but they said they’re too busy. I called the front desk and they brought the shampoo after i took the shower already. Breakfast area was too crowded with no seats because so many tables weren’t cleaned. It was my first stay at Embassy Suites but it was the worst and I won’t be coming back.

Overall it gets 3 stars. They are short of staff and if you call for something it takes like more that 20 min to e done. We had a bad experience with the house keepers that they put our stuff in trash and they were gone,

Older property but well maintained. $40 for parking seemed high.

Checking in was a breeze, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. While other places offer sofa beds, the Murphy bed was very comfortable.

Very beautiful property and front desk staff were very nice. Parking is rather expensive $45 per night, and the breakfast buffet was a madhouse with many workers looking annoyed.

Very clean, beds were comfortable. Nice layout. The breakfast was good, but to many unsupervised kids running loose into other guests, screaming with food and drinks spilled on the ground. I seen a couple of other guest (as myself) trying not to slip. The furniture is definitely older and needs to be replaced.

Rooms were fine, but I did not like paying $40 a night for parking. That seems excessive for this area. Also, the breakfast buffet was a hot mess. 30 minutes wait in line to get bacon. They were all out of plates and utensils and a lot of the food. People were just wandering around looking for utensils and plates. It was very bad. I've never encountered a breakfast buffet with so many problems. This was the morning after Christmas, so I understand it was busy, but this was still unacceptable.

We did a travel bundle on Expedia and got a really great price on this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that free breakfast ran out of stuff almost every morning if you didnt get there early and they didnt have a large variety for gluten and/or dairy free. I imagine it's not an issue outside of the holiday's. Parking is 40$ but we found free street parking every night we were there. The bathroom is in the bedroom which caused a few minor issues but nothing we couldn't work around. Very nice accommodation, staff was friendly and helpful.

There were some rogue hairs in my room under the towels and on the night stand. They were long blonde hairs that blended in with the counter top, but still kind of gross. Other than that everything was great.

Great location and rooms were spacy. Breakfast could be better, but I guess that was pretty normal or even more than average hotel breakfast in the US.

Carpets everywhere; I know how difficult it is to keep them clean so, to me, they always feel and seem dirty. Kitchen fumes rise up to the rooms as soon as kitchen is fired, very unpleasant smell of fried foods. Old property, expensive, disappointing.

Found dirty underwear!

Spending Thanksgiving weekend with my family and being an honors member and Trusting the name to honor its members with cleanliness upon arrival… we opened our window curtains and find a bright pink underwear from a previous guest! We were mortified! Called guest services and they had housekeeping come and dispose of it.

It’s ok for a basic stay.. breakfast is a cattle call, for the amount of people the property holds- the dining area is way too crowded and is an absolute free for all. There was a big blood stain on our mattress, the hot tub is pretty dirty looking (not like the pictures online), parking on site is $40 a day so prepare to park on the executive drive. It wasn’t terrible but not where we will book again

My toddler loved feeding the fish every morning! Staying with a family, i wish that they had trash bags and larger trash cans. Our safety lock on the door was coming loose. The breakfast every morning was great! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The fresh made to order omelet for breakfast and coffee were such a nice perk to be included with dining being so expensive in SD. Also there’s an Excellent outdoor mall right across the street in walking distance!

I liked everything. Except my toilet handle. You had to hold it down in order to flush.

Did not like the parking, very small spaces hard to maneuver car. Tv reception in rooms was really bad. Price and cleanliness were great. Good value but you only get what you pay for.

They dont advertise there is a $40 charge for parking. We went down for the free breakfast and there were 200 people in line. We had to go elsewhere to eat breakfast. They cant handle the guests who are staying with them. Very disappointing.

It was ideally located, safe, and clean! The room was spacious and it provided all the necessities! The breakfast options were incredible which was included with the room. They serviced the room each day. Really the only thing that needed to be fixed was the bathroom sink in that it drained so slowly!

We had a great time and we loved the spacious room and breakfast food variety. The couch was a bit worn however.

I always stay at this property when I visit my daughter at UC San Diego. I am always pleased with the staff and service at this property.

Awesome hotel with great breakfast!

Our family enjoyed the koi pond. We were there for my Husbands birthday and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy time together. We got here later than expected so we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor areas as we had planned. Our family had a unique check in situation, and Noel and a male staff were very helpful and able to meet my needs. We were unable to enjoy the restaurant as planned. Breakfast was amazing, staff were courteous and helpful. The food was delicious and chefs/cook were attentive. There was a rude guest ahead of us and the chef showed professionalism and hospitality which I was impressed. He didn’t ask her for anything out of policy (key card swipe). Overall great stay and I plan to return when my Daughter graduates from UCSD in the spring. Thank you Embassy Suites
