Very clean very hospitable. Location was awesome
Overall, staff very friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not give the them 5 stars is due to 1. I put the do not disturb sign on but the thermostat was changed and mini fridge temp was also changed when I came back to my room a few hours after I left. 2. When I was checking in, I upgraded my room because of the better view of Niagra Falls and better visibility of the fireworks- per the front
Most amazing view of the Canadian falls
Clean but cheap
The room layout was odd. There was a closet blocking the view of the falls. The room was long and narrow. The TV set up is dated. You are not able to get on your Netflix account, on demand movies are insane. Who's going to pay $15 for a movie. Breakfast was inuded but we felt like cattle getting ushered around and jammed together.
Definitely you have to visit !
Very clean room and all public areas, friendly staff and excellent service.
Overall was good! Rooms need an update!
I recommend staying here.
Good
We enjoyed the convenience of the location to the fallsview
Very close to all Niagara Falls attractions.
Great experience! Everyone was very helpful there was always someone cleaning around me, I felt very catered to. I will definitely be back again!
This hotel has clean rooms with basic decor The are several restaurants within the complex. The view from my room showed an incredible view of niagara falls during day and night , and you can see miles into the distance, buffalo usa , for example. The breakfast buffet choice was basic, and was nice , however served in the tgi fridays nect door. The hotel is 5 mins awaty from falls. and table rock facilities. This hotel is high recommend to view the falls
Be
I dont like the service and the room was also not good and i had to pay everything extra for water as well as parking too
I had visited this property 6 years ago and returned primarily for the views. The first time I was there, the breakfast was wonderful. The entire breakfast area is now a makeshift, mess-of-a-buffet, with very limited seating, so there is a VERY long line. Expecting a wait, based on seeing how breakfast is now served, I'm glad my family decided to wake early and be some of the first downstairs, but it is disappointing to not be able to sleep in a little on a vacation as well. The staff was very friendly, but it's evident they are not happy having to work with these changes as well. They're very empathetic and understand what a disaster breakfast is now. Please revert to the old, wonderful way you started mornings. Our views were amazing, room was clean. I will consider returning again, but would have to see if improvements will be made with the breakfast. It is part of why I choose Embassy Suites when traveling.
Not up to par with what I expect from Embassy Suites. A bit disappointing considering the cost.
The hotel is very clean. Rooms are okay - kinda out dated. "Complementary breakfast" is great, better then most breakfast offered at hotels. You do get loads of discount codes to use for multiple restaurants In the area. And you get "complementary" snacks. Staff are mostly okay. Front desk staff aren't the most personable nor the kindest people out there. Loved the breakfast staff and the elevator assistant staff .... They all get 5/5 stars. Front desk needs to work on customer service skills. Parking valet/tendons are extremely pushy and very ghetto. The hotel has a Three-Tier parking system: they push u for the most expensive option ($100 a night - on site). If u ask about the cheaper option ($35 a night - off site) they refuse to tell u any little detail. They bully you into thinking it's extremely far from the hotel and you'd have to walk - not the case. It's down the street and a 24 hour shuttle bus and it's a gated lot with cameras. Huge turn off when being the first point of contact when you arrive on site.
The reservation price went up too much at the time of arrival. They charge you up to the parking lot. Too expensive for what the publication said, the very expensive restaurant.
Clean rooms, best views and breakfast buffet was perfect.
I spent two nights there, but unfortunately, our room did not receive housekeeping services. I had to request a clean towel. Moreover, the carpets were not vacuumed and appeared dirty. No complimentary Wi-Fi
Excellent experience
View was amazing!

Rooms need upgrades. Washroom seemed very outdated and not hygienic.

Great experience
The overall experience was good, we had a wonderful time, my only complaint is our room was very dusty. There was dust on everything. When we realized it was late and we only stayed one night. Other than that it was a wonderful time.
The. View from our room was spectacular and the stair ride was just across the street
Our stay was fantastic! The soothing sound of the waterfalls added a calming touch to our experience. Breakfast was decent, though I wish there had been more variety. I was hoping for healthier cereal options, such as bran flakes, but unfortunately, they weren’t available. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our time at Embassy Suites. My husband and I were thrilled with the view from our room upon check-in. We definitely plan to return!
We had excellent stay
Liked the view and STK Restaurant. Room was ok. Breakfast buffet included with room was awful. Food was cold and definitely not decent quality.
Room 1212 was fantastic (king with partial fallsview). Room was very clean, upgraded. Pool was great. Would defiently go again. Downfalls: 1) elevator wait times (constantly) 2) Service: They tried to upsell me on my room when checking it, when honestly tgey could have just done it for us (I told him it was our anniversary) and he looked very overwhelemed and flustered. Also, showed up 15 minites before the 4pm and the ro was still not clean. 3) Food: Breakfast Buffet was disgusting, don't bother. Should havs used the iHop voucher.
We loved the view of the falls from our window. The room was very nice and clean.
Shower malfunction.
We upgraded to a higher floor and the shower does not function properly. It fluctuates between very cold and very hot. This is dangerous for children 🚸. Otherwise we are enjoying our stay... albeit a bit frozen and partially cooked from the shower 🚿
Excellent
Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, awesome views of the falls!! Elevators took quite awhile during busy hours but we loved everything else! So convenient!
I can’t really say because when I arrived to check into my room it was dirty. The furniture was not clean & dusty and I could see coffee stains in the tables. The plastic bags were thrown at the sides of the carnage bin and not put inside. Dirty clothes were mixed in with the clean. So it would be very hard for me to rate anything. Especially when your OCD.
It’s okay
View
We stayed at the embassy suites, Fallsview for 2 nights. Highlights: we got a free room upgrade! Was so good for our family of 6 to have a little more room. Very walkable. Parked the car and just walked everywhere. There was a happy hour with a free drink ticket each, and there was a breakfast buffet included in the price. Those were very nice touches that we appreciated. The staff were wonderful, especially Debbie at breakfast service. We would definitely stay here again!
The view was spectacular. Valet parking was very expensive but fast and helpful.
Location. The view from the 36th floor of both falls is top notch. Good breakfast with descent choices. Clean comfortable room. Parking is expensive
The staff including the parking guys were great. The morning breakfast was a great deal considering the prices of the restaurants close by
Amazing views
Paid upgrade to Level 35 overlooking both falls, simply stunning. Great location to walk along edge to view both falls. Free breakfast was fairly chaotic each morning trying to find a table, minor issue though.
Keep up the good work.
Pretty nixe place
Amazing staff
Friendly, helpful staff. The massage chair en suite was a nice surprise. Room was clean & comfortable. The view was spectacular!
We got an expensive room to celebrate my birthday. We ended up getting stuck for 45 minutes in the elevator. Staff at the time were apologetic and said they would make notes for check out staff. All they offered was to waive my offsite parking fee ($35) and nothing else, which I find unsatisfactory. Elevators were generally a challenge the entire trip, often taking over 10 minutes to get one. We ended up taking the stairs a few times.
We had a comfy bed and the hotel was nice clean. Breakfast in the morning was great as well.
Niagara visit
Staff is friendly and helpful. They do all they can to make stay a great experience. Facilities are clean and convenient for a Niagara stay. View of the falls is worth it!
깨끗하고 폭포를 볼 수 있다
We stayed for three nights, and our room didn't get cleaned during our stay, because our reservation wasn't for four nights. That was disappointing. We had to make our bed everyday and request for washcloths and towels. Normally, when we stay at Embassy Suites, they have an omelet station. At this location the omelets were pre-made. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
주차장이
Breakfast facilities are inadequate we never made it to breakfast on any of our days the lines were just to long and unavigable. Over all the hotel was exceptional… would come back
What a tremendous and remarkable place to stay. Staff are spectacular; room was perfect; thank you for the upgrade. Will be returning again and again!
Breakfast was good. Fallsview was good Parking was bad.
Good view but it feels like overpriced.
The elevator took so long to wait That's bummer
Outstanding staff
parking is expensive.
The staff in the hotel was very rude and ignorant
Promissed room upgrade for one price, charged 20% higher price.
Second time and we love it!!!
The staff are very friendly. We are very happy with our stay.
Not bad.
Doona. A staff in the Restaurant qas good
The hotel itself and the rooms are nice. However the breakfast was really bad. Very limited options and very disappointing.
Its goog very nice
I stayed in the two bedroom suite, it was wonderful. The staff were excellent. And the condition of the property was great. But, there was very expensive parking. At the end of the day my stay was great.
Excellent experience from parking through check in. Close distance to casino and OLG show.
Awesome
The view of the falls was great. Having to park offsite and pay $35 a day to do so was a bummer.
We were surprised to have so much room. Perfect
Didn’t have the room I paid for and gave a smaller room.
My shower didn’t give much Hot water. My pillow cases had disgusting brown stains on them upon entering the room. At check out I had a very incompetent and rude young clerk that did not want to address the issues I had nor wanted to answer my questions even after requesting to speak with the management. It’s unfortunate because I use to really enjoy staying at the Embassy for pleasure and business.
Great stay! Everyone was so friendly and helpful!
Every thing
We did not receive room service while we were gone for the day, but otherwise the view was great and the room was adequately equiped.
I booked this property as a surprise for my husband for his 75th birthday. He has been a Hilton Honours member for over 30 years, having travelled extensively for work before retirement. The housekeeping service was non existent. We were never told that we had to request any housekeeping services. On the second day, we asked the front desk staff for clean towels. These were put inside our room but all the used towels were left piled on the floor. Used paper coffee cups weren't even replaced. For a Hilton chain hotel, this was a a very disappointing visit. We don't feel the front desk adequately took ownership of our customer concerns. We won't be staying here again or recommending this location to friends or family.
This is a lovely hotel, with lovely staff. It is a big hotel, so there is a little wait for lifts but that’s to be expected. The views from the room are what makes this place. I couldn’t stop looking at clear, full view of the falls.
Telephone doesn’t work and Jacuzzi doesn’t work
Хороший отель, удачно расположен, внимательный персонал
Very cool
Great hotel to enjoy the Falls.
bad experience
Everything was good except they don’t clean your room every day
comfort and convience of the location
I did not like that the elevators we're not functioning properly. I had to wait up to thirteen minutes on the twelfth floor for a elevator to get us several times. This caused us to be late for ubers and other reservations. Breakfasts was crazy! When we came down to the lobby, there was a line that was at least thirty people deep, waiting to go eat breakfast. If we had chosen to eat breakfast, we would had to have waited in line from fifteen to twenty minutes just to be seated. Lastly, the fan in our bathroom would periodically start making noise. Like the exhaust cover was being lifted and dropped over and over throughout the stay.
Good location and view of the falls.
Went to Niagara to celebrate my husband's birthday and we lodged in the hotel for two days, we had a great time and the breakfast was nice.
Clean room, personable staff. Would have liked the towels changed and bed made but i understand many hotels have discontinued that
Generally, hotel staff were polite and efficient, and our room was clean and comfortable. But our experience over three days convinces us never to return, particularly given that we paid roughly $350 per night for an experience that was less than satisfactory. Front desk staff were unable or unwilling to share concrete information about where to park and recharge our electric vehicle. They referred us to outdoor car valet staff, who insisted we pay $100 for nightly parking if we wanted to recharge our vehicle. Neither valets nor front desk staff informed us of cheaper parking options down the street (where we recharged our car and parked for $15 a night.) I suspect the valet service is a separate for-profit business fed customers by hotel staff. Parking at this hotel is a rip-off, plain and simple. The complimentary breakfast was disappointingly poor, with guests having to walk across the hotel lobby with buffet food to seating in separate restaurant. Eggs tasted like powedered eggs, and likely were. Pre-cooked toast was limp and not toasted. Sausages were dried and shriveled. Our room was clean. But, in their wisdom, hotel had staff placed a very large massage chair in front of the window, successfully blocking much of our view of the falls. On our last morning, our shower ceased to function. This hotel can do better.
Place was nice but honestly the amount for parking and other services was a bit out of touch. Enjoyed my stay though.
Place was amazing great view and clean
Very nice view of the falls
Large cars / trucks will not fit in the above ground parking but it is what it is. Very nice please and location
Nice place
My family and I had a great time. My son enjoyed the pool.
I’m happy that we opted for this hotel. Initially we were going with the Oakes hotel but after reading the reviews I switched to The Embassy and I couldn’t have been happier. I had a suite and it was immaculate with the Falls view. It was definitely worth the change. The only thing is that the breakfast isn’t that great.

Ok Stay
View was amazing - the rooms were just ok
